The staff is rude and incompetent.I had an issue with a missing item from my room and I needed housekeeping so I went to address it to the front desk.The supervisor was asking me what should he do like it is my job to teach him how to handle complaints.On the top of that the front desk was trying to put the blame on me for reporting a missing item from my own hotel room in my abcense!
Can you imagine how ignorant those people are.
What an attitude to someone who spend his money in the Allure Risort and raising an issue hoping it can be handled in a professional level.What a bull..
No housekeeping is guaranteed on daily basis they told me as well but I was running out of towels after the second day of my stay so I realy need it. All that after 3.30pm.
I am very easy going but instead of helping me they made me feel real crapy.Unbelievable.I am not coming back there ever again.I really liked the place itself and the location is great so I was about to recommend it all over but I guess Allure does not care about costumer experience hiring such "proffessionals".
Too bad for Allure Resort but as they say "People make the place".

Did not make both beds and we called and asked them to change and they never did. Beds where dirty. Water too a long time to hear up

Good budget hotel on iDrive. Looking a bit dated in the communal areas with the pool area looking a bit tired, although the lobby was being refurbished while I was there. The rooms are pretty good with fridge, coffee machine and safe. I ve stayed here 3 times now and I d go back.

I am Currently staying at the allure resort 7/24/18. This is my second visit here and Over all for the price it's not bad but can be better / improve. Additional fees on top of booking online for service that takes almost 24hrs just to bring towels. Elevator doesn't work half the time so you will be using your feet. No spa / Hot tub like listed for hotel, YMCA Gym is limited and doesn't let you use indoor pool yet hotel list it, Eveything is near and hotel rooms are clean

Big room, clean and tidy. Nice pool. Unfortunately hidden additional costs therefore 4 stars (resort fee).

This hotel does not even deserve a one star. Worst service by the General Manager, Maria. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the elevators were not working. A random stranger that does not work at the hotel took me to the service elevator so I could get to my room. I asked someone else regarding the safety of the elevator and he said they just reset it. They had dial soap dispenser in the bathroom. No hot water and no one answered the phone at the front desk. I m an IHG owner and I have never seen a hotel in such a bad state. It s an embarrassment to be associated with the brand when there are properties like this in the system. I felt like I was at a Motel 6 from the 70s.

No bar no restaurants no room service. The phone didn't work nor alarm clock. The coffee pot still had the used filter in it after they supposedly cleaned room. The room was clean other than coffee pot.

Excellent location to our competition at the ymca. Great room, comfy bed (sleep number) and everyone was helpful and friendly

The staff is great,good prices . But I seen three cockroaches and spoon burn spots on the sink.

Waiting one hour in the check in .Room is ugly and both bed is broken! Early morning we try to complain about the room and refund but , the manager is not there this time! She is give me the card for the manager and we try to call her, but she not working anymore this hotel.After we try to call the hotel lot of time and no manager there.

Front desk experience was horrible. We had a reservation and they could not find it. Took us 2 hours just to get a room. It was not an isolated incident because during our long wait another guest came in who they couldn't find their reservation and someone else called and they couldn't find their reservation either. Such a shame because the rooms and facility was clean and nice.

One more star if he had a terrace.

Decent Locations... Under major renovation currently so it's a little bit of a walk everywhere. Decent part of town but a lot of weird people! Expected in a big international town. Great rates though

Well appointed room with very good bed and fridge. The resort does not work and is in poor condition.

The hotel wasn't that bad, it has a restaurant and rooms are ok ans so is the bathroom. The hotel also has a YMCA that's included with the stay, and the hotel has a bog pool of its own. My only concern is that it's November and Orlando gets pretty cool and the pool was freezing no heater. Also the spa was not working and the water was not warm at all and the jets didn't work either it also took me half and hour to connect to the WIFI. The hotel is not bad but they have a few things to make better. And keep thing under maintance.

Terrible. Rooms are not sound proof. Shower did not get hot! Dirty pool.

Worst hotel I've been to! I was so embarrassed with my family that I booked them here! There are bugs everywhere! We were also not informed about the fire drill last Friday July 27. My family was still sleeping during that time. Thank God nobody had a heart attack! The housekeepers don't even speak English! Horrible hotel! It should be shut down!

