I had an X-ray done today at the Centre. I was greeted immediately and
with a smile and very polite with the girls behind the desk. I waited for my turn to have my X-ray done which was only about 10 minutes. The gentleman who took my X-ray was pleasant as well. Great Job Everyone !!!

Was really disappointed with my experience on Sunday... The doctor had been in my room no more then 45 seconds before attributing my respiratory symptoms to some sort of panic disorder. I'm a medical professional with no mental health history and the only reason why I went here was it was a Sunday and my family doctor was closed. Today I was diagnosed with pneumonia by my family doctor. A reminder to this specific doctor, being informed is not anxiety and take a moment to remember to listen to your patients before jumping to your easiest diagnosis. As to the other staff at the clinic, the nurses and receptionists were pleasant and timely.

I ve been coming here for a about a decade- to this practice as well as it s walk in clinic. I ve never felt the need to write a review until today:

I suffered a 2nd degree burn, it s only days later I realized what it was and the doctors told me.
I have to say that initially the doctors and nurses were so helpful and made me feel there was hope for this burn I had on my hand.
In fact, shout out to nurses Frances, Clara, and Pal who have changed my bandages tirelessly for what s almost been 2 weeks now.

HOWEVER! Today I went in yet again because now my burn is infected despite best efforts to keep clear- I ve been here EVERY SINGLE DAY for 2 weeks and only today have dealt with Dr ENSAN I think her name was (doctors and their writing ya know?). She came in to check the burn before I got my hand wrapped again and I have never been made to feel
More REPULSIVE in my life. I was DISMISSED, and she was very very RUDE to me asking me why I keep coming back to this walk in clinic if I don t work within Burlington, I can go anywhere to do it . That I didn t need to come have it dressed every day and could do it at home when my family doctor asked me to come in daily- she was dismissing other doctor s advice and barely even approached me to take a good look at my hand- as if I had the PLAGUE.
I work with my hands and when I asked if she could give me a doctors note of sorts she was dismissive again and asked for what ?-
It s as if I had to beg for help, she didn t think my burn oozing of puss and my inability to move my hand and sleep at night was grounds for HUMAN COMPASSION.
I believe there are people who become doctors and nurses because they want to help people, however compassion and basic human understanding is NOT something you learn in med school. She does NOT have compassion nor did she look like she has respect for people who come in for assistance.
I didn t come in with the sniffles or the flu, I have an injury that requires a follow up and she did the absolute minimum to shoo me out...
I have never felt more disrespected and shamed for asking for help in my life! I work customer service and have NEVER DARED speak to a client the way she was nor do I dismiss my coworker s work.

If you get this doctor, stand your ground and remind them you re human and you deserve assistance!

Dr. Saleem's receptionist was very rude. I phoned to reschedule my appointment and after talking to her a few seconds, and trying to think which days would work for me, she told me in her own words, "HURRY UP", I have a patient waiting and you are still thinking, you hang up and call me back". I told her she is so rude. She put me on hold without a word. VERY RUDE !!!!

Really only good for the most basic of health care. Super unhelpful with anything beyond that.

This place is unbelievable. Their hours state that they are open untill 9pm. My wife and I arrived their last night at 820pm and were turned away. I understand that everyone wants to get home at a reasonable time. But maybe they should add this bit of Information on their website. Or even better yet, have someone actually there to answer the phone when we called to see if they were still accepting.

My doctor is situated in this building, but I have gone to the walk-in clinic before and I have never had any problems, didn't wait long, and I was treated well

I have been a patient here for 5 years, in that time i have barely received ANY care, my health problems have not been solved if anything they have been neglected by my "doctor" or have gone undiagnosed and brushed aside. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of ANYONE at this clinic because they close too early and if you work more than 9 hours its not possible to even leave a message after 5:30 because they are closed. I have had appointments pushed hours back, and if there were any coming up there would be no chance of a reminder or anything to let you know when you are needed to go in; not even a follow up message to remind or ask you to book your super important appointment that you should be having yearly !! Nothing but carelessness and complete neglect and I'm still just in my 20's but i am pretty damn sure my health should still matter. I think if i was older i'd probably be dead way before my time if it depended on their HORRIBLE "care". I guess you're only good enough if you're an organ donor or blood donor Oh or you're paying a ton of money, so you can maybe not feel like you'd die from illness or pain maybe they would pay some attention to you then..... This "health care" here is atrocious its a SHAME!

