I bought the ac just a yr ago I have to call many time One of them was the compresor or freon , when u try to talk to the tech they don t even listen !! They don t care they pretend to check and they said everything is ok!! I paid to the company for the city permit one month passed and nothing so I started calling n calling after 2 months finally got my city permit !!
Im so regret , I chose the wrong company
Tech left the pipes on the floor and I made complaints about that n they give me 1 extra year of warranty!! 80$ when I paid the AC CASH!!
