A reasonably priced not entirely refurbished deal. Foreign investors trying to make a buck or run money through the US are common markers in Orlando and us the apparent case here.

Clean and comfortable and I appreciated the price. The accommodations were not up to a HILTON Garden Inn quality but a safe clean place to lay your head is to be had at this hotel.

They couldnt find my check in and then they gave me the wrong room. The first time i came here it was a perfect experience. I felt like the staff didnt care thay much at all. They didnt give me the wifi password. They didnt tell me what time check out was. They didnt tell me about breakfast or anything.

not a bad hotel for a night only,the second time it was disappointing,the tv did not work,the wifi did not connect.found a cockroach in a drawer

Very Dissatisfied & Disappointed
Customer service was terrible. I repeatedly call the Front Desk & the staff never answered. I walked to the Front Desk to ask for a blanket. The blanket was not delivered. Housekeeping does not speak English. The hotel building is nice, but the service is sub-bar. I won't visit here again.

Confirmed our reservation hours before checking in and they cancelled our room without any notification. They had single rooms so our party made it work in that. Very clean and comfy but didn't handle our reservation well.

Great location but the queen beds were more like double beds and there was mold in the air tube connecting to the mattress. The rooms are very dated.

rooms are spacious and comfortable with a good view, there was a lack of towels in bathroom but it was clean.

Beware of this horrible hotel!!!. I have pictures that show unfinished work in the bathroom, taped up vents and temporary A/C units( their A/C wasn't working). Customer service is horrible starting with management. Was also charged $10 resort fee which is laughable .. No towels provided in pool area, slow wifi and closed restaurant. When I tried to speak to manager, instead of resolving my complaint, she got defiant. If I could give it no stars, I would!

Service was great they are there to help but their "breakfast" ain't "breakfast".

Priceline strangely lists this as a 3.5 star hotel. Biggest complaint is that the room had a very strong, very unpleasant smell (the cleaning products they use? Bleach?)

First, we only stayed here because we were traveling, exhausted, had a fussy hungry infant and literally everything else in the area was booked up for some reason. This place ended up costing $104 for the night and I've stayed in $60 Motel 6's that we're all around better. This place is the worst "resort" I've ever stayed in. Where do I start? NO Hot water, luke warm was the best I could get it. Sleep number BEDS BROKEN AND BOTH WERE SUNKEN IN ON HALF AND ELEVATED ON THE OTHER HALF. (And they have the audacity to just make the bed up as if there's not a big sunken whole in it) Meaning through the night you felt like you we're trying to sleep at the top of a small mountain without falling off. But I guess the "bowl bed" ended up keeping my infant from rolling off! A/c barely worked. So while we were tossing and turning in the bowl beds we were sweating also. Towel cleanliness questionable. Room cleanliness subpar. Shower had dirt or mold caked up at the top of it, lamp shades just sitting next to the lamps.... The best thing about this place is the location. I'm not high maintenance or anything but if I'm gonna drop a hundred bucks, I at least like the basics to be in order. Spend your $$$$ elsewhere if you can.

Staff at front desk was very rude and not helpful. Rooms weren't very nice

Nice location on I-Drive, can walk to everything. Looks very impressive from outside. The SleepNumber beds were great--slept great, nice big bathroom as well. VERY nice loking outdoor pool although it was closed because it was Feb. Instead we were allowed to use the YMCA pool and fitness room for free, which is right next door. The Fitness room there is HUGE and nice, I was surprised. TV screens w/cable on the front of treadmills too were nice with a window in front of you that views the pool. The pool was huge, but I could not find a single point shallower than 7ft in the entire pool, not joking. That was kind've awkward.

Biggest 2 complaints: Door keys were very unreliable and had to get them replaced several times at the front desk, and even then, I had to try up to 15 times for it to work to open the door.

The tv does not have many channels. I was very surprised by this, but it wasn't a huge deal as I was on the free wifi in my room instead.

Excellent and huge rooms. Excellent location. It might lack some security, forget breakfast and other services. Acceptable only to sleep and then go to the parks.

Good location. Comfortable rooms. Close to attractions, restaurants, snack bars, pharmacy. Highly recommend.

The toilets broken it doesn't flush the bathroom door is not able to close all the way there's no proper towels lights are busted

Walking into the hotel lobby, it is brightly lit, clean and welcoming, as well as the staff. The phone didn't work and thermostat couldn't keep the temperature.

