The here were kind, and actually listened to what we wanted and how much we could afford. George did not try to force a sale on us, and when we wanted to return to see the vehicle again, we called him (not knowing it was his day off), and he connected us to Thomas. Thomas the manager worked with our budget and schedule. He allowed us to pick up or children from school as we test drove the vehicle which helped us make a decision because we got to use the car the way we would use it just about everyday (4 carseats, 2 toddlers, 2 infants, and an adult male in the middle :/). Matthew did not try to force warranties on us, and was very personable. Avery made sure we knew how to work all the technical aspects of the vehicle and laughed at all my corny jokes. Overall, we had what seemed to be a dream team. I've car shopped before, and they made this daunting task actually pleasurable. To be honest, everyone there seemed kind and approachable. You did not get the dog eat dog vibe from anyone. If you are looking to buy a new or used car, and want great (not pushy) customer care, I would definitely recommend Allen Nott everytime.

I owe an update here. While my first visit was pretty bad, I went in and talked with the maintenance supervisor. Since he set me up with a specific service writer and an experienced mechanic, things have gone pretty well.

I moved to Lima and brought my truck in for one service, but will not use this company again. The conversation went something like this:
Me- I have a misfire. My last mechanic already changed plugs, wires and a Mass Air Flow Sensor. I'd like you to pick up where they left off. Records for everything is in the glove box.
Tech- It looks like we should change the spark plugs as the first step.
Me- Alright... I've already changed plugs. Those plugs are new, and they didn't fix the issue. What's the next step?
Tech- Changing plugs would be a good first step.
Me- Do you have any idea what you're looking for? Plugs, wires and MAF sensor are all new, and didn't fix the issue. What is the NEXT step?
Tech- It's just that spark plugs are usually the first thing to change, so we think that you should start there.
Me- I'm paying for this diagnosis?
Tech- Yes, $120 so far.

Anyway, I'm sure there might be a good Tech or two at this facility, but wouldn't recommend their services based on my first encounter.

We have been a tried and true Toyota customer for years. We routinely visit Allan Nott's service department for routine maintenance of our vehicles. They do a fantastic job and are always pleasant to deal with. After many satisfied miles, it was time to trade in the 4-runner and we decided to down size to the highlander. Our salesman, Evan Miller, was courteous and very helpful in locating the vehicle that we were interested in and answered all of our questions. My husband and I met at the dealership to sign paperwork and take the Highlander home, but it was not to be. During detailing, as we signed paperwork, an accident occurred that left the Highlander blemished at the passenger door. Evan was very apologetic and everyone at the dealership activated to help us find a satisfactory solution. I went home in my 4-Runner, but by the end of the week, the repair was finished and all of the extras were on the Highlander. It looked beautiful. I think that Evan and the dealership went above and beyond fixing the damage and compensating us for our time and trouble. Although it was not a pleasant surprise, we are very satisfied with the vehicle and service and we plan to continue our relationship with the dealership. We appreciated their ability to own the problem and find an acceptable solution.

Horrible service department. Filled my truck frame with white grease and it's been dripping all over the garage and driveway for six weeks now. Walk through it by accident and it's ruined shoes and carpet. I was told by the service manager that it would drip for three months. I will never buy another Toyota after talking to Toyota manufacturer customer service.

The guys at Allan Nott did a great job! This was our most enjoyable car buying experience ever! Steve Dawson is completely knowledgeable about the products he sells. He, Josh Gould and Tyler Hepp all stayed late after closing time so we could take our new Toyota Highlander home on a Friday night. There were no high pressure tactics and all of them were complete professionals and just all around good people!

We've never owned a Toyota and we just love our new vehicle. The car came equipped with high quality floor mats, something you just don't see these days,

We were invited back Saturday morning for a training session on all the new technology and we even had lunch at the Octoberfest Cookout!

My wife and I have driven through their lot on several occasions looking at vehicles. The thing that really turns me off to a dealership is when they don't put the price on the vehicle. I don't want to waste my time with a salesman if the vehicle is out of my price range.

Incident #1 - I had a fog light that literally fel...