Zero. Stars. The worst hotel I ever attempt to stay at. When we arrived the staff was rude and did not care. They did not speak English. When we got into our room there was Stains on the sheets. It was apparent they never washes them. Stains on floor which i think was human or animal feciese bed bugs as well We switch our room same issue. They advertise that there is a bar and grill. The sign said open
We went to get a drink which was not open. There staff was no were in sight.Spoke to manager of hotel she was rude and stated that the bar and grill was third party and there was nothing she could do.she did not care about anything I was saying. Poor customer services. We ended up just leaving and not staying in this gross hotel Or resort as the describe it. It is far from a resort. Oh and there pool no way would I swim in it. The location of the hotel is great hopefully someone can buy them out and rentavat it. Don't waist your money or time on this place. There are plenty of other nice hotels on International drive that will suit your needs.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We cancelled a reservation 12 Days BEFORE the intended arrival date. We even have an email confirming the cancellation. Allure Resort STOLE $691.04 from my bank account and refuses to give it back. The Hotel Manager Tom doesn't return my calls. I left voicemail messages. Bev the Sales Manager was not helpful or interested. The Sales Manager hung up on me. The Front Desk was rude and hung up on me. Accounting is not available to talk. They will not connect you by phone to anyone who might be able to help. After they take your money, they are done with you. They will not listen or talk to you. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no respect. There is no kindness. There is no loyalty. You are left contacting your bank and your LAWYER. Allure Resort is disrespectful and RUDE!!! Stay ANYWHERE but here....

the worst of the worst hotels. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. (Refused to even show how to get to your room after you check in). Double-charged the resort fee even after being shown a receipt of that fee being prepaid... Bathtub wouldn't drain for 3 days. I paid 750$ for the worst 3 hotel nights ever.

I never write reviews but this is the one time that I do because I don't want anyone else going through what I am going through. No restaurant, no lobby, poor service... I asked for a simple service and it doesn't come for 30mins - unbelievable. Absolutely nothing good. The hotel doesn't seem to care anyways since it will become Holiday Inn or something. Get something else while you can

Have stayed here three times everything is great!!...except the breakfast offered downstairs in the am....I wouldn't serve that to my dog...

Do not be fooled by the pics posted on websites. Their rooms are in some serious need of updating. The shower handles fall off and there were 2 different handles for the sinks. The phones don t work and neither do some of their lights. And we ended up staying in 2 rooms and both were the same.
Why did we stay in 2 rooms you might ask? Because they have MOLD!! My friend has asthma and I m allergic to mold so neither one of us could breath the entire time we were there.
The staff are unfriendly and couldn t care less what you tell them.
Plus they mention there is a gym, spa, game room and laundry facility. I never saw any of that while I was there. They don t have any signs saying where anything was at.
And don t leave anything behind because they will tell you the cleaning staff didn t see find anything while cleaning the room.
I would sleep on the streets before I ever set foot in there again.

Initially booked for 2 nights, however I altering my reservation. Realizing that my arrival in to Orlando only required one night. Was unable to check in, as hotel would not accommodate "early check in". Needless to say initially the room was available for 2 nights, however not one...
Slept with my son in the lobby with my son. Check in staff shift change experienced. Over night staff gladys and mona informed me that their shifts where coming to a close. Rooms are available they just require cleaning. House keeping will start soon per over night desk staff.
Asked my information (again in spite of my reservation) so that she may inform day staff check in I am awaiting a clean room. App 730 a.m I inquired with the day desk staff of the rooms time line. The young lady was very rude, impatient and acted as though I was depriving her to ask questions on when house keeping started their shift etc. Totally dismissive and of no help.

Booked on Priceline with name your price tool. They have it rated as a 3.5 star hotel. Clearly that is wrong. The roof in the lobby is leaking badly, there are towels all over the awning above the registration desk. Water spots and ants in the hotel room. Didn't even want to know what a black light test would uncover.

