Initially requested a leasing quote due to the great reviews on line. From the beginning, Marcia was very straight forward when working out a deal. All the staff, was very friendly. No BS or pressuring. No hidden fees the deal was exactly as we discussed. Drove over an hour for my new car and would gladly make the trip again. Definitely recommend.

I have bought a lot of cars at Allan Nott Honda. Everyone is very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions. Didn't plan on buying a car that day, but everyone worked quickly and the deal was done and we are very satisfied with the purchase.
Just like what you watch on the TV about scam mechanics, the Toyota dealer in Lima is one of them.
They claimed they had replaced the intake manifold gaskets on my vehicle during a service visit. They charged me for parts and service, but they never performed the work.
Shortly after I left the Toyota dealer, I began feeling some vibration from the engine bay during idle conditions. It wasn't major at the beginning, but it became larger over time.
The check engine light eventually came on, and I took it to a local mechanic. Two of the cylinders misfired. The mechanic performed a smoke test, and determined the intake manifold had some leaks.
I drove the car for several more weeks until it became bad enough that I had to take it to have it fixed. The mechanic confirmed the intake manifold gaskets were original, and damaged.
The intake manifold gaskets had never been replaced by the Toyota dealer contrary to charging me for parts and services.

The intake manifold gaskets were indeed never replaced, but I was charged for it. They commit theft and robbery in broad daylight.
They sell you parts and services you don't need. They charge you for parts they don't install and services they don't provide.
Use Better Business Bureau to file your complaints to them. Stay away from this dealer at all costs.
This is the worst customer service I have experienced with a car dealership. I called this establishment inquiring about purchasing my vehicle early from a lease. After speaking to a man he assured me he would call back this shouldn't be a problem. 2-3 weeks later I call back and this person told me, oh I got busy. This should of been my first clue. He replied he will have someone contact me. Another gentleman called and replied sure we can do that. Great I believed this, second mistake. I never received a phone call back in regards to being able to buy the vehicle or not. I send Eric Martin a e-mail and he responded saying he will have someone contact me. I received one phone call when I was working and could not talk, the gentleman replied he will call back. Guess what, no return call. I send another e-mail to Eric Martin and I received no response from him or anyone else. So I guess my little bit of business is unimportant to this establishment and there is absolutely no follow through with anyone. I guess you live and learn.
This place is top notch. Brandon was exteremely patient with me and was super easy to work with. Dispite the crazy questions I asked and the in and out I did because it was my first time buying a new car. He talked me through the whole process couldn't be more happy with my purchase.. Thanks for being a great honest no pressure kinda dealership. Of the 6 I talked to you guys never pushed too hard. Fair pricing and great customer service. Thanks again
The sales man, Brody, took time to actually listen to what we were looking for and gave me the best options in my price range! He was completely transparent about the entire process and explained everything in depth. Steve in finance was very helpful and was very quick with the process. Finally, Scott was knowledgeable in explaining the technology and features in my new car. I am so appreciative of the professional and friendly atmosphere. This was the third time I ve obtained a vehicle from Allan Nott, & I ve gotten excellent service each time. This time my salesperson was Krista Berridge, & she went far beyond the call of duty to find the EXACT vehicle I was looking for - a gorgeous orchid white 2017 Accord EX-L V6 that I m already in love with despite having it for less than a week at this point. She has followed up to check whether I had any questions or concerns & the whole experience with her has just been my best buying experience ever! Can t say enough about how awesome she was & the rest of the team at Allan Nott as well!
When I lived in St. Marys, Ohio, I had exclusively purchased Hondas at Allan Nott from 1986 until 2012 when I retired and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. My first purchase was a 1985 CRX that I bought in 1986. Chock Norris was the fantastic salesman. Over the years, I bought several Hondas from Chock. When our two children were still at home and in college, we had 4 Hondas at our house. I had a 1991 CRX, my daughter had an Accord, my son had a Civic and my wife had an Odyssey. I later replaced my CRX buying a new 2007 Honda Ridgeline from Chock. I drove more than 60 miles per day round trip between home in St. Marys to work in Lima. I drove over 200,000 miles on my 1985 CRX and over 280,000 miles on my 1991 CRX. I loved these two cars. Allan Nott Honda serviced all of these cars, doing an excellent job every time. In Las Vegas, I am buying Hondas from Findlay Honda. My wife has leased one CRV and purchased a 2013 CRV. I brought another Ridgeline. We bought a new 2015 Honda Fit for our granddaughter when she graduated from high school in Lebanon, Ohio so she could commute to college. We have exclusively purchased Hondas for more than 30 years after my initial purchase in 1986, thanks to Chock Norris at Allan Nott Honda.
We had visited a few dealers, but as we drove through the lot at Allan Nott one evening, Brodey approached us to say "Hi", and to briefly tell us a little bit about the dealership. He gave us his card, and we were impressed with his helpful, friendly manner. We had a few models in mind, and were able to text Brodey a couple of days later with some questions and to get some quotes. His response was prompt, friendly and professional - made us feel like we were important to him and the dealership. When we went for a test drive today, Brodey was positive and patient with us. He had a few options for us to look at, and answered all our questions, plus questions we didn't even know we had. We ended up buying a Passport, and our buying experience couldn't have been better - we met many smiling, helpful people at the dealership. Another very helpful person was Haden Best. We spent a great deal of time going over the features of our new SUV, and changing some of the default settings. His friendly and knowledgable presentation really helped us understand our car. We are thrilled with our new car, and we are equally excited about the relationships we built at Allan Nott.
I had the best experience with Steve! I had inquired about possible financing options, and he took the details that I gave him about what I was looking for, and gave me several options. I had a lot of questions and Steve was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely be back to Allan Nott and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!

