Cody Thunberg is a service consultant at Allen Nott. I can only say that he is great. Has a way of making you feel at home. Being a woman I ve found that many average males don't give women credit for knowing about cars. He was completely understanding and listened to my concerns. He gave me a quote for repairs needed. Told me exactly how long they would have my car and gave me his card if any questions.
The reason I m giving Allen Nott 4 stars is not because of Cody but due to testing of my battery. I knew it was old and probably needed replaced. The service dept. tested it and said it was fine. Long story short. I was stranded at the Cincinnati airport due to a dead battery. I had to rent a car. Go back the next day. Get a battery from dealer. Have it installed. Then drive back to Lima. Wasted a day plus I thought my problem was due to repairs done not a dead battery. DO NOT HAVE THEM TEST YOUR BATTERY UNLESS THEY HAVE A NEW TESTER.
