The crystal collect is awesome I feel like I buy one everytime I visit.

I really wanted to love this place but Customer Service is lacking. First time there, I arrive for my massage and they never notified me that the masseuse that I had requested had family emergency until I was in the room with a different masseuse.
Second time, I had threading done with Cindy and she was persistent about my eyebrows which is not what I requested. She would say well I have done this for long time and I am very detail oriented. She did not provide a mirror after the completion of the service. I go home and there were a lot of peach fuzz remaining. I called them and they mentioned I can see a different esthetician and they can fit me in later that evening when that is the least they should do. The manager never even connected with me to apologize. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love this place! It's so wonderful and relaxing. I've been there twice for bikini waxes once provided by Sherri and the other by Vanessa. They were both very pleasant and made the experience very painless. My favorite part of this place is their meditation tent.

I have been to Allyu Spa about 5 times now and every time I have had a great experience. Right when you walk in it is calming and relaxing. The relaxation room sets the mood for your massage. Everyone is professional and inviting.

Thee best spa I EVER visited. The atmosphere was very nice as well as the service. The lady I had Was EXCELLENT. I finally found a place for me & my best friends to visit! Especially working in the health care field it s well needed. I walked out rejuvenated.

My hubby and I needed something relaxing and nice and that place didn't disappoint!

I have NOTHING good to say. I requested a gel manicure. I left at 7pm and the no chip started chipping at 6am while on the way to the airport... WOW... not even 12 hours for a NO CHIP. NOT HAPPY ESPECIALLY SINCE I'M HEADED TO PUNTA CUNA.

This place is just always amazing. Erin does a really good job. I just had Vivian today and she emits magic. This entire atmosphere gives you relaxation being comfy, and being able to unwind. The staff is just amazing and so friendly. Everything about allyu is all about you and that is what's most important.

The whole atmosphere of the spa is intimate and relaxing. My hour facial was the best I've ever enjoyed, leaving my skin soft and my whole body relaxed. The feeling lasted for two days! My manicure was just okay. I asked for clear polish, so I got a base coat and the "dazzle dry," no layer of regular polish. My nails were not buffed, so the ridges we accentuated by the shine. I will return, but for a facial.

Place very beautiful. I love it!!! but i get their before appointment 15 min. And waiting my therapist, she massage me only 45 min from 1 hour and massage is not too good if compare with other place.

It was me and my boyfriend first experience at a spa and this was very relaxing I m pretty sure we are gonna start adding spa day in our relationship

This is the best spa ever! I got to experience Chakra balancing plus massage and I cant wait to return! Amber is very thorough and intuitive! So talented and Im so grateful! Its rare to find a someone who helps give you tips to improve your mind and body. Im looking forward to trying all of the other services offered. Be sure to hang around and experience the meditation tent. I was actually able to decompress in this calming environment before my massage. I cant say enough good things about this place! You must go!

Let me start off by saying if I could give them more than 5 stars I WOULD!
Today was my first time in Allyu Spa, and honestly I couldn't be happier. Today I scheduled a Massage and Virginia was my massage therapist. She is so wonderful! I swear her hands and touch are healing! She is very respectful and educated. Her massage was the best!
She puts the perfect pressure where its needed. Thank you Virginia for being so awesome and friendly!
I also scheduled a Manicure. Sahar was the one who took care of me. She is very gentle, very detailed and also very respectful.
Thank you Allyu Spa because wvery single staff member smiled and was very kind to me.
I appreciate everything.

This place creates a very calm spa experience. Get there early to spend time in the meditation room definitely book the sauna.

My best friend and I spent a day here enjoying several treatments. The deep tissue massage could have been more intense, but overall I had a positive experience.