When planning a trip, my husband and I decided to go cheap and didn t care for the reviews. We kept positive throughout all the negative just to save a couple of dollars. We were wrong. We arrive hours before check in and told that they had nothing so we have to wait from 7am to 1pm. We assumed that would fine since the only positive thing within the building was there staff (only issue is that it seemed one of them had no clue about anything with the hotel and the surrounding area). After waiting a hour, we found out all we saw on reviews pages were right.
We talked to people staying there at the hotel and were told that they found cockroaches in their room. The husband was on the phone fighting for a refund while the wife told me everything. They were not the only ones. Others told us they had dried substances, wet sheets, or that they found trash around there room. We immediately called Expedia to cancel and thankfully got a refund.
Learn from our mistake. Pay that extra bit and get something better. We didn t even see a room but got scared off from the people trying to work out a refund after finding out how disgusting it was.
If you don t care for cockroaches, dried substances (mind you, we were told it looked fresh), and trash filled rooms then stay here. Only saving thing is location and amount. We ended up having to pay more for a new hotel.

Ana the one who receives at the front desk is wonderful, very friendly staff, generally clean and very central.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was great. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel is relatively good, but the service appalling. The first night they did not even change our towels, they just forgot that the room had guests and housekeeping did not enter. The next night, the beds were not made and when I went to ask what was going on, they replied that beds are only made every 3 nights. The hairdryer was lost and it took 3 days to replace it (going through the lobby twice a day requesting a new dryer). Honestly, it's not worth what they charge.

Was great, super clean, amazingly friendly and helpful staff.

Front desk staff was horrible. Extremely disrespectful. Rooms were not ready upon arrival even though they were booked weeks ahead of time and we called before arriving to confirm. After lots of hassle, we were put in rooms we didn't reserve at our inconvenience (had to share a single bed)

Thermostat didn't work and so the room was too cold. Sleep number beds did not work. Inflatable mattress deflated in the middle of the night. Very poor service from the front desk who couldn't even deliver a pillow and sheets to the room. Very poor attitude from front desk employee. Basically half of us weren't able to sleep. Luckily we were only there for a night.

The rooms themselves were OK, nothing special but fairly clean looking and at least it had a TV (not HD or anything).

Talked to who I would assume to be the manager upon leaving, and he offered no apology but did listen. Tried to contact the manager again by phone after leaving and received no call in return.

I wouldn't stay here again, and frankly, due to the extreme dis-respect and lack of coordination from the management, I'd advise anyone to think twice.

This is my second time at this location. A hidden treasure.

Elevators didn't work had to use the stairs, tried to call the front desk from the room and the phone just rings had to call with my cell, and don't ask for extra towels or new sheets cause it'll be a wait... Definitely won't be back after checking out

Fast checkin, centralize location on international drive.

I would say the Yelp review is much more accurate of this hotel. This is definitely a 1-2 star rated hotel. When I arrived to check in, there was a customer complaining about dirty sheets in her room and towels. The staff said to them that there was nothing they could do, as the maintenance crew was gone, and they would have to wait until the morning. Then proceeded to say " Hurricane Matthew messed everything up. You're just going to have to wait until the morning." Even if that is true, the first rule in customer service is to at least look like o you are trying to help or at lest attempt to. Secondly, we too had dirty towels (there was makeup stains and dark stains on the towels) in our room that smelled as though they were not washed but simply placed in the dryer and then sat next to food or coffee. And our TV didn't work. Thirdly, the hotel advertised that they offer free breakfast from 6:30-9:30a. The hours in itself are unfavorable, however, we were even more disappointed to see that the breakfast they offer are the danish pasteries you get from Supermarkets and toast.... that's it. They offer coffee and Sunny Delight oj to wash down all of this yummy goodness. There were bench seats with no tables to allow one to enjoy this meager breakfast. Oh, and there is a tip jar at the corner, for their outstanding service, (hopefully you hear the sarcasm in my tone). In all seriousness. I have received far better service from 2- star hotels. I will never come back here again.

Over priced for the "resort"you get. 1st you get a surprise $17 resort fee per day. Then you find out there's no breakfast included in the "resort" only an over priced coffee shop and an over priced store, and the amenities are very limited. Next the bed is hard as a brick and the pillows make your neck hurt. There was a roach in the bathroom. They charge $10 if you need to get a package, better yet and envelope delivered. Lastly there was only one elevator. The grace was it was a spacious room Oh and FYI... If you need to was your clothes plan on spending about $10 for one load of clothes in their laundry room.

