Great room and accommodations for our dogs. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in. The bar was great, room spotless, and the pool was inviting.
Great room and accommodations for our dogs. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in. The bar was great, room spotless, and the pool was inviting.
The only downfall is that you have to valet park and it takes forever to get your vehicle
Drinks were alright, staff seemed friendly enough. Very nice lobby area. Did not really spend enough time there to write a thorough enough review.
Nice workers but rooms needs improvement. Would I stay there again... unlikely not.
Our room was very clean. The Staff was very welcoming. The decorations of the room were very unique. The layout was different not bad but it may not be for everyone.
Beautiful views right on the river, nice clean hotel rooms. Quick valet service, and very welcoming concierge.
Overall it was a nice experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Just dropping off tickets to StubHub. Lobby was clean and valet was great!
A lot of road noise. Never been in such a noisy hotel. Otherwise fine. No good restaurant for breakfast.
We stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and surely, we got amazed. Beds were comfortable with multiple pillows and blankets available. Clean bathrooms and showers. Would highly recommend it to friends!
Very friendly staff and nice rooms. The bartenders were awesome! Great place overall.
Poor communication and follow up with management and front desk. Have been calling to get an issue resolved for 2 weeks now and they keep dropping our issue without an email or phone call back. So we constantly have to call back and resubmit a ticket. Such a horrible experience, I don't recommend anyone staying here in the case they have an issue that needs addressing while hundreds of dollars are charged to your card.
Love the decor. Location is great. Wished there were more breakfast options for restricted diet. We were unable to control temp in room. Too hot or too cold all night. Bed was hard.
Clean, modern, friendly staff, and great reviews. All with being more reasonably priced than most downtown hotels. Also an easy walk to pretty much anywhere you need to go.
Nice place but no where to park so you had to valet... when I got my truck the next day it was damaged on the rear wheel fender..I wouldn't suggest this place because of this reason and I will definitely not be going back...
It is near the downtown area, it is near Businesses, and shopping such as Farmers Markets, and the Social life.
Nice rooms and friendly staff. Only problem was a very late (3pm) check in time!
Loved it. Traveled here from Mississippi and it was excellent.
Room was clean and we'll maintained. We had a small issue with our TV that was handled very quickly. The staff were all kind courteous and respectful. The one downside is the $30 for valet parking, when there really isn't any other options for parking.
Even with the hiccup of being charged for 3 rooms and I needed one, still had a great time and would go back again.
Nice hotel. Great lobby and bar. Thin walls. And the iron was stored (hidden) in weird spot. Service was excellent and we slept great.
Very modern hotel. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is very big in the twin rooms. It is not interesting to take a room with a view: We do not see much and we overlook the busiest street. The staff is impeccable, valet parking (mandatory) very fast.
I didn't have a chance to experience everything that the hotel had to offer, but for the event I was there for, the room was a decent size and provided enough privacy. Also, the staff there was nice.
Great friendly staff and beds are like sleeping on clouds
Neat boutique hotel located amidst a lot of fun places. I'd come back
Clean up after yourself and take advantage of the $5 per night (except the night before checkout) drink/food voucher. I'll happily reuse a towel and make my own bed for that - thanks! We also had great access to the river walk, could walk to the lake and to Summerfest, enjoyed the bars that are just a hop from the front door. I could live in this hotel.
The staff here have been absolutely a pleasure. On top of their service, the hotel is situated in an area of Milwaukee booming with restaurants, shops, the arts scene (theatre, performing arts centers), and nightlife. It's right along the Milwaukee River and it's pretty cool seeing all the kayakers in the water during the warmer months. The hotel is very new, super clean, and modern. I love that everything is well-maintained and it has a modern, yet cozy feel. I'd stay here again in a heart beat and recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Milwaukee.
Very hip and environmentally friendly hotel. My favorite so far in downtown MKE.
Dog friendly hotel that is close to the action in downtown Milwaukee.
Good. But the place seems to be getting a little run down and could use a refreshing. Service was super good and friendly!
For the price of the room, not bad. I wish I could just park my own car a little easier without using valet or taking a taxi to avoid it all.
We stayed here for our wedding. We were initially impressed with the hotel and decided to get a room block without touring the hotel. Big mistake. First there wasn't much of a discount for our block and no perks for the bride & groom. On our wedding night, we got to experience how loud the hotel is... we could literally hear everybody on the street and hallways, the walls were "paper thin". Finally fell asleep after 3pm. We felt bad for our guests and will never stay here again.