I was looking for a Spa in Chicago to take my sister for her birthday. Since I am new on town was just looking online and found Allyu Spa. I could not be happier with the experience. The Spa takes you into a Zen vibe. I had a massage+chakra balance with Stephanie and she was great. I liked particularly that after the treatment she explained to me what as treated and further explanations. Overall a great experience. I will certainly go back and recommend to anyone looking for something different from hotels Spas experience. Thanks Stephanie and Allyu Team.

I was lucky enough to spend an entire day at Allyu Spa, and it was such an amazing experience. The ambiance creates an immediate sense of relaxation, and all employees add that low-key vibe. The music, the lighting, the scent in the air- it's everything you imagine a day spa should be. I had a facial, manicure, pedicure, massage, body wrap, and an infrared sauna session- they were all wonderful experiences! All of the technicians were very professional and offered suggestions, recommendations, and made sure to make me feel comfortable. The relaxation tent was awesome, as well! I cannot wait to return!

I brought my friend here for her birthday. The spa itself was very nice. I had a facial, which was top notch, I would even say one of the best I've had and my friend had a sugar scrub and message and she is very picky and she said she was impressed. Will definitely return!

The couples day package was wonderful!
The staff was incredibly friendly and walked us through the entire process.
The sauna and showers were clean and the entire atmosphere was perfect.
The hour massage was also intense will also relaxing. Exactly what I needed! Afterwards, my muscles were so relaxed.
The reflexology is like a foot massage/ pedicure.
It was wonderful!

I'm not from Chicago (dc area) but every time I am in Chicago this is the one place I have to go to! Service is amazing as well as the atmosphere! Definitely a spa to check out when you need a little TLC

My fiance surprised me with the couples package here last Friday. We've come once before about 2 years ago and had a great experience. This time....it really wasnt worth it.

To begin with, I was extremely disappointed with my massage. We got deep tissues and there was no pressure...it was essentially a rub down. I asked her for more pressure twice and she seemed like she was trying but it didnt feel much different.
After the massages we had pedicures and then went to the sauna. The pedicure results were great but overall, I felt we spent more time waiting during the service than actually getting the service (she attended to another client in the middle). Afterwards, we waited almost 30 minutes to get to the shower/sauna. I definitely expected to wait a bit but not that long. In addition, there was someone in the relaxing tent on their laptop with a bright screen. Not relaxing at all. I know several staff saw her but didnt do anything about. Maybe she was a staff person herself? Idk.
We ended up having to rush out to get to our dinner on time. We've done this exact package before (with the addition of a manicure) and we finished in less time.

Overall, pretty disappointed considering it was pretty expensive.

Meh. Got a gift card for a massage and manicure and upgraded to a longer massage instead because of a wrist injury- I can't do the manicure and ended up paying more than I anticipated for the upgrade- also had to pay for parking even with their validation. I'd rather see a more medically knowledgeable massage therapist for sports medicine/ injuries than spa massage. The whole experience was weird and not entirely comfortable. I wouldn't go back. I didn't really find the atmosphere particularly relaxing either. Overall I wish i could've just gotten a refund for the gift card to use at a more suitable place for my needs.

I love this place. I love the beautiful scent as you walk in the door. The friendly people who greet you. The spa sandals they give you. An offering of something to drink and then a place to chill out in their tents. Very peaceful. I've been here several times doing several different services and it's all been top notch. Very professional and lovely.

I enjoyed my custom facial. Everyone was very courteous & the facility was beautiful & chill.

My gf brought me here for my bday. We got one hrs massage for close to $300 for two people. I would never personally spend that kind of money on a massage, the location is great and the experience is pleasant enough. I just don't understand why people spend so much money this

It was a lovely, relaxing afternoon. I had a massage, facial, and spa pedicure, and each person was great! The only thing I think you should consider would be to have different robe sizes--my guest that afternoon was larger and there wasn't a robe to fit her comfortably.

I always enjoy Allyu's mai pedis. This time I got a wax---first one in probably 15 years. Sharlinda did an amazing job! I'd highly recommend her work.