Well let me start by saying that I have not yet stayed here yet, but am taking my beautiful Mother to Orlando for Mother's Day, so we will be staying here soon. I have went through and read so many reviews, and I just have to say something. I work for a "hotel" that is affiliated with Raddison, I am not at work right now so I would just like to tell all you NEGATIVE folks that like to spend your time on a computer just to complain. I deal with people like you all the time, the ones that will literally nit-pick every little thing just to get a free room or discount. The next time you would like to raise cane about a crumb you found behind the nightstand...why dont you take a moment to consider the people of this world that do not have ANYTHING, clean drinking water, that have to sleep with their heads on the ground tonight, YOU should be grateful that you do! I feel as if alot of folks seem to forget that there are more important issues in the world other than your own self-righteous ways. Thanks!

It was the most horrible experience I've ever had in a hotel

The rooms were nice but the rest of the resort looked abandoned. The location is great so I would still recommend staying there. Just don't expect anything but a room.

The room was up to par and comfy. The overall experience was great. However the fire alarm testing at 9am was slightly annoying.

Currently staying here for 3 nights and since the first night there are roaches in my room. Is not an infestation but I have spotted already 5 to 6 roaches different sizes and specially near the coffee machine. The room is outdated as well. The first morning I informed the cleaning lady and she seems not to understand a word I said. I'm a veteran visitor to the Orlando area and in my 27 years staying in various resorts I've never encountered this issue.
Hope they address this issue.

Great location, near most attractions. Can find rooms at good rates. However, service was mediocre, and there was poor complementary breakfast. Hard beds, bed platform might collapse. I would recommend this place just for the low rates and the location but nothing else.

Couldnt even provide free water for the guests, breakfast was a big disappointment.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in Orlando. Upon my arrival they over booked gave my room to someone else. Did not offer me a room offered me my money back and for me to go find another hotel. I suggested to them if they had a different room available sine I was traveling with 2 small children and I could not take them to me out and search another hotel room near me at 1 am in the morning. Once I got into my room my toilet ran for 2 days, my safe made clicking noises for 2 days battery dead, my sleep number bed was broke on the hardest number. The floor was much softer then the bed and the phone didn't work. Shuttle service not what you think, only passes by once. Arcade waste on money no game macine works only takes ypur money, just awful one thing after another. I told the front desk staff that I wanted the manager to contact me on Saturday. According to her the message was never given. Worst stay ever, save your money and find another hotel. I would of gave this place no stars but it would of allowed me to leave a comment.

I cannot give this place any stars due to the fact that I didnt have the opportunity to stay here. I booked this hotel through Priceline (I have been using for years) my confirmation email said Allure Resort Hotel Orlando but when I arrived they informed me that I did not have reservation with them but with Rodeway Inn which is right next door. So not only did I not stay there but had to pay resort fees for some place that I was not at. Not only did this happen to me but to several other guests I saw standing in line at the allure waiting to check in. Seems to me like Allure bought out Rodeway (which used to be the Clarion Inn) and they send all their overflow and Priceline users to Rodeway. Be aware do not book with them. I will be contacting the CEO of this company Monday morning

Ratchet hotel for smooth operators, cheapskates, bodily profiteers, various colorful characters winkw

This place is a dump. Pre paid for a room that's right prepaid got there after a four hour drive had to wait in line to check in for 1 1/2 hours only to be told they had no rooms left! Explained my room was paid in advance for 2 nights and was told that's to bad we are first come served. And that it didn't matter that it was pre paid. Offered to put me into a room next door or give me a refund at 130 am not many choices. This place charges you a resort fee for what I don't know this is the furthest thing from a resort you can find. They advertise restaurant and a bar but both are closed and have been for some time. Dirty bug infested.you can find many many better places to stay.next time I'd sleep in my car first.

