Great for a large graduation class, horrible with Food prices

this place was nasty. not sure when the last time they cleaned the floors...

As always, these types of facilities have all the comfort of being without wanting to leave. Beautiful ice rink and a very good facility for the public.

My first time at Verizon Arena was on Sunday 4/2018 really enjoyed myself seeing some of my favorite wrestlers and took some great pics

Was at Disney on Ice 2019, was the best show on earth Honestly!

It's a great Arene for all sports shows. Plenty of setting, all different kinds of drinks and food.

Security was over the top RUDE!!! Asked a simply question and was answered in a very sharp rude response!!!!Will not be back.

Eric Church concert was great! (The half I saw because it took so dang long to get a beer)! Drink service was slow & lazy. Then they ran out of beer halfway through the concert! Missed a lot of good songs because of the wait!

Great show. Monday Night Raw. Great service. Quick getting in the door. Love the HUGE MARGRITAS.

Good venue for large events. They make it easy to get large crowds in and out quickly. Parking was not a problem but it is not close. Be prepared for a hike.

Good venue, decent sound and alright food. The "big nasty burger", while tasty, is very difficult to eat in a stadium environment.

Always a great time when I go to Verizon. The food is way over priced, and needs a better variety!! The staff is friendly. The bathrooms we're clean. The water from fountain was too hot. Wish they had more ROCK/ METAL concerts!!!!

Always feel safe there and workers are always nice!

Issues with security, mostly involving a lack of common sense

Went to Raw Live! First time and in a suite. It was awesome!

Great arena but upper deck.... extremely uncomfortable! Loved Breaking Benjamin and 5Finger Death Punch! Rocked the house!!!

I paid $200 for floor seats roughly 25ft from the stage just to sit in cheap Walmart metal foldout chairs that were cramped closer together than cheap airline seats...

To top it off, I left the show early because my back was in so much pain from the sitting in the most uncomfortable chairs ever and from trying to draw my shoulders in to keep from rubbing up against the total stranger who had his seat next to mine.

Once I got to the parking lot, they had squeezed so many vehicles into the parking lot that there were vehicles parked horizontally between the parking lanes and it took me another 20 minutes of inching my truck back and forth and cutting the wheel left and right before I got out of my parking spot. Even after all of that the only way out of their lot was over the curb, across the sidewalk and over another curb to get onto the road so I could go home. I'm just glad I didn't have an actual emergency at home to get to.

NLR has done a fantastic job of bringing some good talent and sporting events.

Good venue security was a little too much for a metal concert but enjoyed the show

It's a great venue! It has good seats, albeit cramped. I have seen many events here and always look forward to coming back. Security lets nothing slip by and that's fine with me! I think the place could use a facelift, perhaps a good deep clean just for beauty's sake but the structure and venue itself are just fine.

Nice venue for shows and concerts. Good location and close to the highway. As per usual beer and food is outrageously priced.

First of all, let me start with how disappointed I was with the RUDE service I recieved in several areas. Security was not what you would call "Assertive", 5 individuals were down right rude and pompous. Specifically I had an officer without uniform inform me that she was "an officer" simply because I had an alcohol band on my hand, and she "ASSUMED" I was trying to purchase beer after the cut off time. I was not rude or disrespectful at any time. Then, my teenage daughter and her boyfriend were purchasing souvenirs and I was waiting outside. When my teens took longer than I expected, I tried to go back inside to hurry them, I was stopped by at least three more security guards ALL AT ONCE very loudly exclaiming "NO RE-ENTRY". I still wasn't allowed to enter even after I explained. The concession worker at one area didn't know how to take an order with multiple items, and did not know how to count the change back. She actually asked the teens what the correct change should be. So either, she was attempting to give the wrong change on purpose, or couldn't use a calculator.
I ordered a margarita, and halfway into a very large frozen drink I realized they charged me $16 for a virgin margarita. We also purchased what we were told were chocolate covered peanuts, and they ended up being chocolate covered pecans. I'm allergic to pecans... thankfully my husband tried them before me. Furthermore, they were so bad, we literally threw the entire bag away.
Let's end this with our ticket purchase. We decided on 4th row center after looking at the description on the website. Once seated, we realize there would be a LARGE vip stage RIGHT IN FRONT OF US blocking most of our view to where we basically could only watch the screen, after getting what we're supposed to be pretty good seats...