Incident #1 - I had a fog light that literally fell out of the housing on a brand new car. I went there to get it fixed, they said "ohh, I'll call you right away and we'll get it fixed". A few days later it was in but they couldn't get me in until after Labor Day (hey, I had to work that day and you didn't - SMH). They said that my car was still safe to drive so I continued to drive. Yesterday the light literally fell out and was dragging on the road on my way to work. I had to put it back in the housing so it wouldn't do more damage. I took it in today and now they said since it fell out they have to get another part to put this back in place. Why didn't you take it out the first time so this wouldn't happen? Anyways the wait continues for this part. They say it will take a few days but by the time I can finally make time to bring the car in it will probably be another week. Ohh, and the worse part? I took a few hours of vacation time so I could get this fixed too. I think this could have been avoided if they only could have taken the light out since it was not secured in the housing. This is my first service call on a brand new car so that's the only reason why this wasn't lower than a one star. Thanks for the vacation time Allen Nott.

Incident #1, Part 2 of this story:
After being told that I would be contacted and that the part I needed would need to be ordered I waited for them to call. For eight days. I never received a call so I had to call them to see where the part was and how much long I needed to wait. LO AND BEHOLD, after I inquired on its whereabouts when I called, they had the part! How many days has it been sitting there!!?? Why did I have to call and find out its whereabouts when I was told that I would be getting a call. Who was responsible for communicating with me??!! Someone didn't do their job.

Incident #2 - I asked about my brakes and a rattling/clicking noise in the rear of my car. I said I think I ran over something because it clicks when I drive. "Here, drive my car and see and listen with the window down, you'll hear it click". Well the brakes needed fixing for sure but later that day when leaving work I find that the nail that I found when I got home to change was in my tire was still there when I left, when I assumed it was fixed since they said they'd drive it and see and I told the department tech about the clicking. Nope. Went back to Allen Nott from my 1/2 day at work (taking vacation the other 1/2 to fix the brakes) with 19 pounds of tire pressure left, you guessed it from the nail still in my car tire. I get to the service department at 7pm since they close at 730pm according to their social media hours. They went home already. I told a car salesman walking by outside the service department when I inquired where they were. I asked him to help me, "boy I wish I could help you since its 7pm and we close in 30 minutes, I think Firestone is still open". I wished they would have listened to me initially when I brought the car there in the first time verses take another vacation half day to fix the REST of the problem. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS CONCERNS SO THIS DOENS'T HAPPEN. TAKING TWO VACATION DAYS TO FIX A CAR PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LISTEN THE FIRST TIME IS ASTONISHING. I can't wait for the Honda survey to come in my inbox.

I have either purchased or leased my last two Prius' at Allan Nott and have always received quick, thorough, and courteous service. Explanations on everything completed are easily presented and well documented. This past service was the first one I had to pay for due to my original service agreement. I look forward to doing business in the near future with the helpful and courteous sales personnel as my lease is nearing completion.

Poor service! Bought a 13 van that was supposedly went threw and serviced. Oil change light comes on two weeks after the sale. Smart pay plan is a joke gets paid once a month not weekly as I was told. By a quality finance guy!!! I WILL NEVER buy from them again! Go to Tom Ahls. Save your self a headache and hassles.

My initial phone call with Brandon Kerr left me with a feeling of honesty, as I felt he was very upfront and straightforward. I live in Tennessee, so I was not able to view the car in person. Brandon went out of his way by washing the car, taking photos and even sending me a video. I would not consider myself an impulsive buyer and do a lot of research before making big investments. I ended up buying this car without even seeing it, and I am thrilled with my purchase and how easy the dealership made this process for me. We were at the lot after hours (by about 45 minutes), looking at Nott's selection. We noticed one of the more expensive models had a magnetic tag in the bed of the truck and was unlocked.
We had seen a few people milling about inside so my nephew went up and knocked on the glass to tell them. The sales guy or finance guy was very short and dismissive.

When the adults headed toward the entrance a tall guy with salt and pepper hair was quick to say we're closed in a rude manner and even after we explained we just wanted to let them know a tag was left in the truck, he asked 'which one' and was not appreciate in any way whatsoever.

We will never purchase a vehicle at this lot. Horrible. And their selections of Toyotas is horrible.

