Good modern hotel with clean rooms located in the upcoming area of Brickell (Miami financial district). Nice fitness room and friendly staff at reception. 1 block away from Brickell metro station which has a direct connection to the airport.

Room was spacious and clean. There's a bar and a restaurant. Helpful receptionists. Hotel is close to several restaurants, malls and the Japanese Consulate. There's a Metrorail station a few meters away. A good downtown hotel.

Went for holidays to Miami and found this hotel more oriented for business trip, the room had a dark design (grey and red) with harsh white lighting not cosy at all. Otherwise everything was good, its only a matter of personnal taste. It would have been perfect for business trip....

The owner and staff are amazing. The bartender, Denise, was especially friendly and gave us great suggestions on places to go nearby, but not without first making the best happy hour drinks ever!

I would never consider staying or recommending this hotel again. My flight was cancelled multiple times due to weather and the Aloft refused to reimburse me or give me a credit. As a frequent business traveler, I have never run into this before. Beware if you consider booking a stay here.

My stay at this A loft was good. The staff was great, very accommodating.I looooved my view and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on.However, upon getting into bed on my first night, I noticed my sheets were dirty. It was rather late and house keeping wasn't available so they bought me a set of sheets. Also, the sockets at the sink and under the sink didn't work so I had to physically move the refrigerator myself to a working socket and thankfully there was another near the mirror for me to plug in my flat iron.

There was a COCKROACH in the room (see photo).

Aside from the cockroach, this hotel was not going to get a good rating from me. As quickly as I entered the hotel, I wanted to quickly get out.

This is one of those "lifestyle" hotel. Upon entering the lobby, the music was loud and lobby floors dirty. Carpeting on the 14th floor hallway was dirty and definite needed shampooing.

My room was quite large, but lacks lighting in the room. The decor was rather dark (gray & dark gray walls).

Although the hotel is located in Brickell neighborhood, I would recommend staying closer to Brickell Avenue. The hotel is close to the Metro-move train.

Then, there's the cockroach (1.5 inches). I wasn't grossed out, but definitely did not want to stay here anymore. Too late in the night to change hotel, so I just changed room. The new room was much smaller.

The rooms were comfortable, but the sliding door separating the bed from bath and toilet didn't close all the way. Bar service was good, but we had to wait a while - they were overwhelmed with the amount of people.
