Roach motel!!! Crazy thing is I ask for 1st floor but was told no vacancies were available so when I reported the roach infestation in the 3 floor room I was given... They magically had a vacancy available on the 1st floor, which some hour was roach free although my hubby and I slept with the light on to be sure n left our luggage in the car. Avanti is SOOO much nicer in every way. My advice by pass Allure and head into Avanti Resort they have great homemade pizza too.

Under construction, broken bed, blood on pillow... Staff was kind enough to refund our stay after we left 30 minutes after checking in.

Nice place to stay in Orlando. Very close to a lot of attractions.

Do not stay here . It can mean one of your worst hotel experiences. The hotel elevator did not work. Room air conditioner does not work. No hot water , shower has water like a thin stream.

So please use extreme caution before you book because of prices

Maria at the front desk was very rude and did not want any customer feed back. As my family tried to explain the things that were not working and Maria said we were liars and that we were wrong. I should of looked at the reviews before we checked in. When we called front desk no one would answer, had to call the hotel from my personal phone to try and get a towel. This hotel was very dirty and staff very rude.

PLEASE, Do NOT stay here, the room is disgustingly dirty, bathrooms are dirty, can't even take a shower due to very poor water pressure they charge a resort fee and the hotel does not even have a decent lobby, sewer water dripping from the ceiling, carpet has not been cleaned in a long time.

TRUST ME when I say your money is better spent elsewhere. We booked this hotel as vendors at Megacon, and needed it just as a place to sleep. The problems started at check-in. We requested a room on the first floor, and they accommodated. We walked into our room, only to find it was already occupied by OTHER PEOPLE. We went back to the front desk, and instead of apologizing, the woman said "Oh, okay." and gave us a new room. Our next room smelled terribly of cigarettes. I called the front desk and said they may have booked us accidentally in a smoking room. She claimed none of the rooms were for smoking, and I let her know this room smelled like someone lit 100 packs in it. She said "Well I GUESS you can just come to the front and we'll give you a new room" and hung up on me. The third room they gave us was on the 7th floor and instead of two queens, it was two fulls. When we called again, she said this was our final option.
This hotel advertises as a 'resort', but I can assure you that is the furthest thing from the case. The sleep number beds in our rooms, both did not work, their complimentary breakfast was toast and watered down OJ, neither of which I can eat as I cannot have carbs or sugar. There was only one elevator that worked our entire 4 day stay and it took a long while for it to come. There were no indicators if the elevator was going up or down once it arrived, so by the time the elevator would come to the top floor, it was full of people and we finally had to take the stairs down 7 FLIGHTS for our whole trip. On Saturday night, my roommate got stuck in the working elevator for 15 minutes. It just shut down and the lights went out.
I tried to call housekeeping for fresh towels and toilet paper and their ext. was always busy. Front desk, specifically an extremely rude woman named Christina, who was also the one who hung up on me about the cigarette room, told me if I wanted them, I had to come down to get them. Our sheets had bloodstains on them from previous guests that they never changed even after our complaints. The final day, we came to our room to find a pile of sheets from other rooms that the housekeeper clearly left behind. At 8pm on Sunday, May 28, the housekeeper entered our room without knocking, even after our protests, and proceeded to CLEAN THE BATHROOM while we were there. I have all of this on video and took many photos. I will NEVER stay here again. I also do not recommend Avanti resort, which is also owned by this hotel.

It was a good looking hotel until you get to the bed those are the worst beds I've ever sleep on , and the room have a automatic controled A/C so don't matter how dow you put it it goes back to were they have it set up , it was a really bad night and experience for 80$ a night it should be better than that

This hotel is affordable...when . you book for 4 nights, they will charge you with a pretty reasonable price...but GET READY TO FACE SOME SURPRISE FEES!! Good Luck

I stayed 3 nights here and I can't complain about this hotel I had a pretty good deal on it. My room was spacious, had hot water and when I asked for more towels I got them right away, I give them 4 starts because the continental breakfast is not free. Other than that everything was good!

I was running outside this hotel all day with my husky puppy. At 3:00 am I ran past the hotel and a security guard came out and told me I can t have my dog over here I am trespassing. This security guard Was checking every little corner around this building and I don t think she was looking for burglars I think she was looking for any homeless people that might be trying to get some sleep in the bushes. These property and business owners are pretty pathetic.

