Terrible company they waited four weeks to come and look for a estimate I was without power for a month and the day I scheduled they said it wasn't scheduled and we had to wait two more weeks and the lady at the desk is so disrespectful yelling back at me they need emergency services I have a one and five year old this company is terrible do not come here for anything and when I went into the building the lady closed the door on me ridiculous
I would never hire this company, didn t even work with them to realize they re incompetent. I had one of their drivers give major road rage over us being stopped for a SCHOOL BUS STOP. Sir, if you re driving a company car maybe you should represent that company at all times. Can t imagine him coming to a home to work if you had children.

Great company. I have had Luis from Terry's Electric over twice for work on my town home. I am from out of state, and they value my limited time. Very professional, friendly, fast and clean (and a great value). They know customer service... and they are great at it. I wish they were in my home state as well.
I described the job on the phone twice before they came, but when they showed up they told me the job couldn t be done?! It was to install lighted house numbers on a typical Florida cinder block house. Finally they said they could do it but it will cost ya!
they warned. That was Friday. They said they had to order a transformer. Monday came and went no call no show. Tuesday I called, still waiting on part. No call no show. A week went by I was told I would be called regarding updates. No one ever called. They basically just lie to you. I don t mind waiting, but tell me the truth, have some respect. Have you heard of Amazon? I could have a low voltage transformer, in pink, delivered to my door overnight?! Job still not done and I m extremely disappointed. I have used Terry s for so many jobs for more than 20 years, on different projects at my home and they always did a stellar job. Really sad.
After the hurricane I called becouse I had a down pole and mangled box the guys that came were so nice! Polite, did a awesome job! They showed up when said they would and had me up and going in a few hours!! Thank you so much! For a job well done! It's awfully hot in Florida to be out of power. My family thanks you!
I saw the bad reviews and switched contractors asap and im glad i did ive been waiting two weeks for a signed paper from them... everyday i call and im told they will send it out that day or call me, no one calls, but me asking for the signed paper!!! Customer service is non existent since Rodriguez in service lies so well, she tells you what you want to hear then does nothing, this is the kind of review you get when you try to lie yourself out of a situation stop blaming other employees in your own company and do your job. Look at the negative reviews and move on to a company thats responsible and treats customers as priorities.
Today, January 3, 2020, at 5:55 am, I was driving south on the 417 when one of your red vans came off of the 408 going south. Instead of merging behind me like a sensible human would do, he held the merge lane at probably 75 mph until he ran out of lane and completed his pass on the shoulder. He came within inches of clipping my right front wheel. The really bad thing is that I was driving a tanker hauling 8,800 gallons of gasoline. How stupid can you be?
Don't use this company!!!! They work slow. They leave equipment an materials all over in an unsafe manor. They've come out several times to the apartment I live in. They blast music early in the morning. They give a scheduled time as to when the electric will be off so you can do what you need to but then turn it off an hour earlier. They take everything apart quickly leaving pieces in walk ways in front of your apartment steps but work very slowly putting together. They have more than enough staffing but majority standing aroumd
Got a quote to rewire my house and garge they said 10k. I went to move on it and than they said it was only the house in the quote it will be another 5k for the garge I asked why and they started yelling at me and told me we are no longer doing your request.
Terable. The supervisor named Jody is not only rude to his employees but to the customers as well. I find this highly disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour for somebody who is representing a company.
Really bad workmanship in my New home build all screws all over where striped by the tech power tool, ,for life I have to deal with stripped screws, lights weren t aligned, they don t use measure tapes or levels all line of site why not you have to be in and out, crazy poor lighten in my home,

NO star definitely The worse company ever, , the electrician was friendly and responsible, but to do a few stuff at home they take 4 hours, because they charged for hour. Them, went you call the customer service is the worse ever, the lady in purchasing department Karen she take you message and she said she will call you, but that never happen, next day I call three times and she never respond, somebody else help me out. The supervisor Charlie supposed to do my estimated but they said he have a emergency, so they told me to keep waiting for the amount that I suppose to paid, which is a lot of money because they write on the report more stuff that they did. So, this message is for let people know that this company is not secure to trust and I don t want that nobody going thru this very bad experience, ask for price before any job, no sign any document with a right amount. BECAREFUL don t trust them
After an unpleasant experience with another area Electrician, I called Terry's.
They were courteous and responsive and fixed the issues with my GFI outlet in about 15 minutes and charged a reasonable amount.
I will use them for any electrical need that I have.
My power went out and the outside breaker almost caught fire. I called them at 10pm, someone came out and check pretty fast and charge $110 for checking for 5 minutes. They gave me a total bill of 1,000 to fix the next day. The next day i called early in the Morning, they had no idea who i was and didn't know a time they would send someone out to me. Long story short Very unprofessional company. Dont waste. Your time calling them !
I don't have them but I was just on my way home from taking my wife to work and one of there drivers almost ran me off the rode on john young at 6:35 am the driver was going at least 80 in a 55 just before 417 over pass he wasn't usein turning signlss or anything but im not the only person that he almost ran off the road but I had to slam on my brakes so he won't hit me I honked my Horn at him and he gave me the middle finger

Most worth service, absolutely horrible company and very unreasonable, we placed service order they said will come next week ok, but next week they even didn't show up and never call, I call them again ask them what happened they said will call me back but never call again, I never see such company and they working with electricity, I never will call them again.
Called Terry's Electric in Kissimmee on Wednesday June 24, to repair electric meter that KUA said needed service (before they hooked up new service). They came out on Thursday, June 25 about 11 am and the technician said I needed the meter replaced. He said he was going to pick up more supplies and he needed to pull permit. I asked if I would have electric that day ad he said yes. I didn't hear anything more so I called Terry's elec later on in the day to ask when they were coming back so I could get the electric on. The service technician, Karen, said they were not coming back that day (Thursday), they needed a permit from Osceola County but they didn't notify me of this. Friday morning I called at 8:05 am and Karen said they couldn't fix elec. until Tuesday. Why? Because KUA has to shut off (de energize) elec and they don't do that on Friday's and Monday's. I immediately called KUA and they do de-energize on Fridays. I called Terry's Elec back and told Karen that KUA could do it today (Friday) and then she said there were no material and it was ordered before my meter could be installed. Material was to be delivered on Tuesday. I asked to escalate to owner and she said the owner retired...who is in charge? Manager but he was in meeting until after lunch. It was evident that our elec would not be worked on until the following Tu. I asked to speak to mgr and then she finally called me back and said she got parts to fix our meter. First KUA had to come out to de-energize. They came out today and then called Terry's to come out to inistall meter (2 PM), but no call back. I called back at 3 pm but Karen again said Terry's can't come out. They have me scheduled for Monday morning when Osceola County scheduled the inspection.
This company is not truthful and unless you pay for emergency service, you get put behind all the other customers.
Stay tuned because I doubt my electric will be turned on Monday. Probably Tuesday which will be 5 days since I called to ask for service
Just now, 5:46 AM, the driver of the truck 15430 tailgated us in the right lane on East - West Expressway going West. Apparently he couldn't pass us legally in one of the three lanes on our left so he decided to drive in the rapidly ending merge lane and into the emergency lane on our right flipping us the bird. I think I'll post our dash cam footage on YouTube.
