Horrible customer service !!!! We rented a room for four and had two towels. They do not answer the phone, then you have to go down to the front desk to ask questions or ask for something. And the funniest thing is THE BREAKFAST !!!!! Coffee, orange juice, and toast ... that's all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Comfy. Hot tub was broken. Food was average. Could use a little TALK.

I'm sitting in the reception area, watching people get turned away. The hotel has taken a lot of bookings and then cancelled them without notifying any of us. None of us have a place to stay tonight. Some people have had payments taken. The place is a mess. The bathrooms are locked so we're having to use the adjacent hotel for this. Other customers keep coming down to say their electrics are broken. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Do not come here. Do not book here.

The people at the desk is rude.. they couldn't find the reservation and just walks away. I had confirmation number for the room they wouldn't even look at the number.. I will not pay to stay somewhere and be treated badly. Allure and the Orlando metropolitan is all same check in. When I walked up to the 2nd person who was playing on there phone I was asked to move back over to the other side... after waiting 10 mins. We walked out.

Nice place! Will visit again and right across from The Eye.

No washcloths, 2 towels for 4 people, and breakfast was pretty awful.

after booking call at 2 OPPORTUNITIES to advise that I would arrive a few hours before check in, and they always told me that they would post the note and that there was no problem, arrive, arrive and charge me $ 30 to arrive before the time, apart from the receptionist It was not friendly at all.

I liked that Checkout was at 12. Most places are 11

I travel for a living so I am consistently staying at various hotels around the world. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I cancelled the room I had booked within the allowed time and they still charged my debit card. Not only was the cost of the room taken out when it shouldn't have been, but there were two other random charges the hotel claimed to "not have any record of". When I finally got a hold of a manager they sent in the refund to their accounting department and told me my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. Mind you, $700 is a good chunk of change to "accidently" have taken out of of your account. It is now the third week and they money has still not been refunded. 90% of the time I try to call the hotel either no one answers or they immediately put you on hold. I have left the manager 6 voicemails throughout the past weeks and I have yet to receive a single phone call back. When the front desk workers finally do take a call they are disgustingly rude and completely unbothered by my concerns. I was told to call back on a specific day and ask to be transfered to talk directly to the accounting department about the issues.. When I called back and asked for the accounting department I was then told you can only get through to them via email. It literally seems as though it's the workers' job is to screw you around until you get annoyed enough to give up. This hotel does not even deserve one star and I am surprised a hotel with such horrible customer service is even able to stay in business in the heart of a tourist city.

The worse hotel and customer service in Orlando. The elevators DO NOT work and they don't even put out coffee till 6:30 AM. I had to buy around $25.00 worth of coffee from gas stations since I get up at 5AM. The ICE machines were broken to top off everything. The hotel is very OLD. To come to your hotel after a long day and have to take 6 flights of stairs is ridiculous.

Dirty floors, renovations, no luggage cart. VERY disappointing.

They gave us someone else's room and then downgraded us because no other room was available so they said...

Excellent location... period. Sleep number beds with remotes prominently displayed as if they actually work. We called the front desk for assistance with the bed.. (had to use my cell phone as the phone in the room did not work) only to be told, 'yea they don't work' then she follows that with, "what is it that you want from the bed?" oh, I don't know, for it to work?!?!

Hotel needs a complete overhaul as its tired and worn. Charging a resort fee is a joke this is no resort style hotel. They don't want you back and you would never want to return. They have given up.

Excellent. 47" HDTV, desk area, microwave, hidden refrigerator, deluxe bathroom, queen size sleep number bed. 60 a night with a two week prior reservation. I think the negative reviews are rival hotels trying to drive away business.

Good price and location. Lots of remodeling at the time so some amenities weren't open. Rooms were average but comfortable.

One of the nightmares of my life, a total lack of respect for the costume.Hotel under reconstruction, arrive with your reservation and the lobby staff laugh at you, say that all the rooms are full and refer to the intranet p you for your Media find another hotel. Eye the reservation was paid and booked through an agency that to date has not returned the money ..