absolut terrible. Doctor gave me the feeling of a number. Doctor did not listen what my issue is.Doctor asked me about family history, said my mother had cancer, Doctor said when did she died. Never said my mother passed away. Very very sad experience. How about a smile?!?

Walk-in clinic times are bad but if going late at night and not busy staff is super friendly and address your concerns. We even had the walk in doctor call us next day to confirm details after talking with Health Ontario. Giving 4 stars for the long waits.
Doctor Huma Numair is a really good and friendly doctor.

My friend went there to see a specialist after waiting months to get an appointment. They did nothing for her, ridiculed her and were overall condescending and rude. The doctor laughed in her face after she got emotional because she's been dealing with her health problems for over a year and they refused her treatment outside of birth control which she is already on. Go elsewhere.

The wait time even when you re early is outrageous. Phone consults not even done on time, complete disregard for patients time now and pre our current situation. Try getting through on the phone you ll be First in cue with a one min wait time for half an hour... they really have some work to do to improve.

Wait times are little longer then always expected but good doctors readily available

I can t even put into words how terribly unprofessional and uneducated the techs are in the Ultrasound department. I would much rather cross the border and pay for health care then get treated so harsh and brutally again. Even my family doctor was flabbergasted when she heard the news

The girl doctor had no interest as to what was wrong with me. Theres no way this 50 year old paki has a PHD never going back, that place is a joke !!!

Dr Khan has zero interest in anyone's lives. Symptoms don't matter over test results. Very bad experience the 3 times I've seen her. You are just a number to her.

We didnt encounter the bad experiences that many one star revewers have had. Our family has been here a few times. The staff were fine and not rude. They were organized in registering you and getting you in there as fast as they could. But wait times can be long especially when busy. The doctors treated my son for ear infections, strept throat etc. They stitched up my wifes finger pretty nicely. Also the doctor phoned up the emergency to pick up my mom to go to joe brant after hearing erratic heart rhythm. In other words , they do the job from our experiences.

My actual Doctor is nice and I would give her a rating of 3-4 stars.
The office however, I've never experienced such frustration and feeling of defeat trying to book an appointment. Days would go by before you can even speak to someone, there is no option to leave a message and the online booking service is missing a good portion of the doctors. You will never feel more alone and unimportant than when you are trying to seek medical help from the family doctors office here.

Even their answering machine is not willing to give you service. It hangs up before transferring any call

Only clinic in Burlington open until 9pm on a Saturday yet you stopped taking patients at 6pm - how is that even allowed when you ar the only clinic in Burlington that should be open! I showed up at 7:45pm only to be turned away. People were still there...doctors were still there. Brutal. Who manages this place?

My doctor was Dr.Saleem. She is awful and arrogant. Her wait times can be up to two hours. On my last visit I complained to the nurses about waiting an hour for an appointment I made two months in advance. The next time I saw her she told me I'm being petty and that I need to have patience. She was extremely rude and arrogant.
Since when do Doctors have the right to talk down to patients like that? She then told me if I was unhappy to leave and find another doctor so that is exactly what I did. Some doctors need to realise the patients are the one giving them the money. No need to talk down to patients just because you are some fancy qualified doctor. Patients are the ones who give you the money!

they dont answer the phone.... I dont know how to book appointments with them. they rush you in and out

Been going there for years. Relatively speedy walk in. Large waiting area and equipment (x-ray, blood test) are all in the same building

Used to be my go to walk in clinic until today. The doctors I have dealt with before have been at least professional. Doctor today did not listen to anything I was saying and not surprisingly I was misdiagnosed. I went to another walk in clinic and was treated properly. Never again will I go to that place.

