I am VERY dissatisfied with my two night stay at this place! The carpet was discussing I didn t want to take my shoes off!! The shower looked like it was about to fall apart, water stains on the bathroom walls and floor, curtains in the bathroom were falling apart, pubic hair on the bed, sperm and penis confetti all over the place like the room hadn t been cleaned, brown recluse spiders in the hall. The wxyz patio had old faded and ripped furniture. Frankly, I m pissed that I spent $500 on this dump.

The rooms are clean and modern and this place is in a great spot if you plan on going for a night out in Bricktown. The only thing that needs work is their parking garage entry/exit system. I pulled a ticket to enter the garage and the arm lowered on my car and scratched it all up. It took them 5 days to finally contact me with their insurance information but it seems like they will cover all damages. Otherwise it's a great hotel with friendly staff and they are pet friendly at no extra charge.

Very nice and modern! The room was very clean and the shower was amazing! Hotel staff was friendly. We stayed overnight for a company party and everything from the drinks and appetizers to dessert was great! Also it was very close to downtown and the Riverwalk.

Staying here now. Bathroom window shade is broken and have asked front desk guy for more than three hours to make a simple call (30 seconds?) to maintenance to get it fixed. Three calls to him and he just tells us he is "busy" and the hotel is "booked." In other words we are being told to f!@# off. Tried calling operator to get maintenance number-unavailable, of course. Tried calling sales and marketing-off for the weekend, of course. Tried to get the extension for maintenance from the bartender at the lounge-he tried to find someone (way more than the front desk guy) bit still no joy. Such a simple thing will result in me having to change hotels and never stay in Aloft again. I'm not quite ready to cancel all SPG membership. Let's see what they do. I'll keep you posted. So far the hotel gets a ONE rating. See my more detailed TripAdvisor review.

Bed is comfy enough, shower is nice. The rooms are minimalist, needs more tables. It looks nice though. There is free parking for hotel guests, mostly covered even! Outdoor pool. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but mostly down some stairs, so there is that to consider.

I live near OKC and this was just a night away for my husband and I. I loved the location! It's close to the popular restaurants and bars of Bricktown. We didn't really spend too much time in the hotel itself because they're was so much to do and all within walking distance. Some of the things I didn't care for was the size of the room. It was pretty small. Just big enough for the king sized bed and a suitcase without feeling too claustrophobic. Next was that our fridge didn't work. Had to throw out some of our leftovers since we discovered this the morning after. Also, there was a door in the room which connected to another room. I found that kind of strange. We have a roommate currently living with us, so I feel like I always have to be quiet in my house. We were hoping to get away from that for a night, but that door made me feel as if anything we did or said could easily be heard. Overall, not bad. But, if we do this again I'll probably stay somewhere else.

WE HAD MY DAUGHTERS 16TH BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE & IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! THEY HAVE A OKLAHOMA COUNTY SHERIFF FOR SECURITY, HE WAS LETTING PEOPLE HAVE THEIR FUN BUT NOT GET OUT OF CONTROL, WITCH I THOUGHT WAS GOOD
((( WE HAD A ROOM FULL OF TEENAGE GIRLS SO THAT GOES W/ OUT SAYING ))) THE ROOMS WERE NICE & CLEAN & EVERYTHING IS WITH-IN WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL THE DOWNTOWN ATTRACTIONS. WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Good location, clean, walkable to a number areas. Friendly on check in. The first full day management had to verify my room was occupied as housekeeping marked it unoccupied. The day of checkout, I went for breakfast around 9 with plans to return briefly to the room and checkout closer to the noon checkout time. By 9:45, when I got back, housekeeping had entered the room, stripped the bed and taken the towels, dismissing the do not disturb sign left on the door while I was away.

Recently stayed and had a great night. Bought a regular room and was upgraded to the Celebrity suite for free. The suite was huge and had an amazing view of the OKC skyline. I appreciate the complementary upgrade and an experience I could have never had afforded.

Great Hotel in the wonderfully renovated Deep Deuce, downtown Oklahoma City area. Staff was wonderful and rooms and views great. Convenient to walk all over our the Deep Deuce and Bricktown, Oklahoma.

Great location. A very modern place. If you were born after 1980 you'll love this place.Spacious room, but no clothing storage (drawers). W XYZ bar and grille located in the hotel has good food and a large variety of liquor. Earl is a great bartender/waiter.

Not a bad place, but the water pressure in my room was completely nil. Tried to call the front desk, but there was no answer. Overall, the hotel is decent, but I probably wouldn t stay again unless there are no other options.

