I was told the job, backyard retention wall, would be a day, a day and a half at most. My preferred rating would be zero stars, but its not allowed. Below was my experience:

Late arriving day 1 (weather)

Ran out of blocks - day 1...job not estimated properly

Trailer left behind causing issue w HOA

Blocks delivered day 2, but crew did not return (weather)

Day 3, Friday crew did not return (not sure why)

Saturday crew did not return (weather)

Monday crew returned, finished job

Alliance employee on site, confirmed crew should have cleaned after themselves better. Cleaned myself

A day later I noticed a busted sprinkler head and a section of the line broken in another area and not repaired.

Their response was I paid for what's in the ground and not an expectation the job would go as planned. Another excuse was they do not control the weather, which is quite obvious. However, you do own communicating if you aren't going to be able to meet expectations.