Wish I could rate worse, this clinic is by far the most unorganized and incompitent group of "medical proffeasional" possibly in all of Ontario. If you value your time or your health avoid this place at all costs.

I come to see one the great doctores the problem is I have to deal with a rude Receptionist please fix that problem because people complaining about that in in all the departments (xray , laboratory, walking clinic )
I had to deal today with a supper rude Receptionist at Dr Numair office. if you don't know where to go don't ask them because they fight with you .

We went down to get an x-ray after a family physician had given us a requisition. The 4 people at the desk didn't even bother to look up and acknowledge us. We had to figure it out ourselves. We then went to inquire where the blood work area was at the walk in counter, no one in line, and literally was ignored for a few moments, then super rudely acknowledged like we were a nuisance and gave us a very snarky direction. Just horrible customer service and general courtesy. Brutal experience; the day was Monday July 8th 2019. There was a really nice x-ray technician.

Waited several minutes for reception at mammography to look up and acknowledge I was standing there. Didn't even make eye contact. I used the restroom next door and it doesn't look like it's been attended to in weeks. Sure it could use a paint job, but the walls were dirty from more than scuffs, the sink was dirty. There was a weird stain on the toilet paper dispenser . For a medical building I was seriously concerned about cleanliness and ability to wipe germs and feces. Add that only one of 2 restrooms are operating. Other says out of order.

Family member was given antibiotics for flu aswell! This place seems like they just doll out antibiotics for any old symptom. Also had to do a urine sample twice as they just forgot to send it to the lab. Not a fan of this place.

Dr. Slateroff's Name is not on the lists of doctors when I call the number shown here.

I wish I can give 0 for services.
I came with 21 month old baby at 20.05 pm and they had a sign "registration closed"- clinic hours are till 9pm. And only 2 people were waiting.
What a shame!!! The worse service ever !

This is one of the best walk in clinics I have ever been to. I see where some people have left negative comments, I do suppose they have never been to many other clinics, the staff we had were amazing in how professional they were and accommodating our needs.

Definitely room for improvement here. Convenient location; X-rays right next door, pharmacy inside, but that s about all it has going for it. Not very efficiently run, no privacy because rooms are only divided by curtains, and with the exception of one nurse who has been there forever and is exceptional, (think her name might be Laurie)the rest of the staff are generally incompetent and inefficient.

These doctors have gone AWOL for at least a year now. Never saw my doctor after registering, ever, even though Ive tried booking appointments numerous times! I dont understand why they cant just send all their patients an email saying "sorry, as essential workers, we dont feel like doing our job this year nor next year, stay tuned!"
Not to mention, the receptionists are soo rude when they answer the phone!!!

If Dr. Johnson is working at the walk-in clinic, I suggest you leave or ask for a different doctor. He's by far the worst dr to deal with. He's both rude and dismissive. He doesn't listen to you, the patient. He has preconceived notions of what you have and you can't question him. His big concern is if you have had any root canals and the elimination of dairy.
We waited over 4 hrs to be dismissed within 5 minutes of seeing him. Both my son and I were there for different concerns. He "examined" us for a max of 2 mins each?!?! Offered nothing of value, only to follow up with GP. When I asked questions, he signed off the computer and left saying follow up with GP.
Go to another clinic.

I realize that the health system is under pressure, short staffed and so on, but really why do I always feel like it's just about the $$$ with this place?

I'd trust east Asian medicine first before I trust these doctors. Seriously hey doc I've been having really bad lower stomach cramps.. doc: you eat something bad, stay home drink water and sleep. Yo.. WebMD can give you way more advice than just.. eat and sleep drink. Honestly the nurses do a better job

I've read all the negative reviews and agree with them. I stopped going here a couple years ago because of the terrible bedside manner and unprofessional staff. There are so many more walk ins, dont bother with this one. Negative stars if I could.

