Think of a BAD hotel. We arrived and the lack of humor and politeness was soon at reception. We went to the room and upon arriving the bathroom had not been cleaned, the bedding was not changed, had hair and bread in the sheets. The room is cleaned every 02 days and so even after a huge row with the front desk. They really cleaned it from Sunday to Thursday. Lacked HOT water 02 days. A HORROR. The ridiculous breakfast was served at a counter in a small pool bar, coffee, milk, juice, bread and jelly, that's all we did ourselves, including clearing the tables to use them WANT TO GO AWAY, IF STAY THERE, IT'S GUARANTEED !!!

A True Night Mare!!! I booked a room with Allure the following morning of driving down( it was a surprise for the kids Christmas to take them to Disney) booked at 8a.m. that morning. Email sent with confirmation. We started our 12 hour drive from Mississippi. We called about mid way during driving confirming our stay and letting them know of our late arrival. Within an hour or less of arrival time they called and stated the room had been canceled( no explanation as to why) I began panicking asking for a manager I was rudely told it want do you any good they will reassure you the same thing I am saying) I cried explaining the 12 hour drive and the children we had with us!!! We searched for two plus hours( this was New Years weekend of course) there was no availability!!!!! I called back no one would assist me. I was told there was nothing they could do!! We spent 12 hour drive plus 2.5 hours searching then had to drive 45 minutes out to the Ramada( worst stay ever) but I thought about keeping my children safe off the roads. Due to the hotel canceling without any reason!!! I was also not allowed to book with my credit card because we had been charged the fees prior for our 3 day stay.( I had to get funds wired to another credit card) remind you last minute booking( they charged you double at most hotels)

While the room seemed decently clean, we arrived and there were no towels, extra blankets, or any amenities of any sort. We then had to call down to the front desk three times to request towels before any actually showed up at our door. The service was horrendous.

My girlfriends company booked a stay at the allure hotel through her companies web portal. Upon arrival we were told our room was booked and that we could not check in. After 2 hours the allure hotel finally found a room for us to stay in (This was after being told for two hours that we have to find a place to stay at 12 midnight). We asked the woman at the front desk if we were being charged for anything at that point and she stated no. I specifically asked id they're any security or incidental charges and she stated no. The next morning she was charged $245 And no one at the hotel could explain why. We then had to go and speak with them again and was told no one could help us at that time and I had to come back a third time. During the third day the manager finally reversed that charge and told us we wouldn't be responsible for anything and that fee is an "authorized hold " but $45 of it is a resort fee. This made no sense as we paid the resort fee in the initial booking. The manager, Ray, could not provide me with any document stating that they charge that fee. I was then made aware that there will be no more charges to the card. We just looked at her account and she was charged another's $73.12 with no receipt or explanation as to why. Not only was this experience terrible, the room smelled like smoke, the front desk staff could not provide accurate answers for our questions, and the overall experience was so terrible I will specifically go out of my way to never stay at this chain of hotels. I have never written a hotel review ever, but the experience was so bad I wish I could get a full refund for the stay (Which I asked for and was told all they could do is remove the resort fee). Avoid this hotel as much as you can .

In the beginning we were skeptical about the place...

In the beginning we were skeptical about the place seeing all the other reviews. I stayed here for a competition during the weekend and was surprised how nice the rooms were. We then extended our stay 3 more days,because who can beat their price on I-Drive? The only reason i am not rating it 5-Stars is because 1. The "Continental" Breakfast was not free, and was absolutely not worth $8 because it tasted like 4 days old left-over.

Worst experience that we have ever had!!!! Upon arrival to our room temperature in the room was 80 degrees. We turned AC on and proceeded to shower the kids. My husband called the front desk and complained about temperature in the room and the lady said that its an on going issue and she would move us into anofher room. However, my children had already taken hot showers and been put to bed. Not to mention, the temperature outside is at 45 degrees and we were only being offered a room another building that would require my children to go out and be exposed to the outside weather of 45 degrees.
She then told me we would be compensated an unknown amount of money at check out tomorrow morning. We also asked for fans ans of coursethere were no fans available.
Quite naturally I asked to speak to a manager she then transfers me to the "manager" only to fond out after wasting approx. 10 minutes of my time that I was speaking to another GUEST!!!!! I Called the front desk back and told her she apologized and proceeded to say that the manager was busy with a other guest and that he would call me back. After waiting over an hour for the managers phone call I called the front desk yet again and to my surprise there was NO ANSWER!! I let the phone ring over 40 times and still no answer. Called back again and still no answer.
NEVER WILL I OR ANYONE OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL BOOK A STAY HERE AGAIN. I AM OFFENDED, DISGUSTED, AND DAMN RIGHT PISSED OFF!!!

