I hired a workers comp insurance company and then they hired this company. I would recomend if you are even thinking about using this company THINK AGAIN! The first delivery of paychecks was delivered to the wrong adress, then they wanted to charge me an extra fee for it. I was like, how is this my fault? They said they would deliver it so I left the check under my mat. It took them 2 weeks to pick it up and when they did guess what the check was soaked. Miami weather guys, remember. So I called them and they said to write them another check so I did. They came and picked it up. I told them I was not running payroll for 1 week for the company becouse of vacations. Guess what? THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY! I lost my 1,800 deposit that I paid to my agent and best of all they sent me an email saying they were going to contact the division of workers compensation saying they cancelled my policy. Thank God I am workers comp exempt and I hired another company to do my payroll. Beware these people are in the business of legally stealing your money. Dont say, I told you so.

We have been using Enterprise HR for 3 years. They are very responsive to all inquiries and have NEVER been late on any payrolls. I would highly recommend them as we are Very Happy Customers!

I wish I could give mega stars theses guys are complete criminals. They are absolutely useless stay far away from this company.

Terrible company. They don't send the payment on time. Today, for example, is Friday and I have employees waiting for they payment and NOTHING.
I've called them to see what's happening, and they said they will check and call me back... NOTHING.
TERRIBLE COMPANY. LOW QUALITY ATTENDANCE. DISRESPECTFUL AND INCOMPETENT!
We also had to ask them to change the office address like 5 times.
They expect client to do their jobs.

TERRIBLE!!!

Do a favor to yourself and find another company to save headaches!