Hotel guests have to still pay $14/day for parking, but no attendant or cameras. Check-in was rough with a self important manager who was rude not only to other customers but to his own staff members as well. Room was actually pretty nice but our bathroom sink had a HUGE Crack across the countertop they tried to hide by placing a handtowel over it. Seriously?? Shower was nice and water pressure was great. Has pocket door to separate the shower and toilet from the rest of the bathroom. No vent tho. Desk area was nice in that there was multiple way to charge devices. Room view was the back of the building but we didn't need a view and never really opened the curtains. Late check out times was the main reason for choosing this hotel! That was the deciding factor! Loved that aspect! Weighing the pros and cons, we would probably stay here again but be aware of some of the staff and parking fees.

We had been excited to stay at Aloft in OKC when we were downtown for a reunion, but we wound up very dissapointed in what we got for $200/night. The bath mat and towels were ragged and stringy, the ceiling was torn up as well as the curtain. The grossest of all was when we noticed brown stains on the comforter. I decided to look at the rest of it and am glad I did because when I pulled it back, the underside had an old yellow urine like stain and another brown spot. It was disgusting! Very dissapointed over all.

It's a great hotel to stay at! The staff is really nice and very helpful. It is within walking distance to all of Bricktown. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There was a bit of noise both nights we stayed from the outside street, but that wasn't the hotel's fault...Just a busy area of OKC. Would recommend to anyone.

This place was amazing. We went to celebrate our 42 wedding anniversary and were treated like we were to most important people there. Patrick and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable yet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A bit pricey, but understandable to be so close to all the attractions that we wanted to be near. Saved on parking by staying here when we attended a concert at the Chesapeake Arena. The only problem is we received two full beds when we had requested a king in our reservation. It was confirmed for a king (verbally) and when we received the electronic confirmation it was two full beds. Despite that, the room was nice and clean. We really liked the body soap and shampoo/conditioner that were in the shower. They were in dispensers on the wall and very easy to get what we needed versus not having enough or wasting an opened bottle. Room temp was very good and view out the windows was beautiful.

I stay at a lot of aLoft facilities around the country and this is one of the best. The restaurant food isn t the typical reheat-in-a-toaster-oven... it s better than most full service restaurants.

Our room smelled really bad like the plastic tarps used as window drapes. Maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. Wifi was barely usable. Staff messed up our reservation from a two bed to one bed and was not accommodating to make it right even though the reservation clearly stated two bed.

They make you pay for every single thing. No complimentary breakfast. Beds are stiff, smell strongly of bleach. No blankets, and the remote buttons were sticky and wouldn't change the volume or change the channel unless you pressed them really hard. The view from my window was nice tho. I do not believe I would like to visit again.

The room itself was big, we requested a high floor and they gave us the second floor (the lowest floor available for our suite). The food from the restaurant was actually pretty good, but the second night they said the kitchen was closed for a wedding, which is fine, but we had no idea that was going to happen when we reserved the room. Also the floor had a lot of stains on it, the tables in the living room also had stains on it from where drinks have been. Several things in the room were also broken in various ways, such as the toilet paper holder was loose and the roll would fall off if you pulled too hard, and the door to the bathroom had a lot of chips on the side. Staff was pretty nice though

Check-in is at 3PM and we arrived at 3:30 and they still made us wait until 3:50 because the room wasn't clean. We went to the on-site restaurant and asked for the desert menu and they no longer have any deserts. We pulled the menu off the website twenty minutes before hand and it showed deserts. On top of that, we waited 15 minutes before we were finally told that. The place wasn't busy. On the more positive side, the ultra saavy suite was great! No complaints about the room aside that they had the AC set for heat at the highest setting when we walked in, but opening up the balcony door resolved that. Think it was set in error. Will not be staying here in the future due to lack of customer service.

Room was cleaned when out during the day, as expected. Towels replenished, as well as free bottled water given when needed. Very close to everything in the city. Bricktown is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel on any given day. Going to miss seeing the Thunder games while staying in the hotel.

Nice hotel with good rates and service. Buisness travelers be warned, they throw hotel parties until the AM on week day nights. The bass works it's way down to at least the 4th floor.

The staff was wonderful! The valet was also very good! Quality of furnishings was below. It was also odd to have a choice between NO housekeeping (the green option) or have it all done and linens replaced. Aloft - please offer guests a third option...room service without the linen replacement. The hotel was in easy walking distance from the Art Museum and Bricktown. The style is modern and fun. There are doors on the bathroom- ours was a type of pocket door. No tub, only a shower. The sixth floor had an outdoor lounging area where you could take in the lights and overlook Bricktown. If I could only rate the staff...it would get a five star!

Very modern hotel like most alofts. Service is great and staff is friendly. The rooms and amenities are very nice.

The elevators are painfully slow for a building with six floors. But otherwise it's a great hotel in a good location.

