Room was smelly and humid. Our clothes and bed sheets felt wet due to the humidity because the A/C wasn't operating correctly. Issue was resolved by maintenance in a timely manner. We blast the a/c on to see if the smell was caused by the humidity.. it was not. The smell was still there... We didn't stay here long so no complaint was given. The door reader for our room did not work, had to go up and down to the lobby 3x to have them reissue a new key card. Turned out it was the battery on the door reader that needed to be replaced. Expected a better experience since it's a SPG hotel. Did we just lucked out and got a bad room?

Good hotel and very reasonably priced, rooms funky and comfortable but air con was quite noisy. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are spacious, views are great, staff very friendly and there are plenty of amenities.

3.5 Star. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast spread. Friendly efficient staff that got me checked in early. Nice room on 28th floor but the cleaning staff used some soet of perfume that was too strong. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. Soho Pizza across the street is decent place and Hot Stone Spa is clean and professional place for massage.

Comfy and spacious rooms with just the right amenities. Good gym with new equipment. Location is very central surrounded by various entertainment and F&B outlets. Less than 10mins walk to BTS Nana Station.

The environment of this hotel is chaotic and as the night progresses downright unpleasant. Unlike other hotels of the SPG chain there is a huge chaos in the reception, the music is at a strident level. The rooms are good but do not compensate for all the aspects mentioned before

We are 1 week into the ASQ and obviously we have only been in our room the mattress and pillows are very nice. The room is simple, very clean and the bathroom is especially nice with a large shower. Our room is equipped with a large TV (we haven't used it), glass door mini refrigerator, desk, couch, small table. The room lighting is well done with obvious switch panels. Our view is excellent and the staff has been wonderful especially when I forgot to order meals or we requested some extra items from the store. The meals are quite good and while I'm a little tired of the routine the variety available is appreciated. Would I return here? Sure would.

The night life is so colorful in this place. And you can find clubs pubs to street foods in one place. Close to every required places such as shopping mall street market and seven eleven shops. Also Australian stake is very handy here. Arab street is also in walking distance and the Google map can let you find every nearby things you need.

Hotel in Bangkok, spacious rooms, high standard, very clean and excellent service, night club for everyone, with music for all ages

The Aloft was a perfect hotel for my friends and I. The rooms were clean and the hotel was somewhat hip. The infinity pool was pretty awesome too. It was located on the 10th floor overlooking the Bangkok skyline. All of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, especially Ball. The hotel was directly across the street from the most amazing massage parlor, Hot Stone Spa. You can get a full body massage for $25 or a foot, head and shoulder massage for $15. It's relatively close to the Central World mall and there are plenty of street vendors in close proximity. Overall, we were pleased with the Aloft and would highly recommend.

Recommended hotel without complaints. Especially recommended for young people.

The staff and cleanliness of the room are just impeccable .
It always feels like home away from home as the staff right from the entrance until your walk to the room are all so helpful and cheerful . Always greet you with a smile and super warmth , and of course always ready to help .

Very friendly service rooms larger than most clean and modern

The Aloft Hotel is located on Soi 11 in Sukhimvit which is a prime location in Bangkok. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the NANA subway station and they have a free tuk-tuk that drops you off there. The hotel is trendy, sexy, modern and most of all, efficient. Checking in is fast and the rooms are great if you are like me and have lots of gadgets because it has many outlets to plug in your items. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is spacious. I love the gym and pool. I used the restaurant for the first time and it was really delicious and reasonably priced. The staff really appreciate your business and it shows. I have stayed here about 10 times and it gets better and better each time!

Lovely bar - even the entrance to the bar looks amazing and the place is really hot every weekend with a lot of expats and tourists. Didn't stay at the hotel but it looks really nice.

The hotel is amazing. The room is spacious, clean and smell good. The quality of the pillows, sandals, amenities, robe, towels are good. This hotel has amazing chefs because the breakfast is always delicious and I've tried order the hotel's menu, taste so good and not pricey. Will love to back again !!!!!!!

Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you. Of course, the hotel is excellent in terms of reception by the staff, and the quietness of the rooms is not any inconvenience, and of course their breakfast is very good .. I honestly advise you about it very well.

Nice staff, nice and modern rooms. Clean. Pool on the 10th floor was great and a delicious breakfast including a lot of warm dishes, as usual in the area.

Cons: smell in the room.
Ventilation was not possible, no windows to open. Given the air quality on site, probably on the 22nd floor not necessarily possible / useful!

Good modern hotel. Room air-conditioning is hard to control. Always a draft. Close to lots of multicultural restaurants. Staff is friendly. Good breakfast buffet. Nice to have access to snacks at all hours of the day. Pizza is yummy. Some rooms have been sprayed with a pesticide or some other chemical so make sure you tell the staff about any related issues.

Staff are super polite ,friendly and helpful.. the rooms are well appointed and the whole building is spotless.. prices are also extremely good ... except for the usual minibar Mark ups

Nice hotel in the center of Bangkok. Right at the hippest club, the levels, the city.

It s a great hotel to stay the hotel is great the staff is superb and the rooms are great. It s very well located near the Nana metro hence commuting across the city and reaching back to hotel by metro makes it great option. There are lots of clubs, pubs and cafes with indian and international restaurants around the location. It s at the walking distance from insanity club and levels is just in its compound. Great music and live performance with superb crowd at this disc. The view from the hotel is good.Enjoy your stay here !

Good service. There was once a dispute with a taxi driver who didn't go by meter and wanted to charge extra, the hotel staff helped to resolve the dispute.

Levels is a good disco but should probably cut back on the crazy amount of bottle service tables.

Stayed here 2 nights with my girlfriend.

Staff was very attentive and friendly with all our needs. Rooms are very clean and had no issues with anything. Location is probably one of the best! Close to very good restaurants and a few minutes walk to the train station. Pool views were also pretty awesome! Breakfast was also amazing... lots of choices and overall good quality!

Aloft doesn't care about your Marriott status level. Which is great if you stay at a Marriott once every 12 years.

The staff and service at this hotel are very nice except if you try to get into the night club.

Small size into the alley about 300 meters, can walk into There is a motorbike hire in front of the alley, ordinary food. If you make friends, eat a buffet, do not recommend, contemporary style decoration. Good service staff

The lights kept turning on by themselves one night. The coffee machine didn't work. The showers are big and updated. Comfy bed

Fantastically modern hotel; the rooms are great and the beds comfortable. The location leaves something to be desired though - the street is on the shady side! Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel Tuk Tuk will give you a free ride to the nearby station.

Strategic location, friendly staff, great breakfast

I was able to stay cheaply during the promotion. I was wondering if there were still few guests due to the influence of COVID 19, but there were people who seemed to be tourists. It may be unavoidable to go in and out of the room in the middle of the night or early in the morning, or to speak like Chinese. Soi11 is also opening in Oita, but it's still a long way off in the past.

Situated in the bustling heart of Bangkok's nightlife district. Rooms are all identical, basic and sufficient. Service is prompt.

Club levels was a rude and unwelcoming experience. The staff pushed us away from a bar table, instead of letting us pay for it. They told us to leave it, as someone else had paid for it. We left the club in protest.