Very helpful staff. I had my Toyota serviced here for the takata airbag recall, they took care of things quickly and even shuttled me to the nearby mall while I waited. The gentleman that drove me to the mall was very nice, and the serviceman that took care of my car was very personable and even walked me out to make car to make sure everything was as it should be. Great customer service!
We looked online to narrow down our selections. We were able to test drive from those selections within 15 minutes. Sales persons were friendly and knowledgeable.
Told me my van had a recall and I took it in. They charged me $104.00 to look at it and tell me it wasn't a recall after all. They "fixed" the problem by turning off the check engine light, and telling me to come back in if the light came back on. Horrible service

Excellent work within the garage. Great service from them. No proper covid-19 precautions for ANY of the folks inside in the waiting area and offices. There was an elderly gentleman and the office workers did nothing to maintain social distancing. Area still has new confirmed cases so this is unsettling.
Changed the name. Same service department. A few years ago I took my Toyota FJ to have a problem diagnosed. The representative came out and told me what was wrong and that it was going to be 3k in repairs and wanted to know if I wanted to schedule and appointment. Of coarse I didn t so I took it to Ft.Waynes dealership and they diagnosed it. Only cost me 100$ to fix the issue. That was strike one for me. A month or two back I was in the market for a van. They had one for sale, great price and what not. We show up and it had a broken windshield. We liked the van and they said they would replace the windshield. It is still broken. That is basically strike two. Yesterday I thought I would give the service department another chance. So I called and described the issue. What I needed was some old broken bolts backed out. Nothing that would leave me without a vehicle or something that couldn t be finished later. I get off work at 3 and it s a 45min drive. So they said be there at 3:45 and we will see what we can get done. I went and they didn t even bother. Said it would take all day and didn t try to get a single one out. I m done with your business and will take my business to Ft.Wayne for both my vehicles
Just seamed like because it was busy and had a disgruntled guest in the lobby they were just going through the motions the first visit was great so I'm hoping Monday was not their normal everyday service
What I like most about this dealership is that they are not a high pressure sales dealership They let u think about your purchase. Steven and Adam Cox are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. I've purchased a number of cars and a pickup from them and would go back in a heartbeat
I stopped by and was greeted immediately by Mark Youngpeter. Mark listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and got to know me and my family. He had a 2018 Accord ready for me in no time. We are a Toyota family, but haven't always had great experiences at dealerships. We were on a road trip this weekend and began to hear loud rattling under the front of our Corolla. Being over 2 hours from home made this a bit disconcerting. I googled the nearest Toyota dealer and changed our route to see if they would be kind enough to do a courtesy check for us. Wow! Did they EVER! The service manager, Mr Sousa took us in like we were his regular customers! We were encouraged to relax, grab a drink, and let him take the problem off our hands. He came back in less than 15 minutes, told us that a couple of corroded bolts were the problem. He had already repaired them, making the piece stronger than ever, and didn't charge us a thing! It may not be normal to drive over 2 hours to buy a Toyota from a particular dealer, but we will certainly consider doing just that because of this EXCEPTIONAL experience.
Our family has either purchased or leased 5 Hondas from Allan Nott. I am leasing an '09 Civic and I have been very satisfied with the services from Allan Nott. Their service department is very professional and polite. I never have to worry if the job is done right. Peace of mind with a dealership goes a long way in my mind.