Lovely staff all around. The front desk receptionist, Regina, was outstanding. It was my first time going to a spa and she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and catered to. I highly recommend this place for couples or a single looking to unwind from the rustle and bustle that is Chicago.

This is my go-to place for massages. The user experience of this spa is exceptional. From intake to relaxing in the meditation area, every moment spent in this facility is pure relaxation. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. I've had one hour massages to their prenatal package and have been blown away every single time. If you go to another spa after this one, you will know its not the same.

This spa is wonderful if you are going for a massage or facial. The spa has a very relaxing atmosphere (even the lobby), the staff is attentive, and the meditation tent where you wait between services is really lovely.

HOWEVER: BEWARE of the nail salon! It is already expensive and the quality is terrible! I got a gel no chip manicure today at 4:45. It s currently 10:45 and 2 nails have already chipped. I m shocked and really sad that this manicure has already started falling apart in 6 hours. I wanted to treat myself to a nice mani before vacation but now I just feel disappointed I wasted my money and time. $45 for this terrible quality is inexcusable, I will not be returning here for any type of manicure.

Update: I m adding a star because Allyuspa reached out to me regarding my poor manicure experience. They offered for me to come in for a new manicure for free with a different polish (they believe the color I originally chose may have been old which is why it chipped so quickly)

Excellent front desk service and my massage therapist, Antonia, is always wonderful, excellent, awesome, and amazing! The parking is close and cheap which makes getting here really easy. The waiting room is very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I had the best experience. I received a custom facial by Jenny. my skin glows. The atmosphere and service was extremely relaxing. Whatever scent(s) they have throughout the spa is the best ever! I will definitely go back

The Space:
When you enter Allyu Spa your mind and body are immediately encouraged to relax. I loved how every part of the space (lobby, bathroom, shower rooms, etc) had a cohesive aesthetic.

Covid:
All employees wore fitted masks and wore them correctly. There were air purifiers in every room I went into. They appeared to follow every guideline and went above and beyond to make it a safe experience.

Treatments:
I booked a scrub and scalp treatment, followed by a massage. I didn t expect to love the scrub and scalp massage SO MUCH. I fell asleep during the scalp massage, which proves how relaxed I was. I can t fall asleep easily anywhere. Nicole made it an amazing experience. I will definitely be returning

Overall:
I ve been blessed to visit a lot of spas all around the world. The experience at Allyu, from start to finish, is marvelous. I was so relaxed. The price point is spot on.

I would highly encourage you to make this your go to spa in Chicago.

I loved it! The energy there is captivating and staff will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. My Chakra Balancing was done by Stephanie and she was such a joy to talk to and just be around! Highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back!

Came to Chicago for valentines and getting spas were apart of what I scheduled for Mr. and I. Allyu did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were the only ones in the spa. Chris did my massage and was amazing! I cannot think of the black women who did his but he said she was amazing as well. Overall, it was a great start to our time in Chicago. Will definitely go back!!!

I am literally sitting in their meditation room right now in awe of how great these services have been. I have had many facials (I'm in esthetician school) and massages. But, hands down, this is the best facial (by Shay!!) and massage (by Roger) that I have ever had. They were both so intuitive in their craft, Shay's techniques were so so impressive and Roger took the time to feel what areas were tense and understood my needs. My friend is with me and said the same thing, and had the prenatal spa package at 8 months and feels amazing. Highly recommend, I'll be coming back.

I booked a two hour massage. That's right, I didn't even know that was a thing - it was incredible especially for someone with chronic pain or a situation! A fully indulgent pampering in their hidden treatment rooms, this small but perfectly formed spa transformed my tired body into a what I can only remember as normal with lasting effects. The therapist listened to my concerns and adjusted as requested delivering a really nice treatment. She stretched my ribcage, which was mildly concerning yet left me with space and a great sensation when breathing afterwards. It's good to have experienced massage therapists who really know their anatomy.