This place is such a joke!! If there was zero star I would give it that. It says open until 9pm and rushed to get there only to be turned away at 8:20pm. There was not one person in the waiting room! The receptionist was so unpleasant and could care less that people were coming in and being turned away. Will never be back.

I have used the clinic a number of times and I have received excellent service and advice, I was always treated with respect.
I had clamps removed at one time, had I gone to the hospital I would have been there for hours, I waited at the clinic for about half an hour and they were out. My doctor, Dr. Samarasign works occasionally at the clinic and I am very fond of her. I wish the parking lot was bigger.
It is much better than an emergency room at a hospital, you can wait up to five hours or more there .
We have free medical attention which I am very grateful for, I like the people who work there.
Everyone in Dr. samarasigns office is very nice.

Halton Family Health Centre is run by scam artists. I booked an appointment to have a medical report completed for work, go see the receptionist and pay $30.00 for the medical and leave. Two weeks later I receive an invoice in the mail saying I owe $175.00 - $30.00 = $145.00 for the medical report! Will definitely be looking for a new doctor.

It is not a good Walk-In Clinic look for another one. Use the X-Ray and Ultrasound facility and take it to ER.

Best walk in clinic I have been to. While the rooms aren't great (little privacy if you're in a room with a curtain), the receptionist and nursing staff were so helpful, kind and understanding. I saw Dr. Salter who is truly wonderful - wish he could be my family doctor!

While the doctors are good, I was told to call back for results.. call 30 times a day for days on end No answer, cant leave voice mail.

Update , Jan 11 20220 : I m downgrading my review from 2 to 1 .. One week after writing this initial post I STILL can t get through. I ve called 30 times a day for over two weeks . I was told to call for results. What would happen if due to the delay that they couldn t treat the underlying issue anymore??

This place is a joke. Doctor didn't know what he was talking about and tried to treat me for something irrelevant

Can I give this place 0 stars..... worse service ever!... Everything about this place is horrible, from the receptionist to the DR'S. Everyone is so god darn rude there. My goodness, if you hate your job that much - find a new one? Your in Canada!

I love that this is a place to help sick people yet with no care reception just turned me away because it's full for the night which is crazy. I showed up at 815 when it states closing is at 9. So, I suggest changing your hours to better accommodate your clients. Reception did suggest to come back when they open, but i work before they even open hense why I rushed over now, still she shrugged like not her problem. So, waste of a drive and now going to have a sleepless night. Thanks for nothing I guess.

I've never had a bad experience with this place. The doctors are always easy to talk to. I never have to deal with long wait times, and the staff are great. Also has a wonderful pharmacy.

wish I got treated like a human being in this office :( they care more about their own religious beliefs than basic medical care. do not go here unless you want the hostility. doctor Saleem wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Also waited over a week to tell me my results of a test were a SERIOUS INFECTION that they said I waited to long to treat, Now I gotta have double the antibiotic dose for her negligence. Also completely forgot to run the second half of the tests I booked the appointment for. I look forward to switching clinics.

I visited the clinic this weekend for a "simple" vaccination. The receptionist was nice and helpful. That's where the good experience ended. The nurse was very rude and hostile towards me stating I didn't have proper documentation.. Even though it wasn't necessary and he didn't understand me. Tried to dismiss me multiple times. Asked the doctor about it (who I never got to see but seemed sweet) who set him straight. I was taken back and given the vaccination. The new nurse didn't seem to know what she was doing and stabbed me- yes stabbed!- with the needle. Very rough, very inconsiderate. My shoulder is still very tender to the touch..3 days later. She said I could leave and that was it. I only give two stars because the wait time wasn't terrible since I went early. Still though, there are other clinics in burlington. I suggest you check those out.

