Allan Nott Honda Toyota Review

I purchased a 2019 Honda Insight from Mark Youngpeter and I am thoroughly impressed with process. Mark worked to save me any hassle and worked out the financing the way that I wanted it done. I highly recommend Allan Nott.

I had been shopping for a new SUV for a couple of weeks when I stopped at Allan Nott. Ryan McPeeks met me at the showroom door and found the right vehicle for me. He knew the details of every option available and explained everything to me. The test drive was fun and informative. Matt Ricker was very friendly and made leasing a new CR-V so easy. Every question I had was answered and every concern addressed. I could not ask for a better buying experience. Robert Kneeland, Jr. walked me through the set up process when I came to pick up my new car later that day. He was very knowledgeable and made certain I was happy with everything from the detailing to the radio. They have a great team at this dealership and I will continue to do business here and recommend them to my friends and family.

Traded in my 2018 Ford Fusion for a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE. My salesman was excellent (George P.). He did a fantastic job getting everything around! I was greeted in a very polite and professional manner. He was able to work out a great deal on the trade-in and the price of the car. The process was a quick turnaround (other than the financing part from my financial institution). I never felt pressured, intimidated, or talked into a vehicle I didn't want. I love my 2017 Accord Hybrid!!! I am a repeat customer with this dealership. This was the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Allan Nott. My previous purchases were used, a Taurus, Neon, Prius and Accord. I have always been impressed at the ability and willingness they show to make the deal happen. The best thing about my most recent experience is that I wasn't "really" looking to buy a car but my sales person knew I had expressed an interest in the past in an Accord and love Hybrids so when the incentives for this car came out she and the General Manager put together a great deal that I couldn't resist. Now I have a new car that I love. Not to say there weren't some bumps along the way but we got everything worked out and I will be having a GREAT weekend!!! Needless to say I have and will recommend this dealership in the future.

Today i Purchased my second car from a Mr Adam Bowers and his team over at Allan Nott. I purchased the Honda Civic Type R and Mr Bowers was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. This team has been the absolute best to me and my family. Their customer service is just absolutely amazing. They were very straight forward, not trying to hide things. and even though i am new to driving a stick they where willing to help me with anything i needed! they have not only earned a single customer for life with myself but easily my whole family . I would 110% recommend that even if it is a drive its very much worth coming down just to be helped by anyone of the staff members they have on board. The service at Allan Nott Toyota for my warranty maintenance on my car was very professional and superb. I did not get my Toyota here and Leeland was more than acommodating . This is my second experience with the service department (1st time, recall service) and Allan Nott Service is top notched. Thank you for your professionalism.

We went in and worked with Bryan Risner and he helped us out so much to get the perfect car. The entire tram at Allen Knott was amazing and didn't stop until we felt content. They even stayed after hours for us! We left feeling great about our new car and will forever go to Allen Knott for all future cars!

Cody Thunberg is a service consultant at Allen Nott. I can only say that he is great. Has a way of making you feel at home. Being a woman I ve found that many average males don't give women credit for knowing about cars. He was completely understanding and listened to my concerns. He gave me a quote for repairs needed. Told me exactly how long they would have my car and gave me his card if any questions.
The reason I m giving Allen Nott 4 stars is not because of Cody but due to testing of my battery. I knew it was old and probably needed replaced. The service dept. tested it and said it was fine. Long story short. I was stranded at the Cincinnati airport due to a dead battery. I had to rent a car. Go back the next day. Get a battery from dealer. Have it installed. Then drive back to Lima. Wasted a day plus I thought my problem was due to repairs done not a dead battery. DO NOT HAVE THEM TEST YOUR BATTERY UNLESS THEY HAVE A NEW TESTER.

Misleading information from the employees and they break things on your car that wasn't broken before.

Feeling like a Customer is important when you purchase a vehicle from Allan Nott. From the moment we contacted John Gould and told him what we wanted, he went to work and delivered everything and more. Matt Ricker made all the paperwork fun and entertaining. My wife and I have purchased many cars from this dealership and our experience today is consistent with every other time we ve walked through the door. I purchased a Toyota 4 Runner SR5 E package today and could not be happier. No pressure but Dylan immediately got what I wanted and what I did not want. My sales person was Dylan, Matt did the finances and I did not get the young mans name that went over the technology of the vehicle. Professionals, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Bailey helped me to get my phone set up for lock n unlock. She was very helpful in getting it done. Evan was very helpful as well as I had called him even tho on vacation he took my call. I had locked my keys in the trunk n had no way to get into my car. So now I have my phone programmed to lock n unlock. I was in Dayton n only thing I could do was call a friend to get my spare keys n come all the way to Dayton to get me unlocked.