Horrible. I don t think there s even one positive thing I can share about this hotel unfortunately. It was under construction, so the lobby was non existent. After checking in and going to our room we found hair on the beds, the bed itself which was supposed to have special functions did not work, the room was dirty, stains on the walls. During the night the walls were so thin that we heard every single conversation our neighbors had till about 3am. We left the next morning and went to WestGate resorts and were 100% pleased.

Its a easy to book hotel the room was neat and put together but the walls Were dirty and bathroom rod came off. Very close to all the restaurants and site on the international drive walking distance to everything.

This place has a lot of basic needs for a trip to Orlando parks. Good price an the building is clean enough. Needs maintenance and updating though. And also be warned that this place has sleep number beds. To me it was like sleepin g on an air mattress but the moved me to a room with a king size and that was better

It looks better online its has potential to be better if they put some work getting the maintenance up and actually have everything working like it should I wouldn't stay again

Finding the right building was confusing, but the beds are really comfortable.

Tried contacting this hotel in order to cancel my reservation and when I called, it just kept ringing and ringing. No response. So not only did I not get a response from the hotel, now I have to pay a $300+ cancellation fee for their negligence. Ridiculous.

I have been trying since Hurricane Irma to get a refund and was told I had to wait until the hurricane hit. They moved my reservation out said I booked non-refundable (can t believe I did that but could have), now I had major surgery on my neck and back and the trip I was going on has been cancelled again. Called again today and they said it is too late for a refund from Irma, but I couldn t get a refund on a non-refundable room! I told her I tried to get refund during Irma and That didn t happen, and the hotel moved the date out to November, and they now want to move it out to September 2018!!!! The woman I spoke to was very rude and would not give me time to explain anything to her!! Would really liked to speak to CEO or General Manager to see what can be done!! I have read all the new reviews and I am very shocked at what s been written!! If all this is going on I can tell you for sure we don t want to stay there, so if I could have someone with a little authority get in touch with me, I would greatly appreciate it!!

It's not bad if you get the $80 a night rate. The rooms are clean and come with a small refrigerator and microwave.

Unfortunately, my bed was not working properly only with an electric air pump that is not a hole or depression in the mattress which is also a pity that there is no real breakfast room so no full star rating

I liked it until now. It has good service, but you have to pay everything ppr at least the reservation could include the gym.

Location is great in terms of distance to many outlets and food in the area. About 5-10 minutes from Universal Studios. Stayed here a handful of times and had decent stays, beds are stiff for "Serta," bathroom is decently remodeled and sizeable. Normally one elevator works for some reason. They share a gym with the YMCA next door so it's a full workout area. Parking is free but hopefully you get a space if not too late. Pricing is good, and staff are generally kind.

Very poor care, they treat people badly, they are cynical when we do not understand what they say. They still laugh at our face, this with all attendants, neither was cordial, even changing the shifts, in the ad said that they spoke in Portuguese, nor in Spanish I found one that spoke. Disappointed.

Horrible experience from the beginning. Checked in and the room was stifling and the carpet was dirty. Waited over an hour for it to cool down and it still didn't. Called front desk and they told us they were fully booked so they couldn't More

The hotel is STILL being renovated, rooms are OK. The access to the YMCA gym and pool make it. Cheap hotel on International Drive. Our group had four rooms booked, two of the rooms had to move due to issues.

Nice hotel with great location for the price. Great location on international drive and Universal Studios. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are very clean and bathroom is in great shape. Such a wonderful stay.

The elevators do not work. The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The keys didn't work the night we got there and we had to walk back to the front desk which was far from the room. I paid for a king bed which costs more and they gave us two queen

Room is well worn and needs some serious updates. In room coffee machine has residue in the reservoir. The dresser was missing facing. The carpet looked so dirty I wouldn't walk around without some socks or shoes.

We checked in to this hotel at 730pm n was sent to a room where the AC was set at 77 degrees m was advised thay was as low as it would go so they moved us yo another room with the same issues, apparently the hotel won't allow there guest to stay in comfort. We left for dinner and when we returned out thermostat was still set to the lowest possible temp bit our room was now 82 degrees. The manager moved us to a sister hotel which was old, run down n much cheaper but we were not refunded any money but at least the AC worked.
Now the sister hotel which was the metropolitan was in poor shape, our room was dirty, we had no towels...yes that meams zero towels in the room. Our bed had a duvet cover but no blanket n yhe toilet was not working properly. We asked for towels n got enough for the first night but the housekeeper cleaned the room n took the towels bit failed to leave new clean towels so for a second night we had to go get towels.
Horrible experience n i would advise anyone to stay somewhere else.

