I have had several quality massages from this establishment. I went to book a massage and have left two voicemails on separate days as well as tried calling twice today. Clearly this business is under poor management or they no longer care to book appointments. I've tried their contact section on their website to see about a refund for my pre-paid and am disappointed for the masseuse that is ultimately harmed by the other staff's inability to answer phones, check voicemail, or even contact a client.

I came here to do a massage.
I had horrible back pain and a very stressful day at work.
It was great! Easy location to find.
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

The masseuse, he was good too.
I will definitely recommend him to my friends!

The Spa is effectively managed by a very strong hands on manager, Karyn Schultz.
Karyn, is an excellent listener, communicator and a first class wellness professional.

Bought a BODY MELT TREATMENT thru Groupon and was not disappointed. My masseuse, Jessica was awesome. Very professional and attentive. I have been back twice and plan to go again.

Wonderful massage! Went there to celebrate our anniversary and they had a special which included a body, scalp and foot massage, along with a glass of champagne! I really enjoyed my therapist and the staff was wonderful. They were very attentive, helpful and the overall experience was very nice. They had a Groupon special so be on the lookout for those to make your experience more affordable.

I got a gift certificate for my bday back in May. I inquired about waxing services then but the person who picked up the phone seemed stressed and told me they didn't have a waxing specialist available. I inquired again at the end of August and they put me in the calendar for a bikini wax.
I got there, the two people in the front desk didn't smile back but i was offered a drink. I was then brought to the back of the spa by the waxing person. She took an hour to do the bikini wax. She was very sweet and all but not great at waxing. The result was horrible, i was left with wax and hair all over the bikini area. I still had money left in the certificate so I asked the receptionist to help me pick something from their very expensive skin care line so I could use the remaining of the gift certificate and he did. That's what the 2 stars are for.

Great massage, but the scheduling has something to be desired.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage. I have had massages before at other locations, but this was his first. We both enjoyed ourselves, and felt very relaxed. Staff is professional and prompt, location is easy to find, and the rooms were clean. I would definitely recommend their services.

was great at firtst but those incompetent ppl at the front should go work fast food. They're clueless. When a therapist has to tell the spa director and front staff to be there to open the spa on time and to do your job properly that states a lot!!! Tighten up.

This was my second time visiting this spa on a Groupon deal. I hesitated to write a review as I had not had good experiences with Groupon and spa. This place is peaceful, very professional staff and Bryandoes any awesome job. I sure I'll be back!

I recently went there for a massage not expecting too much since it is in a strip mall. Omg was I surprised. It is a very serene atmosphere , Cotton at the front desk was very gracious and knowledge, Brian who I randomly had as my masseuse was the best. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it. Can't wait to try some of the other services.

I went in today for the Body Melt package that was offered as a Groupon. I saw Kelly and while the massage was great I don't really feel I got a real scalp massage or foot reflexology. I have had both done at other spas before and they were much better. What I got felt like part of a normal massage. While I did get a Groupon deal I would have never paid full price for that and have to wonder if that is what it is normally like or did I not get the best service because I used a Groupon. I am definitely hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any of my friends. The Groupon even stated I would get a glass of champagne and I was never offered one. Pretty disappointed overall. The actual massage though was very good. From the posts of the other reviewers it looks like the extras are ultimately not worth it!

Closed with no warning, leaving customers with unused gift cards!!

Horrible Experience. If you buy the massage from coupon they are not going to entertain you. They didn't give me appointment because i bought it from Groupon finally i booked from Groupon and they did horrible job. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Brian is the best masseuse I've ever had. Magic hands!

I will never go back. The scheduling and front desk is so unorganized. Several times they have somehow lost my appointment. If you think you have an appt here, you may not. Find another spa. Terrible customer service.
