We had a great experience with Alliance Pavers in general, but Roberto & Miguel went above and beyond!! We had to extend our patio and they came on time, made sure to speak with us before and during the job. I particularly liked that they did not leave until they were sure we were happy with the result and we were! Also, the job was done quickly, which makes sense as you can tell due to the results that they have done this before :-) Thank you again!

The office Personel customer service is very professional and attentive towards any concerns, issues or doubts. The field represents starting with Mr Dustin go above and beyond to address any questions or concerns before and after any work is done. When a company actually on a timely bases returns your calls, Tex s and emails says a lot. I will be using them in the future.

I am a Facilities Manager and got several paver jobs done in different properties. This means i have to deal with few paver contractors during the years. The truth is that now days you can find paver INSTALLERS everywhere thanks to social media
Yes, you will "save" few cents per SqFt. but don't get bamboozled you will pay it sooner than later. If you don't want headaches, if you don't want hidden fees, and instead wants a smooth project from start to finish. If you want a professional contractor that will stand behind the work and won't hide when you have an issue, a contractor that has an office and does not work from the back of the car, and uses cheap materials , then what you need is an alliance, yes Alliance Pavers, easy, secure professional and with excellent prices. Alliance Pavers did brick paving work on the entry of my home. They showed up on time and did the job quickly. It turned out great! Highly recommend them for any paving job.

Took forever to return my estimate which I thought was very high for the work I wanted done.

I was told the job, backyard retention wall, would be a day, a day and a half at most. My preferred rating would be zero stars, but its not allowed. Below was my experience:

Late arriving day 1 (weather)

Ran out of blocks - day 1...job not estimated properly

Trailer left behind causing issue w HOA

Blocks delivered day 2, but crew did not return (weather)

Day 3, Friday crew did not return (not sure why)

Saturday crew did not return (weather)

Monday crew returned, finished job

Alliance employee on site, confirmed crew should have cleaned after themselves better. Cleaned myself

A day later I noticed a busted sprinkler head and a section of the line broken in another area and not repaired.

Their response was I paid for what's in the ground and not an expectation the job would go as planned. Another excuse was they do not control the weather, which is quite obvious. However, you do own communicating if you aren't going to be able to meet expectations.

Alliance's sales staff was responsive and personable from start to finish. Competitive pricing, quick information turnaround and answered all questions. The field team installed our patio quickly with zero disturbance of the grass in the backyard or adjacent existing patio or driveway. Punch list items were handled next day with no haggling. Bottom line: they do what they say, when they say and with a high level of quality.

They re-seated the pavers around my pool, but broke the pool skimmer basket. After I told them this, no response.

Update: They did contact me once this review went up, but still nothing has been resolved.

I had travertine installed on my porch less than 2 years ago. The initial job was done well ; that included polymeric sand (which I paid for as an extra). However over the last year, the sealant (polymeric) sand is no longer evident in many places. There are several pavers along the back edge of the screen porch have dislocated from the adjoining pavers (1/4 to 1/2 gap). There was supposed to be drainage as part of install (no evidence of any drain put in) as a result there is a large pool of water that collects; causing excess water to get under the pavers and create separation (some could be due to the fact that the underlying sand was not compacted properly). I called another vendor who investigated and stated that the options to fix can be costly. Either install a drain from end to end; or reseal the area except the tiles will still have a gap/lip (up-down).

We had the privilege of hiring Alliance Pavers to complete our driveway project we have been looking forward to for what seemed years. The staff was helpful, we had our measurements, estimate, and appointment booked in a timely manner. They began the project on a Saturday (we actually preferred since we would be home during the installation). We have two small boys that wanted to help in every way. Although we thought they would drive them crazy, the crew was phenomenal and let our boys carry a few pavers here and there as they could handle. It was just perfect and our driveway turned out gorgeous! Thank you Alliance Pavers, you are all wonderful!

One of the worst companies that I ve had a misfortune of dealing with. Once I paid their deposit, we never received any follow up calls. I had to chase after the sales person to make sure they were attending to my project. 3-4 weeks after we received the contract we found out that they had not even scheduled our job. The only reason that we found out, was that I contacted them to check on their progress and they didn t have an answer for couple of days. They finally emailed me and told me that it ll be another 5 weeks. Their manager/president never returned my calls. When I complained to the president of the company via email, instead of apologizing or trying to rectify the situation, he responded by telling me that he s sending my deposit back because they can t handle their business. Waste of time and unbelievably careless....

