I recently purchased a used Toyota. The sales and service team were outstanding and corrected small detail items at the time of sale. I was a very happy customer. Three weeks later, I finally learned all of the many options that enhanced the driving experience. However, I discovered one option that did not function at all. Upon discussing the faulty option with the sales and service team, I was told that I did not purchase the extended warranty and therefore had to pay a diagnostic fee to troubleshoot the problem. I think that s what they mean by service after the sale .