The room was excellent very well designed as expected from a starwood hotel. My only negative was that in a previous description of the pet friendliness of the hotel they would bring a dog bed, that never happened. There is a dog-park right behind the hotel and overall i was very pleased by this choice.

This is our "spur of the moment" getaway choice and we are never disappointed. The rooms are always furnished nicely with modern feel and comfort from wall to wall. The parking is a little bothersome but the hotel itself is awesome and they have a really cool bar with excellent staff. You will enjoy yourself!

Aloft hotels are always my #1 choice. I ve stayed in them in Dallas, Oklahoma City, and more cities. They re always unique and they have the BEST customer service.

This one in OKC couldn t be located in a better spot if you re wanting to explore downtown OKC. I went to a local bar, a cafe, and more. All within relatively short walking distance.

There s also a dog park connected to the hotel. 10/10 will be back

I stayed here recently and had an amazing experience. Not only was the place top notch, but they went above and beyond. Devin Stark emailed me a few days later to notify me that they found a payroll check of mine in the garage. I thought I'd lost it somewhere else and never thought to contact the hotel. He then mailed it to me promptly and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Aloft, and thank you Devin! Highly recommend.

I usually like staying at Aloft hotels. This one was alright, except the room I was given seemed kinda beat up. The counter in the bathroom had a huge crack, and the shade for the window was torn and crumpled.

Other than that, it's a clean, hip place in a good location downtown.

Don't go by the pricing on google. They show the price as $100 on one day and when I called to book my room they said it was $139. Then a few days later I was looking for a room and seen on google price was $121 when other hotels in the area were $139. So again I called and they said the cheapest room they had was $175 and blamed it on google. I spoke with a reservation supervisor and he stated that it is a 3rd part and they are not responsible for the pricing. Be aware they are putting bogus pricing on google to get you there and then blaming it on them hoping you'll go ahead and book the room.

FANTASTIC FRIENDLY STAFF!! Military discount is awesome clean rooms, reasonably priced, we will be staying here anytime we are in town! Also, walking distance to Brick Town, and amazing restaurants! (Pearl's Crabhouse is our personal recommendation!)

We come to the City at least once a month so we are very familiar with the area. The place looks nice and is very clean. I disliked the fact that parking was a mandatory 15 dollars. They also charge an extra 50 dollars upon check in and are supposed to return after check out, we are still waiting.. They do not offer a free breakfast and the beds are super hard and the pillows suck. The showers are very nice and the products like shampoo are nice as well. The location is a nice walk anywhere in Bricktown. Bottom line there are much nicer, worth while places to stay downtown.

Love it !

Attended a Christmas party. I got the black peppered chicken breast with fried potatoes and veggies. The potatoes were great and the veggies were as well. The chicken was honestly not as good as what I make at home so it was a bit disappointing, not alot of flavor and way too tough. The desert was done cheesecake which was excellent and a huge serving! Open bar for the event was fine. The hotel did what it needed satisfactorily, provide a big room, feed us and serve drinks.

Note: Most folks got the surf and turf and it looked great. I'm not a big lobster fan so I wish just steak would have been an option as it looked much closer to the quality of food I expected than the chicken breast was.

Loved the service and especially their pet friendly policy. They brought our dog a bed, bowl, and treat! Also, the two front desk clerks volunteered to watch our dog while we went to dinner!!

Me and my girlfriend went to Aloft for dinner and some drinks. We found our way up to the lounge on the 6th floor and stayed there most of the night. The view was amazing, great place for date night!

The wife and I spent a night here nice view from the 5th floor but the carpet looks old fashion and the hall ways are dark then the hallways leading to your rooms are so freaking cold. It was nice but could of been better for the price 227.11 a night. The only reason i gave them a 3 cause my mini fridge wasnt working soni had to get ice with a bag and keep our drinks cold until they can fixes it..they ended up bringing me a other mini fridge didnt work so i suggested get one from a vacant room so 3 hours later they brought the 3 one it finally work omg 3 hours..like i said the views is nice the bed and pillows r soft the stand up shower is little small..but next time i will be going to the AC Marriot they was book

Fun colorful modern decor. The location is fantastic and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, downtown, Bricktown, coffee shops, botanical gardens all within walking distance. There are lots of electronic scooters and bikes to rent nearby. The rooms looked like they were very modern and nice at one point but are starting to show signs of wear and tear. The carpet is getting old, rooms are starting to smell a bit musty and feel damp, and caulk work in bathroom had clearly been redone multiple times (leaks?). There's no exhaust system in the bathroom so everything feels very damp after a shower and doesn't air out. The size of the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby and bar were nice and inviting, but our room was very dated and in need of many cosmetic repairs. Seemed much older than it should for it's age. Was also a not in the heart of Bricktown. Not terribly far, you can definitely walk there.