This hotel is the pits. Roaches in the rooms. The amenities are a joke. They say they have an indoor pool and gym, Lie. The Y behind the hotel has those amenities, so that a blatant lie. The only thing offered for the roach problem was another room. If a roach is in this room there's roaches period. There was a snack shop that was never open. The only time I did see it open was when we were checking out and then someone went in and got something and it was locked back and constantly had a sign up talking about will return shortly. I will never ever frequent this location again and will tell all never to either.

Booked on line hidden fees,not like the picture and staff did not address concerns. No business center no free parking .

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place was a disaster from the beginning. Beds are horrible my neck and back where wrenched the whole time we were there. Lamps didnt work, thought they were going to start a fire...oh yeah fire alarm went off at 1:30am and again at 3:30am. Taps ran, air conditioning didn't work. Sheets and duvet covers had rips in them. Also would have been nice if they used a vacuum. Not to mention 2 of my hub caps on my rental car were stolen from the parking lot. No hot tub or pool..both had caution tape and were locked..not that I would have gone in at this point. I do not typically leave reviews but this was horrible!!!

Free shuttle to DL and U studios. Good rooms. bad breakfast.

My experience is listed below;
#1- The numbers bed was stuck on stiff so it felt like sleeping on a brick. Woke up everyday with an aching back.
#2- If you want an indoor jacuzzi then you got it. Shower head wouldn't stay in place so it would move and wet the entire floor everytime.
#3- Thank God I wasn't on life support cause some of the electrical sockets weren't working.
#4- The room smelled like I was in a homeless shelter. The smell of mold was in the air and woke up every morning with a headache.
#5- Felt like i was sleeping outside in the street cause the A/C unit wouldn't go below 76 and it wouldn t get cool in the room.
#6- Removed the A/C panel and there was black mold in the unit.
#7- Don't go swimming in the pool, you might wake up with 3 legs and 6 arms. The pool was dirty & full of floating particles and insects.
#8- For exercise take the stairs cause only 1 elevator works and yoI'll get there quicker...from reading reviews the elevator hasn't worked since before February.
#9- Stairwell was dirty and grimy.
#10- Rugs were dirty in room and hallway.
#11- Sheets were stained as well as the towels.
#12- Entire inner building was dirty looking.
#13- Roaches greet your arrival.
#14- Waited an hour for towels everytime when asked.
#15- Couch was stained and dirty looking in the room.
#16- The entire staff including management didn't know how to program the safe that every room in the hotel has.
#17- Good luck on the continental breakfast.

Location was great. Other than that, you can hear the people in the room next to you louder than any other place I've ever stayed. They have a sleep number bed that does not work. Their $5.99 breakfast sounds good until you eat it and regret it for the rest of the day.

The hotel was adequate for the price. Room service was good and polite. The hotel was a little run down but was worth the price. The keycards work intermittently but if you're persistent, you will eventually get in. The safe was non functional but this was not a factor in my rating because I never use them anyways. Close to Universal parks and across the street from I-360.

Bad..Bad...Do not stay here. I stayed last week and was without conditioning for 3 days. No one at front desk is friendly....makes no eye contact....manager is totally useless. refused to refund me. end up calling my booking site to get refund. They offered a really messed up room in metropolitan hotel...no towels...broken toilet...old blanket....smelly room. which i refused......horrible experience.....

I made a reservation, but it went through a third party which made me a little leery as what hotel does that! But I made the reservation anyway as the rate was decent. Well little did I know what a bad rep this place had, more bad reviews then good. So I cancelled the reservation, with the comment that I was cancelling due to the bad reviews. Well I get an email from an employee stating "This is a very nice hotel located in heart of orlando. right across from orlando eye." I say back "don't care what your opinion is, did you cancel my reservation? Response back yes reservation was cancelled...this all occurred on 6/9. Well, I go to check my credit card balance and oh look a charge from the hotel for more money than the quote was and they took in on 6/20 after I had cancelled! I filed a complaint with the credit card company and sent an email to the hotel. NO response from the hotel as of 6/26. Credit card company is looking into the matter and did give me a credit until resolved....sneaky sneaky!

