One of the worst companies that I ve had a misfortune of dealing with. Once I paid their deposit, we never received any follow up calls. I had to chase after the sales person to make sure they were attending to my project. 3-4 weeks after we received the contract we found out that they had not even scheduled our job. The only reason that we found out, was that I contacted them to check on their progress and they didn t have an answer for couple of days. They finally emailed me and told me that it ll be another 5 weeks. Their manager/president never returned my calls. When I complained to the president of the company via email, instead of apologizing or trying to rectify the situation, he responded by telling me that he s sending my deposit back because they can t handle their business. Waste of time and unbelievably careless....
