I gave this hotel a 3 out of 5.....and thats kind of pushing it, but kind of still fair. First, I liked the location its close to Wynwood and some other really good restaurants and if you want the living in the city feel, this place definitely gives you that. While the hotel staff was great and the vibe in the lobby is cool and chill, the hotel kinda gave me the creeps. I stayed on the 13th floor and the hallway had such minimal lighting I was afraid to get out of the elevator. Im not sure if they are undergoing reconstruction or what, but the walls was marked and inside my bathroom I could see parts of the tile coming apart. The bathroom door had no handle, so I had to close the door with the hole where the handle should be. The room was clean and I enjoyed my balcony view, but the hotel felt rather unfinished. When you walk out on the balcony, your literally walking on pavement and the walls are dirty and have splashes of concrete on them. What nearly killed me was the room setup. It was totally awkward. When you walk in, the bathroom sink greets your along with the unfinished bathroom and a huge wall, which on the other side harbors you bed, lamp and television. They definitely need to either finish the hotel or turn it into an apartment building, because it was weird and they want you to pay $10.00 for breakfast and they didn't even have a waffle maker...Issa no for me dawg. Other than that...3/5. I might.....not return.