Close to restaurants and activities. The coffee shop was convenient & barista was friendly. Hotel room was old, sink leaked water all over counter in bathroom. NO hot water for showers. Told front desk and they said, "I'm sorry". Took 2 days to get the in room refrigerator that wasn't working and leaking water on floor replaced. At checkin was told a different rate than the email reservation confirmation. A manager came out and told me they were doing me a courtesy by honoring my reservation price! No locked back security door for room key entry. Anyone & everyone was walking right in which made for very loud nights with people yelling in hallway. Would definitely not stay at this hotel again in the future with so many other clean & more secured choices in the area.

I would give this place a 0 star if i could. I stayed in a room that had blood on ceiling, floors, walls, bedding. When checking out i showed them pictures as i did not notice the first night i stayed there all the blood. When they went and checked it out they told me it was not blood and i did it. Well if i did it how do they know its not blood. Im bringing my daughter and her friend that are both 5years old to the hospital to get checked out. And on top they said i smoked in the room which i did not and charged my debit card 250 bucks. Worst place and worst service ive ever had at a resort in my life i will never stay at one of there resorts again. I wasnt complaining for a free room i was complaining because my daughter and i were both exposed to this nlpod.

Was ok. The king bed was big but short and hard and noisy . They don't have big fluffy comforters. It's just a thin blanket and 3 sheets. Room seemed pretty clean. The hotel is in a good area. I didn't have any issues here but one lady in the elevator was complaining that she switched rooms 4 times because of roaches, toilet flooding and can't remember what else she said. They have free breakfast in the morning it's just danishes, toast and coffee. Even though I didn't have any issues I don't think I'll choose this hotel again.

2 years ago I would have recommended this place, but from 2 years to now it has really gone downhill. It seems to have changed ownership since my last visit.Broken chair, the chaise had a large tear. Sleep number beds nonfunctional and broken internally. Extremely uncomfortable. Thermostat nonfunctional. It's as if they are doing the bare minimum to keep the place going.

Allure was undergoing construction and was very disorganized. Room was moderately clean and sleep number beds were in the room but failed to work. I called the front desk to ask if maybe I was missing something on how to use them although I am pretty familiar, they didn't answer and sent me to a full voicemail. I tried three more time and still no answer. Hottub was gurgling and roped off and shower hadn't been cleaned. Not to mention when we lugged all of our stuff up to the room or room key didn't work and we had to stand in the hallway another 20 min. Not a good experience at all.

I am not sure where to begin...upon entering the hotel to check-in, my mom's PAID reservation in which they already TOOK the money from her account was not available. After finally getting her a room 30 minutes later, my family and I set off to get our event running. We rented out the kitchen and ballroom for an event and the ceiling in both the kitchen and ballroom began to leak as it rained outside. There was no AC, which is vital in Florida's dreadful summer heat. To make matters worse, there were no towels or wash clothes available for customers to shower. There was no hot water to shower. This is not at all what we expected. I usually do not write reviews but this place was absolutely HORRENDOUS! The customer service was EXTREMELY POOR, the manager CRYSTAL was so unprofessional and felt comfortable with using profanity towards her customers. She also felt comfortable in speaking derogatorily with her coworkers in the presence of customers. When she could not find a PAID reservation she asked a coworker what did the customer expect her to do, kick someone out! VERY RUDE, POOR POOR SERVICE. WILL NEVER give these people my business again! WILL however be reporting to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I do not know how they pass any inspections, and will be reporting to OSHA / health inspectors as well!

My boy friend and I booked a room June 29, 2016. We arrived at around 9:30 pm, we get to the elevators and one is down, the only elevator working now had to accommodate 9 people waiting, we were like sardines in a can, and this was at night, we can only imagine what the day would be like. we get to our room and it smelled. We decided to check out and stay else where, When we checked out we we're told we would not be charge. We were charged 3 nights. We called and left 4 messages to different on duty managers to no avail. No ones has called us back. Not the cleanest hotel. The front desk tried to Blaim the charges on bookvip but they did not charge us the hotel did.

Carpet was dirty upon arrival, ac wasn't working, there were roaches and while we slept another guest opened our door! thank goodness we had the latche one. We were supposed to stay until Sunday we left at 3 in the am because the ac kept shutting off. I was charged for the first night and I really dont think I should have been charged at all.