Absolutely the worst walk-in I've ever been to. I had my six and seven year old daughters both burning in fever and I suspected strep throat and needed to have doctor see them. They only closed at 9pm we arrived at 8:10 and the rude, uncompassionate receptionist told us they wouldn't see us. She explained that they stop admitting patients at 8:30pm I told her it was only 8:15. She said they wouldn't see them. I would rate this clinic a 0 if I had the option, unfortunately this Google review only allows a minimum of two stars.
I ended up going to walk-in at Appleby and Uppermiddle. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

Very bad Customer Service! They close at 9:00pm, when we arrived there at 8:40pm, they even not allowed us to see the doctor. My son's finger is swollen and very painful. It cost me half an hour to drive there. The answer I got only we not accepted patient any more. Still 20 mins left. I saw the doctor is there, no patient in the clinic room. I just would like the doctor give us a prescription, so that we can buy some medicine. That might be only take him less than 5mins. Why not! We stood there, but no one take care of us. The doctor left 10mins before 9:00pm. The reception provided so bad customer service to us! Made me very angry! If you couldn't see the patients until 9:00pm, please change the office open time!Never go back again!

I have been a patient of Doctor Abrashami s for as long as I can remember. She has always been professional and kind, especially when I went to her about my issues with depression and anxiety. One thing I don t like about this office is that they don t always answer the phones. I ve been trying to call the office for three days in a row trying to see if I could get more refills on my birth control prescription over the phone instead of having to come in and wait an hour or more only to talk to her for 30 seconds. I have a job and I also go to school in a different city and can t always come in and wait for hours. They really need to set up something on the phone so that patients can get prescription refills without hassle.

Don't go here!! Dr. Saleem was rude , unprofessional and offensive. Clearly needs to return to med school to learn bedside manners or anything to do with medicine. Felt attacked and alienated. Learn some compassion to your patient's. Maybe medicine isn't the best field for you....

Don't even bother, unorganized with timing and they pack people like sheep, my oppointment was at 10 and waited until 11 and she said there is two people still a head of me. The place is not that clean and receptionists have an attitude.

Closing 15min before closing time. What's the point? Coming back with same symptoms.. strep throat. .

I ve been calling for a few weeks now trying to see if I can book a physical with my family doctor but whenever I call I get a robot voice telling me that the office is closed and I get no option to leave a voicemail. The website says you have to book physicals on the phone. I am moving to a new city in three months and won t be able to book an appointment by then because I ll be too far away.

Walked in at 9:05 this morning. I was greeted my the very nice front desk staff and was put in a room right away. I had brought a book with me as I know wait times can be long but I no sooner opened my book to see the doctor walk in. She was very nice, attentive and thorough. I walked out with my prescription in hand at 9:20am. Great experience.

Dr Ashley Qaderi I have to say I was a little apprehensive at first I am having a woman doctor plus is young and is pretty is she is anyway she took me in and even though I have a lot of back dated problems Adiction stuff like that I am some doctors don t want to take people who have addictions because they feel all they want from them is drugs or whatever they re just gonna lie to them and say they have pain but they really don t but that s not the case my doctor believes everything I say and I have never lied to her and I don t think you should let her lie to your doctor because that means you re never going to get anywhere you re not going to get medical help but she s quick efficient and I can call and I can get in the next day now tell me where are you going to get that kind of service?

This clinic should receive NO STARS, if option. They state that they are open till 9 in evening, yet they close the front desk before 6. The wait maybe longer than any other. They seem to not care about your MEDICAL NEEDS.

PLEASE Value your Life & your Health!!! NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!! Went in due to extreme stomach pain and waited... When I was finally seen by a "doctor," I was told that I needed to have a bm, as that was causing my pain. I KNEW that wasn't the case, and kept insistent upon that. I was then sternly informed that.... "I AM the dr. Here! You are just embarrassed about it! Drink lots of water, you'll be fine."... But.....
** I WAS NOT FINE!!!!! **
Within the hour, I was rushed into EMERGENCY SURGERY!!! It took ALL of 3 Doctor's AND 6 Hours of SURGERY to make "me fine"!!
DO NOT put your LIFE, nor your HEALTH in the incompetence of this "Health Clinic"!!

I wouldn't even give it a one star , went there Sunday night at 745, drove across town to get there only to have them refuse me cause they had to many patients, I said on your site your open till 9, he said yes we are, but we have to many right now so were not taking any more sorry. What a joke!

these doctors don't seem to have any experience and prescribe wrong medications

I had called in 3 weeks prior to provide my health card details and to fix an appointment date.

