Nice sized arena, although seemingly a bit small for our area. Plenty of snack bars, decent restrooms, and typical stadium type seating. Parking is ridiculous, tight and will cost you $10 or more. Not the best area, lock your car and hide valuables.

We seen Joan Jett and the black hearts and Hart's. The band's were amazing and the energy that was in there was absolutely beautiful. It would not have hurt them to crank the a/c a lot more...lol.

Seriously need traffic control after big events. Took longer to leave the parking lot than the concert. Venue is nice. Felt safe , employees were most accommodating and friendly. Good acoustics.

Great venue, parking sucks. Went to a graduation at no charge but to park close to arena they wanted 10 dollars. Had to park close to Riverfront entrance then walk. It was a graduation, not a concert, but I still wouldn't want to pay parking then either, especially for the price you pay for events.

The only quibble I have is with prices of concessions. Everything, including security, bathroom and concessions employees are wonderful, concession prices are way to high. $6.50 for 1 hotdog, $10.00 for a draft beer. $4.00 for water. To much. Everything else is great.

Location of the arena is good, traffic in the area can be a bit congested at times. There's sufficient parking, hotels are relatively close. The seating is decent and I think in most arenas you go in now, it's about average. Good atmosphere, always liked Verizon.

The only reason it didn t get a 5 star is bc of how everyone was stuck outside when a storm blew up before the concert. Doors opened at 530 and at 525 it started storming. At least the security check was kind enough to start checking people through to get us under some cover but they wouldn t open the doors until straight up 530. Not safe to leave a crowd out in high winds, heavy rain and lightning

The Arena had high security coming thru the front ...

The Arena had high security coming thru the front doors, safety is important. They had overflow of smoking issues because they closed two smoking sections down. The food and beer is cheap tasting and very expensive. Cost $15 for a Coors beer and a Dr. Pepper. We had floor tickets and there was no chairs around to sit and relax between bands playing. It would be smarter to get a seat on the left or right side of the stage close to the floor about third row middle of that section for a up close view and best hearing of music..

They had a few vendors that sold popcorn, glazed nuts, and really tasty hot dogs for the multiple graduations we attended there this year. I didn't know why they wouldn't let us bring in our opened gifts, but after the school shootings...I understand. You cannot go to the lower bowl of the arena at all before graduation ceremonies (there is absolutely no floor access). They used the jumbo-tron at all of the events we attended.
BTW...the seats have no cup holders.

Two visits, to see the Globetrotters and then Cirque de Soleil. Fun times, clean restrooms, plenty of things to eat. Great for the kids. I'm going to guess that your experience here will depend on what you're here to see and what the crowd is.

Went to Eric Church months ago, and it was a mess. Paid for Miller Room, but didn't have private bathroom access or smoking area as we had previously (actually it was cordoned off completely). Power-tripping staff in VIP areas absolutely killed the whole concert (not to mention Eric Church wasn't near as good this time around). I literally walked past a staff individual and walked right back past her within a minute. I lifted my arm to show her my wristband, however as I walked past her she began yelling at me and making a scene. So, as I, of course, responded with equal disdain, she begins with threatening to call security. No one deserves to be talked to and yelled at that way!

Lastly, the Miller Room was pointless for $50. Pouring half cold 12 oz cans into a 8 oz glass and serving it for $6 was more blantant thievery than the other standard access concessions. I assure you me and mine will NEVER be back.

Great venue for all events. Have seen several concerts, circus, moster trucks, Cirque, etc...here. Not really a bad seat in the place. Parking and traffic is never too bad compared to larger cities. Always a good presence of law enforcement and security.

Central Arkansas' local venue for anything entertainment related. Parking is not always great and it is not the newest facility...but it is still a very nice venue and great for catching some exciting performances.

I have been to several shows at the Verizon arena and all shows have been great the venue is nice and secure only reason rated a 3 because parking is always full and cost $10-20 and it's a long walk in heels also if you get floor seats they connected and if the person next to you has any meat on there bones its very uncomfortable I think after this last show I'm done with floor seats
