Very very uncalled for wake up at 3 am to my husband telling me he is being bit on so we look and guess what BED BUGS!! my child and husband is ate up they gave us our money back but don t change the fact that there is bed bugs and we are ate up at 3 am and killed our whole trip this is nuts this hotel is trash we seen other people post on here a month ago about bed bugs and they still have them I wish I could post the pics DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL GET BED BUGS!!!!!!

Booked the Allure hotel but stayed in the hotel connected the the Allure previously named the Metropolitan. Worst hotel experience EVER. The list of problems include: no towels, no hot water, elevators didn't work, no fitted sheets, blankets on bed were similar to a shower curtain, holes and burns in carpets, cat urine smell. I can't not imagine how the think it is appropriate to put a handicap person on the second floor when the elevator was broke. Not to mention I was pregnant with a 13 month old.

They literally stole money from me. No one ever told me about some mandatory 15$ for their "amenities" idk wth amenitiea because a sink knob was broken and beds were broken.
They handed the phone off to three different "supervisors" and sent me to voicemail several times.

Please do not stay here. Theyte literally stole from me.

I'm never the person to leave a review, but this hotel was horrible. For the price of the hotel I wasn't expecting anything fancy but I at least expect a clean room. The bed skirt had a blood stain on it and then we found a pretty big blood stain on the comforter. The comforter also had two cigarette burns in it.

Well here goes; while entering the establishment I was shocked to see the place looking like an episode of Jamie Fox show, when he feel asleep and dreamed that time has gone by and there family hotel was run down and there were nothing but hobos. The rooms a/c would work only if you bang the hell out of it, several of the electrical sockets weren't working, the shower head wouldn't stay in its place so the entire floor would get wet, the pool water was dirty with God knows what floating in it, one of the elevators was out of order, the hallway was hot as hell as well as the elevator, the stairway smelled like mildew as well as my room, and the entire staff including the managers from all shifts did not know how to program the safe that the rooms have. Price was reasonable but don't stay here, go elsewhere.

Travel a lot, this is one of the worst hotel resort ever ,no towels even when you request it, called 3 times from the room phone no one answered, called from my personal phone they answer and my request was ignored

Mean staff pricey for the room it was a cheap motel and gave us charge rug dirty a little scary at night no curfew on lobby doors like use keycard to enter door close after 9 or so

Not to mention that the jacuzzi did not work during the entire stay, the pool was closed since Wednesday due to "the hurricane", which arrived on Saturday. The breakfast they offer is terrible, they don't give you the American breakfast that you expect. And the attention also left much to be desired. The girl was talking on the cell phone almost every morning.
Of course, before I check out, I wanted to express my bad stay and not only did they not care about anything I told them, if not, they left me talking alone in the lobby and had no attention to me.

I liked the hotel. Great location. Cleanliness ok. Only forgot towel one day, but promptly provided by reception. They didn't touch any of our things. I recommend!

Dirty hotel. Poor customer service and when we come to check in management is arguing (very loud) with a customer trying to check in.

Called front desk 6 different times and never got an answer for blankets and towels (not in the room at all).

Tell front desk no towels, wash cloths or blankets, and assure us they will be in there when returned that afternoon, and housekeeping would fix it. Come back, room is cleaned up but now wash cloths, towels or blankets. Called operator, who said they would send it up, but never came.

Management said Holiday Inn was taking over and I can see why. But the place needs a serious renovation and upgrade with some new management. Will never stay in this place again.

This hotel was great. I stayed here for a couple days and it was very accommodating.

Terrible service and the phone didn't work. There were hidden charges and very expensive. Front desk attendant was very rude. But room was clean and quite comfortable. That is the reason for the one -star. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I see people leave low reviews and I think it's because they have higher expectations than what they paid for for the money I paid for this room The View the location of the hotel for 4 days two rooms for people we are all extremely happy will definitely come back

Was not thrilled with the extra 15$ fee. Room was clean, but smelled damp. Says free shuttle, but there are only 2 shuttle times that drop off at Universal and one that picks up.

Bad.It is under repair.The beds are very bad.NOT RECOMMEND IT

Please don't let all these bad reviews scare you. I just just left from there stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I was scared because of what all the other reviews said but me and my boyfriend absolutely love the place. 1. Check in was a breeze only had to wait on one other family and I was done checking in within 10 minutes. The employees were chill not rude like everybody else keep saying. The elevators worked THANK GOD because we were on the 7th floor. Room was clean and very spacious. Only thing was they are stingy with the towels lol but they replace them the next morning. And the carpet is outdated but honestly people who cares that much? Who's sleeping on the floor lol? Anyways I will definitely be coming back

Booked the place through a third party website. I arrived and they told me they'd overbooked and I couldn't stay here.