The doctor (A Saleem) we consulted is extremely knowledgeable and was good with her recommendations.

However, my first experience in the registration counter was a shocking one... I was at the counter to complete paperwork for my 6.10 pm appointment and just then a nurse (Her name was Ji Ji or something) approaches the receptionist calling our names and asking if we are refugees.

I found that behaviour to be completely stupid and insensitive.

After an hour of watching people come and go, I had finally had enough, the door to the room was open many staff walked by some poked their heads in. I told the nurse I was leaving at that point she said she would find someone to see me, I said no I will be seeking treatment elsewhere!!! I'm not invisible people, at one point I was the only person there and still not seen.

I have received fantastic care from several of the departments at this healthcare center. It is very convenient having it all in one building, particularly the labs & imaging. They also have good hours, and are open later than most other facilities. Only complaint is that they are very busy, and could use more doctors working at the same time, but I feel that is likely not their call.

If you have the chance to go somewhere else DO IT. Why are you still accepting new patients when you have "300 faxes to go over today"? Clinic wait is always long yet doctors sometimes seem to be standing around talking about their day. I really like my doctor but I am seriously considering switching because of some of the other unpleasant staff here. Clients should NOT be treated like a nuisance. You are a health care facility, so how about you try acting like you care about my health.

They are the best walk in practice ever. They are always quick and so knowledgeable. They were able to give my 2.5 year old stitches when she needed them and did an x-ray on her foot to see that she needed to go to the hospital for surgery and a cast. Any time any of my 4 children are sick and our family doctor isn't available, this is the first place we head. Definitely the best walk in around. We even come from Milton, as do so many other families, since it is the best one.

If you're going to state your hours during the opening recording then why the hell aren't you answering the phone? I waited for a person to pick up for 27 minutes despite the recording telling me I was first in line and my wait time would be 1 minute. So unprofessional.

It would be nice if these doctors actually worked. And when they do work, stay more or less on time. It is absolutely insane to me that when you book an appointment 3 weeks in advance and they call you 2 days before to cancel because "the doctor is leaving early" and then they can't get you in for another TWO weeks.

I would give doctor Ehsan a 4 star rating. She takes the time you need with her,she listens, and seems sincere.
As for the office staff maybe a 2 star rating. Left on hold for 20 min. And then whomever answered the phone really didn't care about my situation. Kept repeating that is was not important to read the faxes that came in from the pharmacy,as they were a non billable service. ( 25.00 ). I guess everything is a business today. Sad place we have found ourselves.

Impossible to get through. Online appointment not availabe and phoning to get an appointment goes through voice mail then ends call.

I have been going to to this place ever since it opened up. I confess the last 10 years or so it has been going from bad to worst. First thing they should do hire real technicians and upgrade their answering system. I also noticed that those nurses are gradually getting rude and sometime lie. The only reason I am still there is my Doctor, he is still reasonable.

If Dr. Johnson is working, just leave and don t waste your time. Terrible doctor who s dismissive and he seems like he doesn t care to be there. Came in with swelling on my knee after injuring myself, he done some hands on testing with my knee, and told me the tests were negative, although I was in agony while he done it. (Side note I m a massage therapist and know the positive and negative signs of the tests he performed) and he had told me just to apply heat to the swelling.. HEAT ON A SWELLING is a huge no go as it brings more blood to the swelling that made my knee worse. Went to the hospital and ended up having a torn ACL and Meniscus.

waited several weeks to see Family Dr. and expected that Halton Family Health Centre would have sent my blood tests to my Dr. Blood test taken in Jan....my appt. with family Dr. end of Feb.!!! Went for nothing...waited my time and the Dr.'s time.

Not a germ free place, i probably got sicker here!! Doctor says i have a virus ride it out my dr say ear, nose and lung infection 2 days later, maybe dr should have looked in my ears.
Good thing i didnt burst an ear drum!