After I paid for the reservation online, when I checked in, they made me pay and extra $45 for resorts fee. When I get in the room the shower where the water come in and the sink had mold, I left the hotel at 10 am and come back at 6 pm, guess what? It was the same way I had left it, the trashes on the same place, dirty towels where I left them and the bed without fixing. All I found is a paper under the door saying that: Our limited service will consist of a refresh of trash and bathroom amenities. If you would like full service on either of these days, kindly contact our front desk staff . This will be my last time stay at this f..k... hotel

This place is terrible, nothing works, working stuff is not trained and they have no answers to problems. After 3 weeks here i know this place does not deserve any starts, i give them one because there is not option for 0 starts. 1- First week BEDBUGS. 2- KEYS need to be replaced every day, sometimes twice a day at the front desk, sometimes after replacing them, they won't work either.

Just got here and this hotel is disgusting. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this place is abysmal.

Didn't even get to the room. Had early check-in at 2pm get to the hotel and stated Check-in is 4pm. Advised paid for early check-in said ok well that's not guaranteed. So cancelled and now staying at Ramada Suites where they are happy to have customers!

Rooms can't complain about , bit tv , great beds and clean, but outside at pool and around the back needs a good refurbishment ,

Our toilet was leaking onto the floor when we entered the room. There were wine stains and brown stains all over the carpet when we first entered. they did offer to change rooms for us though. Shuttle only goes to the theme parks, not to the convention center, which is a bit of a bummer.

rooms were very clean and spacious. bathroom fixtures showed their age, but overall a great hotel

The hotel reception is along with the Hotel Metropolitan and the service sucks.

Good location for a good price. The Allure is under renovation as of November 2019 & the staff says it will be Holiday Inn next year.

The rooms were great! The bathroom was huge but my only gripe were with the sleep number beds. I've stayed there twice and both times the sleep number beds didn't work. So one side of the bed was super firm and the other side was super soft so it was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is a great option for people that don't want to pay a lot for a hotel. Clean, good customer service and nice rooms. Close to the main International Drive attractions' and restaurants. 15 minutes away from the parks and plenty of suvenier stores in walking distance.

Very good. Clean, comfortable and large room.
Only one observation: do not pay occupancy tax by cash. They charge me twice. I paid by cash and afther they charged me again on the credit card.

Awful. There was what looked to be mold in the shower and the front desk didn't even act surprised. They gave us another room but there were things that didn't work or looked downright dirty in the second one as well. I will not go here again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. It was a little confusing to find out where the check in was but it wasn't too bad. Allure and Hamilton hotel front desk are at the same place.

The most disgusting hotel in Orlando. Stay in a stripper motel in the ghetto before staying here. Everything reeks of mold and stale BO. Stains on the floor and sheets. Everything is dirty. Plus we were charged surprise fees in our bill. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

This hotel was very dirty and smelled like clorine the second I walked in. The pool filter was non existent as it was a garden hose on wgeels, literally. they have no free water and they claim a complementery breakfast of which they did not include. The carpet was very stained And the thermostat was broken. The safe had it's battery pack ripped out and the key to the room would not work more than half of the time. The pool side had broken glass bear it and lots of trash everywhere. The beds we're also hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was abosoutly disgusting there was rust in the moldy bathtub. And there were no towels. And last but definitely, definitely not last the lights did not work properly. Overall this is the worst hotel in all of Florida.

No towels. The phone did not work. The bed was broke. None of the inside stores were open including their restaurant. Never go there agai.

We reserved a room for 5 which is supposed to be from 1pm until 12 pm per their confirmation email. We show up at 1:30pm and they have nothing clean until 4pm and they say check-in is always at 4! WHAT?? Wife shows email confirmation of 1pm "do we get a refund of some of our $150?" "Oh I don't know why that says 1pm". Cool.