The amenities that are on the web site are not really at this facility. It does have a outdoor pool the spa is filled with rocks. Was told the YMCA is next door for exercize room. The restraunt was horrible(breakfast) no flavor to the food. The location of the resort is very good for getting to different tourist attractions. Needs complete upgrade or for the money stay anywhere else.

Family resort. Spacious Rooms equiped with microwave and fridge. Friendly staff. Beware that you have to pay an extracharge " resort charge" of $15 per day when you check in.

Not a resort by any means. Bed are well over 10 years old, pillows around 5 years old. It was pretty gross....especially the stains on the comforter. I will never ever stay here again.

The location is a great spot in the middle of the drive across the street from the Ferris wheel. However, the hotel does not look like a resort at all. The elevators and hallways are dirty. During my stay, the fire alarm when off during the morning around 10 am. It must be a sign for everyone to check out. Rooms are o.k., needs updated on everything from bed sheets to towels in the bathrooms.

Lousy experience! We were attacked by bed bugs, and when we reported it to management we were very poorly attended and had to change hotels for no assistance. The service is horrible, would not recommend to anyone. Elevator spoiled every day. The safe was locked, and the first day we arrived a guest called the police saying that money was missing after the room was cleaned. In addition they charge Resort Fee fee of $ 15 dollars per night and do not communicate this at the time of purchase, only when it arrives there to check in.

From the terrible customer service at check in to the dirty, dusty, mildew smelling room they placed me in. This place was a disaster! I had to go to cvs just to go get cleaning products to sanitize the room. If you're thinking of going to this place for the bargain do yourself a favor and pay the extra 50 bucks to stay at a decent hotel.

Not impressive no water fontains near te pool if you want Somthing have to walk all the way to the lobby no bar the staff nearly speak ingles. For the price I will choose some other hotel

The experience at this hotel was deplorable, we found several roaches and reported the problem, the issue was not even addressed by the staff at the hotel.

To begin with it is much more expensive than it should be, it is a hotel with a high price for what it offers and does not include breakfast, in addition the room we were given at the beginning had several damaged lights, the tub and shower did not work properly and the TV was defective, when we finally changed rooms the shower already served and the lights too but the TV still had certain faults, the only good thing was that I was only there one night but that was enough and I had enough. I definitely do not recommend it and will never return.

Where do I begin... I arrived with a group of friends and my young son. We had reserved our hotel weeks prior to arrival. We anticipated just arriving, dropping off our belonging, and continuing to the Park that we had paid a lot of money for. Upon arrival, they did not have our reservation. The MANAGER in the front MARIA, was extremely condescending and rude. She was not sympathetic to our situation at all. Finally after two hours, we were able to get our keys. Once we got to our room, my key didn't work, when I finally got in, there was another guest in the room. I had to go downstairs and get another room. When I got up to the room, my key did not work, I had to go back down and get another. I was very clearly annoyed at this time. We finally got into the room, which only had one bed, which I clearly reserved two beds. I went downstairs to complain yet again and Maria told me that if I didn't like it, I could go find another hotel. Understand how agitated I was. Bottom line is that when I told her that the service was awful and I couldn't believe the service I was getting, she proceeded to call the police to escort me out. I then, called the police as well. Unfortunately, they have the right to refuse service so I had to leave with my friends and my young son to find another hotel. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Tremendous location no complaints, the TV was bigger than most TV s that you find in five star hotels. Unfortunately the beds are slabs of rocks from the flint stones. Sleep number doesn t work. Pool is out of shape. Finally, the staff isn t very experienced or polite.

I would give it no stars if I could. Worst experience of my life. Stayed here over the weekend with my fiance and the room was filthy. There were roaches in the room and stains all over the walls. The TV didn't work in the room, burn marks on the picture frames, the door barely closed, and on top of that they charged us another fee at checkin. Even the chairs in the hallway had rips in them. The door was the biggest issues because you had to basically slam it shut and twist the handle slightly for it to stay closed. That's a safety issue alone. Clearly they purchased the hotel and didn't renovate it or anything. Do not stay here as this hotel is a sham and the people leaving 5 stars were more then likely paid to do it. I repeat, never ever stay here!

Great locations. Rooms very outdated, but clean. Housekeeping great with keeping up with daily trash pick up, making bed and bringing towels (we stayed 3 nights).
It has a pool and very small playground(with lots of trash around). Not sure why it's called resort though. Very rundown place in need of complete remodel.
Doesn't have it's own gym but looks like it somehow connected to next door YMCA, so guests can use their gym and indoor pool (tried to use it once, but it was closed on Sunday, so can't tell).
Lobby coffeeshop served good espresso drinks

No customer service at all. If you try to call them, you will be on hold or hung up on. I asked for a Band-Aid once. They told me they didn't have any and to walk to Walmart. I don't know where it is for starters, and I had blisters. Their printer is currently broke, and I needed to print tickets for Universe and my return flight. I asked when it would be fixed, I was told tomorrow or next week soon time. What am I suppose to do. The room and cleaning here good as is the pool, but the rest of the personal leave much to be desired.