Very nice room with two big beds and a nice bathroom. Excellent location relative to tourist attractions. I had a second-floor room, so the view was nothing interesting. Satisfied with my stay, I would recommend.

No air conditioner, the staffs lied that they were fixing it. It's been 3 days the a/c is still broken, and they are still saying fixing it. Liers. Dirty room.

The guest service is one of the worse around. I had a problem with zero resolution. Honestly what you pay there you can go to the Marriott near the ferris wheel, "behind it" and get better guest service and a lot cleaner and safer property.

It was good, the bed was very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I wish there was free breakfast though.

The rooms should have free wifi in interlaced rooms.

It's a hotel with good facilities, it's just that they lack maintenance ...

I booked and paid three double rooms for seven days. From the outset, the attention of some of those in charge of the reception was very bad, on one occasion he witnessed deals that could be classified as rude to a lady who was staying at the hotel.
Another problem was that despite having paid a full week, it was necessary to recharge the three keys daily.
I could not recommend this hotel for anything!

I had to call the police to protect me from the hotel manager Joleen Santiago. She was rude, and order her workers to kick me out of the hotel because I argued with her about the checking out time and the check in time. The police arrived at the hotel, offered to help by driving me to another hotel and asked me to file a complain to the hotel senior management.

This is a disgusting place. We had tuns of roaches in our dresser and bathroom. When we called down about the roaches i was told there is nothing they can do because they were fully booked. I asked for bug spray and was told to go buy my own. The beds were broken and sheets are stained. The staff is not friendly. You couldn't pay me a million dollars to stay there agin. Stay away!!! There is less bugs on the beach!

Reasonable room for the price. Great location and it was fun to walk around and find cool places to check out. Some garbage was left in our room, which didn't impress me, but not a deal breaker.

Nasty spot. Found a Groupon and will never go back no matter how good the deal is. Dirty rooms, dirty hotel, need to go outside to eat at this room that looks like a supply room. Better off eating out. Food is bare minimum.

HORRIBLE.VERY RUN DOWN, OLD, NOT MAINTAINED OR KEPT. I WAS PLACED ON THE 5TH FLOOR AND BOY THAT ELEVATOR IS SCARY AS HELL, IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO COME AND IT ALWAYS HAS TO STOP ON THE 4TH FLOOR, EVEN THO NO ONE PRESSED 4TH FLOOR. I GOT OFF THE ELEVATOR AND WAS GREETED BY A HUGE PILE OF FILTHY, NASTY, STINKY GARBAGE. THE ROOMS I PASS ON THE WAY TO MY ROOM HAD SIGNED ON THEM THAT THEY ARE OUT OF ORDER AND ARE BEING REPAIRS. THE WALLS IN THE ROOM NEED PAINTING, THE BATHROOM LOOKS LIKE ITS CAVING IN, THE CARPET IS DISGUSTING. THANK GOD IS WAS ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT AND EVEN THO CHECK OUT WAS 12PM, I WAS OUT THAT PLACE BY 8AM. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE ABLE TO OBTAIN LICENSE AND PERMITS TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS. THAT PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND I BELIEVE I WILL BE CALLING ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH DEPT TO GO INVESTIGATE BECAUSE THERE'S JUST TOO MUCH UNSANITARY THINGS AT THIS HOTEL. FOR THE PEOPLE THAT RATE THIS A 5 STAR AND GAVE POSITIVE COMMENTS, YOU MUST EITHER BE GETTING PAID TO [POSTED THESE REVIEWS, WORK FOR THIS HOTEL, OR YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT CLEANLINESS LOOKS AND FEEL LIKE.

WORST EVER!!!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!! I am not one to do reviews really but this one had to be done. Prostitutes all over, no parking had to park in the back by the YMCA which by the way the pool is shared with them. Kids everywhere that belong to the Y. Hot tub doesn't work. Oh and did I mention the bums sleeping in the back by the Y where I had to park. Did not feel safe at all!!!! Even watched a drug deal and a hooker doing sexual things with a man in the back by the stairs. UNSAFE!!!!