I left a review on the dealers website. Here is the brief version. The vehicle is a 2018 Honda CRV.

I was driving the car and suddenly I noticed a crack in the windshield. Nothing had hit the car. I called the salesman to see what the next steps should be and he told me to make an insurance claim. That told me that before I even brought it in, they were not going to cover the repair. I told him that nothing had hit the windshield.

I took it to the dealer a few days later. When I dropped it off, the person in the service bay looked at the windshield and agreed that there was no sign of an impact. The next day they called me at work and they said that the the windshield had been hit and they would not cover the replacement under the warranty.

There were also some other petty issues not done during the maintenance visit (complementary car wash and vacuum) and it showed me that Allen Nott is not a dealership that I will ever give any money again. Buyer beware.

Smartest thing i have ever done! I watched used tundra pictures, miles, and pricing online for a year. I finally found the perfect truck online at Allan Nott Honda & Toyota. I talked to Brandon at 9:30 in the morning, by 10:51 Brandon had texted me back with the following picture. My Tundra was on its way! The carfax stated the original owner bought this vehicle at Allan Nott Honda & Toyota, had all maintenance faithfully done there, and finally traded it in their. During the buying process Brandon even called me for the soul purpose to say he had just looked at the vehicle and it is absolutely cherry. I have had the truck a month now and I am still trying to get the interior as clean as the day the delivered it to me. Bravo Allan Nott Honda & Toyota!!!

The notification by the service department about items that I should be aware of and may choose to go ahead with a maintenance now or wait for a future maintenance. I love my Honda and will never own any other make of car. It is comfortable and reliable and thanks for keeping it in such great condition.

I purchased a used car, paid in full on the day of sale. Drove from another state to get the car. Drove the car for one week and one day and the check engine light came on. AutoZone advised the problem is an oxygen sensor, around a $300.00 fix. I called my salesman Brandon K. and advised the problem. Brandon K told me I bought the car as is but stated the dealership wants their custmers to be satisfied he said would speak to his manager and call me back. Brandon had great communication and the dealership and I were able to come to a very satisfactory solutuion to this problem. I would highly recommend Allan nott dealership and Brandon K.

Hands-down, the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Given the model, style, color and options I wanted, there were only 7 left in the country to be found. I was negotiating with the 3 closest Toyota dealerships to me (Kentucky. Tennessee & Ohio), and Steve Dawson offered me the best price (plus added the options that weren't already on the truck), and gave me the highest price for my trade-in. And to prove just how good the deal was...I drove 856 miles round trip from Wisconsin (15+ hours total), to make it all happen! Once I arrived, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Steve was there to greet me right away and make sure the entire process went smoothly. Matt Ricker took me through the purchasing process quickly and seamlessly. And, Tyler Hepp walked me through all of my vehicle's amazing features, programmed my home address into the GPS, set-up my Bluetooth and synced my phone with my new vehicle so I could listen to my favorite music on Pandora all the way home. It was a long day for me, but I have absolutely no regrets. Thanks for everything guys!

Looking for a car is never easy, but Evan Miller has the so much knowledge that it makes the process so simple. He's very professional and will make sure you get in the vehicle that you love! Super nice guy and personable. Josh in finance also makes sure that you get the best deal available as far as warranty and long term precautions for the vehicle. Also the delivery specialists, specifically tyler and Damien were great they made sure that you know all the ins and outs of your new vehicle. How often do you get to be the first person to drive a new car with only 1 mile on the odometer?! I have been a Honda owner for 15 years and just leased (for the first time!) my 2nd Accord. Honda is the best and most reliable car I have ever owned. Many thanks to Mark Youngpeter for his salesmanship in helping me get a car that would fit my budget. And thanks to Damien Dudgeon for his patience and technical expertise in explaining all the new bells and whistles.