One star and that s being generous.... I originally booked to stay at Allure for two nights but I cancelled my second night because of the Air conditioning didn t work and the room smelled old and musty. You can clearly tell that the place is outdated because everything is Old and faulty. Even after making a complaint to the front desk I was given another room with a broken ac that smelled of marijuana. It was by far my worse motel experience and to think they actually refer to themselves as a resort. P.S don t let the fancy fountain outside fool you!!!

We booked this hotel because of the rate and the fact that it was near the airport and Universal. Also, being a Radisson i thought it would be decent. I called the afternoon of check in and told them our flight would land at midnight and to make sure they held our room of two queen beds. Upon arrival at 1am i was told our room was given away and they had no more rooms with two beds. we had to take a king and one kid slept with us, the other on the pull out couch. couch incredibly uncomfortable. only one blanket for the pullout. In the morning i found that the toilet was broken away from the wall and was leaking! I wanted to change rooms, however my husband thought the hassel would be too much, we were only there for one more night and would be out all day. We checked out Good Friday. On saturday i realized i left a part of the cord to my sleep apnea machine in the room. I placed a call being that we were still in the area and was told their is only 1 person who has a key to the lost and found and he would not be back until Monday. I was to call back then. I asked them to check the room as it was small and wouldnt be noticed. they declined. I called Monday and spoke to the head of housekeeping. she told me she didnt have it. I also asked her to check the room. she said she would later in the day and would call me back. That was yesterday and NO call back. I tried calling again today and I cannot get through on the main number now. I get a fast busy. This is the most frustrating experience. Oh, and we tried to get room service around 8 at night and was told the kitchen was closed. we could go out to eat, that was our option. I am sure there are other cheap hotels in the area that have better rooms and better service.

Big and clean room location is good with all amenities, over all good hotel at reasonable price.

Staff is nice, not too talkative. Room is well kept but the sleep number beds they have in the rooms do not adjust so they are a little firm. Overall the experience was good but not memorable.

Beds hard as a rock and the sleep number device doesn t work. The television makes a loud cracking noise when you turn the channel and you do not get HBO as advertised. The plus is that it is near a lot of shops.

Booked reservation through Expedia 2 months ago. The hotel charged our card before we made it and because I have a fraud protection on my card, the bank decline the transaction because we were 200 miles away. After many attempts to call the hotel, they finally answered the phone and we explained and they said we shouldn't have any problems. Made it to the hotel and front desk claims Expedia canceled our reservation, called Expedia and they claim it was the hotel that now are all booked and the manager is nowhere to be found. Will NEVER ever book again here or through Expedia.

Dated rooms, no hot water and lax security. Great location and price.

When we arrived and walked in the person at the front desk was on her cell phone and we had to wait for her to get off of it before she even acknowledged us. We booked a king bed with a sofa bed. Arrived checked in and went to the room and walked into a double queen room. Call the front desk and they said they didnt have the room I booked available even though I had it booked for almost a month. No manager on site to deal with the issue. The floor was wet by the desk that was in the room and it had a wierd odor throughout the room. The bed was hard as a rock . All the lights and tables in the room were run down and old and the carpet was woren out. The adjustable sleep number bed were broken in both beds. They had false advertising for the swimming pool as well saying pool closes at 11pm however the indoor pool they say you have access too closed at 4pm because it was at the YMCA behind the hotel the outdoor pool closed at 11. They sent someone up with towels for the wet floor, she walked in felt the floor said she would be back in 5 minutes however she never did return. Luckily we booked with Expedia, after finally getting ahold of them they put us up in the Ramada down the street because we refused to stay in that horrible place. The staff was not helpful in anyway. The hotel is far from a Resort . We had not been on a vacation in 8 years and this was our first Resort we were staying in and it was a horrible experience with horrible people that did not care about cudtomer service. DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY OR HAVE A DECENT ROOM FOR YOUR VACATION.

The bar was under renovation, the pool had ducks swimming in it, the front desk staff during the night time shift seemed immature (day shift were professional), the tub had a weird stain in it, no hot tub available, the Disney shuttle was 30 minutes late (not sure if the fault of the hotel) and the beds were small. In a great location and very affordable, but for another $30 or so your amenities will increase tenfold with a different hotel in the same area.