The service department is extremely nice clean and efficient. All the service employees are friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service in the service department. Treated very poorly. Vehicle continues to make noises while driving. Service manager did not address concerns. Very sarcastic attitude and looked in my overhead sunglass holder to see if that was the cause of the noise.

Great friendly service even to get air checked or an oil change , free coffee while you wait

This was my 2nd purchase from Allan Nott Toyota and I will definitely be going back when I'm ready for a new car! They were quick to alert me when I went in to talk to them about the car I looked at over the weekend that there were multiple deals that expired that day so I didn't miss out on them. They also gave me car a thorough look and gave me more money than they initially stated for my trade. There were also multiple special financing options, they ran each one multiple times to assure I was getting the best deal for my situation.

One special they were running was a free remote car starter installed, they called and set up an appointment for to have this installed at their cost.

My vehicle also comes with 2 years free maintenance, I will continue to go to the dealership for my maintenance needs even after the free period expires.

Visited White's Honda Toyota service dept. for the first time yesterday for a wheel alignment on my Lexus RC350. Found the experience orderly, efficient, and the personnel courteous and masked. Price was very reasonable as well.

I am always greeted with a smile and offered a shuttle ride if I need it. I love that I am debriefed about what was done to my car and I am consulted before anything additional is done. My husband and I visited the dealership to look for a Ridgeline as his "Retirement Truck", We were greeted by Ben Hashbarger, who answered all our questions and was knowledgeable in all aspects of Honda Retiree services. After test driving a vehicle, and deciding to purchase, he found exactly what we were looking for at another dealership.! He even took some time to show me the features of my CRV that I wasn't aware of because it was a surprise present from my husband at my retirement party a few years ago. Definitely going above and beyond in service! We were there on a Monday, the truck was delivered and pinstriped, and we picked it up on a Friday! He even scheduled my 2017 CRV for service that morning so we could get both things accomplished at the same time. His follow up was great, and knowing I was a Buckeye fan, he asked if I wanted my CRV pinstriped while there for service.......and it looks AWESOME!!
We were highly satisfied with every aspect of this dealership and would not go anywhere else when it comes time to trade up to a new vehicle.

This review is a long time coming and well deserved. With the exception of my very first car, every one I have had since has been purchased or leased at Allan Nott. To give you a sense of how much I like this dealership, I live in Chicago and DRIVE there! John Gould has always been so helpful with finding the right vehicle for me and now my family. He is so friendly, knowledgable, easy to work with and prompt in responding to questions and he always, ALWAYS, finds the best deal. I can't say enough. He's like family to us.

This last trip, I was fortunate to have Avery Van Hassel show me the features of my new vehicle. There were so many!! He knew them all, was able to answer every question of mine and even showed me things I would never have noticed. When I saw a spot on the one seat, he immediately had it cleaned. He also installed the middle seat in the second row of my minivan for me. The funny thing is, since we took care of the credit process online beforehand, it took longer to learn about the features than it did to sign paperwork!

I have bought 3 Camrys from Allan Nott. I appreciate the courtesy, service and people at Allan Nott. I fully intend to continue doing my business here.

We needed a replacement car and had excellent service from Marcia Sites two years ago. I called Marcia who recommended a vehicle which was waiting for us by the door upon our arrival at the dealership. The negotiation was hassle free and Bryan Risner quickly prepared the paperwork. I plan on purchasing our next vehicle with Marcia and Bryan later this year since they always give great service.

My fj cruiser was vibrating in 2nd and 3rd gear at 1500-2200 rpms. They told that my car made a high pitch whine and the vibrating is coming from my tires not being balanced. I asked how much life is left in my transmission, they couldn't tell me. Got my tires balanced, still vibrating. Got a 2nd opinion on my transmission, the transmission is perfectly fine. The vibration was coming from the wrong fuel type and lack of air in the intake since it needed a cleaning. Love that I lost 95$ for nothing.