Everything was good (stayed there numerous times in the past), only to wake up to both the rooms we rented covered in COCKROACHES!! We went to the front desk, at first we were offered two free stays. Husband was not happy with that bc we would never stay there again! At that point m, all the manger Crystal offered was $30 off each room. Are you kidding me!? Def calling the Health Dept and Fire Marshall bc there are def some hazardous things there!

Honestly, if I could give it less than a star, I would. I can t even find the words to describe how horrible this place is. The pictures online look nothing like the actual hotel. The property seems to be under construction, it s messy and dirty looking. The room felt dirty, definitely did not walk around barefoot. The TV and remote in my room barely worked, the majority of the channels weren t in service. None of the already labeled buttons on the phone (front desk, food service, recreation..) even worked and when you finally figured out what numbers to dial no one answered. The only time I actually had an employee acknowledge me was when I checked in. I called the front desk about 5 times with no answer, called the number online a few times, too, with no answer and it proceeded to say the number I was trying to reach was not in service. When I walked downstairs and was merely looking for a plastic spoon, upon finally finding someone to ask (who was behind a coffee/snack counter), I asked and they said they did not have any- mind you, the snack counter sold snacks that would have required a spoon to eat like yogurt and fruit cups and ice cream.. so it made absolute no sense to me. They may seem like small things, but small things add up and just make you frustrated overall.. You get charged extra fees for it being a resort but it is anything but. I know it s cheaper through certain online booking websites but it s not even worth the money you save. My advice- splurge a little and just spend the extra money on a real resort. Avoid this place at all cost. Until this place gets their stuff together, it is definitely not worth any amount of money.

Room air beds don't work. Elevators take forever. There were no towels when I got my room. Parking is not so great. Front desk never pics up the phone only if I call through my number. Rated a two star because of the location.

Awul place to stay. Avoid it at all costs. Front desk is incompetent, takes a loooong time to check in. This is the longest I've ever waited to check into a hotel. Please pay $10-$20 and stay at a better place.

The Allure is clean and a good hotel for the rates. Be aware of the resort fee that adds on typically $15 - $25 to the low rates.

I was there on business for the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful . Checked in then checked right back out within 10 minutes . VERY dingy room , rock hard mattresses and just overall did not give a comfortable vibe . Would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

The hairdryer went on fire while using it and the microwave plate was not the right size for it.

If you get Sri, you are dead in the water. She is horrible to meet, talk to, and work with. I do not recommend it at all

The outside looks rough but there rooms are decent. What sold this hotel is that it's centrally located right on from of the eye ferris wheel and it's located right by Mangos, and several different great restaurants. I gave it a three overall because of what's outside of the hotel.

Be aware of Allure hotel on international blvd Orlando fl. On 2/28/19 i reserved a room for 1 night 3/9/19. I chose to pay at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:00. The person at the counter was very rude and said my room was canceled. I was shocked. I asked why she replied we ran your card this morning and it was denied so we canceled your room. I asked her why she would charge my room before I even arrived I was chosing a different method of payment. She said that is what we do and were booked. No apology nothing. She had a smirk like she was glad. We were left stranded with no room had to sleep in the car. Beware of the shady busines practices of this hotel. I travel alot and due to fraud issues I always use a low balance credit card to reserve rooms . I have never had this happen before. They didnt even have the courtesy to call me.

We booked a week ago in this hotel and when we got there they said that our assigned room had issues. They offered us to go to a cheap hotel next door and we didnt take it. The lady in customer service was the rudest, nastiest customer service person I ever seen. She yelled at us and cancelled our reservetion and we argued about that and she stepped away saying with a fake smile " I wont give you the refund neither". She also said she will call the sheriff. We waited there for the sheriff but he didnt come so we decided to call 911 because we felt robbed. I have never seen such as abusive, bad, customer service!!! I dont understand how can a hotel hire somebody like this! We will file a complaint in BBB.

Room was clean. Hotel did not have free breakfast as mentioned on site, however, and staff all seem like they were ready to go home.

Just loved been there, VERY comfortable,it has everything, huge pool , profesional swimming pool, kiosk, soda mashine, coffeshop, smoking areas, big parking places, VERY confy beds, and lot more. Alldought the breakfast is kind of a disaster, There are very few tables and you need to make a long line, but the people who clean make a very good job, The whole Allure resort is made of carpet on the floor and a lot of decorations. yes it comes with a safety box when you rent a room.

