Went in to get in upgrade and the associate showed no interest in taking care of that. Told her I needed a new phone since the one I had was having a lot of technical issues and she didn't care even though I was less then a month away from being able to upgrade. We have a family plan with them and my other family members upgraded a month early no problem. She stated I was wrong on that? But I was there. Overall she seemed just too lazy to look into this for me. It's been numerous times I go into this location and it's always a let down. After this I went to the one on Cantrell and they took great care of me. I suggest going to that one instead, they're not that far from each other.

I went in because my phone turned off when I plugged it in. Kortney and Preston helped me as soon as I walked in the store. They were very helpful and nice, easily the best experience I have had dealing with cell phone issues. I was probably in here for about 5 minutes so they are very fast. I will come back here.

I joined Verizon after 18 years with Sprint. The network is better, but the customer service in abysmal, and that s something coming from Sprint. I joined your company in February. The sales man was very friendly and personable, make a good sales experience. I was given the phone and told all of the instructions were clear.

I get home and things are not clear. I try to use the customer service to help me finish setting up the phone. For some reason, it took a long time, but the phone was finally operational. However, over the past 5-6 months i have not been able to get any help with any of my issues. I went by the store and was told i would have to contact customer service. I tried this 4 times by phone and 3 by chat, each more useless and unable to help. Although i registered my information as directed, i never received my 250$ gift card as was part of the promotion. To that- i was told too bad so sad basically. I also have not been able to take advantage of the free Apple Music. I have logged my credentials out of everything and still Verizon doesn t pickup its promised share of the bill.

Now my phone cracked very slightly and i lost the screen- it went black. I took it in and he said my only option was to pay 200$ and use the insurance. No inspection to see if it could be something fixable. It was very disconcerting that the next employee over had customers waiting for his help. He was taking the time to provide service to the customers and not just sales. Calling the back office, asking specific questions for the customers, walking them through the explanation.... I was told by the rep that most recently helped me that Verizon is large, has something like 45k departments, and I ve worked a lot of them. This department (indicating the retail space) is for sales. You will need to contact customer support.

I explained i had already tried 7 times with them. All you do is get shuffled around.

I had heard a lot of good before choosing to join Verizon after leaving Sprint. Too bad it s been an awful first impression I ve been given. Teach your employees what ownership over a problem is, or hire me to do it for you.

I took my phone in with very low level sound, although the settings for all sounds & alerts were at the max.
The Verizon rep gave my phone a thorough cleaning. Now I can hear ringtone & other sounds from several FEET away...no problem!

Chase is extremely helpful and did everything he could to help us out with purchasing SIM cards during our visit to Little Rock. Despite some system glitches, he persevered and got us sorted in the end. Would definitely utilise his services in the future!

We might as well have not been there at all. There was one other customer in the store (a female by herself) who had all the employees' (all male) attention so no one wanted to help us. Too bad - we were ready to buy two new phones today.

Verizon in general I have found very hard to deal with regarding customer service as any problems you have that shouldn't necessarily be yours not having been caused by your own carelessness are generally kept your problem but I have had some helpful people at this location that being said if I could convince family members to switch I would absolutely but be with Verizon

These people have given us so many lies and excuse...

These people have given us so many lies and excuses about my husband's state employee discount and our higher than normal bills for the last two months. My husband asked how to get the state employee discount and they said it wouldn't be worth doing since it only applies to a family plan and we had separate lines at the time. We recently switched over to a larger gigabyte plan because it was cheaper and they tell us they can't apply the discount to the current bill because it has already been billed out. Their excuse is always, we can't make any changes until the billing cycle is over. Bunch of crap! What about crediting my account in the next billing cycle for charging me for two plans that not telling me the older plan wasn't finished yet? So we get penalized for their mistake!

Top Top Top. Been with Verizon since pre Alltel days.... I ve Been in countless stores half way around the world, and coast to coast! From store layout, to customer service, it could not be better. Unless everything was free!!! HaHa. I would recommend driving across the metroplex just to use this store! And I don t write reviews.... Ever!!! Kortney was my guy and, Awesome! But my gut says 99% Of then would ve been great! Or fired! And that means something to me in today s culture!!!

The employees seem reasonably knowledgeable but not particularly so and service seems to take much longer than it should (while being helped, I have no experience waiting in line). It's also awkward having a rent-a-cop hovering over everyone while everything they sell is also tagged with security systems. I'll take my business to other retail outlets.

Even though it was almost closing time, a manager treated me as though he had all night to help me figure out how to access my voicemail. He was polite helpful personable and very efficient. I was out the door and on my way before they needed to lock the front doors.

This store is very convenient as far as location goes. I recently had a great experience when going in as they were closing. The guy was extremely helpful in answering my questions even with knowing up front I wasn't buying anything. I went in today and that person wasn't there so I got the usual service that I've received from that location. No service at all. I normally go to the Cantrell location in the long run. I try to use the university store and receive the same service each time. I can't bring myself to spend money there to help anyone in that store stay employed. I love my overall Verizon experience, but that place is terrible.

Not very helpful with a devise that came from them that's out of contract pre owner upgraded and gave me the phone. Understand manager Clarence job is to sell me when he said only if it's coming back to us for service. Otherwise we can't help. I considered change but noooooo. They DON'T need my business NOW or future. Phone monopoly is quite an agravating game. :(

BEST BUY does have stylus you can try s you can make a better informed decision when buying a phone with stylus. unfortunately the apparent manager, Preston, does not know how to talk to customers and is ok with losing business. customer service is easy. so when people fail they deserve to suffer consequences. loss of 3 note plus now. thanks best buy!! too bad verizon.

sent one of my employees to this store to but a Note so she could design for work. they did not have a stylus for the note for her to try. how can you spend 1000.00 dollars on something you cant test before you buy? when I called and talked to Preston, who said he was a manager, he confirmed that they dont have any. when I asked how hard it would be to have one or two for customers to use in order try out, he said in a sarcastic manner that sure "I'll call all the other 1000 stores across the country to let them know to start carrying them" yep. I spend 700 a month for Verizon at my business. atleast a 1000. a year at that store. no more.....