People in there sick and all they do in cubicles is change paper, while they stand around chatting. Get out the wipes and clean chair arms and table where no paper!

Never walk in here again! I should have looked at ratings now my weekends ruined.

Sometimes have to wait quite a while, but everyone is friendly & helpful. The doctor who attended to me has always explained everything in a kind & helpful manner.

The lab workers are, for the most part, friendly & helpful. It's worth the extra kms to go to this clinic.

We haven't always had the best experience here, but recently I took my 4 year old for a suspected uti. They were friendly, quick, and Dr. Tim was great. My little one loved the balloon he gave her.

It's a hike for me but the walk in clinic my family doctor is with has very limited hours so I sometimes make the trek to Burlington. They've been exceptional every time I go. Wait times are fast to average depending on volume. Yes, they do sometimes close before the posted hours but there is a sign explaining that's their policy and I've seen other clinics do that too. Considering they are almost always open I don't blame them.

One time I came with my 3yo son who had a newly developed cough and they sent me to the hospital right away recognizing it was an emergency. They called an ambulance and sat with him and gave him oxygen until the EMT came. I was very appreciative.

No negative experiences here. I have recommended this clinic to friends and family.

This place is a joke and is increasingly getting worse. Our family Dr is located in this building. Try to call and speak to someone is absolutely awful. After ringing and ringing, someone picks up and you have the wrong extension. They then transfer you and once again you wait until the line disconnects. My appointments have repeatedly been messed up to the point where I'm showing up on the wrong day. Just last week I was booked for an "in house appointment", I show up with my toddler only to be told she's not in the office on Mondays. Like what is going on???? My Dr has advised that they have switched over to a call center. I'm going bananas!

My family doctor has been Dr. Shahida Khan for the past 5 plus years since my family doctor of 30 years retired. Most of the 'old school' doctors who treated us like people and not numbers and who took the time to listen to our health issues are either retired or close to retirement. When my doctor retired, I had an appointment with the doctor who replaced him. It was the first and the last time. I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes and when I finally saw the doctor I had only a few minutes in his office. That was the first and the last time I saw him. I searched family doctors in Burlington and was lucky enough to become a patient of Dr. Khan. At first I wasn't sure about her because I was used to the 'warm and concerned' attitude of my last doctor but after a few visits I realized she is a good listener and she will take the steps necessary to resolve whatever health issues I have. I have never spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I highly recommend Dr. Khan.

This is re: the walk-in clinic phone consultations. I called at 2:29 pm on a Monday. It's now 3:44 pm. The answering machine tells me that my estimated wait time is 1 minute because I'm first in line. It's been an hour and 15 minutes. If they aren't going to answer the phones, they shouldn't advertise the phone consultations on the website. Honestly, it's just ridiculous. I am giving up, will not be calling or going again. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Not the best not the worst. Doctor Johnson and staff very good. Long wait time.

I will NEVER go to this clinic again..
First, they brought me to wait in a dirty room with open needles and used medicine strewn all over the room.

Second, the doctor did not even listen to a word of my patient history, told me I must be pregnant and ordered a test (even though this was not necessary). I heard the results being yelled between a male nurse, the doctor (Patricia Gonzalez) and another nurse that my pregnancy test was indeed negative (I am sure the rest of the clinic heard).

Third, she barely felt my stomach and came up with a diagnosis that was in no way, shape or form what was wrong with me. I asked her to give me an ultra sound to identify why I was in pain causing fever, vomiting and nausea....She ordered an ultra sound only of my appendix (an area I wasn't even having much pain in)

This was all done last Wednesday and the "Doctor" still hasn't even viewed the ultra sound results even though I have called minimum 4 times a day to see what was going on...

The people who are called "Doctors" in this facility are a complete joke.
I will never ever go there again for any medical concerns and will make sure to advise anyone and everyone I know to not go here.

Was a complete and utter waste of my time.