I was referred by a friend in the new home construction business. After interviewing several contractors, I chose AP because of the confidence established through Cristian Batres and his assistance with the decision making process.

Installation was impressive under the direction of Marcelo.

The Superintendent, Dustin, was responsive and communicated well.

We are thrilled with our investment.

From the consultation to explaining exactly what work would be done and then making sure everything was completed exactly right. So, after reading the 1 star comments to see why this company was stared 1 star, I see why!!!!I first call the first week in February and no response to my quote request. Then I call about 2 weeks later and the lady told me I would be getting. A call for the quote.....now, another week later still no call and no show. They are not even picking up the phone .. so I'm taking heed to the 1 star reviews and running.. you can only play so long with a snake until you get bit.

DO NOT RECOMMEND-can't even give 1 star after my last phone call but then I can't leave a review-they extended my driveway 2 years ago and has been a nightmare since. Paid for 1 repair 12 months later to have the same issue happen. Had someone come out to the house and take pictures and no call back. I gave them the benefit that they would make it right -but 2 months later no luck-basically told me they are too busy to help and said they could come out in a few months-this all after I waited few months for a all back and a quote

I ve worked with Alliance Pavers for about 10 years now. Jeff, Kelly and Jay are excellent! As a project manager for some larger elite Vacation homes in Reunion sometimes we need repairs and they are always on the spot. Out on the job site right away. For our new construction jobs they are always great with sending proposals right away and their install crews are the absolute best 10/10!!!

An Exceptional organization. Being from the construction industry myself I can relate to how this company does business. They have great work ethic and integrity. We hired them to do our house in Reunion and they did an amazing job. Minor warranty related items were handled promptly even after they were paid in full. I would highly recommend Alliance Pavers.

Sometimes in life as well as business, things don't always go as planned. In business when they don't go as planned, the mark of an exceptional company is that which makes things right. Alliance pavers in my opinion is an exceptional company.
I selected them because of the flawless installation of driveway and front porch of my new home. When an extension of the rear patio was not at the same level of quality, they sent a crew which pulled up the entire prior work and made it right.

No excuses, no arguing, no discussion. The supervisor did not accept the work and ordered it done again. I did have to wait for some resource availability and reorder of materials.

How well things are done the first time is obviously important. But face it, things happen. Its how a company responds to make it right which is all the difference in the world!

The installer was very detailed and asked for my input while installing. I am so happy with the final result and I would definitely recommend and use Alliance again!

We looked everywhere for someone to install stacked stone to the front and back of our house. The company is extremely professional, responsive and courteous. We are already planning our next project with Alliance!

Samantha at Alliance Pavers was such a pleasure to deal with. While servicing a customers home my crew had a leaky container that damaged some driveway pavers that Alliance had previously installed. Sam went out of her way to help me make things right. We work in that neighborhood frequently and Alliance does all the paver installs in there. I can tell you they do beautiful installation work and use quality pavers. I highly recommend.

We wanted to add pavers and a retaining wall, as well as a few other add-ons for our back yard. Approximately 1700 sq ft. Christian came to our home to take measurements for an estimate. He told us we would have the estimate in 3 days. On the fourth day we called him and he said we would have it by the end of that day and if not then the following day for sure. Well that day came and went and so did the next day. We called him again for the estimate and this time he told us he was working on it and he would email it to us in 30 mins. Well it s been another 3 days since then and we have yet to hear from him. Needless to say we are going with another company. Alliance Pavers is completely unprofessional.

Highly recommend Alliance pavers! From the beginning till the end the entire process was made easy, everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional. Alliance pavers did an excellent job on my driveway and patio, gave me more space to work with. Dustin and his team were courteous, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend!

I called them 6months ago to give me an estimate to wash and reseal my pavers. Called two more times.. A Chris called and said he will be out .. still waiting on my quote. but I found another company who did a fantastic job.

I Called them them last Wed 6/19/2019 to give them another chase to add a sidewalk and spoke with Veronica and she saw on record I had called months ago.( remember they have record but no follow up if I got my estimate). Anyways she told me on 6/19 by Friday 6/21 David would call me to set up an appointment. It s 7days later NO PHONE CALL and I m in there backyard.. wow! Don t use them poor poor service!!!!!

Not a really serious company. I called two times recently and they don't even bother calling back. Very unprofessional.
