My fj cruiser was vibrating in 2nd and 3rd gear at 1500-2200 rpms. They told that my car made a high pitch whine and the vibrating is coming from my tires not being balanced. I asked how much life is left in my transmission, they couldn't tell me. Got my tires balanced, still vibrating. Got a 2nd opinion on my transmission, the transmission is perfectly fine. The vibration was coming from the wrong fuel type and lack of air in the intake since it needed a cleaning. Love that I lost 95$ for nothing.
