We paid over $200 for a one bed room, to sleep in it for 9 hours, only to go see the tiny breakfast laid out. $8 or $9 for a sandwich!?! Everything costs extra and is ridiculously expensive.

So clean, beautiful and modern, the staff was AMAZING and hospitable. It's pet friendly and has a dog boutique with a self serve dog bathing station & dog park & boutique!
The atmosphere is great. Our room was nice. Great shower. I just didn't like being a guest and having to pay for parking
It was roomy and clean and ordering food was fast from the surrounding areas. However the vending machine had one soda only. When I asked for more towels and a ice bucket. They were quick to bring it
Beds are comfortable, but you literally hear everything that s going on outside from in your room. If you are a millennial though and the only dance move you know is the dab, this might be the place to stay for you. Also soap dispensers were broke.
Amazing! The view from the celebrity suite was hands down the best in bricktown. Location of the hotel was just far enough away that the entire skyline of downtown was seen from our suite. Definitely a breathtaking view and an experience my wife and I will never forget. There was a small problem with our reservation and since there were no other rooms available like the one we reserved, they upgraded our room no question asked. Thank you to the staff at the Aloft hotel in Bricktown Okc for being part of a night my wife and I will never forget.
I stayed there and ardently left t a bracelent. Yet the cleane red s never f2f found it. So don't leave anything... They jave thieves
Will not be staying here again room didn't even have any drawers and they want to charge you for everything. They try too charge you for what would normally be a free breakfast talk about a rip $135 bucks a night and you feel like your staying at a motel 8. Should have stayed at a more reputable hotel in brick town. Smh
Found gray hairs on my pillow, curtain was torn up, and the sink was clogged. The staff however were very pleasant and the overall hotel was clean.
Rooms were very clean and modern. Location is great with plenty of great food and activities in the area.
The staff was kind, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast items were disappointing. If you're OK with cold a'la carte and a very limited selection of hot sandwiches (which you can't really customize), then this shouldn't deter you from what otherwise meets the customary standards for the business traveler.
Horrible hotel me in my family was racially profiled! We was followed everywhere we went inside the hotel ! I will never stay there again
Loved the bathroom very unique touch! I enjoyed my time.
Aloft is really modernized hotel for young guys. Don t expect a big room here, but you will enjoy all of their fancy interiors and facilities in the hotel.
Very modern design. Fun place to stay that's very close to Bricktown.
Met my friend there at the bar and had a good time!!
Stayed in a ultra savvy suite with a balcony. It was awesome!
Big fan of this Aloft. The common area is one of the better layouts for Aloft. The bar has a nice vibe and the staff have always been very kind to me. The rooms are standard Aloft rooms and this place would get 5 stars if all of the views weren't dominated by parking lots and garages.
Always enjoyable! Great views of the city, great location close to several popular establishments, not to mention the on-site food and drinks. Staff is always professional and I have stayed several times.
Beautiful view! Super friendly staff. The accommodation for our large dog was a pleasant surprise.
Cool, trendy hotel, very modern and hip decor. Normally with modern style atmosphere, you get impersonal service, but the staff maintained that awesome Oklahoma friendliness. Cool spot.
Had a great stay at this hotel. Check in was very easy and we were in the door and to our room within 5 min. The hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable stay from complimentary coffee, a delicious snack bar, and great bar albeit very high prices for food . Our room was cozy and presented great views of downtown/Bricktown. Will definitely keep this hotel on my short list when visiting OKC.
Attractive hotel, comfortable and clean. Great location with Brick Town the explore and easy walk to downtown, the gardens, the museum's.
The building is physically very nice, and the rooms are very clean and everything seems new. I would definitely stay here again based on this alone.
The only 2 negatives were the Wifi, very slow. Gave up on it and just used my cellular data instead.
The second, and bigger issue, is parking. No where in your reservation, or physically at the hotel, does it say it's $15 a day to self park in the hotel's own lot, even for a guest. Apparently (I only learned after calling and talking to a manager), everyone pays to park, and the "valet" service is free.
All this meant from my experience was you had to wait for a "valet" to walk out from the lobby, come over to the garage entrance, and swipe a card that opened the gate and let you self park in the garage. Wait time at night was around 5 minutes for this privilege.
The manager did eventually refund the $30, but only after an unnecessarily long discussion, and the front desk girl laughing at my initial request. The whole thing felt shady, and like it was set up for you to not to notice the charge on your credit card, or to not bother with calling and disputing it if you do. I'm not the first person to complain about this on their reviews, so why not put up a sign by the entrance? Or do away with the "valets" who only slow the parking process down, and add costs.
