Graduations here are awesome and quick thank God and FREE PARKING!!!
Concert was awesome but it's insane to pay $4 for a glass of water need a lawyer prices on water !!!!!?!!
Do Arkansas a favor and tear this arena down! The acoustics of this building are the worst I've heard anywhere in the country. This is not the place to hear live music. And don't get me started on the seating, sitting on the floor is like being trapped in an elevator that has too many people in it. When you're ready to take a break from being unable to hear any of the vocal lyrics, make your way to the concession stand where you can stand in line for an hour because they don't have the infrastructure to serve all the patrons who've entered the building. After you've missed an hour of the show and delivered $100 for two bottles of water and a cold hot dog, you can wander around looking for condiments because making those available at the concession stand simply makes too much sense. This arena is tragedy from start to finish. I've said it for years, but I mean it this time; I will not be back. Catch me at the AMP in Northwest Arkansas.
Show was great!! Areana srating too cramped , no elbow room
Had a great time at a concert lights and everything were good but like all arenas the drinks were extremely over priced.
Service great went there to see wwe 2 years ago loved it and they gave use twix after it was over it was wwe sponsor at the time.
James Taylor and Bonnie Raitt was great but the concert was over before management got the place warmed up. Freezing!
Great place to go see wwe wrestling and other great events to see.
Floor seats for Miranda Lambert were awesome. Security lines were quick & easy when we got here at 6pm. Drinks are high but it seems to be the norm for any event now days.
Saw Joan Jett and heart
Great shows not impressed with the stadium. Could have been cleaner.
Desperately needs a renovation and some updates. Love the music but man the facility just sucks.
Has done a much better job bringing bigger more diverse entertainment. Parking is still a monster of an issue though
Not one of the best venues I've been to but not the worse. Always a good time in Little Rock!
Very organized functions that allow you to enjoy the entertainment
Great place to join with Christians to share the Word of God in song.
Sometimes I think they need to check sound system, sometimes the background music is so loud it makes it really hard to hear the artist clearly.
Pleanty of parking . Clean restrooms. Helpful and kind event staff.
Saw my niece becoming a Doctor. Plenty of seating. Did not eat or drink, was entirely too expensive..
Awesome place great people to help u out if u need help
Not a bad arena, only place to see any good concerts in central arkansas
The location of this venue is excellent but that is it. The seats are very uncomfortable. You are almost sitting in the lap of the person next to you. No elbow room. Where my wife and I sat needless to say, we had a good view. This place should consider upgrades. I dont think I'll be returning here.
Verizon's a clean and well maintained Arena with OK consessions. Good for a large graduation, loud concert or sporting event. I always enjoyed the Hockey games they had years ago better than at the old Colliesum. The Only drawback for most people is aprehsion about parking, but it's not difficult. I've never paid for parking, it's just how far are You willing to walk?
Just went for graduation and it was an uncoordinated mess getting in and out. Parking is high, concessions are unaffordable.
Decent venue. Long lines for drinks and food during concerts. Having a dedicated staff instead of mom and dad's would make for a significantly better experience.
Seat are too close to gether and there is no leg space...
Wow never went to a graduation with concession stands
Went here to see Chicago in concert. Was a nice venue.
Verizon Arena is my second favorite arena setting, only behind Fed Ex Forum in Memphis.
The place is nice. Parking is Terrible. I got there 1 hour before the event, handicapped spaces was full. I had to walk a long ways on a cane. Very difficult.
I attend a BNI meeting here weekly and I really enjoy the Hall of Fame area
I loved watching WWE live right there in front of me and it was sooo fun!!
Went there for Winter Jam. It was not well organized however concert was great! Staff was friendly.
This is Now Simmons arena not Verizon , Simmons Bank now has the name
parking can be tight but overall a nice stadium that has pretty good shows for its size
It was my first time, monster trucks was so fun my kids loved it! Yesterday and today (april 6 & 7) show of Monster Jam
It's a experience to older people and young people at this time, so my event can be but if is not I'm waiting for Justin Timberlake on January 2019 I'm excited.. To many events for the whole family enjoy
No notice of "no pocket knives". I had to make an extra trip to the car!
The verizon arena was clean the staff are helpfull and an especial thanks to the north little rock police department for reuniting me with my wife when we got seperated
Great music venue. Concession stand management is a farce.
Have attended several great events here. The staff is always nice and helpful.
A pretty nice place to come and see an event or concert.
The concert was amazing! Process was smooth gettihg in and out.
DO NOT DRINK OR EAT HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT!! THEY SALE OUT OF DATE BEER AND FOOD!! Worst company I've ever worked for! They absolutely do NOT care about their employees. I was on payroll and I couldn't even get them to return a phone call or text about what my schedule was, come to find out I was terminated for no reason and they didn't even have the balls to tell me. They just flat out ignored me. Oh and HR did nothing for me and just said oh well... horrible management and also all the beer was out of date for the Godsmack concert and they still sold it, I wouldn't eat or drink there if I were you
Great place to see bands play. Here to watch monster trucks today.
Attended the Kiss concert there tonight! The concert was great!!! The only thing I would chamgebduring a big event, especially a classic rock concert, is turn down the air. It was super HOT in the upper level of 200 sections. Other than that is was great!
Went and saw Jeff Dunham. Had good seats and the show was great !
They usually have good entertainment. Unfortunately I have bad ankles. So I don't get around the arena much.
All seats are good and the sound is good! Justin Timberlake was Amazing!
Went to see Carrie Underwood, stood in line 2 hours to open the doors. The show was ok but the aucistics were terrible.
Had lots of fun at the concert, despite being alone
Parking sucks. Our section also had problems with a drunk couple so none of us got to hear most of the concert. I was elbowed by the man numerous times, had beer spilled on me (as did the couple in front of them) and then when they were told to be quite everyone around them and they refused went and got security who saw the woman pull the ladies hair in front of her. Awful experience, will stick to Shreveport for big concerts
Concert was good. Security check in was relatively quick and thorough considering the amount of people. Food was as overpriced as you would expect.
The seats are tiny in the lower and upper bowl. If you are a normal sized or above human being. You will be touching your neighbor.
The parking is my only complaint. Make sure you have a $20 if your from out of town. Or get there crazy early to park around the stadium for free parking.
Great venue for concerts and such! Even better thanks to the recently added Chic-Fil-A! Was here for the first time ever seeing Hillsong, Elevation Worship and Casting Crowns. And thankfully, at this time, the alcohol spout was shut off arena wide. With about 9,500 in attendance, it was awesome! According to an on-site manager I visited with, the place will seat 17,000- 17,500. I've decided should President Trump visit Arkansas again, THIS is the place he should get! Glad it's now Simmons Bank Arena!
Need better signage showing where the different entrances are. Spent 40 minutes finding the "Miller Lite Vibe Room" entrance.
We saw Justin Timberlake here and it was dope. We didn t get to say hi to him, but I guess that s okay. I m not messed up about it.
