I had all year install a new system and I paid extra to purchase a 10 year extended warranty to cover service. The parts were to be covered by the manufacturer warranty. The installation was done well and the system worked fine. I have now had 3 significant breakdowns in the last 3 years of ownership. Each time, the service is prompt and professional. My grudge is that each time, in spite of my warranties, they attempt to retrieve a processing fee of $89 to get the replacement parts. First of all, my system should not be breaking down annually. And, secondly, it is audacious that they should try to scam me for extra money. It really angers me. There is no way that I should be charged for them to attain the needed part. However, it is a huge company with lots of employees and they all seem to be proficient. I would still recommend them.