I parked in 2 other hotel's garages downtown (Sheraton & The Rennaissance) during my stay and they all had prices clearly marked, and were cheaper (despite being attached to the convention center) as a non-guest than Aloft was as a guest, despite being in a much more remote part of town.
And yet, another year @theblairflair brings you that fire at the vision board #Dreamprint2019!!
So many amazing stories, so many connections. So many behind the scenes Blessings, connections, and love.
Beautiful space, clean, open. The bar is amazing and it's such a colorful and amazing.
Great free parking .
Theres food in the building as well. Gotta love a new hotel and its many amenities.
Stayed 2 nights at different times. Bed sheets were dirty each night (different rooms) and they didn t offer room service no alerts of any kind before booking.
We moved to another hotel after the first night. There are no bath tubs even though they are advertised. The pool is in the parking lot. The rooms are a bit worn and pretty basic considering the price. The cost is not equal to the quality. This place is more like a motel. We were over charged and had to wait for a manager to come to work 6 hours later to get it straightened out. He was nice and took care of it right away but he probably needs to train his staff to take care of issues. The place is just a little worn and a lot over priced.
This place is awesome and the food and drinks are not over priced like other places.
The rooms are amazing... the staff is amazing... defiantly a new long time customer... thank you for making our time here amazing...
After a very hectic week my wife and I decided to stay in Bricktown on a Saturday night and chose this hotel from the reviews. We checked in early in the evening and came back around 10 to enjoy a quiet and relaxing evening together. The room next to us began partying and continued to do so for a few more hours. After 2 calls to the front desk, one at midnight and again around 1 am, we were given the option of staying in our room or changing rooms and being comped for the disrespectful partygoers next door. After failed attempts by security to quench the out of control party, we finally decided to change rooms. So sometime around 1:30 am and totally exhausted, we pack our belongings and move to a room on the second floor. I have no clue why WE were the ones who had to switch rooms. As of 9 am, the partiers were still in their room. Thankfully the day shift desk clerk contacted the hotel manager and reversed the charges for our rooms. Not only this but when I checked my bank account I had a pending charge of $79 that the same night shift clerk added at 5:06 am but was then supposedly cancelled. A call to the hotel manager will take place on Monday. On top of this, our first room was on the 5th floor with an amazing view of downtown OKC and Bricktown but our second floor room was of the AC units. We are NOT happy and will NEVER be back to the ALOFT hotel ever again. A quiet and relaxing night away from home after a stressful week turned into a nightmare.
No complaints. Perfect place to stay for business travel in OKC. Will stay here again
Loved this place. New, hip, and fun. A blizzard had closed down the city, so we ate at the in house restaurants and they were well worth it. Comfy beds and snazzy rooms. Super dog friendly and close to everything!
It was my wedding day. During the celebration I received a call at 8pm from Orbitz. Being the middle of my wedding so I can't pick up the phone, but apparently they were trying to call me at 8pm the night of the reservation to tell me that they can no longer accommodate the reservation I made 3 months earlier.
When we got to the hotel we were greeted by a man at the front desk. He was tall, African American, and working between 10 and 11pm on Saturday June 2nd. When we tried to check in he told us that the hotel is overbooked and we would have to find another hotel. We told him that we made the reservation 3 months ago and asked him to find an available room, but he said there was nothing he could do. He was extremely rude and unapologetic about it. He had no concern about satisfying customers at all. He just gave us the number for Orbitz so that we could book another hotel.
We walked out and as we got to the car a different hotel employee (short, curvy, white woman) approached us and gave us a room key and said she found a room for us and it's all taken care of. So we parked and went to the room. This woman was EXTREMELY more helpful than the man at the desk.
Once we got to the room, it was decent, but the customer service experience both with Orbitz and with the man at the front desk had completely ruined our wedding night. I will NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone. Also, our repeated calls to the manager have not been answered or returned. Also, I called on Monday to ask for an emailed copy of the bill, which they said they would get to me, and as of Friday I still have not received it.
Great location, good service in the bar, clean and modern
My wedding party and 30 guests flew in from out of town to attend last weekend. 2 months prior, we requested a block of rooms for two nights. When the guests called to book their rooms, the hotel had no record of our request. Our sales rep, Hannah, was extremely difficult to get a hold of, and never returned our phone calls.