Location is great, you can walk everywhere to eat and have fun. Rooms are nice and clean.

I stayed there for 3 nights and had a great stay . Our room was big and very very clean . The location was absolutely perfect ! We will definitely use this place again . Very happy with my stay .

It was awesome! The space was amazing for me and my wheelchair. The bathroom was especially nice! I was very happy with the time we spent there. Only down side, our rental car was broken into on the backside of the hotel, the parking for us, so that wasn't good at all. Was able to get another rental, but a lot of things had to be replaced. But the hotel itself was a plus. Lol

Good beds but house keeping needs to be waiting for the room to be emptied before coming to clean. Lacking of communication from desk.

Bad housekeeping, found several cockroach in the room. Water continues dripping in the faucet. Room phone does not work. No internet.
Front desk do not answer phone or call back. And i have to use my cellphone to call front desk. Front desk at night not helpful. She even said to post the pictures of the roaches we saw in the room,
I would not recommend this resort. Its not worth it at all. Paid too much and this is what we got.

While visiting a client I noticed the location is very spacious. I would consider staying in a location such as this.

The room was very clean. Only one of two elevators worked in our building. Hotel needs lots of renovations but decent.

Horrible, when i got to room there was no towels. As we were getting settled a maid just walked into the room saying "you need towels" she was actually bringing them for the room next door. She gave us 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. The AC would only get the room down to 74 degrees. The beds were so horribly uncomfortable. I called for more towels, but they never came. The next day there was still no new towels. I went to the front desk asking a lady behind the desk if they might have any plastic forks. She looked at me and held her finger up signaling me to hold on. When she came over to me, i asked for the fork again. She went to the back and got me the fork. I then asked if she would be able to get me some towels. She literally raised her hands up high stating something i could not understand and turned her back to me and walked off. So i got back in the line and waited. When i got to the man that was helping others. He got me the towels. I told him about the woman that just raised her hands at me. But he did not seem to care. Every time i talked to any staff they were always rude. The elevators were very ricidy and spooky to ride. I see alot of complaints that are about the same as mine. So i would say that management does not listen to any off these comments. I would not recommend this hotel!!!!

I had been in the hospitality business for over ten years and let me tell you... this is the worst exeperinece I had until now. Don t believe me? try it.
Starting from the front desk, this hispanic old lady made our check in one of the most stressing ever, she share her frustration about her team members during the proces like we care.
Then, the elevator was out of order, the heater was not working on our rooms, no extra blankets, when we tried to talk with this blond lady that was checking the rooms numbers on the hallways she did not even say hi to us. Clearly is management s fault. We will never comeback to this hotel ( family of 18 people ).

Despite some criticism, I evaluate Allure positively. In every period of our family, we were well attended, all the staff with whom we had contact were solicitous and educated. I will stay again as soon as possible.

Frankly, I did not like the hygiene of the fit, bad odor, unprofessional breakfast, front desk only speak English, what saves is the location at most I would not recommend, the high price for what they offer.

Very good location, the spacious room overlooking Coca Cola Orlando Eye, the reception staff is friendly.

My family does a yearly trip around christmas. Its always a suprise to us as my dad does all the booking. This hotel has cemented why I would like to help him plan the trips

2. Wifi is provided at the resort, however the speed is dependent on time. I witnessed periods where it would slow to a crawl. And don't get me started on their policy of "likin on facebook for better speeds".
3. Rooms are nice and beds are made each day, except for holidays. But our trash has not been emptied.
4. Good location, some good resturants and attractions across the street. But lets be honest the real pull is the theme parks. While its location is good dont count on the shuttle service. The shuttle company they use sends too few shuttles and has long waits between. Furthermore because of this they have to pack the shuttles causing great discomfort.
5. This is just a peeve of mine. There is a clearly marked smoking area in front of the building yet I have encoubtered multiple guests smoking next to the door to other buildings and outside the smoking area.
6. In my time here the elevator stopped working once. My family along with another on the elevator at the time got out and went to the stairwell. Not only was it pitch black, but when we turned on our phknes flashlight we were greated to garbage such as pizza boxes littering the steps. Normally I wouldn't even mention this, most places have a patch of trash. However when we returned to the hotel hours later the elevator was still acting up. Being impatient I opted to take the stairs again only to be greeted with darkness. At this point my phone was dead so I had to climb six floors worth of stairs in the dark. Unacceptable.

