Stayed one night for a concert downtown. We reserved the ultra savvy king suite. I liked the modern 70 s vibe they were going with and everything seems plush. On another note; everything was dirty and worn out. From the carpets to the furniture. Stains and snags. The tables had dried glass rings and some food that were not stains. Oh, that goes for the walls as well, greasy hand prints and dried food on them. They just need to be cleaned. One of our sinks had toothpaste dried in it. It was an obvious small blue glob. We went down to the restaruant to pick up our food we ordered and while waiting, ordered a drink from the bar. It was the same- the glass behind bar was filthyy- the bar had stains all over it. I didn t want to touch it. The carpet was well over due for a vacuum. The upstairs lounge was dismantled. That all being said, bar tender was excellent and made a great drink. Staff was very friendly and the food was great. I just had a hard time sleeping or wanting to take a bath in that amazing jet tub wondering if it had been cleaned. So, took showers, still wondering what the floor I was standing on would look like if it was white tile or stone. I can understand it being older and worn down a little. But if you can t afford to pay for good house keeping... that is inexcusable, especially being in that industry.
Cleanliness is key, no matter how nice your things may be.

The rooms are very comfortable and nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They are also very pet friendly with a dog park right next to the hotel and a dog store attached to the hotel.
So many cons I'm not sure where to start. The two pros were high quality pillows and the friendly breakfast attendant. Pick literally any other hotel in bricktown.
1. $14/night parking in a 2 story parking garage, and the covered 1st level is perpetually full. No building access from the 2nd floor. There is no other option for parking unless you know the area (street parking in Deep Deuce by The Wedge, walk up the hill and the hotels across the street) 2. No room service even though they have a hotel bar/restaurant 3. Laughably small TV with subpar functionality and quality, and few channels. Bring a laptop and HDMI cable. 4. Motel 6 quality towels. 5. Cardboard for toilet paper. 6. Two in one shampoo/conditioner mounted in the shower. La Quinta has higher quality
I'm sure I could come up with more but that seems illustrative enough.
Go to the Holiday Inn Express down the street, it's closer to Bricktown and has non of the issues listed above at 2/3 the price
Me and my wife came here for a staycation we ended up having a problem with my works discount app and the reservation coming through to the hotel. It took hours to try to figure it out ourselves and finally talk to Jordan at the front desk. She called the hotel partner and finally got us some answers. She gave us free drink tickets for our troubles and everything worked out great! Also the atmosphere was modern and very nice and the beds were comfy! We definitely will be back even after the reservation troubles. Jordan is the reason we will be back!
Upon arrival we were greeted and were excited about the stay until we left. We were charged with a $15 parking fee that we weren't told about (and I hadn't looked at the website I just called the phone number) and they refused to refund us the $15. Who has to pay to park at a hotel when you're already paying &150+ per night? The management staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. We will not stay there again and waste our money.
The hotel was very modern and had a really good environment. The workers were very kind and friendly. The wifi was frustrating. It's 2016, we should be able to get free Wi-Fi by simply being a guest at a hotel. The TV guide also didn't show what was on TV. It just said there was no information- but that could have been a dish problem. Very good location. Overall, it was a good place to stay but a bit pricey.
Amazing hotel!!! Super modern and funky decor, friendly and helpful staff (high-five to Patrick), excellent free wifi, central location with no street noise, and a $5-a-day voucher program for declining room service. Only drawback is the prices in the XYZ bar, but Bricktown is a couple blocks a way, so be sure to eat out! Oh, and the best part was an outdoor lounge on the top floor - you can take your drinks up, and it was totally empty after 9 pm - perfect for decompressing or just chilling with some friends.
Rooms are pretty small but very clean. The hotel was nice the staff was very friendly and helpful. With your stay you can plan for an additional charge for the parking of $14 night. Never had food from the hotel with all of the great choices just down the road being in Brick Town. I probably won't stay there again, this was a change in "atmosphere" that really didn't make my stay any better or worse.
