Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11 Review

Good hotel for area. Nice and stylistic atmosphere and great service

Rooms could be cleaner. Toilet was never properly scrubbed.

The reception is great and they have an Arabic official Mr. Alfred Lebanese is very respectful and helps you as much as possible (thank you Mr. Alfred), clean and spacious rooms organized (I recommend booking a view), the pool is excellent with great sessions, located in Barat Street and Night Club, movement in the street Ali Throughout the day,

Staff were courteous and friendly. Meen and Sai were very welcoming. Rooms are great and breakfast good.

Osm place to stay in Bangkok and also level 5 pub so much live atmosphere...

Cool hotel smack bang in the middle of a busy nightlife street. Surrounded by cool clubs, nice bars and tasty restaurants.

Great service and they were extra nice to us for my honeymoon. I will say, we used two different rooms, ND the second one had some "questionable" stains on the couch. With it being right in the middle of the Bangkok core, what can you really expect :)

The hotel rooms are good, clean bed and bath. Newer hotel in a fun location.

However the service was atrocious. I went to check-in early (arrived the same time I specified when I booked the hotel) only to be notified at the counter that I'd have to pay half a day's rate just for checking in early. There were no notifications about these charges prior to that. On top of that, you don't receive Marriott/SPG points for your stay. I've submitted a request to Marriott and emailed Aloft several times over the past 3 weeks but have been ignored. Not one response.

I would not book here again, there are plenty of other hotels nearby that are equally nice with more attentive service. I only booked here out of brand loyalty, which it seems there is none between Aloft and Marriott/SPG. So beware.

Have enjoyed staying in Aloft as the staff and the team is really helpful, thereby making stay comfortable and nice. Area happening but can be a little dodgy - but I guess some people enjoy that part of Bankok too. Has lots of good options for food which possibly is one other reason to stay in Soi 11.

The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is big, ha!

There's reasonably price, good services. But little far from Nana BTS station. Walk within 10 min.
If you don't use your foot, pls call the hotel and get a free tuk tuk service from zanzi bar to hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Superb services! One of my favorites in bkk. The ambience is great. The location is too good cuz you have got direct access to nearby malls, exchange counters, roadside restaurants, superstores etc. There's a popular club at this hotel in the 6th floor which is called Levels. It's a great place if you like partying!

New modern hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11, near tourist attractions The night is very lap.

A very fashionable place, very close to the NANA station, there are many restaurants nearby, and there are convenience stores.

Pretty disappointed in the hotel shower cleanliness even more so that as a Titanium Member I didn't even get a response when I reached out by email to Marriott.

Right in the centre of city this hotels provide you everything u need...surrounding is also lively..recommended place to stay

first night, just touch down Bangkok. room very clean. except no toothpaste and toothbrush have to request. not sure if the staff forgotten.

Very disappointed with my stay at Aloft bangkok. We arrived at the hotel at 12.30am and the hotel tells us that we have no reservation. We have paperwork in our hands that clearly states we have a booking at the hotel thats already been paid for. They kept us waiting for 2 hours in the hotel lobby, and we had young children and a baby that were extremely exhausted from the flight. They offered us an upgrade and told us that they can give us 2 rooms for the night until they can get this issue sorted out with the travel agent. Next day they said they havent managed to sort it all out and that they will keep hs in those 2 rooms again for another. We ended up staying in those same rooms for our 4 day stay, which we didnt mind we had a place to stay and we were happ with that. 10 days after we checked out of that hotel, aloft had charged $503 to our credit card without our authorisation, i called the hotel and the travel agent to find out why this has happened and theyve stated that its because we were given the extra room and upgrade. We were never informed that there was going to be a charge or we woukdnt have agreed to this, and were still trying to get our money back. This was their mixup, they double booked, and then we paid the price. Will never stay at this hotel again, and will never recommend it. Very very disappointed

The people from the hotel get into your room without knocking or ringing the bell. They came late at night and during the day. Each time they said it was a mistake .... I spent my quarantine in February 2021 here and I don t recommend this place.

