Restaurant staff was rude. When they say the kitchen closes at 10 that is according to some arbitrary bar clock versus the time in the real world. This incredibly problematic to a family of five that just traveled 700 miles to attend a funeral.

Hotel was nice but the beds and pillows made my body extremely for days. They really need to provide different options of pillows. Down pillows are not for everyone. Beds were too hard too.

Good central location and friendly staff, but if you really look at things, sure, they put some extra effort into decor, loud music to feel modern, funky names of their bar, business center, etc, but the small room felt like being in a tiny box, bathroom had no tub, sink was very impractical. No free breakfast as most hotels that charge a premium, average at best workout room, and no free parking. IMO, you know you're coming and will have to park, if your only option is paid parking, you should raise your room rates and have free parking, else you're duping people into thinking you have lower rates than they actually end up paying. Definitely have had better experiences/rooms/amenities at Hampton/Hilton/Wyndam

I paid 300 dollars for the best suite they had and I've NEVER been more disappointed with a purchase in my life!! This place was not plush or lavish or anything! It honestly looked like a motel 6 with a big bathtub. SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY DO NOT GO HERE

This hotel is amazing. We love staying here just for a night away. Close to downtown, you can walk to wherever you wanna go or just stay here and swim, play pool or get awesome drinks at the bar. All the rooms are very trendy and nice. Great bathrooms! We love this hotel and the people who work there! We are staying at the aloft in Dallas this weekend and if it's anything like this one I know we will be happy!

Beautiful hotel and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your every need is taken care of. One particular staff member Mr. Marone stands out as a shining star. He was super friendly and amazing to work with!

A really relaxed and modern hotel. The best part of this specifically hotel though is the location. We were a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of Bricktown. We will definitely be going back.

Problem one; room smelled like stagnant water.

Problem one; room smelled like stagnant water.

#2 sink; we turned it on, and it spilled everywhere!

#3 it seemed it was it was borderline run down. The graphics in the elevator where scraped and Everytime we got in one the intercom connected with no voice after the initial squelch.

#3. We where told the bar was open until 2 am. Get to the hotel at 0145 and we are told bar is closed after being told at check in the bar was open until 2 am. If we had known it closed before 2 we would have stayed were we where at.

#4 ordered nachos from room service and had to pick it up at the bar. The nachos weren't even put together. They where in containers and we had to out them together ourselves.

I am never staying here again.

Nice place. Clean and friendly staff. We stayed two days and loved that this place was centralized to restaurants within walking distance. Small grocery store on the tiny corner and a bike rental.
Only hiccup was the shower didn't drain. I reported it that morning and they immediately radio'd the maintenance who fixed it. The last evening we ate at their bar/restaurant and the burger was DELICIOUS!!!

Our first room had an adjoining door to a room in which the resident was singing loudly at 10:30p. Staff was quick to move us. Rooms were modern and comfortable. The shower was very warm and the rooms seemed to let a lot of noise in. Otherwise, great experience with a good view of the city.

EDIT: The GM called me and told me that he had been newly assigned to Aloft. My experience with him was the complete opposite of my experience at Aloft. He aplogized for the service and explained that he was trying to cancel the Valet contract. He also completely refunded my stay. I would be shocked if in a few months I stayed at the Aloft and did not have a 5 star experience. I would without hesitation stay here again based solely on our conversation.

The bill was wrong for my stay and I called and tried to get it fixed, ending up in an arguement with the person saying that they would email me the bill so I could see what it says for myself and that he wasn't sure how else to explain it to me because I wasn't getting it. I had a confirmation receipt/email with a room rate and total amount including tax less than I was initially charged. In fairness, he sounded exhausted, but was still incredibly rude. Especially considering that I was trying to correct an error the hotel made in charging me for my stay.

The major problem I had during my stay was with the Valet. When I was leaving, I called the front desk and asked for a cart for my bags/dog cage. 15 minutes later I went down myself and got one. When I got my stuff outside, I tipped the valet $5. He made a few rude comments about my car being and automatic and how he liked to drive a manual. He took the money and proceeded to stand there and watch me load up my bags. When I got home, I realized that he had kept my keys in his pocket and had not put them in the console/cupholder. Again, in fairness I should have checked myself. However, I am beyond frustrated at him being so busy making snarky comments and watching me load my luggage to remember to give me back my keys.

I have never written a review on any restaurant/hotel/business in my entire life. I was so unbelievable and completely shocked at the quality of the Aloft to write one for the first time. If you are reading this review and considering staying here, don't. Seriously. Go anywhere else. It's not possible to get a worse experience and this place is fairly expensive.

