The rooms are clean and comfortable. Austin at the bar makes great drinks. The outside seating area upstairs is the perfect place to hang out with friends. My only complaint was the lighting in our bathroom. Not enough light above the sink or in the shower.

Room was clean and overall in good condition. Staff were friendly. My room was on the 5th floor. Their was a few rather large carpet stains in the hallway that needs to be cleaned. Each time I walked pass them it made me feel the whole place was a bit dirty. Funny how something like that makes impacts ones impression.
Our room was clean and ready to go when we arrived. It was very modern and spacious. We were never bothered by the front desk for anything. They were friendly and welcomed our group (bachelorette party) with smiles. Very quiet, close to the heart of bricktown, and worth visiting.
If you are looking for a restful time, do not stay here. There were competing drums and bands throughout the night. Worst stay ever, seriously disappointed. Was never told in advance about the noise and could not get a refund.
Not good. The worst Aloft experience ever. I love these Aloft hotels and until now have always had a great experience. Noting about my stay here was very good. And it took accounting is too busy to return calls. I have never left a bad review at any hotel stay that I can remember, but this one was TERRIBLE. Im sad that my home town has the worst Aloft of any I have stayed at.
Amazing property!!! The staff is amazing,The rooms are extremely cool & comfortable and the GM, Ronnie Krodel, makes every person who walks through the door feel like family. I will highly recommend this property to everyone.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, the breakfast is pretty weak but the decor is great and the gym is amazing. The walls are a little thin and the bar is hit or miss but the location is amazing.
Stayed here last night I am not sure who they had staying there that needed armed security following them around or who is famouse enough to smoke week in there room and make the entire floor smell it and get away with it when I called the front desk they just said they would get someone up there to spray something and never did then at midnight fire alarm started sounding off
The suite was large, but had a horrific odor. The refresh team attempted to fix; but the Eco spray only helped for about an hour. The smell was so intense it made it hard to enjoy the suite; and no there were available. The neighbors had a small dog, who barked most of the evening, because it's owners left it to go out with their wedding party for the night. The yapping went on for hours. The pool was shut down already, which was also disappointing. The second room, a more basic, was more enjoyable than the suite because it felt cleaner. Views from either room were not fantastic. However, it was walking distance right into the heart of bricktown which was nice. Staff were polite. For the money we spent; I expected better. I wouldn't return again before trying other local options. We were told this is a dog hotel... So part of the smell problem could be from pet odors hidden in the carpets; that they can't really remedy without pulling out to replace carpet. That was not a pleasant factoid to go to sleep with.
The banquet room on the top floor was really nice and the overall design of the hotel was very nice, fresh. Looked like a heated pool. The attached parking garage was nice, too.
The rooms are nice but the shower still doesn't drain and I'm sharing room with a conference partner....this is gross and our was suppose to be fixed today....and shower floor is slippery! I had to move extra slow so I didn't fall!
We've stayed here several times and like the roomy rooms, in a very nice area of Bricktown and usually friendly staff. The valet folks are great, pleasant staff working every where and they have a pretty nice size fenced dog run/park. We will be back, just wish the needs weren't so hard, my body always hurts after sleeping there but all the other amenities helps me to get over it. Love this place.
My wife and I recently stayed at the hotel, and we had a Great experience. The suite we stayed in was perfect, very spacious, very clean, and very nice. We visited the bar, the staff were very friendly and the drinks were spot on. We spoke to the general manager while on property and he has customer service down to an art. Keep up the great customer service!
They upgraded us from an Ultra Savvy suite to the Celebrity Suite for free. That's going from a $200 room to a $1600 room. Most unique experience of my life. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. You can walk to the Civic Center easily, or Brick Town. Be aware that the parking is $14 a night.
The room was very clean and modern. We brought along one of our dogs and they were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay by bricktown and bring along your furry family members. Just a short walk to get to bricktown.
Love the design of this hotel. Friendly service and rooms are comfy and cool looking. Price is kinda expensive and you have to pay for parking but it is inside secured garage. Well worth the price.
Very nice and modern hotel located just a block away from historic bricktown about 8 minute walk to Sheridan ave. This hotel has convenient onsite parking at $14 per day which a great rate for the area. Checkin was simple and staff was very courteous. Our room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, nice modern decor. Room has safe as well, walk-in shower, great water pressure. The bar area is plus and bartenders makes a good strong drink, if you need one. Lol BE FOREWARNED, this hotel doesn t put up with you being loud or partying within your room, it s not happening, which is understandable for other guests, so if you plan on drinking or having a bachelorette party, think twice. I would recommend staying here if you re not drinking.
Great place located in Bricktown within walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful location. Great service, clean hotel. One.of my favorites. I highly recommend.
Room was very clean and was in close walking distance to the arena and bricktown. The parking provided was 14 dollars a day, which for me is alittle much considering its alofts parking garage. The food they have on site os only snack options. The breakfast that we ordered wasnt that good either. For the price they charge for a breakfast sandwhich id suggest to go out , and not spend 6-9 bucks on an egg muffin sandwhich.
Overrated. My sister reserved us a room for a long trip break. When we arrived they were able to confirm the room had been reserved but they declined to allow us to stay if we couldn't have my sister verify (we got in about 1am, so she was asleep). Then our credit card was declined due to scam protection and being run out of state. Thank goodness I was meeting a friend who was able to secure a room for us with his card which was a bit of an inconvenience since they put a $ hold on his account for 72 hours. Very frustrating and they weren't willing to take us at our word that my sister would be available to confirm in the morning, when she woke up for the day and sees all of these missed calls. Besides that HOW ELSE would I know the name and information the room was reserved under?! Kinda ridiculous
It's always a good night stay at the Aloft, no matter what state I'm staying in at the time. It's become my go-to when needing a quick hotel for the night, or maybe 2.
