Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar Review

Stay is nice & comfortable helpfull staff and deepak thakur also help me he treat me like a friend ... awesome stay.......

Five Star hotel but the finesse is missing. Tends to be rustic

Spent a night at the Park Inn and I received a room with a view of the fields which was great. The designers seemed to have taken it a little too far with bright colours and LED lights on the bed. The service was not too great for my companions though, being woken up in the middle of the night to be given water, or not acting with reason for a simple request.

It was awesome experience with my family and also staff is excellent work ,presentation,management as well as lovely smiling on face and thanks to all of them helping us.

Decent place. Helpful staff. However, we called 3 times to arrange for an airport pickup and everytime the person promised a call back without ever calling. Had to eventually take a cab to this hotel.

Had developed a good property. The staff is polite and helpful.

He knows my preference I sit on table.he gave everything whatever I want. I felt like a princess in this hotel. Best of luck sandeep & thanks for radisson management for this type of staff. Radisson Blu has done well to ensure we stayed comfortably. The icing on the cake was the excellent housekeeping service by Pradeep. The cold weather was complimented by the warmth of the service recieved by the entire team.

All the staff are very courteous, disciplined especially Naazpreet Kaur, Subhkiran Kaur, Anil Kumar. The hotel room service is excellent. Thanks

Below Avg Rooms AC doesnt work despite several complaints.
Resturant has limited menu tandoori items only available for dinner.

So, basically we visited as a tourist. The hotel was not too luxurious although being a 4 star. Food, staff nothing is good.

Food is not good paneer is very hard to eat.they are arrang the food of banquet hall on the way outside and preparation of food is very bad worst

Loved the food quality. The biryani we ordered was exceptionally tasty. Prompt service. Great ambience.

Far away from main attraction Golden Temple limited breakfast.

Absolutely brilliant. Great stay, good staff and food.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was simply superb and I would like to mention our server Mr. Anil was really nice.

Hotel ambience is good. Rooms are spacious. Banquet team is very cooperative.

Poolside area is huge hit for a party of 50 - 60 pax.

I've done 3 back to back successful conferences there of 3 nights n 4 days!!
PM Mr Narendra Modi's conclave with Afgan PM was also held here!!!

Perfectly organised standup comedy event on 15th dec at Radisson. The food, service and all other arrangements were right upto the mark. Really enjoyed !!!
And dont want to miss mentioning Mr. Pradeep Dutta from Radisson, who made it sure we had a goodtime.