Great location, nice staff, and comfy beds. The room was larger than expected and it was a nice stay overall. Free parking and free WiFi. The room had a TV, microwave, mini fridge, a safe, and closet space. I picked this place because I needed a comfy and close place to Universal studios. I knew I wasn t going to spend much time inside hotel. They offered free shuttles too but they were available from 9am until 7pm latest. They share a pool with YMCA which initially was confusing and is free for hotel guest but is open to use up until a certain time since YMCA use it for swim practice and meets etc. Needless to say I wasn t able to go to the pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Upon check-in everything seemed ok. However as other reviewers. Things were not as they appeared. Sheets and pillow cases had an odd stench. Two days they didn't clean room or provide clean towels. The front desk was no help stating housekeeping was gone. (Btw the same reply given the day before) Stay at your own risk not pleased.

Worst experience ever! Bait and switch motel/hotel. My company booked me in the Allure and they put me in their motel. I had to stay the night dirty room, bugs in my bed. Ugh never again!

Great location, but poor service. Everything is difficult at the hotel, almost every day they leave you with no towels and - when you ask - most often take smaller amounts. The reception is not amstoa and always takes care of in a hurry and incomplete information.

Upon checking in was told my credit card was declined and I asked how and the front desk clerk response was, it s no money on it. Which is very unprofessional, I was traveling so my bank declined the transaction. The beds are hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.. rooms aren t up to date, what a waste of money.! I say hired & d fire the staff no class what so ever.. if I could give this hotel no stars that what they would have gotten

They are remodeling the place, so it doesn't look too good. The room that I'm in, is nice.
I will come again when it is finished.

The Allure is a pleasant surprise.. When I walked into the room, it was enormous and the TV was too.. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The sister property is downright horrible so, make sure you are getting a room in the Allure.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room had MOLD and the AC was not working properly. The rooms were so humid and dirty that 3 of my family members including me got sick from sleeping in them. When I asked to be transferred to another room my request was ignored. One of our rooms was missing towels the second day and the phones don't even work to call front desk. I don't know how it ever got 3 stars!

Very bad attention at the reception. The 3 nights we were. They only changed our towels one day. I do not recommend it. I'm very careful and look for another hotel. Very, very bad.

Don't let the lobby fool you it's like an expensive best western. The staff are not very friendly either. If you're looking for something nice go somewhere else.

This place was very nice. The staff was courteous and the beds were amazing. I heard no noise, and the renovations were not a big deal. Our locks worked on the doors and windows were safe. We had a great view of the Icon park across the street. We were also able to see our car which made us feel more comfortable. The shower was amazing as well. The only thing that was annoying was waiting for our elevator at check out time. Overall I would give this place an A and stay again in a heartbeat.

The way the hotel looked was fine and the price we paid was good, but everything else was pretty lacking. The indoor pool was actually a YMCA pool but we couldn't use it because there was a swim meet going on. The phone in the room didn't work and neither did the floor phone. Room service took a while but was nice when they finally came. Overall okay for the price.

Made the reservation for the wrong date which is my fault, but upon speaking to guest services I was treated with nothing but sarcasm, rudeness, and disrespect. Step. It. Up.

Location was great, there's so much to do and the parks are a short distance away. The down side to Allure is their queen beds are a sleep number and they were so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on an air mattress. The shower faucet kept leaking, outlet sparked when plugging in phone, and the lamp didn't work. We asked to switch rooms after a restless night of being uncomfortable and it took them 9 hours to actually switch rooms. I know it's not a 5 start hotel but the beds could be so much more comfortable.

I Would Not Stay Again !! I Was There This Weekend That Just Passed Spider Was Crawling In My Room .. U Can Hear All That Noise From Cleaning Up Stairs !! The Spanish Lady Who Was With The Food People Were Rude When I Ask For A Fork Or Spoon ! Both days I Was There I Ask For Towels They Didn't Have Any !

When we arrived from two elevators, only one worked, we were 6 people and they only had two beds (when we booked we asked for 3 beds) the day after the elevator broke, the super bad food

This accommodation was worth a very good rating until they've ceased reservations for local residents, who made it bad for other locals which isn't fair. If otherwise, I would have rated this hotel a ten.

Not a 5 star resort by any means, but worked for us. The location was Prime for NCSA Swim Meet we attended. The hotel is old and needs updated, hopefully now that IHG has taken over and is making it a Holiday Inn that will happen. Elevators were out, stains on floors. But cheap as well. Housekeeping staff were very nice and room was clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows and towels could be a better quality. Front desk staff were not the friendliest. Convenient location with lots to walk to. If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head at night, this place works. Just don t expect anything fancy.

Front desk staff very kind and competent. Desk clerk with French and Peruvian heritage was awesome. Rooms are dated, but clean and inexpensive. Great value if you are staying one night for a flight. Although great location, I would vacation elsewhere if you want to pamper the family.