I was staying at Crazy Sale. It is easy to move because there is free service even if breakfast is more than expected.

Right on Soi 11, which is very busy. You will find a lot of hotels, restaurants, clubs, bars etc. Those who want action is in good hands here. The hotel is stylish and the rooms are quite adequate. Breakfast was great with great views. Can recommend the hotel although in the area certainly better.

Such an electric, chic and quirky hotel in one of the best areas of Bangkok; Soi 11. The hotel is new and spotless. The staff is amazing. Rooms are great. The food is phenomenal with an amazing spread that caters to everyone. The pool and it's area is beautiful. The hotel is very close to Nana station and many cool clubs, pubs and restaurants. It's the first hotel I stayed in Thailand and is very special to me. Would love to stay again.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Aloft Bangkok hotel. It was a wonderful stay .Rooms are large and modern, spacious and bright. Its a great location ,everything is centrally located .Staff are very polite and helpful. Food at the hotel is great. Breakfast is awesome. Lots of Indian and Thai restaurants are neaby .All staff went out of their way to help us, they were outstanding. Thank you for making our final 2 nights in Bangkok a memorable one.

Absolutely suitable for young people. It is centrally located, there are many good restaurants in the area and the metro line is within walking distance.

About 10 minutes walk to the subway. The hotel provides free shuttle to the station. Plenty of international restaurants around, but no local food to be found nearby.

I just finished my ASQ at the aloft hotel. I would be lying if I would say it was a great time being at the aloft for it. Not because the aloft isn't a good hotel it's just because you spend 2 weeks doing nothing else than sitting in your room. Regarding the hotel I would say they could use more channels on the TV. Very limited selection on programming and the picture quality was frequently poor. The food that was delivered to the room was always cold, hence it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. The hotel staff was always very friendly. I don't know anything about the location as you weren't allowed to leave the room during the quarantine. I liked the bed and pillows in the hotel very much, they were very comfortable especially compared to other hotels I have stayed in the past in Bangkok. Overall I think the hotel isn't a bad choice to stay.

Great rooms, nice pool, great service. The only thing that bugged me, was that the bar menu didn't include taxes and service charge on its prices. Can I buy a drink and not pay tax or service charge? Of course not! Annoying...

Modern, quiet hotel with great staff and best hotel wifi ever. Very close to the heart of Bangkok. Not a luxury hotel but just fun and easy. For the business traveller just walk out your door for restaurants, clubs and bars. For the family like ours nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Even don't need to give them a credit card on registration: just leave a reasonable cash deposit. Good pool, good breakfast great quick food place on ground floor. Good gym. Will try to stay in this hotel chain in other cities.

Good mid price hotel for SPG members. Usual Aloft design rooms. Only thing is the shower head sprays a bit light and wide, so for that reason I prefer the Four Points Shearton nearby.

Buffet price 750 baht, Friday night seafood, unlimited time, delicious, fresh 4 stars, half cut scores on service, a little slow

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. We got an upgrade to the city view room and it was brilliant.
The receptionist called Pinky was such a sweet, kind person full of smiles. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Thailand and definitely recommend it. Breakfast was fab.

Very good hotel, a young version of w hotel. Hotel club - levels is one of the 3 must visit clubs in Soi 11. With a balcony and lot of girls. 300-500b entry for a drink.

If this view of the Bangkok skyline does not entice you...not sure what will? Excellent staff, excellent service..Thank You Aloft for making my stay an extremely pleasant one ..I will be back !!!

I love the pool as it if fairly unobstructed....albeit a little crowded by 9:30 am. The staff was also very helpful and help us secure a better cab fare as the destination was a little too close and no taxi wanted to pick up our fare. Love the relaxed atmosphere

The location of the school is convenient for traveling both BTS and cars. Not far from Asoke and Nana

Went to Levels at the Aloft...probably the best club in bangkok

Thief hotel , many case of stealing happen here but the boss never ever do his responsibly even you report police still do nothing.