On a previous appointment I had a facial. Memories of gentle butterfly wings applying products that left an attractive glow were all used. Yep, exactly that!

On the whole, including the spa shop, complimentary tea, twinkly music and sensations experienced I'd recommend Allyu to you.

Just did the couples retreat, started with a private sauna for the 2 of us, then went to a meditation place until the massage started. The massage is the best I've ever had. Would go back again soon.

Allyu is my favorite place to go for a massage. Their therapists are so talented and attentive. And the environment is calm, welcoming and relaxing. GO GO GO!!

Really liked the massage and facial. Both specialists were great. But was very not impressed with the pedicure and manicure, below average experience and quality. Would absolutely skip that service at that place. The facial products are just OK, not many options for the anti-age treatments.

From the cleansing sage scent when you walk into the door, to the relaxing lavender and chamomile oils at the end of the treatment, this place is all about sensory luxury. Allyu spa is one of my favorite places to go and relax. From the moment you walk through the door the ambiance is very calming and soothing. Ive had the waxing service and the service was excellent. I also think the prices are fair for the services they offer. I recommend Allyu to anyone who needs a nice retreat.

I was very happy with our overall experience and can t wait to return. I did my research re: local massage options (as we were traveling from Milwaukee) and very glad to have found Allyu. Their environment was very calming/relaxing (eastern Asian/zen vibe) and they set the mood even further by giving you spa sandals before your treatment and a robe after. Their staff were very welcoming and added to the relaxed environment. We enjoyed a couples massage (Francois was great!) and finished with complimentary showers which I highly recommend (they provide the products, towels, hairdryer etc ), you just have to ask for a shower when you re booking your service as they are limited availability (so worth it!). I also enjoyed aromatherapy during my massage at no additional cost which was great. My therapist focused on the areas I needed and I walked out feeling very relaxed with much less tension. My only suggestion would be to ask clients if there's any areas they don't want touched. I always recommend voicing your requests/concerns up front/areas you want or don t want since the intake form doesn t always cover everything. After the showers we got to enjoy time in the relaxation tent which was nice; not many places have something like that and allowed us to extend our time there. I can t wait to re-visit for more services/enjoy more of a spa day. It s definitely an environment I could spend all day in.

I love this place and the products here are the best! The treatments can be a little pricey but the aestheticism are fantastic and the environment is so serene.

You can't beat the price! Is it a ritzy, luxury Spa? No. But I've been to the ritzy, luxury Spas in Chicago and this Spa is way more worth your time and money. They don't have a pool or steam area, but the massage I had was the best I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Tania. I felt totally relaxed and revived after my service.

Booked a appointment for a facial. Just a regular facial. I used to go for facials once a month at Z salon and spa, in Louisville, KY. I saw Elizabeth here at Allyu Spa and she gave me the most incredible experience. Best facial i have ever received.
I'm also very much into skin care and I learned so much from Elizabeth. We discussed different products lines from different brands. Learned a lot while being completely relaxed. I can't wait to go back. I schedule another appointment with Elizabeth before I left the Spa

Poor customer service for a regular customer. I moved and was traveling an hour to come here. No more. You lost out in business twice a month.

This place was a hidden gem for me. The first time I went to Allyu was with my birthday gift card for a massage and had an incredible experience there. The atmosphere in the spa was serene and very relaxing. After my massage I was given an option to take a rain shower and stay in their meditation tent. Every detail in the spa starting from soothing background music, pleasant smells, people whispering and up to the friendly and attentive staff was inviting and made me come back there a few more times. Now they also send me different offers which I truly appreciate.

So relaxing. Only spa the girlfriend and I go. Now get out her and treat yourself!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my hour long massage. I didn't know how much I needed it until Dorie went to work on me! The service is absolutely wonderful. The furnishings and decor will put you in a relaxed state of mind from the minute you walk in. Highly recommended!!