(Edit)7. It is now the morning precisely 10am. And my hrother is still asleep. Our door opened and housekeeping realised people were still in the room. Not five minute later another house keeper walks in, turns on a light, and sees me awake. She walks out and closes the door. Notice something? She left the light she turned on. No apology for walking in either. The room is dark and you can hear snoring. Why did she walk in? IDFK

This resort has potential but it needs a closer eye to the running. From what I have read in other reviews it seems A/C and sanitation are some of the biggest issues.

Overall I wouldnt recommend.

It was OK for the money. I don't like complaining but want others to know our experience. Only 1 elevator worked, the pull out sofa bed was a single, the continental breakfast is literally coffee and toast and danish, never brought the extra bed set nor towels we asked for. Gave us the wrong room the first 2 times. We knew we weren't getting a palace for the cost but it definitely was just a place to sleep. The staff was very nice though.

The room was very spacious and nicely updated, it was the best part of the visit. However, the two elevators were extremely small and slow so after ten minutes we decided to use the stairs (lucky for me it was only three flights). The continential breakfast was laughable, it consisted of stale donuts, white bread and watered down "orange juice" that didn't taste at all like pure orange juice. When I called the front desk to get an extra blanket the phone just rang and rang, they never picked up and after several attempts I gave up. Overall, there was alot to be desired but the room itself was nice.

Horrible! Stains on the carpet. My daughter found a blood stain on the sheets of the bed. The hotel offered a soap dispenser in the bathroom that barely had soap in it. A few of the towels were ripped/torn. The check in area, if you could call it that, was extremely small. The staff was RUDE & offered no explanation as to why no one answered the phone when we attempted to call earlier except to say "I don't know what everyone else was doing but I've been here." Last but not least, there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Never again will I lodge here!

I liked the staff they were very nice especially the 3rd shift young man named Calvin. He was really nice and attentive. The hotel overall was nothing like the pictures online and I didn't have a pleasant stay. The sleep number bed didn't work, the elevator was out of service and the bathroom was out dated. I would never stay here again. The only good thing about it is that is close to everything ok international drive but I would've rather paid more for a room to be comfortable. I will trust ratings more next time. I wouldn't refer anyone to this hotel.

Our bedroom had roaches and we complained with the staff however they said that thas was nothing that they could do about it. , no even changing out room

When i write this im not looking for any compensation at all. But this hotel literally needs to be shut down. Or given to new owners. This hotel was literally the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in out of my travels. here is my story: So I had my father in law booked a room for a 3 nights stay. When i got to the resort aka hotel really motel. There were other customers yelling screaming asking for their money back saying this place is the worst place ever. So me i said "maybe they just had a bad experience so I still end up getting the room". I was wrong, As I get to the room the room was somewhat clean but not up to the standards of the pictures that I've seen nor the reviews that I seen. So me and my wife make due and stay one night. Now on the 1st night everything went to hell. Ac went out power went out and we felt bugs crawling on us as we tried to sleep. Come to find out there were bed bugs in the room. Now im not one to complain or say anything. But after me and my wife had that issue we sat down stairs for 4 to 5 hours looking and call other hotels trying to book a room on a holiday weekend. So at 4am we ended up getting another room and check out right away. So as we headed up to the room my wife was sleepy so i let her sleep where she had to sleep with no blanket and the lights on (since bed bugs dont like lights) around 10am as we get our stuff and head out. We find the power had shut off again and the elevators weren't working so we had to use the stair, which was horrible walking down 6 flights of stairs. We get to the lobby and it felt like every single guess that stayed the night wanted there money back and was checking out. Just a jungle and a zoo going on inside this place. Like i said in the beginning of this. Im not looking for anything Im just typing this review only to inform people about this hotel. Its cheep and trust me your going to get your moneys worth here. If you dont mind rude employees and false advertisement this is the place for you. I myself well never stay in this hotel nor any hotel associated with this company. I give them a negative -5 stars.