Towel rack broke, no place to put long dresses, difficult to get ready for a wedding with towels on counter, ironing board had wrinkles, difficulty ironing
It was really weird, pulling up to the hotel, and having to unpack and give your car away to the valet. Make sure to grab every thing you'll need for your stay, or bring an extra key to walk over to the parking garage and get the things you forgot. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. 6 blocks to find cigarettes. Nice hotel. 24 hour pool and fitness room. Friendly guest services, having to deal with a wasted girl at 11pm. No benches to wait outside for your ride. No balconies in any room. Thin blankets. Very loud traffic and city noises. Up at 4 a.m. unable to go back to sleep. I did bring a fan to dull some of it.
Room was clean, but several things made this visit not five star. -Toilet paper was almost out, with no replacement. I had to ask cleaning crew for a full. -Only 3 towels for double occupancy room. -We were told it was a river view room, and it wasn't (Rm 2003 can barely see the river) - Called front desk to ask a question, no answer after 1 minute of ringing -Same thing when cashed for original booking -Pool was almost out of towels. We used 4 of the last 7. - Was told we must valet the car for $27; but find out later there are self parking lots available a block away. Even when staying in downtown Chicago, valets tell us where we can self park. - Mattresses slide all over the platform; however, very comfortable mattresses.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Would have liked a real closet and drawers.
Located within walking distance of many area attractions, and they allow ALL dogs (not just service animals) free of charge!
Nice hotel for the rate. Pool was small, and not hot tub and parking was a bit pricey.
Great place. Only drawback is no parking other than valet
Great place to stay down town. next to a great restaurants
Didn't get to check in. Could not use cash for room. Also they charge $30 parking.
Great location right by the river, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. It's nice that they have a little bar, pool table and lounge area. There is also paid parking across the road if you don't want to pay for valet parking.
They let me park in the valet area while I deliver and have no problem with me going straight to the room. They even found their room for me when the customer typo'd their room number.
Room was nice and clean. Bar was great. Valley was good.
Was very happy with my week stay. Hotel has a very nice, clean, and professional look. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room kept clean. They even allow dogs under a certain size there. Will gladly stay again.
Heating and air system did not work, as well as the TV being on but unable to control with remote or buttons on side.
Not a five star hotel, but for a three star it's clean, friendly, we'll organized, reasonably priced.
Thin walls, I could hear everything going on inside the hotel. Bathroom flooded. Canceled last 2 nights of a 4 night stay.
The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It s extremely overpriced. House keeping never came even after we had declined the go green option. The fitted sheet doesn t even fit the bed so we were laying straight on the mattress half the night. Our towels had several holes in them (and we never got a new set due to no house keeping). We called down to valet ten minutes early as instructed and we still waited 20 minutes in the lobby since they pulled the wrong car and the employee blamed the other saying he is dyslexic . The hotel overall is humid, and we had to blast the AC in February to be able to breathe after taking a short shower. very poor experience for $200 a night.
Terrible parking, computer's were down the entire time, heater and air conditioner were broke. Not a good experience
It's a good hotel. You pretty much get what you pay for. The lobby/bar area is cool but the rooms are pretty eh. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the TV is average. Not a fan of the area they give you to hang clothes, it's tiny and kinda sucks. The area around the hotel is whats up if you are going to the Bucks or Marquette game, 4 minutes max door to door. Other restaurants and bars a 4 minute walk away. The people are super friendly but that just might be a Milwaukee thing. Haven't met a dbag in this city yet.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was so nice and professional. we spent a little too much time in the lobby bar on Friday night. We were served by both Requiel & Shanita. Both ladies made awesome drinks and were super friendly. The lobby was a lot of fun and we met a number of other guests. The outside area was also great. This hotel is by all the fun bars and close to good restaurants. We will be coming back next time we visit Milwaukee, might even bring our shitzu since pets are allowed :)
Close to everything downtown. Yes parking is not free! Staff was really nice and accommodating. Free Wifi in the rooms. Walls are paper thin. There is no free coffee or snacks in the lobby. You have to pay up!
Great location. Front desk folks were efficient and helpful. Room clean and well appointed. Valets were very helpful and pleasant. Second time here, will definitely come back.
The room was very nice, although not as clean as most hotels I've visited. The staff was a little less than friendly, but helpful and professional. The quality of the hotel overall was impressive given the price and location.