I very much like Dr. Ashley Qaderi; however, it doesn't really matter if I cannot book an appointment. I've been on hold for more than 30 mins trying to book an appointment. Tried calling again as I figured it was busy, same result. I keep getting told my estimated wait time is 2 minutes and my place in the line is second.

Worst service ever. Receptionist is terribly rude. Receptionist doesn't answer the phones so you have to keep repeatedly calling just to make an appointment. Terrible place.

This was horrible this isn't related to health but it has to do with the pharmacy. So I called the pharmacy asking if they had a specific item, the rude lady answering my call said no and was very rude so I thanked her for her time and hung up, I then went to the pharmacy to see if they had A different item that day and there sitting on the front desk literally right next to the phone was the product I asked if they had....so I bought it and more for my fun I called and asked again if they had the item she then replied with no in a very very rude tone and hung up.... At this point I was very mad with th service here and just recently I called back because when this happened it was a few months ago and I asked very specifically if they had that item, again she replied with "NO" I asked if she is sure and she replied with "YES IM SURE" so I thanked her again for her time and hung up with no response, I would not recommend this pharmacy and I've Heard bad things about the clinic as well 1 star

Had my pharmacist fax my Dr to get a prescription renewal only to find out they're closed. It's currently Friday at 1:30 pm. Maybe the whole office decided go on vacation. Seriously I've never seen these doctors without tans. Anyways the website says they're open. So I'm without my antidepressants for the whole weekend now. Sweet.

By far the worste place to go for healthcare. Opens at 7:30am and no doctors show up until almost 8am today. Told them about drug allergies i have and they ended up perscribing a drug that caused nasty reactions. Avoid this place at all costs!

I was just here today Sunday at 4:45, what magnificent service as usual from walkin clinic & Xray room! The two ladies in Xray room were extremely friendly and professional. What a well rounded great place, ive been coming here for about 5 years.

I was optimistic that the experience would be good as the front desk staff were very pleasant. It became very clear that Dr. Johnson does not care at all about his patients and is only looking to bill for services to waste healthcare dollars.

After having a nurse take my "history" of my cough which only included when it started, I was swabbed for strep throat which anyone with a semblance of a healthcare background knows that the prognostic probability of strep throat would be extremely unlikely for someone my age (25), who has a cough, and has no fever. When I actually met Dr. Johnson, he asked me no questions about my cough, looked at my throat, and listened to me breathe. After this, he declared I had a viral bronchitis and told me to rest, try a Chinese herbal that has zero evidence behind it, then told me to leave and if my cough is still there in 4 days, to come back. I then brought up that I don't think my cough is infectious as it started after I had choked on some food, he proceeded to tell me that I could be right but it's still probably bronchitis despite not having any infectious symptoms. I then tried to tell him I've had a similar cough before and I used intranasal steroids because it was caused by post-nasal drip which he dismissed entirely.

I have never felt so disrespected by a physician. Not only does he lack the clinical knowledge to make a decent diagnosis or recommendation, he simply does not care. He did not ask me a single question during my entire interaction with him. What a poor excuse for a physician. Save yourself time and frustration and find another clinic with a physician who actually listens to the patient.

Excellent service today. I needed a tetanus shot on a holiday weekend and this was about the only place to get it without going to the hospital and sitting around there for hours. Service was courteous and efficient and I was out in less than 30 minutes.

I wish I could give this place a negative - 6. This was the worst experience I've ever had a walk-in clinic. I came in for my sons left leg, while talking to the doctor she completely ignored me and wrote the X-ray for his right leg smh. After two hours of being their I was told everything was okay just give my 1 yr old Tylenol every 4 hours. When I educated her that it was the wrong leg she told me I was wrong and it's my sons right leg because she watched him for 20 seconds, like I haven't been watching him walk for the last two days. This was the point in time that I actually lost faith in mankind, these doctors don't care about you or your kids well being. For these doctors it's all about a dollar. I sincerely hope that god handles these sorry excuses for people.

I went there at 8:00 pn, closing time was 9:00 pm but the registration was already closed, I wish I could give them a zero star.