Worst hotel experience. No hot water, sleep number matress is non-existent, telephone in the room does not work, and the worst was NO A/C!!!! Temperature in the room was 79/80 degrees!!!! I would never visit this hotel again and much less recommend it to anyone. The only reason for 1 star is because you have to give at least one star.

Bed was hard, staff was less then accommodating (very bad), $12 for two 12oz cokes with the plastic six pack ring still attached, and an ice machine on our floor inoperative and with what appeared to be blood stains on it, well just don't buy anything there.

By the way, when we brought the ice machine to the northern European staff member, he just said, "Get your ice up stairs." REALLY!!! And of course we did. Dah!!!

Great place for the money. Room was nice, guest laundry in our building which we ended up needing, plus a sundries & convenience shop located near the lobby. Large pool was nice, hot tub is no longer a hot tub though. We would definitely stay here again. Lastly, located right on a strip filled with things to do at night, and about 12-13 minutes from Sea World and Discovery Cove.

I have spent many Christmases in Orlando. But unfortunately this hotel is a shame. Since we arrived, everything has been very decadent. The fridge did not work and at least they changed it. The bathrooms since they delivered it were dirty. The towels are always incomplete. The service very, very bad. They are not responsible. Unfortunately this hotel should not be in this area. It is a miracle that they are in this area. I do not recommend it for anything. Very bad service. Additionally they do not speak another language but English. Very bad service. I would have to write a novel to describe the first two days in this bad hotel.

Absolutely horrible hotel... It needs to be removed from your site before it harms your great reputation! Hotel was dirty, stains on carpet, broken faucets, HVAC not working in my room or my co-workers room, old worn furniture in rooms (obviously the photos on their website are staged!). The bar was permanently closed, the place is basically a welfare hotel. We where in town for a convention, would have immediately checked out but there wasn't another hotel available for miles and that would not have worked for where we needed to be. This hotel and the Metropolitan Resort are actually the same place. They share the lobby, the Allure is the right side... And is actually the BETTER side of the complex!! If you are going to Orlando and this is your only choice for staying, my advice is STAY HOME!

The place was clean and the room is very spacious, however the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The girl at the front desk when we checked in was extremely rude and not at all helpful. They could definitely stand to have some more customer service training.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered at a hotel. First thing the location is awesome close to everything. Some of the review I have read sounded like I was at a completely different hotel. When I get there with my family check in was quick, they gave me room 1415. The room next to us looked like the door was kicked in, went in the room and the bed sheets on both beds were stained all over, no towels, no fridge, no microwave, the bathroom door had a hole in it and the fire alarm pulled out the wall. Called downstairs they send housekeeping, she was grossed out.
I went downstairs to get the room changed to 1427, that room was okay but the toilet didn't work called for maintenance, oh there is no one on duty at night and no supervisor she went home. They give me a key to check another room and lawd and behold there is someone already in the room. Go get another key and moved to room 1352, okay room is fine I guess, but no Wi-Fi had to use the hotel across the street Wi-Fi.

On the morning I was leaving, I was awaken by the maid trying to get in the room without knocking at 930, checkout was at 12. She got an ear full. It was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Needed a place to stay because Hurricane Irma ruined my hometown. While relaxing in my room an entire family opened the room to my door. The staff had gave my room away by mistake to these people thinking my room was available (no excuse for that). When I went to the front desk to let them know I was not given an apology nor a reasumace that it was a mistake and that it wouldn't happen again; which is what I simply wanted. So with that I asked for a manager and they said there was none on call, and then when I asked for my money back they said they didn't have the power to do so either. I then was pissed and when I explained this to them the lady straight out told me "I don't give a f***". Not once, but TWO times. This place is WORTHLESS! Don't waste you're money cause they WILL NOT give it back.