FIX YOUR GAME. PLEASE. Teach your employees manners and common courtesy for starters. This was the worst experience at an event arena i've ever had.

Took the grandkids to see Disney on ice it was easy to get in and out of for parking the seats were in decent shape and we all could see well even in the cheap seats

I enjoyed the concert don't get me wrong but the staff didn't know where anything was located or when the raffle was taking place. They were very off putting.

$4 for a CUP of water poured from a Desani bottle with NO ice!!! REALLY????!?!?!??!?!!

Great concert but the teleprompter was horrible starting out with Johnny Gills performance. The show got better with Fantasia and Charlie Wilson.

Plenty of seating for a large event. Climbing upward to your seat is a little hectic as seats are a little.close together. Not bad altogether.

We had good parking. Of course refreshments were expensive, but that was expected. Bathrooms were clean. Arena was clean. Had a great time

Went to see Shania Twain for her NOW tour. She was amazing. The venue was great. Vendors were awesome and workers were friendly and attentive.

The staff that work there are very rude and unknowledgable of how things are suppose to work . We had vip all access passed that was given to us by a member of a band that was just recently gets and we were given such a run around seeing it was our first time ever using access like this and they were just unaware of what was what or where we should go . After being pushed from staff member to staff member cause not one staff member wanted to show any concern it effirt in helping but to send us to another person who couldn't tell us . An hour in to the concert we finally seen one of the band crew members we knew and he got us in no problem . But we missed the band we came for and getting to see them like we were suppose to but did get to watch the remainder of the concert from the box . For a experience that was suppose to be memorable for my 17 year old daughter just became a frustration due to untrained and lazy staff. This will probably be my last concert at this area ,I'd rather travel than lose the rightful great experience I am there for.it just made for a horrible night ! Since the conversion to Verizon I can't really say that I have had a great experience at a concert it seems that we Rin into a rude untrained staff Everytime we go . We get more assistance from crew members with the bands .

Went with Wife & Son to see MosterJam which was great but I had to pay $20 to park over a half mile away & even more if I wanted anything at all inside. Expensive!!!

Went to my niece's graduation had to pay $10 for parking only for us to be blocked in because they parked by the cars in front of us

Frankie Vali concert. Wonderful show and talents for all to enjoy

We love coming here for events! Miller Lite room is good and everyone is so nice.

I enjoyed the Arkansas riverblades games and wrestling I had lots of fun there

Great venue. I was able to get super close to the band without issue. Security was good, but not overbearing. They were very polite. Limited parking, however.

Nice venue, staff is nice, only issue I have is its not very clean. Seems like every time I've been there the seats and floor have sticky spots.

Metallica concert was awesome tonight...securrity could had done a better job outside with traffic

Seats very close together. Upper levels feel unsafe -- like it would be very easy to fall and there's really nothing to stop you. Sound seems distorted at times. Food available but expensive and only seating is in the auditorium.

Great place for concerts. Smaller venue so there's not a bad seat in the joint.

Everything is well lit, well laid out and labeled, everything was easy to find, the facilities were clean. Always enjoy events at Verizon Arena.

My cousin graduated today from college, and I don't like the fact that I had to leave her gift outside; where anybody could take it! They said you can take it back to your car. Balloons, Flowers and gifts were outside of the building. Then they said they're not responsible for stolen objects.! Enough is enough! It's bad enough there's not enough parking, but then add insult to injury about gifts can't be brought in the building! I am FIRE MAD IT'S NOT RIGHT!

Enjoyed the concert but just about froze to death! Kind of a small arena but big enough to host a kick ass concert!