After a bad day of my 2010 CR-V blowing a compressor on the highway over 200 miles from home, we ended up having the vehicle towed to the closest dealership within the 100 mile limit AAA offered, which ended up being Allan Nott. We were quoted for the repair work quickly and efficiently and when I said we may be interested in trading instead, I was put in touch with Dylan. I've never in my life worked with such an understanding, professional and patient car salesman who honestly seemed to care about our experience and best interests. We discussed the trade-in value, and I mentioned the possibility of trading in our other Honda Civic as a 2-for-1 towards a new-to-us car. Dylan found a terrific used Odyssey on the lot and began trying to figure out the best deal he could. Unfortunately, within two days, I had to call him to let him know that the Civic had been in the shop and needed major repairs too. I figured all hope was lost. No- Dylan to the rescue! We put the poor man through the wringer in trying to find any possible way to make it work, and in the end, he spoke with the manager and finance guys and we ended up getting an extra $500 on the Civic that let it be an even trade, so they took two vehicles that needed work and we got a great car in great shape at no out of pocket to us. They are even coming to our home, 100 miles away, to tow the Civic back to their lot! Where the truly exceptional part comes in was the fact that Dylan stayed well past his anticipated time to leave while we sat on the curb trying to decide if we wanted to do this deal or just take a check for the CR-V. I've rarely been so slow on making a decision and he never pressured us, just checked in and offered some feedback to help with the decision. When we made our decision, it was past closing, but Bob (the manager) stayed on, as did Josh, from Finance, to get everything finished. They called back the detailing crew to finish prepping the car for us, and Josh ended up coming back twice when there were additional things we needed. Dylan worked in the dark back lot to change the plates and give us enough time to clear out our SUV. The process was as smooth and seamless as could be and in the end, we have a vehicle we're thrilled with. I will ABSOLUTELY return to Allan Nott for my next vehicle and send anyone I know their way. It was the best end to a bad situation and I'm grateful to Dylan for his hard work to make it happen.

Took the Tundra in for the 2nd annual Polysteel treatment and got the truck back looking like new. They buffed out a small scratch and cleaned the interior and windows flawless. Almost hate to drive it in the Dec weather. They always go over and above in Service. Ben is the best Toyota salesman including after the purchase care. Been very happy here for years.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had on any car and at any dealer I have dealt with. We had been searching for a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite for some time, and after many dealers that either inflated the price due to the low supply and the high demand for them, or low balled our trade in, Allan Nott came in with by far the best package possible. We were able to walk out with the exact car we wanted, with the accessories we wanted and feeling like we got the best offer on our trade-in possible. Given the circumstances, everyone helped us wrap up the deal in the most timely manner possible. To top it off the sales staff, starting with Tim Hansen was so accommodating. We had driven 2 hours to purchase this car and had our 2 month old baby with us. Tim made sure that we were always comfortable and that we had everything we needed while there. Eric Martin the GM was able to help us secure the deal with all the terms of the agreement in our best interest. Then we got to meet the Finance Manager Matt Ricker, and even though we had come in with a pre-approval at a great rate, Matt worked his magic to get us an even better rate. Once the paperwork was signed and everything was in order, Krista Berridge walked us through how to operate all the features and options in our new vehicle, and made sure she had answered any questions we might have had at delivery. At the end of the day we were astounded with their overall service and professionalism and truly enjoyed working with everyone at this dealership. We would gladly make the 2 hour drive anytime we need a new Honda, knowing that we would get the best deal and service possible.

My husband and i came in knowing exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. As soon as we were in the door, our salesman Dylan came up and helped us narrow down our picks. We got a awesome 2015 with hardly any miles on it and a price in our budget. Also, Matt (our Finance person) was informative and fast! I always hated how long paperwork used to take when buying a vehicle.
Dylan was very friendly, accommodating, informative, and up front about everything. We highly recommend him (Dylan Legge) as your salesman, and buying your Honda from this dealership!

Purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot almost a year ago. Had several problems after pieces missing from the car, had to take it back in for ozone treatments to get out a smoke smell (after being promised nobody ever smoked in the vehicle). The Pilot started to get jerky so my husband took it to a different dealership to trade it in since we ve had so many problems. That s where we learned the vehicle has been in an accident!! Not once did the salesman EVER say the car we had purchased was in an accident. He actually assured us over and over he was selling us a car with a clean car fax. Had we known it wasn t a clean car fax we never would have purchased the vehicle in the first place. Very dishonest.