I left my Tupperware in the hotel room in the refrigerator. I came back and ask the front desk. He called the housekeeping and asked and housekeeping said it was not there. Then the front desk send me to check the room. The housekeeping meet met there and Indeed it wasn't there anymore. I kept insisting it was there. I ask who clean the room. And She bring me to 5th. 4th. And 3rd floor. And finally the housekeeping admitted she had the Tupperware in her CART the whole time. MY POINT HERE IS .. IF HOUSEKEEPING STILL SOMETHING AS CHEAP AS TUPPERWARE IMAGINE IF YOU LEFT YOUR DIAMOND RING IN ONE OF THEIR ROOMS.
I stayed at the aloft with a friend for fourth of July, we had planned on watching the brick town fireworks in the Aloft's rooftop lounge. I was very disappointed by the service, the best employee at the Aloft was the photographer who took the photos of the pool and room at strategic angles to make it seem huge. The men working at the reception gave us no information in regards to hotel information. Nothing about pool hours, restaurant hours or gym location. They were more interested in their sleeked back hair and getting rid of us. The included breakfast that is listed is ry a tiny section of the lobby with overpriced backs passed off as a meal. I had to ask the receptionist if there was even a restaraunt on the premises since in the room there was no information, no paper with a number listed to call down, no information in regards to anything. So I had to ask if there was a restaurant, when it was open, was there a gym, where is located, what are the hours. Information that I believe should be readily provided I had to pry from the unwilling worker at the front desk. The restaraunt was a waste. Service was dreadful, it was a bartender with long greasy hair and stains on his clothes who took out orderly reluctantly he entire time acting annoyed with us for giving the hotel our business. After ordering they informed us that they didn't have some of the food offered on the menu and I had to order something else. The second man who attended to us was much nicer and actually cared about his job. Though no one brought my friend the soup that came with the sandwich. The maid service was chaotic and poor. We avoided the room during the day so that they may clean it, each time we went up to the room to change or whatnot the maids were on our floor but never seemed to make it to our room. Then at 5 FIVE they finay knocked on our door for room service and at that point we had been walking around bricktown and swimming in the practically nonexistent pool and didn't wish to leave to have our room clean so the maid handed us towels and coffee. If there had been some sort of organizational system said in place in regards to staff perhaps we would have had our room cleaned at a decent time. We checked out the following day and we were awoken at 8:30 in the morning by the maid service which was a huge annoyance given the fact that this is one of the few times I actually have the chance to sleep in. Then they are again at 11 even though we were checking out on time. My suggestion, give them a schedule of who is checking out when to avoid unnecessary complications. The hotel itself is visually appealing with its modern, hip look. But that is the extent to he positives about he hotel. The pool is way to small given he size of the hotel. Service is terrible and rude. Though it is conveniently located near bricktown and other shopping areas I will not be staying at this place again. Prices were too much for the lack of customer service and amenities given.
Comfy bed , modern design, good customer service, and the location was very convenient. Downsides: noisy rooms with thin walls the rooms also looked much smaller in real life than they were advertised. Also parking was a huge issue. It just became very inconvenient to have a car.
Swanky retro styling with good furnishings, pool and local lounge close to downtown eateries. Parking could be improved and no continental breakfast although Purchase options are available.
The hotel is clean, convenient to Bricktown and has super amenities (lounges, grab-n-go, billiards, etc.) My only request is a cleaner pool. There were napkins, leaves and who knows-what-else at the bottom.
Booked and paid for a much larger room and are in a very standard, clearly the lowest priced room rate available. The front desk girl could care less and was actually whining about how late it is even though the overnight shift is clearly the shift she is on it s so obvious that she hasn t had any customer service training which is crazy as this is the hospitality business. The fluorescent lighting in the room is actually laughable but it goes with the cheap decor and over priced acrylic art. Don t buy into this wanna be trendy joke
Rooms were really nice and all the staff were great. However, they were under-staffed for the weekend with the influx of marathon runners so it was difficult to get help when needed. They were a partnered hotel so they should have been prepared. Staying here any other time would have probably been great. It's a fantastic location within walking distance of most downtown attractions and I'd probably stay here again.
Hotel was clean, everything worked, and overall no bad experiences staying here. It was within walking distance to Bricktown, which is wonderful. The room had a very modern look to it, and if the aesthetic of a hotel room plays a big factor into your trip, then this is the place for you.
However, in my opinion, the price just wasn t worth just how pretty the room looked. We paid $150/night for a single king bed room.