This place is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at places like maingate resort. Run down. Filthy. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Beds are sleepnumber but they don't work and are stuck in park bench mode.
Rooms smell and are filthy. There was blood on the wall next to the toilet. Don't stay there. Just don't!!!!

This hotel is so miss represented on the internet. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are discussing, things falling apart in the room. Many things they advertise on the web they either dont have or are a shambles. Save ur time any money on this place.

My husband and I have had a great time.. it is close to all the stores and we love to shop. So many different amenities. We are really having so much fun.!!! We will be. Back..

Sleep number bed that doesn't work so your stuck with a rock, dirty floors

By far worst hotel I ve been to. Rooms smell like old rotten wood bed are super uncomfortable they have the sleep number bed maybe the first model that ever came out that was recalled and given to this hotel the bed deflates by the time you wake up the lights flicker the tv makes a weird noise every time you change the channel if you try to call the front desk the phone in the room doesn t work the restaurant downstairs is garbage I ordered food went back down to get a plastic fork and they wanted to charge me 50 cents for a fork cheapest hotel I ve ever been to motel 6 is better

Called to see if there would be a deposit required upon check in because their website didn't say anything about a deposit. They only charge a deposit for local residents. Which is ridiculous. Won't ever be staying here. The receptionist I spoke with was rude and very short with me.

Do not stay at this "resort"!!! I have NEVER in my life had such a bad experience with a hotel. Upon arrival there was a woman yelling at the front desk stating she had bug beds on both the beds in her room, I did not pay too much attention to her since she was being so loud and assumed she was overreacting. Well after waiting in line for 30 minutes to check in, we were told only one room had been reserved! I proceeded to show the staff proof of confirmation that we paid and reserved 4 rooms! (It was a family weekend trip). The girl apologized and said that we should start calling around to see which hotels had availability because they could not accommodate us. My husband then stepped in since he noticed I was not having it! He asked for the manager and then another staff member stepped in and stated we would be accommodated. After all this ordeal, we went to our rooms, by the way the elevator closest to our room was not in service. Finally in the room, we walk in and yes I checked the beds for bed bugs just in case, thankfully we didn't find any, but we did however find yellow and red stains on our white sheets, lamps had to be turned on manually since switch did not work, no soap or towels! I called the front office and asked them to bring us some towels, that never happened. At night we kept hearing noise in the bathroom and my husband found two roaches in the tub! Trust me I called and tried to find another hotel but they had no availability being holiday weekend. At check out I asked for the manager and again nothing. I am disgusted with this place and the staff. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Loved this place. Convenient and close to mini plaza strip of shopping and restaurants. Very close to theme parks and friendly staff and services. The rooms were nice with amazing space and clean. The grounds such as pool area also very nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel. Staff was kind and knowlegable. Bar down stairs was delicious and innexpencive. Do not be fooled by the free breakfast though. Its just bread outside in a straw hut full of sweaty people. The real food is inside and being sold for $6and its totally worth it.

Hotel nothing lorks the tv remote did not work, beds were extremely poor conditions, towels had stains on them and the worst part is THEY HAVE BED BUGS, and the ladies in the front desk refused to do anything about the issue, Paid 250.00 this is the worst 2 days of my life ruined my mini vacation with my son, I will post pics and let all my followers know, over 10000 in Facebook and instagram. Got the hotel room the night we went to SeaWorld even though I'm only 20 minutes from SeaWorld still got the hotel room to take a break for a couple hours. I would recommend this stay

Area was clean and neat and everyone there was so very nice.

How am I lied to customer service lied to and given major attitude. They gave away my room, told me my card was declined and gave my room away not to mention, ,rite infront of me they lady didnt realize inwas listening to her conversation so, I knew they gave my room away, then tried to say my card was declined, I'm a platinum member my card never declines before I arrive!! IHG there is some customer service issues with this location..I hope it doesn't bring the value of ihg down because illl never stay here again forget the cheap. price, thisnis prime location I mean you gotta get this rite. To many families wanting to gave a good time and singles so getting customer service up.to par is the number one priority. How does the manager lie to ihg customer service the ihg receptionist couldn't believe it. Wish I was lying but I'm not

We stayed in this room because everywhere else was booked. Unfortunately to say it was horrible. Parking is horrible! Beds suppose to be controlled by how firm or soft you want them to be, it didn t work! So the beds stayed hard as a rock! Towels smelled like syrup. Never again!!!! Did I mention that at time of check out my daughter left her Elmo we did not notice until we were half way home called to see if they can hold it for us, I was asked what did Elmo look like and said there was no such thing left in the room. How could you not know what Elmo looks like! Anyhow not trustworthy and will not stay here at all!!!!!!! Horrible!