Hotel is relatively new in a great location. Situated in Bricktown, it is close to a lot of attractions including the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and Chesapeake Arena. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. Great place to stay if you re wanting to check out OKC!

The place was just ok. Some of the service was very good. That's why I gave it 3 stars. If you stay here, BE SURE TO LOOK AT THE DATE'S ON THE COFFEE CREAMER MINE WAS DATED OCTOBER 2013. IT CAME OUT CHUNKY..

We had a horrendous experience with aloft Oklahoma City. Not only did they lose our reserved room the night before. We requested a king size suite room with a balcony and jacuzzi tub plus another room with two queens beds. We got stuck with a two queen bed rooms for 9 girls...and only one blow up mattress. Very horribly taken care of.

Great location, modern but luxurious room. Restaurant was just OK, not planning to eat there again for the rest of my stay. Valet parking is not mandatory FYI! But still have to pay for parking anyway. Gym is nice, pool is outdoors so unfortunately closed for the season. Walls a little thin, could hear conversations outside.

This hotel was extremely noisy. I could hear my neighbors watching tv, their alarm in the morning, flushing the toilet, etc. Walls are THIN. Sheets on the second bed were dirty. I didn t have hot water when I took a shower the first morning. Additionally, there is a loud and frequently used train line in close proximity to the hotel. I don t recommend staying here.

While staying at Aloft in OKC I enjoyed the atmosphere and the extra amenities that they offer. The XYZ lounge was great. My room had a great view. All in all I would stay there again.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people beside us, and people outside of the hotel ALL night long. Our room had no ice bucket, so we just took cups to fill up at the ice machine, but it was broke on our floor. I had to go down to the front desk to get ice. Rooms seem a lot smaller compared to your average hotel room. We would not stay here again.

Great hotel. Courteous professional staff. Clean modern rooms. We stayed here on New Years Eve. The place was completely full, yet we never once felt as if we were not completely taken care of. The staff handled a very busy night with ease. The owner, Mr Thompson, checked in on our group several times. This was very unexpected and appreciated. I will be staying here again, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in OKC.

Below average. Rooms were clean but nothing special, we reserved a king with a roll away bed. That was a joke, rollaway is a cheap kids size blow up bed. My 13 year old's feet hung of the edge. Lighting is horrible in bathroom, wife had a hard time seeing to get ready. They also knew we had 3 in the room yet Gabe us 2 towels and a single was cloth.
They are pet friendly which was nice. Overall feel is they are trying to be modern but it really just missed the mark for me. They won't be my first choice in the future but wouldn't be my last either.

The front desk staff was very helpful but that is the only positive thing i can really say. The room was musty and not as clean as i would have hoped for. The housekeeper tried to abruptly come into our room without knocking. If my bf had not locked the door stop she would have gotten an eye full.
Good location.... small pool.... very pretty roof top view ... worn out seating on the patio.

Aloft was clean and provided a positive, enjoyable atmosphere. The staff assisting with the event were professional and friendly. I look forward to returning to Aloft OKC in the future.

The hotel front desk people were very pleasant and check in and out was very fast. I am giving this 4 stars and not 3 because the parking was free and I really appreciated that especially since we got a great deal on Priceline. What I will say is terrible pillows. Lumpy and not comfortable although the rest of the bed was great. Very clean room and bathroom. The shower door leaks and I can see that could be a liability but we used our extra towels to soak up the water. The heat/air is not quiet like more upper end hotels like Hyatt which was a surprise because we have stayed at aloft in Connecticut and it was beautiful. The biggest issue with 2nd floor next to the the gym is it is also across from the upstairs bar. If you do not like bar noise request a different room. It was not an issue for us because the upstairs was closed when we stayed there but I could see how it would be. The only reason I rate this 3 stars was the pillows and the bartender . The bartender did not acknowledge my presence, he did not acknowledge my husband. My husband had to request a menu after he walked by our hi top several times. Even after requesting a menu he still did not come to our table, say I will be right with you, smile or anything. We ended up leaving with out food or drinks. I feel that it is poor customer service to sit down and be ignored when he could clearly see us. I was literally there at least 10 minutes before my husband came down. So for those 2 reasons...3 stars. We stayed the past 2 nights and the bartender has long brown hair.

This place is a joke! After over $450 for a 2 night stay which included a broken window shade, dirty sheets, bathroom that smelt like a portapotty they charged $30 more on checkout for parking! NEVER returning!! Will never recommend this place to anyone!

