Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11 Review

We went there for the lunch buffet, which was excellent. Great variety, attentive and friendly service, and a nice view.

Luxury hotel, beautiful view, Nana district There are nightlife inside the hotel.

It is far from the station. The area around the hotel is noisy until midnight. The water around is not very good. I'm thankful in front of the convenience store.

The manager and the staff here was absoultly excellent.

Disgusting. Firstly the staff were extremley rude and unpleasent. After requesting an early check in months in advance (which they had approved) we were refused when we arrived and were made to wait 3 and a half hours for our room after we had already been travelling for 24 hours. When we finally got our room the bedding was damp and smelly causing me and the 2 other guests to become ill. The food was revolting. The pool was filthy. I would not recommend giving them your card details as they think it is ok to deduct money without your knowledge or permission. I did not see any cleaners at all during our stay.

This hotel is in best locations and and good for night life too many bars and easy to communicate with everything .....

Cool, hip hotel in a great location in soi 11. Recommended if you want a good clean and design orientated hotel. Close to good pubs and restaurants. Levels club is located next to it.

Room is spacious and clean. However I would not pick this hotel if I am here for shopping and massage.

Massage parlors around the hotel charge an average of 100baht more than places like Pratunam. There s also no shopping choices in walking distance.

Hotel vicinity is relatively sleazy, I d say not safe for lone female travelers. Nothing much to eat either. Most taxi drivers won t take you in and out of this street without a price hike for the roads are always heavily congested and requires them to do crazy detours to get to a place that s actually pretty near.

Good place for night birds but certainly not a property worth 4 stars. They have a disc at the basement which is quite popular in that area. If you are with your family better avoid this lane.

This is a really fun hotel! Great pools, great gym, friendly staff, in a great location, and the rooms are really cool! It s a modern hotel with a lot of fun graffiti type of drawings on the wall inside and out. I would totally stay here again.

Stayed here for ASQ (alternative state quarantine) in Feb 2021, and was extremely happy with the experience. Tthe staff were very friendly, accommodating and made sure we were taken care of, despite being in quarantine.

The quality of food was also very good, considering that everything had to be packaged and sent to all of the rooms - the timing was prompt, quality was good and the finishing touches were very nice. (I had a favourite chocolate cake that the F&B team sent me extra portions of on a few occasions!).

The TV has a smart TV service built in so you can stream most sites like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube directly through the TV.

Overall I was very impressed with the service and quality, and would highly recommend this property as an excellent choice for your ASQ stay.

Pad Thai so delicious and the girl in lobby make good coffee

The hotel is just in the middle of action, close to many bars, restaurants and nightlife. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast buffet is superb. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with big beds and bathrooms. Excellent location central to Sukhumvit 11 with plethora of bars, restaurants and major shopping centers within walking distance.

A unique entrance hotel located at the back of Soi 11. There is an elevator dedicated to CLUB just in front of the entrance, and there are a lot of visitors at night. The hotel was on the 30th floor this time, but the elevator is quite slow, so it would be better to be assigned a lower floor, except for certain room types. There are Seven Eleven and Family Mart near, too and is convenient. When you get to Sukhumvit, there is Nana station in front of you. There are many types of breakfast and some Thai food. Light up was wonderful for night pool, too. I asked for a taxi to Suvarnabhumi airport on return, but 500B.

Excellent location in the heart of Bangkok. Great rooms, and amazing breakfast buffet. Waiting 2 hours to check in after a 22 hour flight not fun, but the rest made up for it.

Excellent, everything is beside you. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, Hadi. The staff are very cooperative. The rooms are good and clean. Room design is great. All personal needs are in the bathroom. The lighting is excellent.

I loved the smell of the hotel when you enter the hotel. Love the bed sheet and pillow sheet.. So soft.. Rooms are big..

Gorgeous property, very nice room and great staff. Unfortunately, impossible to get good sleep. The nightclub attached to the hotel reverberates through the rooms (the bass) and kept me up from about 12:30-2:30.

Great location, restaurants and shopping nearby, very friendly and polite staff, ready to help out anytime, offered to keep luggage for extended time and had late check out.beautifully decorated, tuk tuk service available for nearby places, rooms are good size. All the basic services available, we had city view. Breakfast was really great, a lot of choices, including many vegetarian choices, fruits and juices, loved the breakfast. Would recommend it anytime!

was given a high floor (30th) room and the view was fantastic. not noisy at all compare to the lower rooms despite a big club located on the 10th floor. room is big and spacious, toilet is clean and the deco all looked refresh. service staff are very courteous. location is decent, in the heart of the pub area and near to train station. will stay in this property again for my next visit to bkk

Friendly staff who greeted us even when we walked pass them. The rooms are spacious and clean. The tuk tuk service is prompt and convenient. There is also a nice bar!

Lots of restaurants and pubs just down the street. Nana BTS is about 10mins walk away. Hotel do provide a TukTuk to bring you to the Nana BTS Station, but you will need to ask the concierge for it as it's not advertised anywhere.

They have such a tasty food and cool bed and wide room

Stayed here a couple of times, this year realised there are many shops and restaurants opened around the hotel, which made it more convenient. King room is super spacious love the bed its so comfortable. Really like the free tuk tuk shuttle service save a lot of our travelling time.

Place is lovely. Location is awesome as it's near Nana BTS as well as a short walk from Healthland massage. There was an error on their part in giving us a king bed instead of 2 queen beds but overall it's been a pleasant experience

Mid priced hotel that tries too hard to be trendy and ends up being somewhat cold and aloof. The rooms are small but nicely appointed, clean and modern in feel.
The Good; location and the breakfast at Crave restaurant.
The Bad; gym, pool, public spaces and amenities are all disappointing.
This property does offer value for money and is perfectly suited for travelers that want a convenient place to explore central Bangkok and won't spend much time in the hotel.

We stayed here for almost a week and we totally loved the experiance. The hotel staffs were quite polite and pleasing. The rooms were well maintained in and out & the view from the hotel room is amazing! We made use of the free breakfast in the hotel. The free tuktuk shuttle service was so convenient to travel around a few places in sukhumvit. Crave,fuel, crave bar and grill are a few food providers in aloft. Overall i will give 5/5.

Great and efficient staff. Only negative for me was no dedicated elite counter at the lobby and that the refrigerator in the room isn't cold.

Decent location and near transportation is abundant. Good restaurant with a wide selection of healthy food. Coffee can be better. Air conditioning is the room was ample. Not too noisy