10/10!! Going into the second month with my 2017 Rav 4 and I absolutely love it! I purchased from Brandon Kerr at Allan Nott in Lima. Even though I live in Columbus I prefer to travel to deal with Brandon for every car I have purchase and have for years now. He's great at what he does! He eased my concerns from switching from (what I thought was my favorite brand) Nissan into Toyota and it was seemless. He reassured me I was making the right decision regarding safety features with my kids and the financial decision wth 0% APR left no guesswork. I was looking for a new Honda model (Clarity) and contacted 7 Ohio Honda dealers looking for a certain exterior/interior color combination. 3 dealerships never called me back and the other 3 told me what they had in inventory and that it was my only choice.
I contacted Dylan Legge at Allan Nott Honda---they didn't have the car I wanted in stock but, he was the only person that searched other dealers for the car. Within 24 hours he had found the car that I wanted and had it within a couple of days.

Got a repair and extra lights came on. But. They fixed the promblem.

My daughter and I spent several hours in your establishment with salesman Brian. We drug him all over the lot, asked countless questions, drove several different cars. We received great information, good conversation and what I believe to be a very good deal. As soon as the deal was made, we were out the door in no time and headed home in my new car! I love driving my new Prius and the fuel mileage is phenomenal, 53.2 mpg is the best so far!!!

My husband and I had stopped for lunch on our way to Cincinnati. Upon returning to the car, it wouldn't start. My Honda is only three years old. We called our dealer in Toledo and AAA. Since the tow truck driver didn't know what the problem was, we had it towed to the nearest car dealer - ALLAN Nott in Lima - 30 miles away. Knowing nothing about the dealership, we were very nervous about the quality of care we would receive as "Out of Towners" without an appointment. The entire staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They allowed our dog into the waiting area. Jessica Randall kept us informed of the progress. Jeff, the service manager, followed through with us once the car was ready to go. Everyone was sympathetic to our situation and worked to complete the job in a timely manner. THANK YOU!!!

The salesman we worked was fantastic- 5 stars for him. One star for the terrible mechanics. First oil change they didn't screw the bolt back on tight enough and it was leaking oil. Second oil change I asked for a tire rotation as well. Car drove fine before, very smooth. Now its shaking terribly and I'm suddenly told I need an alignment. Yes, since you've messed it up, I do. But I won't be bringing it to your service department. Find a trusted mechanic for your service needs. Not here.

Recently bought a new CRV from Allan Nott---this is the 3rd new vehicle I have purchased from them----I return because of their outstanding customer service and their "No BS Style" of negotiating--they could not have been friendlier or more courteous---all of our needs were satisfied---we will be back in a few years to buy #4 !!

Brandon Kerr made the car buying experience so easy! This was my first time car shopping that wasn t an extremely stressful experience with sales people pressuring me. Everyone was friendly, and Brandon knows everything there is to know about buying or leasing, trading in, etc. I highly recommend utilizing him for your vehicle needs.

We waited about four weeks for our Scion to come in because it was a new special version. Allan Nott Toyota was quick to prep the car out once it came in and we got it the next day. In the end it was a great experience and no one can beat the free car washes!

We just bought a new 2018 Honda CRV EX from Allan Nott Honda Toyota. Our sales consultant, Ryan McPeeks did a wonderful job showing us the car and explaining all the features. He was very knowledgeable on the car and answered any questions we had. Purchasing a new car had been something on our radar for quite a while and Dealing with Ryan was a very enjoyable experience. The color we wanted was not in stock at the dealership but they were able to locate one and had it delivered and ready for us to pick up later that same day.
Our delivery specialist, Robert Kneekand did an excellent job also when it was time for us to pick up our CRV. He went over everything and explained all the functions and features to us.

My first time visiting was fabulous . During the car check in I was offered a shuttle ride to get some lunch . I was offered water and coffee . The employees when walking by the open waiting room made sure they spoke to the patrons . I was made to feel at home . Allen Nott Honda is Awesome

I recently purchased a used Toyota. The sales and service team were outstanding and corrected small detail items at the time of sale. I was a very happy customer. Three weeks later, I finally learned all of the many options that enhanced the driving experience. However, I discovered one option that did not function at all. Upon discussing the faulty option with the sales and service team, I was told that I did not purchase the extended warranty and therefore had to pay a diagnostic fee to troubleshoot the problem. I think that s what they mean by service after the sale .