The hotel is always very clean. And the beds are very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend staying at the Aloft to anyone looking for a nice, clean, non-stuffy, affordable hotel.
I had a good experience here with a group of my buddies We had two beds and the room was pretty comfortable for all of us It was clean The staff was friendly and even gave us toiletries for all of us The breakfast is pretty good too
The hotel is beautifully modern, with all the amenities and then some. I stayed in a double room, the beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for my roommate and i to be comfortable. The shower was wonderful. I could have used a few more hangers... but i think i overpacked. It was a great experience.
Very nice hotel and staff. The only issue I have is more personal preference than anything. The hotel was a little too "hipster" than this old man could handle.
Very comfortable room layout, convenient to a small grocery store next door and a bunch of food options walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, trendy with food and drink options downstairs. I'd totally stay here again next time.
The hotel rooms are really nice and the staff took really good care of during our stay. We were pleased from the valets to the bar looking forward to staying there in the future.
This is a really cool hotel, the suites are huge and very nice. While the room prices are pretty fair, they do catch you elsewhere. Parking is $14 per night, the WiFi is free but barely works, breakfast is not complimentary, and there are no water fountains anywhere. So yeah.
The hotel was decent except for Sunday morning they woke everyone up in the motel with an alert message. We were told to stand by and wait for an update. The update for the all clear never came. It was 640 am.
Hotel was cheesy. The restaurant took an hour for 2 dessert dishes, even though we were the only table. Bathroom wasn't very clean, sink didn't drain, and toilet roll holder was broken. Overall, no better than a Day's Inn... Don't waste the money.
It was OK,......you have to pay 14$ per night to park your car.....no contenteil breakfast and room service came in twice in the morning while we were sleeping dispite the fact we have the do not disturb sign on the door. Rooms are small, no fans for the bathroom, hidden charges on your bill. No impressed. For the price they ask per room, go somewhere else, not worth your money.
Mask mandate yet customers were going in and out without masks. Front desk didn't seem bothered. Eventually checked out so I could get better service in a place that followed their own rules. I wasn't the only concerned guest. Others checked out as well.
The bed was so so so comfortable! It was hard to get out of it in the morning. I really loved the "vibe" of the hotel and was nice to be in an environment that didn't necessarily feel like a hotel. The only downsides were parking was a little bit of a walk and the prices of the food and parking were a bit steep.
Clean, comfy, and personable staff. We arrived after driving 2 hours from Wichita after our flight home was cancelled. The person at the desk greeted us warmly and kindly gave us two breakfast vouchers after hearing our situation.
The beds were so comfortable, the air conditioner was powerful in combating the summer heatwave, and the breakfast options were delicious. I had the Berry Bowl and my friend had eggs and ham.
I've always loved the W brand, and this Aloft did not disappoint. Stay with confidence.
Service great! Pillows smelled not clean. Patrick and company replaced promptly with fresh ones! And gave us breakfast for the inconvenience. Room easily accessible from parking garage. Parking easy to maneuver to from street. Rooms had a new feel. Coffee pot did have a used coffee bag still in it. Overall good stay! Friendly staff! Got a rose at check-in! Happy hour at the bar was a perk too!
Nice place to stay. They goofed up on our reservation but got a free breakfast out of it. It's near the River Walk, but you have to walk maybe 2 blocks to it.
Stayed on the 4th floor. Room was great. Comfortable bed. Great atmosphere. Love the Aloft because it makes me feel like I'm in Europe! The only negative was the halls and ice rooms were incredibly hot. Not sure if that's how it is always or something was broken. Room was cool and comfortable. Location was great. We were able to park our car and walk to all of our planned and unplanned activities. Overall a fantastic place to stay.
Don't let looks deceive you! cute modern style hotel but that's the only thing good I can say. No cameras in parking garage and my car was broken in to and cleaned out! Fire alarm went off and my first room flooded then second room was affixed with dirty linens and 3rd room was one that shared a door with the neighboring room which was booked by a family with loud teenage boys... very annoying to have to be awaken by them video chatting and playing video games when all you want to do is sleep in. The re:fuel cafe also lacked ingredients to fulfill their already very limited menu
Overall it was a pleasant place to stay for three nights. Rated 2 stars because of the security concerns. A lot of stress at night wondering if someone was going to break into my vehicle or not.
Pro + Friendly Staff + Good Food Nearby + Comfortable Beds and Pillows + Pet Friendly and Dog Park Nearby
Cons - No Security (vehicle had 2 attempted break-ins late evening) - Poor Circulation in rooms (No Shower Vent) - Loud (Can hear EVERYTHING through walls)
Nice hotel. However if you were going to offer takeout from your restaurant you should have microwaves in your hotel room. Our hotel room had a ripped curtain and the furniture had a bunch of dents in it. It wasn't a spectacular hotel but it wasn't the worst
The Karen at the front desk was a little rude with no personality. I was told my room would cost $125 then she insisted we pay for the $17 parking fee for their garage. She told us there would be NO parking around the street. We shortly found out that was not true. Not even 5 minutes after, we asked that she take off the parking pass fee because we will not be using it. she kind of argued but said ok. All said and done I was charged $170 something. How does my rate get to $170. The rooms are very basic and in my opinion way over priced. Save your money.
The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. They have parking for guests in a parking garage. The hotel is close to restaurants like bricktown brewery. The in hotel restaurant is pretty good, too.
I didn't stay but the facility was beautiful. I was a little disappointed that no one said hello or acknowledged my presence when I walked in the front door looking for my conference. This was about 1030 in the morning.