There were a lot of mixed reviews about this place. I was scared when i booked it. I was however happy to find out the reviews were wrong. My room was clean and comfortale and in the best location right on IDrive across from the Orlando Eye. I will stay there again.

We stayed one year before and booked through priceline.. When we reached after 8 hours of car drive, we wanted a nice place to sleep. In middle of the night, we woke up and saw more bedbugs on the bed.. We went to front desk and asked for diff room .. They told no room available and we waited for more then two hours in the reception with our child.. After three hours they had given another room.. Very bad experience...

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! The only thing that was ok about this hotel is that it was a good price for the room. First, my friends and I were there for a birthday gathering and they double booked their room. My friends walked into a room that already had things there. (luggage, Ipad, etc.. etc.) They were suppose to be in the room next to us and they ended up 2 floors down. They didn't even try to accommodate them at all! Also, I left money at the front desk to hold for a taxi driver, due to me leaving my phone in his car... he was nice enough to come back. Woke up in the morning to find out the money is gone and nobody knows where it went. The taxi guy had to come back after 2 days to pick it up. Either someone missed placed it, or the guy I gave it to pocketed it. This is unacceptable! I have stayed at a numerous amount of hotels and I have never had this experience before. Stay Away!!! Though they might be giving good deals... but trust me, its not worth it!

The hotel it's in a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

What a slime ball place made reservations even confirmed it on Monday only to find out today they cancelled our reservation without our knowledge due to the fact we live in Brevard county. If my wife would have not saw a picture from someone else they screwed over we would have never known . Thanks to our booking agent they were able to find us another room at a much better. Resort Allure is scum bag resort and I'm thankful now we are not staying there if you are local or from a neighboring county and have a so called reservation better check they probably cancelled your room so they can double their price on tourist.

We stayed here for 3 days, the room was very clean, the beds was amazing and the housekeeping kept our room clean and beautiful during our stay. The pool is very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very attentive, talkative. I like this hotel,i would stay here again if returning to Orlando!

Super affordable and across the street from everything! $70 a night to be this close and a nice room. Totally worth it.

Terrible. The door to the room didn t work. Neighbors were very loud. Cleaning lady barged in at 745. Please save you money and don t stay here. It was a horrible experience.

Very weak hotel. Unsure. My sister was robbed in her room, they took a coat, they oriented at the reception just to look for the police. And I was approached by a drugged man in the corridors, who was not staying at the hotel, told me he was looking for a room and was pacing.
From what I saw in the comments it was not the first case of theft in this hotel.

The best part of staying here, besides the price, was the location. It was the closest hotel to the YMCA Aquatic Center where I had a competition.

We reserved 1 bedroom for 115$ for 1 night. Not much fancy stay in this price. But when we extended our stay, it was for 64$ per night which is reasonable. It seems price is only for the location otherwise it is an ordinary hotel.

Starbucks in the lobby which is great to grab some coffe or sandwiches. Malls, restaurants, super markets are very close. Lot of attractions near by within the area of less than 1 mile so it is a good walk from hotel. Icon park is just acroos the road. Nice view and scenery around.

BEWARE! I stayed with my family at this hotel for two nights. The first room they put me and my family in was really rather nice, strong WiFi connection, everything was great EXCEPT the a/c was out...so I called the front desk, but no one a answered, so I called and called, and called, when I did connect they told me to please hold and hung up on me...so, finally went to the front desk. Long, long line. They informed me that the a/c was out in they entire building! We were all hot tired and one of us is 7 months pregnant, so that wouldn't fly. So, they said that they understood, and gave us a different room in a different building. What a rat trap! The elevator was older than dirt, and I was as very afraid of getting stuck. When I finally got to the room, I found a nasty carpet and bed covers that looked they had come straight out of the 70s. There were no blankets on the bed just a sheet and those nasty covers and two flat pillows. There were no towels in the entire room, the toilet seat didn't fit or match the toilet that was in the room the shower was still filthy and I refused to take a shower in it, no one else in my family wanted to either...Not that we could take a shower with no towels, shampoo, conditioner... and it the phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk to complain even if I wanted to and the Wi-Fi didn't reach the room. By now it was getting late so I didn't want to hike down (quite a walk) to the front desk again, and we had to be up early, so I sucked it up and went to sleep. Maid service left much to be desired also. They made one bed and not the other bed. They took away one of flat pillows leaving the four of us with three pillows. They didn't clean the disgusting shower or the toilet....or anything as far as I could tell. They left no towels, even though we left a note asking for some...They did leave an extra roll of toilet paper...gee thanks. Then, I saw a cockroach. That was the end of my patience. The room was prepaid through Priceline, but I didn't care, we left there and are spending our final night in Orlando at a Hilton. Never ever under any circumstances would I stay at that hotel again!!! BEWARE!