From booking the reservations to arriving was not a good experience. They wasnt any accommodation for me as I'm disabled. No luggage carts, no close parking. The employees are not attentive and some I knowledgeable of what the hotel offers. Expecting to reach front desk by phone forget it. They aren't reachable phone often goes to voicemail. Was told the manager was too busy to speak to me after I had to go up and down from my room to the front desk several times. Our room wasn't what we were promised. We were moved the next room wasn't any better. The sleep number bed didn't work it made a loud disturbing noise. Hair in the bed. The room furniture very worn a rip in the chaise. The toilet mad noise the entire night. I inform the front desk we left something in the room we were in prior they didn't want to be of assistance to retrieve my item said housekeeping probably discarded it. I had to contact the guest myself. The halls leaked marijuana. Not enough towels. The front desk seemed very unable to handle the guest coming in they seemed scattered.
Very displeased with this hotel as well as the service. The reviews were every bit true. I made a huge mistake booking this. Our anniversary is ruined. We should of stayed home. We would like a prompt refund.
So not what we expected. Will never book again! Not what you would expect coming to Orlando.

Great location, service was 3 star worth, it was clean. Pool needs to be renovated.

Staff was friendly and helpful may need to upgrade their beds ours would allow the air to leek when you got to your sleep number. The ac in the room did not work very well and our room stayed hot. The pool had lots of debris such as rocks, wood, and paper towels in it and had a green tent to the water. They advertise as having a bar but they do not.

Great location. Other than that pretty terrible. Much of the place is under construction/rehab. None of the vending machines work. Attracts pot smoking customers. Elevators also broke while we were there. Place is generally run down.

Costumer service is really bad, they never answer the phone at the front desk, the room was clean but the elevators worked when they wanted to.

please do not stay here. when i got there the ac was broken, we were clearly in florida and the lady didnt even care she said "no its okay" and walks out the room. Later that night my fire detector broke, we went down to customer service because OUR PHONE DIDNT WORK. the ladys were rude and gave attitude as if we were bothering them. They took out the batteries in the fire detector and werent going to put ones in. WHICH IS ILLEGAL. so we changed rooms. in the shower of our new room a tissue was shoved in the knob of the shower. VERY DIRTY.

overall the service here was terrible and i regret coming here. please take my advice, dont waste your money. these people arent worth it.

It is a hotel too old with no maintenance but the worst of the case is that they know it and do nothing to remedy it left me very bad taste in the mouth cleaning the beds are totally dirty and have animals How ticks fleas and other insects that stay please do not stay at this hotel

Police were on location half the time I was there. Breakfast was a bag of bread next to a toaster with jelly and a coffee maker as well as some nasty looking pastries.

Allure by IHG who owns Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza is an ok underwhelming experience.

My room was filthy - stained carpets throughout, dirty bedding, old bathroom and toilet.

Reception area is dead and depressing. Looks old.

Worst part is that the hotel customer experience was subpar. I am a Platinum IHG member. I reserved a certain room and am suppose to be guaranteed this room; however, personnel gave away my room. Also, I was not greeted nor welcomed as a Platinum member.

I will not stay here ever again.

I am a guest from Columbia, SC sitting in the lobby of this hotel reading these reviews while waiting for my wife. I have to tell you a lot of these people are lying about this place. This hotel is clean, modern, rooms are bigger the the competition, it is in condition, great location, plus the shower head is awsome with good water pressure. I would recommend this place to my family.

DO NOT fall for this! The pics are of what they want to turn it into. The rooms look nothing like the pics. When I booked there was NO mention of construction. The hot tub was filled in with dirt, the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and my room was dirty! Not worth the money! Total fraud. If I would've known these things I would not have stayed.
