customer service was no good no one wanted to help. No one came out to the parking lot to greet my wife and I. My wife said after finding a representative, he would not get off the phone to help her or even try to knowledge the fact that she was asking questions about their inventory. The person was too concerned about his personal call to get up off his desk and follow her to the car lot or even ask if someone can help us.

Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience very friendly and fast service and approval.I not at one time felt pressured to buy.They got me in a brand new vechile when other dealerships laughed at me. Thanks Justin Perez

Awesome Experience. From sales (Kim and Calvin) to finance (Isaac) to owner (Tony), this by far was the best experience I have had in awhile. I recently was in a bad car accident and my current vehicle was a total loss. Without hesitation unlike other dealerships in the Corpus area, they immediately were willing to help me and personally wanted to put a smile on my face again. Called and told them what I wanted. They did give me that and more. By the time I got there all was already set up. I just had to test drive and sign papers. I was out of there within an hour. Isaac took charge and sealed the deal. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Terrible Service. Originally went to Pep Boys and they suggested taking it to the dealership I bought it from(All-Star) only because I was having to deal with an insurance claim and they couldn't do anything or even find the correct problem that Pep Boys did. I went back to Pep Boys and they handled everything. I recommend Pep Boys.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! I originally came in contact with Al in the service department because my Mazda 3 was messing up again and he was so incredibly respectful and honest I immediately felt at ease. Which was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE from Champion Ford Mazda! He proceeded to tell me that next door they do trade-ins and that if I was comfortable, I should go over and speak to their awesome sales team. On Friday 3/22/19 I went straight over after work expecting the worst. My credit was not the best thanks to a divorce but really wanted to trade in my current Mazda 3. I was put in contact with Johnny who stuck with me the entire time to try and work out the best deal for me when it came to financing. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan who was hands down, one of the most experienced and helpful salesman that I have ever delt with. His no pressure approach was exactly what I was looking for. I ended up driving off the lot with a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I couldn t be happier! The entire team worked so hard to help me and I am forever grateful!

Last week I went in on a Friday after 6, the staff was nice and friendly. They helped my fiance and me right away, never told us it was impossible to get us in car and keep out payments lower than our original car and in less than 2 hrs we were signing papers and driving away in a brand new car.

I had a worry free experience. They worked hard at getting me financed. I traded down and was able to get the vehicle i wanted and could afford. I highly recommend this dealership.

The salesman was not over bearing with us on the lot, but we knew what we wanted and made it very easy for him. Once vehicle was selected; THEN THE DELAY (DRAMA) STARTED. "We'll have you out of here in 45 minutes" he said; 1.5 hours later, we had to leave for doctors appointments. We walked in with a pre-approval letter from our bank and couldn't get a PO to submit for funding, "We can get it done quickly".
Called to check status while wife was in doctor office, he said everything was done, all you gotta do is sign. Got back to dealer ONLY TO SIT AROUND FOR 45 MINUTES BECAUSE NOTING WAS READY.
Good selection of vehicles and competitive pricing. Service left a little bit of a sour taste.

Great customer service Alvin got me a credit approval for maintenance work on my car and i cant thank him enough. He is very professional and he kept me informed through the entire process.

If I would have read the other reviews before purchasing my vehicle I probably wouldn't have gone but I had a great experience. Yeah they push you and bug the crap out of you to try and get you into a car but that's with any salesman. They managed to get us into a practically brand new vehicle with low miles. Very clean car. Like any used vehicle it does have it's minor scratches and dents but still practically flawless. Runs GREAT!! Still has the manufacturer's warranty for another four years plus a warranty through the dealership along with GAP insurance. I have no complaints about this dealership. I just hope others have just as good experience as us.