DO NOT STAY HERE...ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES & I know for ah fact I didn't bring them with me! They still have box TV's in which the remote didn't work as well as the sleep number bed which made it hard & very uncomfortable! Most of da games in da arcade were broke & took all of my sons tokens...there's only one elevator which takes forever being that there's 7 floors & only big enough for MAYBE 5 ppl! One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had & they should not be calling this place a resort! Thank God I was only there for one nite & checked out as soon as I woke up!

The guest service rep was pretty pleasant from what I remember and the rooms weren t too bad at all.

Not a resort, just a last resort. Breakfast consisted of toast and watery juice. Sorry conditioning didn't work the whole time iwas there. The one functioning elevator inspection was 5-6 months expired, and the front desk was less than helpful. I came for work but didn't get to decompress after a long day I won't be back!

Its a nice clean place. The staff is kind and helpful.

The location is great very close by to about everything you need. The rooms are nice but the only downside is the elevators, only one of them seem to work. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The attention is terrible, the housekeeping horrible, until cockroaches were in the room.

DO NOT DRINK THE WATER!!! I was trying to figure out where the chemical smells kept coming from. Finally it dawned on me that it could be coming from the leaky faucet. So I fillet up a cup and it has a strong smell of treated water. Some sort of bleach/Chlorine/Floride. No hot water for showering either. Also front desk, guest services as well as room service do not answer calls. So if you have a question you better start walking... only 1 elevator works and from reading other reviews sounds like it's been out of service for some time!! It can take 30 minutes or more to get up and down from your room with its 7 person per ride limit and with stopping on every damn floor. And the worst part was the beds are horrendous!! Noisiest bed I've ever slept in. If you are sharing a room you're sure to wake the other person the second you turn over WHICH WAS ALL NIGHT because the beds are split down the middle they either inflate to the texture of a rock. Or deflate like an air mattress and you can feel the metal bar that runs down the middle of the bed Other than that it's a good location. Close to the parks. Just need a REGULAR bed and a phone in your room that's not solely for decoration.

They surprise you with a $15 parking / wifi fee outside of the entire booking process.

All of the reviews on here are true. When looking for somewhere to stay, stay away from here.

Tried and true. 4th time staying here and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The elevators take too long and they only have one working, but eh.

Horrible. They do not have any good cleaning and the service is bad.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We had the misfortune to stay here in October when we were forced to evacuate for Hurricane Michael. When we checked out, we forgot our children s very well-loved backpacks. It was a hectic time and stressful time. We called soon after we realized we were missing them. The first time I called, a very nasty lady said they close at 3 and hung up on me...what hotel closes at 3??? I called again and the backpacks were there. I was instructed to have UPS come pick them up. I scheduled a pick up and UPS picked up who knows what but the hotel did not give them my backpacks even though I was charged. I called the hotel and the hotel said they didn t have a box for them and that UPS needed to bring a box in addition to a label. I called UPS and they don t carry empty boxes around. UPS also needed to know the weight and other info to bring a pre-paid shipping label. The hotel refused to give me any of this and was pretty much like, it d be better if I could get them or have someone get them. I told them I d arrange for a friend to pick them up for me the NEXT day. The lady said that would be great and would put them in their storage room. The next day, my friend had me on video chat as the hotel said that the bags weren t there. I was not happy but was told to get in contact with a lady who works there (I m intentionally withholding her name). It took me weeks to finally get in contact with her as she never was there when I called. When I did, I found out that the backpacks were still there and that they had given them to a UPS, who returned them because there wasn t a label for them. What??? It was them who suggested I have a friend pick them up since they barely even wanted to find a box to put them in. The lady I talked to said she would weigh them and for me to send her my address and information so they could be sent to me. That was weeks ago. Sadly, I have realized that I m going to have to just get my kids new backpacks. So much hassle over something that a reputable hotel would have been able to quickly and efficiently resolve. I don t recommend anyone for anyone to stay there. We have found better hotels that are similarly priced with far better service. : (

After reading all the reviews, I was really hesitant to stay here but really enjoyed my stay. The only complaint I have is that the room temperature doesn't go below the 72. Other than that, it's a great hotel. Big bathrooms and great staff.