If I could give them zero stars I would ! When we checked in they had are room already booked even though we booked this 3 weeks in advance ! They gave us two different rooms and said we will not be charged for the second room but charged us anyway , they fixed it and then we are left with haveong two rooms both infested with BED BUGS ! room numbers 2500 and 2531 ! And on top of that they have very bad problems with there keys ! Every time we try to get in after leaving we would be locked out . And on top of that there pool area is still closed and after read reviews from February saying the pool and hot tub where closed you would think it would be open by August well there not . This hotel is badly managed and infested save your self the trouble. Now to figure out how not to take BEDBUGS back home with us . I wish I could post the pictures on here but I don't see a option

Bad cleaning, bad service, to be where it is located must be micho better service that are in remodeling because they must be the areas, plus a single ascent for toooodooo the HOTEL

We arrived at allure had a reservation to stay at allure which was thought to be a resort. But found out we had been booted to there motel next door which they own also. The employees would not give a reason why our nice hotel is now this bad looking motel. Went in to bad motel room found roaches all over bathroom floor killed a few of them. Then told my husband we are not staying here. Decided to walk around maybe give them them a chance found exterior pool very dark at night way smaller than expected. Asked were indoor pool was. They do not really own an enterior pool that they say on site to own. The YMCA is allowing them to use there enterior pool during specific times. So I demanded my money back did not stay in a roach motel with no enterior pool which I was promised. I now know why when checking in everyone that was in line in front of me was so mad they obviously had issues with the place also. The staff is rude do to having to deal with upset customers all day long. Mangment needs to figure something out. They had big issues with their hotel and roach motel that has massive water damage also.

Roaches every where even in the microwave!! Vomit in the stairwell I feel in it and rolled to the bottom floor and they wouldn't even call the ambulance and when I asked for an incident report they had the nerve to ask me and my family to leave! I only gave one star because I had to other wise I would have not even gave it that! The entire hotel smelld like mildow and toilet and the staff were very unhelpful!! This place shouldn't even be up and running........... Terrible, horrible place and experience............

The pictures of the lobby and front made my new husband and I excited to be there. Once we got to our room, that quickly changed. The AC wouldn't start, (took about 2 hours for it to finally work), the safe was held together by duck tape, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Our first day the fridge didn't work, and finally got it working on our 2nd night. There is no hot water at all and won't be until after we leave. When we went to bring it to the attention of the night manager he didn't apologize, said the hot water was a known issue (glad it wasn't told to the people trying to stay here??) And basically blew us off. We can forgive many things but at least try to seem like you care about your customers comfort when you work at a 'hotel'.

If your a Florida resident from Certain county's, you are not permitted to stay there . They will cancel you reservation the night you get to the hotel. They will NOT call you to let you know, even though you booked it a month ahead. They have HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE IT'S HORRIBLE THAT place is pure door-doo.

First impression is a lovely hotel. Then the smell creeps in, smoke and farts. Awakened at 3:45am by some drugged or drunk guy yelling. Went on for an hour. Called the front desk and they didn't bother. Don't use the laundry facilities, I lost money and the hotel said they are not responsible. Don't use vending, same thing. I think there are some people who live there and a lot of drunks. Got up in the morning to pack up and a large cockroach was on my ceiling. The breakfast buffet was about the worst ever. Disgusting eggs, floppy waffles, nastiest sausage ever and bacon did not seem to be real meat. Bland potatoes, out of coffee, moldy bagels. I wanted toast and was handed two heels. The oj was good. Gee, and only $8.00! Only one elevator worked and someone spilled a drink in there so the floor was sticky. I know it was a drink because the styrofoam cup was crushed into the handrail. Reported it to the front desk and the bimbo couldn't have cared less. 6 hours later it was still there. They need better customer service and need to fix a few things. And exterminators. The price is about right though. They shouldn't charge any more.

We were there in December of 2019. We walked into our room and it was absolutely disgusting. We turned right around and left and had to find another hotel after midnight.

The service was great, but the resort was a little difficult to find. Their sign was tiny and not visible from I-Drive. The beds were better than other places I've stayed, but the pillows left a little to be desired.

This place sucks, I reserved a room with a king size bed 3 weeks ahead and they still gave me two queens,the sleep# bed does not work,they didnt have any wash clothes in the room. The heater did not work and as i was checking out another customer complains about having Bed Bugs!! Ugggh jus NASTY

The most important part of renting a hotel while on vacation was it has to have a pool. Two days and the pool was not working. When I called down to check if the pool was open I was told yes. Myself and a few other guest go down to swim and the pool was dirty, so we all went too ask if they can clean the pool. The manger on duty stated that the pool was not open and if we didnt like it we can check out but we will not get our money back. They also have an indoor pool and gym that was also closed. Its 99 degrees and no pool to cool off. I would never stay here again.