We arrived at the hotel, expecting rooms near each other, or at least on the same floor. Everyone was spread out through every floor on the hotel. Even guests who had requested CONJOINING rooms were placed on different floors.
Saturday morning, at least 5 of our guests had to check out of their room and check into a different room, though they had booked for two consecutive nights. Guests were charged $300 holding fees on top of the $109 deposit.
Saturday night, the bar area was having "light jazz music". We were excited to come back to the hotel after dinner so that we could hang out and mingle in the bar. The jazz band was great, however the music was being blasted through speakers so loud, we weren't even able to talk across the table to one another. Not to mention, a DJ played until 1am or later, and guests on the 2nd and 3rd floor could hear every note. The walls are incredibly thin- we could even hear our neighbor's conversations.
The beds are ridiculously comfortable, however.....
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It really put a damper on our wedding weekend.
Gave reservation away. Terrible customer service. We Come in from out of town to a "sorry we don't have a place for you to sleep" I had the receipt and conformation number, still nothin. It wouldn't have been a good deal other than every other hotel was booked full. The way we and other customers were treated this day was not even deserving of one star rating. Will NEVER recommend or return.
Great place to stay for business travelers. clean, friendly staff. good gym and close to restaurants
This is an ideally located, gorgeous and pet friendly hotel. We were welcomed with a doggie package including dog bed, bowls and treats and the staff was accommodating of our every request and need. Our room was clean and well lit and the decor is so stylish. Lovely views on three sides! To top it all of this is the only aloft in the country with a full kitchen. The drinks from the WXYZ bar were great and we were able to take them up to our room. The fried cheesecake a la mode was to die for and breakfast is bountiful with variety. The breakfast burrito is big enough to share for only $7 and was scrumptious. If we are in the area again, this is the only place we will choose!
I've only been here for meetings/conferences but this is a great place for any type of event. They have a wonderful patio that overlooks bricktown! You have to check it out!
Great customer service. I waited in line at the front desk for no longer than 2 minutes, didn't complain, and was offered a complimentary breakfast for my wait.
Very good looking lobbies with good atmosphere, buy not a very functional hotel. No drawers to put away your clothes, very spotty interney, slow elevayors, no stairs, etc. Just a lot of issues that most hotels don't have.
This hotel is great. Perfect location in Deep Deuce that is within walking distance of Bricktown, downtown and Automobile Alley. Clean and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend.
Well the building is pretty. But the rooms smell weird, kinda musty and they're kinda in a state of disrepair. Like there was some crappy caulk job done in the shower that looks horrible. It's really weird because the hotel is in a great location but the maintenance looks amateurish at best.
I went for a professional wedding event. I was a vendor. Did not see the rooms. The elevators were extremely slow even though there were 3 with only 6 floors.
A very updated millennium type of place. Dining room is small, but very comfortable. Not the normal type of dining area you would expect. I am recommending this place. It even had its own parking garage.
Nice personal all super nice hotel of the people employees cute thanks so much
We visited the Aloft to find out information about the conference rooms for an event. It was very nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great hotel and close to Bricktown. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy what more can you ask for in a hotel. Nice little restaurant in the hotel as well as a great bar. I would highly recommend.
Bar tender seemed busy, but was still a bit too short with us when we asked a question about something in the area. We ended up getting drinks, which were very good, but the attitude of the service after our first question definite set the mood and gave us a poor first impression.
Mattress had a huge dip in it. Skipped breakfast but couldn't even get a cup of coffee at 10 a.m. as they ran out. Bar was good for as slow night, with affordable drinks. Rotten bananas left from previous day still for sell.
Convenient, clean, spacious, quiet, nice amenities, helpful and friendly staff.
Not sure about everyone there ,but the couple I met were snooty, entitled, think they are better than everyone else!
I stay here every year for a girls' Christmas shopping trip with my best friends. This year our room was one of the smaller rooms instead of the suite. I went to the front desk and they got us switched in seconds. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.
Decent hotel, neat decor. Smell was awful. It had a strong musty smell. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants. Bricktown Brewery was delicious.
a very nice place clean I did not see no rooms but very nice
Went here for happy hour drinks before a baseball game. Good happy hour - $2 domestics and $4 rail drinks, gave me a gin and tonic in a pint glass! Would definitely hit up again.
This is the second Aloft I have stayed in. Each time has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend the hotel.
The only complaint I would have is that Aloft needs to get the bathroom figured out. The last time I stayed there was not nearly enough separation and I could hear my spouse using the bathroom far too well.
