I really wanted to love this place but Customer Service is lacking. First time there, I arrive for my massage and they never notified me that the masseuse that I had requested had family emergency until I was in the room with a different masseuse.
Second time, I had threading done with Cindy and she was persistent about my eyebrows which is not what I requested. She would say well I have done this for long time and I am very detail oriented. She did not provide a mirror after the completion of the service. I go home and there were a lot of peach fuzz remaining. I called them and they mentioned I can see a different esthetician and they can fit me in later that evening when that is the least they should do. The manager never even connected with me to apologize. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