Here s why it wasn t worth the price: 1. They stock your bathroom with 0.25 ply toilet paper. It doesn t make sense that the layout of the hotel room has this great modern feel, but you re wiping your booty with gift bag tissues? 2. No free breakfast. 3. $14 PARKING PER NIGHT. That blows my dang mind. Where are the hotel guests supposed to park downtown? You don t have an option to park anywhere else.
Unfortunately, that s not the kind of hospitality I want to experience. We won t be staying at this chain hotel again.
Hotel overlooked downtown which was awesome, great restaurants nearby, Okay parking, rooms were a bit small but bathroom is big, staff was very helpful and friendly
Absolutely STUNNING hotel. There is an extremely modern and sophisticated atmosphere that just screams luxury and I felt very privileged to get to stay here. I stayed in a Savvy Suite and it was beautiful. I wish however there would ve been a balcony. I was disappointed with that, but I m not deducting stars because that s completely personal preference. Accommodations are all top notch here and I would ve loved more time during my stay. Food, bar and snacks are all quite pricey, but there were a LOT of delicious selections to choose from. The lack of fifth star is because of the fact that breakfast is NOT included, even with multiple nights of purchasing a suite.. not even just a simple continental breakfast was included and that is hands-down one of my favorite parts of staying in luxury hotels is the generally beautiful and ample complimentary breakfast selection with coffee bar that they almost all offer. So needless to say, I was definitely disappointed when I saw the lack there of. Parking is covered, private and free for guests, which was very nice in downtown OKC/Bricktown area! The only other thing I would ve really liked to change would be having to choose between whether to have a fridge or a microwave in my room. For travelers, I feel that both appliances are extremely important, and when such a high nightly price tag is attached, I would ve been much happier to have seen both of those needs being met without any special requests/accommodations having to be made. That being said, STILL 4 HUGE STARS. BEAUTIFUL JOB ALOFT !
I loved how the room was set up and how roomy it was. One of my shades was torn and out of its track, but they came right up and fixed it. Staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel needs some minor maintenance done but in all a wonderful hotel. Also the location was so great to get to Bricktown.
This place was horrible! I like the modern style but the service was awful and the culture was very party-oriented. The pool had 20+ loud frat boys drinking Budlight all day and late night. The only plus is the bar upstairs. Very beautiful.
What a amazing place my stay at this hotel was superb. The service i was given were truly appreciable . Their staff was very friendly and cooperative, they serve us very kindly. If i talk about the food was super delicious and the price i was charges reasonable enough. Final i would like to recommend to anyone in need to stay.
This hotel is for the modern travelers! Great look, super pet friendly and in the heart of the city. Awesome government rates. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I am definitely a new fan.
We decided to stay here for the first night of our honeymoon. We got the savvy suite and it was big and beautiful. The front room was made to look 70's I guess. It was my least favorite. The bathroom was so spacious and elegantly decorated. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. There was a desk with a charging station. We had a long balcony looking towards downtown and it was absolutely stunning. The bar was good. Friendly staff. The breakfast you had to pay for and the options were not very appetizing for us. They had juice. coffee, and other drink options to buy. I should have made me a cup in my room and took the complimentary water, but I didn't know this at the time. We ended up going else where to eat. Overall we loved this stay and will stay here again for the balcony and big suite stay.
The front desk manager was rude, a dog used the restroom in the lobby while we were standing in line. And the front desk girl upon arrival wasn't very presentable with her prison neck tattoos and 6 inch long fingernails. We found dirty clothes that did not belong to us in the room upon check in. The bed was comfortable is the only good thing I have to say.
I didn't get to see the rooms, but my first impression of the hotel wasn't so great. We stepped into the elevator from the parking garage and it had so much trash in it. The event space was average. The best place was the bar downstairs, although the bartender didnt seem to know how to make the simplest drinks properly.
The dinner I had last night was the Artic fish made by Chef Travis Avery. It was exceptional delicious. The appetizer I had was a meatball that they handmade theirselves, which has cheese in the middle. I HATE meatballs, but these I would order again. For desert, I had a Banana Bread Delight. It was handmade again, a whiskey ice cream on top of the bread with a betty delicious sau e a top with fresh slices of bananas. This dinner was such a great to my palate.I would give it all gold stars!!!