HORRIBLE! Front Desk Staff was rude and uncaring. Booked a King Room, called prior to trip to confirm reservation. Arrived to be told no King Rooms available only doubles and pretty much take it or leave it. (my husband is 6'3") We had driven 6.5 hours and it was 11:30 pm when we arrived so we opted to not try to find another hotel. Two days prior to arriving we called to add an extra day to our trip and were told to wait until we got to the resort as there was no issue with availability. We had to ask the rude desk staff every morning to add the additional day and they were not able to do this until the morning of our original check out. (I guess this was an extremely complicated task). Two of our four mornings we woke up to find that they had not left any coffee when they cleaned our room and had to call and request coffee. It took them 43 minutes to deliver any coffee one morning of those mornings. The toilet leaked around the bottom and we had to keep a towel wrapped around the toilet on the floor. We would NEVER recommend this hotel as they definitely do NOT understand HOSPITALITY. Thankfully everywhere else we went in Orlando had staff and people who cared about their patrons and that did understand the concept of customer service and hospitality and we did not allow this resort to define our trip.

Location was great! I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel; instead of a resort. A portion of my bathroom ceiling look like a maintenance work never were finished (even the paint doesn t match). The coffee maker was kinda hard to understand, but I figure it out. The room coffee was nasty.

The carpet have a weird red stain. The floor border was coming off from the wall. The light by the main door were flickering that I have to keep that area off. The wall outlets was something else lol.

In top of all, the palm tree outside my window were hitting my window all night that I couldn t go sleep. I honestly paid almost the same amount for other resorts & never experience anything like this.

Merry Christmas to me and mine. This place is horrible. 2 rooms, 2 broken A/C units (in FL!!!), front desk keeps saying they'll send maintenance and they never did. Met another couple on the elevator with the same problem. If you gave this a 4 or 5, then you work for them, or just got lucky. Front desk lies that they're sending maintenance up? Really? And after multiple calls they stick with the lie? That's not just poor customer service, that's horrible ethics. I'll make sure when I get back to North FL that I spread the word FAR and WIDE to never spend a penny here.

Tired old property struggling to keep up. While I have stayed here previously(almost 2 years ago) and it was worse, they have yet to make improvements drastic enough to keep going. I was charged a resort fee, after Orbitz clearly states it is included, and when explaining to the front desk the situation I got 3 different answers about when this "new policy" went into effect. Any sane hotel would have just honored what was agreed upon through booking and contacted the booking site. We booked 2 rooms and the things became laughable after that. One elevator was out of order the entire time while the carpet outside and across from my room was as if acid had been dropped on it and ate the fibers. There were small stains in what looked like relatively newer carpet. The batteries in my remote and alarm clock were missing, while the batteries in the safe were corroded to the point of leaking and there were only 2 out of 4 in it. There was an XL clothing sticker (the long ones) stuck to the closet door, who knows how long its been there. The shower curtains were either way too long or they mounted all the rods about 5inches too low. They use refillable wall dispensers for shampoo and body wash and the body wash was empty except for maybe 3 pumps and they never refilled even after leaving a note. The chaise lounge had a large tear in it, while the corner of carpet next to it has evident rust stairs. My second room had a musty odor that just wouldn't go away. The appliances and lamps were completely different in both rooms( one room with a charging port lamp while the other a ceramic old school lamp). Clearly the signs of a property without a clear vision or standard.

I booked a King Standard. The room was a excellent size, everything was clean and in working order. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ended up at this hotel after doing a Priceline express deal for 3.5 star hotels. Was wary after seeing all the poor reviews, but willing to give it a try since it appeared to have been under renovation.

We arrived probably half an hour after check-in time, and the clerk in the lobby had to shout into a walkie talkie to find out from cleaning staff whether any clean rooms were available. Upon arriving to the room, there was a strong smell like cheese and feet. Stains concerning for mildew were evident on the walls. There were stains on the carpet and sofa. On one side of the bed was a foul-smelling stain concerning for vomit, with streaks of something similar along the side of the comforter.

We returned to the lobby and checked out, letting them know what we had seen. Priceline was great and arranged refund for us. Obviously, we would NOT recommend this property until some major changes are made.