I just want to start this review by stating my girl and I come to Orlando quite often for quick weekend getaways. We have stayed at multiple hotels on I-drive and in Kissimmee so we pretty much know what to expect as we are semi-locals (We reside in South Florida). The hotel is actually decent as far as room size and location. The bed is by far the worse I've slept on in any Orlando hotel chain. We didn't use any of the pools or free breakfast they offered so I can't speak on that. We did however read past bad reviews and decided maybe just maybe they changed up and are on a new path. I can honestly say as far as customer service goes they set the example of what not to do in the hospitality business. When we checked in it was the coldest check in of all hotel chains I have ever stayed at, the girl behind the desk didn't even give us so much as the wifi password. We overlooked it as our phones had service and just used our phone internet. The next night I tried calling the front desk from our room and for 15 minutes they refused to answer the phone, so we took a walk to the front desk and one clerk was with a client (which is understandable as she was busy) however there was another associate that was just walking behind the desk doing nothing. We asked for a late check out and was told we need to be out the room by 11:30. She also mentioned if we were there after 12 they would charge us. I asked for clarification and asked if we had till 12 for the late checkout, she (Michelle) said "no you have till 11:30" now I'm not rocket scientist but that leaves half an hour of us not being charged but she was obviously not comprehending there was still a half hour between the 11:30 and 12:00 which we would not be charged. I gave up on her ability to comprehend the missing half hour and decided to just speak with a manager in the morning. We were out of the room by 11:30 as requested and noticed the police at the front entrance we continued inside and waited in line to checkout and speak to the manager. The Police officer came in and was obviously conducting an investigation by asking the front desk a few questions. The associate was so rude to the officer which I thought was ridiculous she was super cold and didn't even have the courtesy to give the officer eye contact and was seemingly brushing him off as he asked how he can go about reviewing the cameras. After he walked away I called out to the officer and asked him if I could just to ask him a couple of questions. I let him know this was our first time staying here and I noticed how rude the front desk was to him, I also let him know we were experiencing some customer service issues and was just wondering in his experience if Orlando PD has had issues with this hotel in the past. The officer replied "we come out to this hotel quite often" I can tell he tried to keep his professionalism with that reply while telling me what I needed to know, trust me his face said it all in his response. I thanked him for his honest answer and proceeded to the front desk. I asked for the manager which the front desk associate said he wasnt in today which is fine people need time off I get it. I asked for his contact information and she said she can't give out his cell number. (Obviously you can't give that out nor would I want to complain to him on his off time). I asked for his number in the hotel and she said she can't give that out either, I asked for a business card and she said she didn't have that either. She asked us whom we spoke with last night about the late checkout and when I told her Michelle her answer was I think she gave you a bad name because we don't have anyone here by that name. (Are you serious she was behind the desk with another associate checking in a guest.) This hotel customer service is again the absolute worse. I think maybe under new management it has potential. The Orlando Police have been there multiple times, the customer service needs replacing or retraining badly.

I stayed for couple of nights between 11/29 to 12/1. The rooms were average and carpet is filled with dirt marks. bathroom tub was rusted and shower does not work properly.

Worst of all the maids, please be aware they do not replace the used laundry with clean sheets. They will just fold them and put them back. A lady maid has stolen the phone charger too. I do not know what kind of background check is being done before hiring but keep your belongs with you if not you will loose them.

Would give Zero Stars if I could. We didn't even bother checking in, so I ate the $110. Made a mistake by even booking this dump. A friend was staying there at the same my wife and I were suppose to, said there were roaches, no running water at times, and horrible customer service. Tried checking in early, was told there is a an "early check in fee", I said screw that, came back later, told the front desk about the early check in fee, they said they don't offer that...Staff was rude, unfriendly, and didn't care. Do not stay at this hotel.

This was the absolute worst I've had in the hotel stays that I have experienced. The rooms were hot, The hallways were hot, the service was terrible. We got there just to find out that the a/c was broken, yet I had called to speak to them twice before arriving and no one mentioned anything. Then come to find out it had been out for 4 days. They put up a no refund sign because they knew they had no business selling non-functional rooms. The rooms were musky, the bed remotes didn't work and neither did the FREE internet. I finally was ready to lay down after the horrible ordeal of going to several different floors and rooms to find one that wasn't as hot and tolerable enough to sleep in. To my surprise I pulled the covers down and what did I see in between the covers??? Some insect of the roach persuasion... Then to get charged for services I cannot even use. The fridge wasn't cold, the beds were hard, the toilet didn't work and there were no towels. Went to get ice and the machine was broken. Nothing works, nobody cares and they would rather give excuses than fix problems. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!! THE WORST EVER.

My wife and I stayed at the Allure side for 3 nights. We enjoyed the convient location of the hotel. Our room was clean, however, the walls were paper thin and the breakfast consisted of toast, a few types of pastries coffee and juice which is why we rated it 3 stars. The price and other reviews of the cleanliness were what drew us to this hotel and in those areas we were not let down.

Room was clean but was disappointed that website claims heated pool and spa...unfortunately they are referring to the YMCA facilities behind hotel which are OK if you can get in during the very limited hours it's open. Also game room was very warm and smelled like pee. All this for the extra resort fee.