This time the shower and toilet are in the same room and there is no shower curtain or really anything separating them. So when you take a shower the whole room gets wet.
Otherwise no negative comments.
Great from the surface, good bar and food, but once in the "Ikea" room with paper thin walls, you realize the basics that you've come to love are missing. Maid service shows up daily between 5pm and 7pm, which is a little inconvenient, Stayed there for almost two weeks, asked if I could have maid service complete my room earlier in the day, it never happened. Could literally hear all conversations and snoring from every guest that visited next door during my stay. Would not stay at Aloft again.
The hotel overall was good, but all of the food in the breadfast area was over priced. The rooms were nice and clean. :)
Great people in a amazing location. 6th floor has an really cool balcony.
Awesome hotel, upscale but a little pricey. They've got a very cool upstairs lounge area with an outdoor patio for an elegant party
Our room was gross. Stained carpet, my comforter had an odor as if it had never been thoroughly laundered, and the water was cloudy. The staff was nice. We checked in really late and left early.
First time to visit Aloft. Attended a dance club event. The food served was very good, service & accommodation also very good. Aloft itself was very beautiful with panoramic view of the surrounding city.
Wonderful visit! Lovely area of OKC and very friendly staff. Male sure to check out the onsite bar
Beautiful hotel. Very very clean. The staff was outstanding!!
Very nice hotel! Room was nice, staff was great, meeting rooms were perfect.
Hip, cool but everything you need to feel at home in the vivacious Bricktown area.
This place is alright. The parking is terrible, but the views are the best in the city. For that, I certainly recommend this place.
Nice place, with a lot of good amenities. But a little pricey.
I have stayed here twice within the last couple of months. My original review after the first stay was as follows:
The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the decor was that modern and 70's retro mix with grey walls and burnt orange accents. The decor was fun, but it was kind of weird to have NO cabinets anywhere! The walk in shower was pretty cool, though!
I stayed here again last night with my husband for our anniversary since my first stay was nice and I thought he would enjoy the decor. Everything was pretty much the same, except our room this time was part of an optional suite, so there was a locked door leading directly to another room, but another family was staying there. As soon as we arrived, we could hear the family next door and could tell they had a baby staying there. Since we were taking a night away from our own toddler and it was our anniversary, I didn't really want the sound of a baby crying to interfere with our intimate evening. I called the front desk to request a different room, and was told that they wouldn't move us. Instead, he said to call if we had trouble sleeping and they would try to solve the issue with the occupants of the room next door. So, we went about our evening trying to ignore the periodic cries from the room next door because I felt sympathetic toward the parents. Total mood killer. We both sleep very heavily, so we had a very comfortable night after we fell asleep, but for $160 a night, I feel this should have been handled better by the hotel staff. If this is supposed to be a luxury hotel, we shouldn't be able to hear our neighbors.
My husband and I went to aloft for an evening getaway.......again...... We have been here several times before because the spot is perfect and the service is second to none. There was a tiny mix up with our reservation, but as always the staff quickly helped us out. We will continue to stay at the aloft because there is no other hotel that serves its customers like them!!! Thank you again aloft for an awesome time and we will be back :)
Super nice hotel and convenient location. Bed was hard as a rock though. Only issue we had.
Great value for what you get. It's a modern hotel that's great for lodging, parties or going to the bar. Centrally located downtown, it's the best value in the area
Great view of downtown from the Roof Top Bar and Friendly staff. Parking is pretty expensive though.
Great place for a overnight stay. Trendy, comfy and fun
Fun, trendy hotel. Bed was comfortable. Valet parking was inexpensive. Overall great experience.
Very accommodating. Staff was super cool and friendly .Our room was close to top and the view of downtown and the night sky was superb.
Need to get a quality control person into those rooms. The staff was great and the look of the hotel is up to date.
$$ Location best thing hotels got going & hallways give the feeling of what to expect Breakfast pay as you go . Silicon Valley in OK?
Staff was amazing.. Even upgraded us to a suite.. Thanks for an awesome stay!
Really like the modern contemporary look of the hotel inside. Downside is parking passes being 14$ a day.
The rooms are nice. Beds are comfy. The fan on the A/C unit always ran, which is fine if you like white noise, but it bothered me. Breakfast options are quite weak.
They have good drinks and live music but it was dead inside
I've stayed here once and also been to the bar multiple times.
All around this is a good business.
