I love that Verizon is able to bring in so many different shows and concerts. We've been there for Disney On Ice, comedy shows, my graduation, and soon Marvel Live. We're very excited about that one. The food is good and for arena food not badly priced. And the bathrooms are clean even with the large volume of users.
I sat in the very VERY back, and still got a great show. the climb is very steep, so if you aren't to walk up many stairs easily, I would not recommend the higher seats

My visit was during a live event of WWE RAW for as many people that were there bathrooms were maintained well for the amount of people attending as was the food service was fast and prompt to keeping the lines flow till we reach our turn to order.
Saw Weird Al. Excellent show! Some on site help seemed to be confused about their role and processes in getting people in. But, venue was nice and clean. Food was good and hot.

I been to serval concerts and different events at this arena, and have enjoyed them all. The staff are fast and friendly and depending on the event it's a great place to visit.

It WAS TOO SMALL FOR THIS. WAKE UP LITTLE ROCK. GET A BIG STADIUM!!!! I was VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. FELT SORRY FOR THE DRIVER WHO HAD TO WORK IN SUCH A very very SMALL AREA

Easy and quick to go through security as long as you do not bring any purses/bags. Zero wait! There were open lanes to go through security & ticket areas. The staff was extremely friendly.
Simmons Bank Arena is good for Expos and rodeos not so great for live music. The sound here is on average terrible. That being said i have seen or rather heard some sound engineers overcome the echo that plagues this place.
Staff was friendly but food and drinks are outrageous. Seats are super small.
My husband and I came in with the Motley Crue Productions for a show on 10/8/15. The staff at Verizon Arena were great to everyone. They went above and beyond their duties for everyone! Thank you so much for everyone's hard work and for the hospitality that was shown to us. We would go back in a hard beat!
Best place for literally anything. Monster trucks, concerts, rodeos, ice hockey.
Went here to see the Metallica Hardwired Tour. Great place to see a concert! They allow small bags, but no large backpacks. If you plan to lyft or uber when you leave, schedule wayyy in advance because it will take forever to get a driver due to the poor location of the arena. They scan you with a metal detector and do a bag search for safety reasons. No re-entry though so make sure once you go in you don't leave until you mean to for good.
Was here for the sold out Metallica concert and it was chilly outside. The staff and security work quickly and efficiently to get us in as soon as possible but still made sure there were no safety issues. They had people outside trying to direct people to keep the lines moving.
Very well put together team and that made the experience even better!
I won't get nose bleed seats ever again those stairs are dangerous.
Always enjoy the events, been going here for almost a decade. However prices for beer are getting out of hand and to the point of out of control and if you smoke or vape you will be packed like sardines onto a little balcony. Would be better off to gate off the main entrance once the show starts and let people go out there as long as the have there tickets stubs or equal proof.
Really great place... Lots of room layout good parkingI think that maybe something we take for granted and take advantage of... In major cities the parking is astronomical in the venue can be very hard to get to... In North Little Rock it's quite easy and inexpensive and we still have world-class entertainment
Attended the twenty one pilots concert. Definitely had a good time, venue was well set up so that it was really enjoyable on the floor. Getting in and out wasn't a problem at all, and the venue wasn't uncomfortably packed either.
Most events are overpriced along with anything there, and the audio could use some work.
Nice Arena...but hated the seating...they were entirely to close for preferred floor seating and the price paid for seating.
Shows r great lots of parking ....but know one to direct traffic afterwards its HORRIBLE ....anyone would be better than no one...

Easy to get in and out seats are a bit tight. The food and drinks are way to expensive eat before you go.
Little restrictive, maybe a stage screen would make a better experience. So we dont have to bring binoculars.

This arena is very typical. But LR has done a good job at keep the facility clean and updated. All the seats are in good condition and working order. I've been to MANY events here. I think it's not Verizon anymore. It's now the Simmons Bank Arena.
Depending on the show and how many tickets are sold depends on how early they turn the air conditioning on. Staff are usually always really nice. Sound quality could be better, unless you just know the songs you can't understand the musicians. Could use a good cleaning but great place.
Security and staff were very professional and courteous. Large crowd was handled with confidence and pleasantness. Bathrooms were easy to find and were clean. Sound system was exceptional on the floor in row 14.
Of many large arenas this is the cleanest, during recent Tool show staff was cleaning messes as soon as they appeared. Had plenty of door staff so there was no wait to enter. Also, they are extremely accommodating and bent their own rules to keep the unruly masses happy. Very impressed.
Great show but had a power outage. I do feel an arena this time I should have some sort of generator. Other than that, nice Arena with a great staff.
20 dollars to park is ridiculous but other than that it's a good arena.