Absolutely no parking, had to drive around the lot for 10+min and it didn't matter what time of the day/night we arrived back. Room was huge, bed somewhat uncomfortable. Was alright for what we paid for.

Pretty nice hotel actually. I had low expectations because of the price but I was pleasantly surprised.

Seriously the worst hotel experience of my life. Stayed 2 nights found bed bugs in the bed. Was told I had to wait till morning so slept in a rental car. Only to deal with an aggressive bully named Bev who refused to acknowledge the issue. She was the worst person i encountered in the U.S.A and i seriously wish her all the worst for her miserable existence. We ended up leaving and am still waiting for a refund for the rest of the 7 nights. Do not stay here if you value yours and your families health. I videotaped and photographed the bedbug and the state of their rooms and bathrooms. If you want to see the pictures and footage check tripadvisor and youtube. I really don't want anyone else's trip to be ruined by this hotel.

The price was honestly fantastic compared to other hotels on the same strip. I was in the heart of Orlando and loved it. However, online booking has the wrong check in and out times as well as the wrong price listed for the resort fee. The housekeeping ladies were not so understanding and were extremely rude in getting us out of the room and checked out. But the rooms have Sleep Number beds and that was amazzzzing.

Terrible terrible terrible. Run while you can. We had ROACHES in room. All over the tv, in the drawers, on the wall. It was disgusting. Once we got settled into the room, we opened the drawer and there was a roach. We killed it and mistakenly put it off. By morning, they had taken over; baby and adult roaches were all over. When we told the front desk, she asked did you leave something out? , as if food being out over the course of one night would constitute roaches on the 6th floor. No food was out, the hotel just isn t clean. Thankfully we were transferred to a new room, but we couldn t get comfortable due to our previous experience. I would attach the pictures if I could.

Absolutely avoidable. Rude staff and place is a mess while conversion to Holiday Inn takes place. I would not even consider this as a last resort.

It s midnight and we drove all the way from Miami to stay here cause we re going to Seaworld, apparently they re overbooked and they can t do anything about it. WORST TEAM EVER, we were asking to speak with the managers and they were hiding and didn t wanna talk to us and explain or fix this situation. The supervisor had an attitude and didnt wanted to help us. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE

This hotel stay was a gift from our daughter for my husband and my Anniversary. The room was medoaker but that's ok. The hotel has liquid soap in the shower which became empty after one shower. We asked for refills 2 times. Never was done. The water for both nights was ice cold. We were told they are working on the boiler. The pool area was very dirty as well as the pool. We went to the continental breakfast and left when we saw it was toast and donuts. So went and paid for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The eggs tasted like they were cooked in jalapenos and water and the sausage being one of my favorites was absolutely gross. Neither of us could eat it. But on a good nite we had a bagel and coffee which were both good.
One more thing. This is not the hotels doing but Papas a pizza place we ordered pizza from....the pizza came out of his trunk cold and our soda was room temp. Not only that but 1 hour 15 min later they call me to come down and get it. If you are going to let these places advertise at your hotel they should be repeatable.

Horrible customer service at front desk. They add a $15.00 per night "hotel fee" at check-in after you finalize and pay online, then when their credit card reader is down to pay this "hotel fee" you're forced to pay cash if not go somewhere else. I had to go to an ATM at 8pm because I didn't have enough cash in hand. The supervisor has horrible customer service skills and attitude.

This place is not at all what there website said it was. Yes close to shopping, restaurants, and bars. but the website said they have a bar,restaurant, and hot tubs, it didn't have any of those. Will not go back!!

Excellent hotel but breakfast in the restaurant was cold and not inviting.