Very trendy, but A/C broke in the middle of the night, and they wouldn't move me to a different room - or FIX it. It was 104 degrees outside, so this was unacceptable service to me. I think it was just a kid who didn't know how to handle the situation, but still unacceptable. Also, for being a brand new hotel, lots of things seem to be repurposed and run down. The treadmill broke, and my sink drain got stuck. On the plus side, the food at the WXYZ restaurant was excellent.
This hotel is a bit run down in places. Worn carpet, missing trim pieces in the room, broken sink stopper, scratched up walls. It wasn t the Aloft experience I ve come to expect. We asked for firm pillows twice, yet they couldn t locate any.
Not impressed. The staff and service was great. For the price, I could ve stayed at a much nicer place with free breakfast and free parking. Paying for parking here was, in my opinion, the last straw for me. We were pretty disappointed to have to pay for a continental quality breakfast. The hotel rooms were pretty muggy and never really cooled down at night. The rooftop, keyless entry rooms, and the robot were all highly recommended at other locations, however at the OKC location the rooftop was rented out to a high school reunion so we couldn t enjoy it, the robot wasn t there, and the keyless entry rooms, we were told by the front desk, did not work. Not really a big deal, but when they are part of your marketing that sets you a part from other hotels, I would expect to be able to experience them. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends or contacts, nor will we be visiting again.
An "engineer" walked into our room unannounced after my wife had just got out of the shower. The response from management was less than impressive and they acted like it was no big deal and just an accident.
Love everything about this hotel! From the easy access, easy check in, easy parking. Such an amazing friendly staff! I highly recommend it to any and everyone
Aloft hotels always wow me with their design, chic look and wonderful artwork displayed throughout the property. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The wxzy bar is fantastic and has a great selection of cocktails.
My husband went to the hotel just to get away and it was amazing. The rooms were wonderful, the bed was so comfortable , and Jacky at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. She always had a smile and went out of her way to help us. We loved the restaurants food the Mac and Cheese is to die for. We frequented the bar and the bartenders were friendly and make great drinks. The bartender that works on Friday and Saturday night is the best he makes an awesome Bloody Mary with extra olives. We had an all around great time there.
Amazingly clean room, AWESOME customer service, parking was a cinch, nice bar and continental breakfast area, and convenient location to walk into Bricktown, or driving to access freeway, or further into downtown, or medical center. There is no "if", I'll be back...(will Arnold accent). Did I mention their amazing customer service?
Attended a networking event in the bar, so I only saw the lobby and bar area. The place looked fantastic and we look forward to going back just for the bar. I hope to stay a night in one of their rooms soon.
Worst hotel. It looks nice at first but my room looked like someone had barfed in the window. The sheets look like blood splattered on them. That is how nasty it was. The guy that was at the front desk was very rude. Never going back.
Way to expensive for the quality of room you get! It's Best Western quality room at best! I just checked in to my room and I'm very disappointed with the room and with the view. Parking is very expensive also and there's no attendant. If I pay 14 bucks a day for parking I expect there to be a parking attendant and security cameras in the parking lot and there is neither. The front desk people are not very friendly either. Stay with Hampton or Holliday inn wile your in bricktown don't stay here!
We have stayed at an Aloft in Tulsa, OK and this one. Great experiences at both! The front desk is always super helpful and rooms are nice and clean. This location is great if you're looking to visit Bricktown. It is a very short walk to many bars, restaurants and activities in Bricktown. I also love that this hotel is dog friendly, our dog is like our child and we love to bring him when we travel rather than boarding him. There was even a small park area to take him right next to the parking garage at this location. The bar in this hotel is a nice place to just hang out and have a few drinks, prices were very reasonable. The only thing that isn't necessarily bad, just to be aware of, is that parking is $15 when you get there. While booking our room on their website we booked a rate that included parking (so we didn't have to pay the $15 when we arrived) and I think that benefited us more than paying the $15 for parking when you get there. We will definitely be staying at more Aloft locations in the future!
This is a pretty cool little funky place. The room is pretty small but it's impressive the way that utilize the space. The service has been awesome the room is very clean.
