Friendly staff. Easy parking. Clean. Security everywhere.

The concession stands had zero organization. One man said he stood in line for a beer since before halftime of the Arkansas game. Didn't get his beer until 10 minutes into the second half. They need to have a few concession stands for alcohol purchases only. Then some for food and alcohol.
Then some for just food and beverages and a couple for just beverages.
The lines to the restrooms were backed up outside the restroom.

Easy to find around the sections inside. Good luck with parking. You gonna to have do a lot walking if you parked in downtown or Clinton Park lot. Nice arena, bad park lot.

Its a great place to go but i feel like they need to upgrade the floors because its been the same since they bought Alltel Arena

Verizon arena is great, but parking is a complete nightmare. Get there early and expect to pay $10-$20 to park your car,probably on someone's yard. The prices inside Verizon are obviously ridiculous..$10 for a beer.

It was not clean....there were cups, popcorn and such behind seats...but my biggest problem was the prices at the stands!!!! $7 for a pretzel and cheese is outrageous $6 for a large drink...4.50 for a small popcorn...it was 9.50 for 2 chicken tenders and fries.... the next time I visit the arena I'll have eaten to capacity first from across the street....lol for real

Nicely set up, vendor booths had beautiful tables. Great staff at Verizon!

Parking and traffic are a nightmare. Be careful at nightime!

We went for the chicken wing festivals. Was very nice and the staff was friendly. I would make the festival an annual trip. Parking was good but if there was more people attending it would be a pain.

Seen the Harlem globe trotters here. Had a awesome night, great show. Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean place, nice facility. Worth the money and time.

Rude staff, the guy who ran the V.I.P. line caused my friend's mom and dad to miss an opportunity to meet Dolly. Her parents are older and it was probably their last chance to see her.

Parking sucks and is expensive. I'll take lyft or uber if I ever go back. Doings wasn't that great fit concert though.

Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and we had a blast at our first wwe event ! Will be back !

Very hard to find parking here. And the prices were outrageous and ridiculously expensive. But the concert was so worth the money.

Went to a comedy concert and it was good. The sound was clear

Easy access, great seats no matter where you are sitting. We enjoyed watching the hogs play.

The shows are usually really good but the staff are all extremely rude. I get that they have to get a lot of people in and out of the venue safely but there's no reason to be pushy with someone just because they are moving too slowly for you. Some people have issues that make it hard for them to walk very quickly.

Saw Metallica, staff and security were great. Event was clean.

Casting crowns, hillsong worship, and elevation worship was A-MAZING

Good size. Perfect for concerts. Smoking decks are to small.

Very rude security guards. My husband is disabled and twisted his knees on the steps as we were trying to leave but started toward the restroom before leaving. A security guard seen him limping and that he walks with a cane, but the man refused to allow him to enter as he was at the door and said he was closing that restroom right now. He told them to go about 100 yards to the next restroom instead of allowing him to just use the restroom, close off the entrance to new comers, and lock it after he came out. Parking is extremely limited and charge $20/car.

Welders convention! Great previews but the prices were inflated as you can find better deals on amazin and ebay...

My company sponsored a Monster Jam pit party here. It's a bit smaller of an arena, but the crowd that turned out was pretty big. All in all it was a great event at a great arena.

Always a nice place for shows. Disney on Ice was great and a different show from when I went with my oldest grandson. I really enjoyed the show. Employees are very helpful with a good friendly environment.

Great concert with Frankie Valli but floor seating was so tight.

Great place to have fun see concerts etc,we alall days have a great time! Wille n everyone was great!

I've been to two concerts at this venue. Tool in 2003 and Miranda Lambert in 2020. Front row for Tool and up top for the later. Sound was great in both spots. I will return for more shows at this venue.

It's nice, as far as venues go but they REALLY REALLY need to address the mobility impaired access and parking

Past 3 out of 3 times I have been there for concerts this year, there has been sound problems of some kind. Other than that, great experience!

The Verizon Arena is a nice place, and I enjoyed the experience.