We strayed a bit from this dealership as a former salesperson we had a relationship with had left. I was turning in a lease at another dealership and wanted to look at my options back here at Allan Nott. I found Brodey to be an exceptional salesman to work with. Not only did we talk for nearly a month about different options, but he also had everything set up when we arrived to test drive a few that would fit our needs and budget. We threw in a curveball at the end and said we wanted to get two vehicles instead of just the one originally we were working with. We came to get an idea for what we should be saving for in the next 6 months. We test drive 2 vehicles. They have now called me 9 times within 2 weeks, left a voice mail each time. I spoke with the person that showed is around and explained that we were only looking and would be making our decision in February. Also explained that I would prefer to receive a text instead of a call. The girl in the office then proceeded to call me 7 times and the gentleman helping us had called twice. We will not be going back simply because of the way they have handled things.
I am a loyal customer, for the past 20 yrs, every used car I purchased was maintained to the maximum expectation before it was put on the lot to be sold. If there was anything that I was not happy about, a dent or problem, the response would be..we will take care of that, and they would. One time, I had a limited budget, and I noticed a car I liked, and the dealer said..I won t put you in that car, it would be good for work, but not a trip to Florida. He had a Chevy Malibu, which was not what I had imagined buying from there. He said trust me.you will be saying..that man at Alan Nott put me in a great car! It was.. i drove it for 8 yrs with no problems just reg maintenance. Alan Nott s devotion to customer satisfaction is outstanding! Purchasing a used vehicle from many miles away takes a great deal of trust and support. Our sales guy Brandon was so polite, friendly and patient with us from start to finish. I needed for him to tell me everything he could about the Jeep, and he did so without hesitation and with total honesty, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear, about the Jeep. He made sure that they gave the Jeep a through safety inspection, tune up and a full detail that I was very impressed with. He never pressured me into buying it and he even drove it himself to make sure it was satisfactory. My brother went there to pick it up for us and Brandon was kind enough to pick him up from the rent a car place where he dropped off the rental, and drove him to the dealership to pick up the Jeep. Everything went as smooth as butter and we are so happy with our new Jeep. I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again, Brandon even text me to make sure my brother made it to Colorado safely. I had a really good experience working with Jon Keysor and the other staff at Allan Nott. Jon was very friendly, helpful with answering any questions I had, and made the whole buying process go smoothly. I was traveling from over an hour away and he checked some things out for me based on questions I had and texted me specific pictures before I even drove out there. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would buy from them again.

Came in for a simple recall. My advisor Kayla did a fantastic job of making me feel welcome and appreciated even though I wasn't spending any money. I dropped it off, and they were able give me a ride to work. I had a little hiccup after picking it up, but Kayla got me right back in and my tech Adam corrected the situation in the drive through while I waited. Great customer service all around. We went in to see what they would offer on our current Accord. They offered what seemed to be a fair amount and that along with the Honda employee discount made the price of a new vehicle reasonable. The Honda employee is not very far from retirement so also wanted something to last a while. We had not really planned on going ahead and trading in immediately so had not cleaned out the old accord and it did need cleaning. Their folks cleaned most of it out for us making that one less task to do. The financing went fairly smooth as well. I put mostly good for rating because there is always room for improvement. I would actually give them a good plus.
I knew I wanted a Tacoma when I walked in. Salesman Steve Dawson and manager Tom Pseekos were very helpful in helping me prioritize my must haves and understanding pricing. Within 24 hours, the exact vehicle I wanted was in their showroom. Agreeing on price was straightforward, the truck is mine now.

I wish i never purchased a car here. The worst experience ever. The pressure they put on me was awefull, blew up my phone wanting an answer while i was at work on a sat morning starting at 630am. The deal i made with the sales person, is not what they have me when i signed the papers. Then after i signed the papers, it was a week later they said i could pick it up. And when i did, the front bumper was damaged, there was 1,000 more miles on it, it had no gas and had no window washer fluid!