Though the hotel offers no free parking, there is plenty. It is a very cool, modern hotel. All design details have neen thought out. However in some ways, comfort has taken a back seat to style. For example in the bathroom, there are no towel bars beyond one for clean, displayed towels. Nothing for wet. And the chairs in the bar look cool, but are terribly uncomfortable. In hotels, form must follow, not precede, function.

This is not one of the best Alofts I ve stayed in. The staff was pretty friendly and the lobby is great, especially if you have a big group. But the rooms need some updates. My sink wouldn t drain, so it was unusable during my stay. My room faced the pool, where the hotel played loud music all night making sleeping difficult. The beds aren t super comfortable but the pillows are good. I probably wouldn t stay here again and would choose the Ambassador or Colcord instead.

Very impressed with the style and arrangement of the building. The rooms were spacious and filled with many beautiful features. Staff was exceptionally helpful. The Hotel event catering was brilliant! Truly impressed with the quality of food and the lovely presentation.

I ve always enjoyed staying at the different Aloft locations. I love the modern style and forward thinking. The Bricktown location is ideal. Easy to get in and out without going through all the Bricktown traffic. Nice restaurant and love the bar. Also looked like they have some top notch conference rooms. Beds and pillows supper comfy and nice shower with rain head.

Not the best hotel I have stayed in. Pros- Looks appealing and price is great considering the location. Staff were friendly. Self parking. Plenty of plug ins for charging needs.
Cons- very odd that the refrigerator and coffee maker are in the bathroom area, refrigerator was dusty (there was a distinct wipe mark where someone had wiped it but not thoroughly), elevators smelled musty/wet doggish, numerous scuffed areas (very noticeable, not tiny little marks) on doors and walls throughout the hotel, elevators are loud and chime at each floor- could hear them from my room, stain on bedding, large stains in hallway carpet, decor was peeling off the wall, could hear street traffic, signs of water damage (warping and discoloration) on bench by elevators. For the price I can't complain too much, I would stay again if I needed to however if I have other options I doubt I opt for this hotel. I think a little TLC would go a long way and make this hotel much more appealing.

Nice, peaceful place to stay. Staff is nice and casual. I had some issues with the food offerings, but nothing major. The pillows have the firmness of a ziplock bag filled with whipping cream, but that's typical of most hotels. There is a food menu in the room, but no room service. What gives?

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and nice open common areas. Excellent location to Bricktown and easy to get on the interstate to the airport or other places. Cool mini grocery store next door as well.

So our room was dirty the bed was halfway made. The bathroom still had water on the floor. And my car got broken into and they wouldn t do anything about it. Not to mention the elevators ran very slow it took longer to go up the elevator then it took to come down. The guest who wore make America great again hats we re extremely rude. And made me feel like I had an unknown disease. While I was trying to be nice due to the elevator taking forever to go up they proceeded to act very inhuman. I will Not be back it s was bad.

Clean, comfy rooms and personable staff. We arrived after driving 2 hours from Wichita after our flight home was cancelled. The person at the desk greeted us warmly and kindly gave us two breakfast vouchers after hearing our situation.

The beds were so comfortable, the air conditioner was powerful in combating the summer heatwave, and the breakfast options were delicious. I had the Berry Bowl and my friend had eggs and ham.

I've always loved the W brand, and this Aloft did not disappoint. Stay with confidence.

Rooms were nice, and new and contemporary. Came here with my wife and friend's couple for an evening out from the kids. The bar was great as well as breakfast (tasty!). The one star off was because we were in the room initially partying (drinks and all) and then got a knock on the door for being too noisy. There was a manager, a cop, and one more staff, all for a noise complaint? Really? Took the party downstairs, which they suggested, which was fine by me.

Refrigerator under the sink. Room was $222 doesn't include overnight parking another $17. Room service done for the night at 11pm bar at midnight? Not sure why so expensive if no extra perks

I needed to have major surgery at the OU medical center. Living in Tulsa, I wanted to make sure my wife have a nice and safe place to stay. I booked four nights at the Aloft for her to stay. It was very important to me that my wife was cared for while I was in the hospital four nights. I couldn't have been more pleased. The facility was safe, clean, very convenient, located only a few minutes from the hospital. Also, the kindness and care of the entire staff was above any other hotel we've ever stayed. I wholeheartedly recommend Aloft Oklahoma City to all who may need a hotel in the City.

I'm very disappointed. We got in after 8pm tired and ready for bed. We had a red bull can on the floor, the wall thermostat didn't work, and the window blinds didn't cover the entire window so a street lamp shined in. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one if because the front desk gentlemen was very polite.