Stayed there last night on business after driving all day and was exhausted! Front desk staff at check in was fine. Helpful and very accommodating. Wanted to pay cash for room but they weren't able to provide change for $100 bill upon check in. Was then told I would get it at checkout? Room rate through Expedia on my phone was great. Couldn't get it to book from phone but nice front desk mgr did override to accept discounted rate. Room was very large, beds were comfortable. Slight odor, nice large bathroom, lizard in bathroom, no hair dryer. Sanyo flat screen tv, Wi-fi really bad, mold on ceiling in tub from apparent patched roof leak, hotel in great location; best part of international drive, close to convention center and everything else, wanted to order room service, of course closed, settled for Dominoes, who was fast but NOT good. Maids were nice, no problem getting extra shampoo and conditioner. Hotel seemed clean but with mold and smell not so sure...it looked good though. Parking not very secure, although good area, lot was packed and it was a Wednesday. Checkout very frustrating, long wait and change wasn't at desk waiting. Attendant at desk said only one person could give me the change but had just stepped out for phone call? Coverage at desk inadequate for noon checkout, $10 amenities charge at checkout not so good. When inquired into why extra charge on bill I was told it was to cover such things as Wi-fi, etc. Keep in mind this was in addition to the resort fee and taxes. Funny.. there sign said "free Wi-fi" but I, along with every other guest was charged this fee. Hotel has the bones to be great but management needs to fix some very obvious problems. Hotel was under construction during our visit. They upgraded our room for an additional $30 per night. Unfortunately the room they moved us to did not have towels. We tried on 3 separate occasions to get some, only acquiring the towels on the 3rd try only by refusing to leave the lobby until we were given some. The included free "continental" breakfast also consisted of nothing more than doughnuts and toast to eat and coffee and juice to drink.

If you are going to be late keep calling until you reach a person not just an answering machine...your room will more than likely not be there for you otherwise. Getting through to a person took us multiple tries! I was told upon arrival that my bad day was about to become a lot worse...to which my reply was that I had a reservation, I had called ahead and left 2 messages,had called and spoke to a person stating once again that we were going to be late, and that if I didn't have a room that it wasn't MY day that was about to become a lot worse. The notice had been duly noted and we were able to settle in. The elevators were either not working or running very erratically the whole time. The room was spacious and clean and if they get to the point of some consistency with the amount of towels they bring in daily all would be fine. It appears that they are in a transition period and I hope that they can work out the bugs.

Let me see here, on the good side, it's close to the Y pool where my daughter had a swim meet and the room was clean. Coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave in room all worked. Beds were comfy. Down sides: broken elevator, dated decor and carpet, leaky tub, poor front desk service upon check in, complementary continental breakfast consisted of bread, juice, and a pastry (that's it), no hot water one morning, room temp that was cold and could not be adjusted. Oh and almost forgot, a clock radio that didn't keep time or play music.

Good location in front of the Orlando Eye. It does not have breakfast included and this costs around 13 per person and it is always the same food selection there is no variety. The pool is not cute it remains dirty. The qualifier of resort is great. I had problems in finding a laundry in the hotel and had to go to the next one that belongs to the same chain, the Metropolitan, which is much cheaper. I would not go back there. I do not recommend it.

Pro's: The hotel is good for its price, but its by no means a great hotel. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly (not all knowledgable but nice), the pool and hot tub were nice, readily available vending/ice machines on the floor.

Cons: The Beds are VERY old sleep numbers and hardly work, not to mention uncomfortable, the second night we had zero towels in our room so we had to go get more. The pool didn't have any towels, we also had to go get those at the front desk. No free breakfast. $10 resort fee that was not disclosed! Finally, our room's thermostat clicked nonstop and was incredibly annoying.

All in all I would probably not stay here again given that there's a million other hotels to choose from in Orlando, but I would if it was the bet rate.

Staff was very rude at check in and when I came back down to ask a question they acted like I was bothering them. The staff was also rude to other members of my group I was with, so it seems pretty common. The only perk of this hotel is the price and location. I will definitely pay more to stay elsewhere next time.

Not the worst but pretty bad! No AC and not even a fan. Said they would have it fixed by 10pm and it wasn't. sweated all night. Pool was kind of dirty. No hot water. They wouldn't let me out of my 2nd night stay. They charge a $10 a night resort fee. This is no resort! NOT EVEN CLOSE!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I've been here for a few days and I killed 5 roaches. OMG! And the customer service representatives are very unhelpful and unprofessional. I am very unsatisfied and very disappointed at this establishment.
