Wow! This was my third time getting a vehicle at All Star in 3 yrs. Not because of being bad, but because we get such great deals we keep coming back! All of the salesmen are terrific. This time we had Mr. Craig Walton, he understood what we wanted and needed and he delivered! He put us in a Ford Fusion that is a beautiful metallic black with leather interior, great milage, tinted windows, bluetooth which is what I have in my Mitz Lancer. I love my cars and I will be coming back, we are at the start of a family tradition buying all our future cars at AllStar!!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Dwight Brown was cool. He got me a car with payments cheap. I walked in riding the bus and left the same day with a car. Everytime I go to make a payment I'm greeted by everyone. Finance company is awesome as well. All my questions are always answered and I never have any problems.

Terrible customer service. Went in 1 day about 9 months ago to talk about a car. I just wanted to look at it and they wouldn't allow us to until they ran a credit check. We said no thanks. I know my credit is excellent and told them my plans of a $15k down payment. They finally brought the car over and let me drive it. I didn't have alot of time bc I needed to pick up my daughter but he took down my info including ssn and scheduled an appt for the next day to discuss numbers. We go in when we were scheduled and had to wait bc he was talking to another potential buyer. So we wait 20 mins before we finally talk to the manager. Manager basically tells us that even with our $15k down payment, he would have to ask the bank for a favor so he refused to give us numbers unless we committed to buy the car. Sorry but we came for numbers bc we have another appt with Mike Shaw Toyota and need allstar's numbers to compare to Toyota. He basically told us to go to Toyota and when we decide against Toyota, come back and he'll run the numbers. Mind you, we are a Toyota family. We've had several Toyotas throughout the years. We were willing to try something different but then we get salesmen and managers like this who don't take us seriously. So we went to Toyota and drove off with a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry. We even forgot to bring our checks with us and they still let us drive off with the car. I brought the check to them 2 days later. All-star, take a few pointers from Mike Shaw.

Very satisfied will the customer service. Tony Stemplinger, the business manager was very helpful.

They send out "winning" scratch off style cards. Be sure you read the fine print, because even though you scratch what CLEARLY correlates to a win, and even though you call them to ensure that you have actually won and that it is not a scam, they will tell you that you won a prize, only for you to come in. After you do they will show you some numbers game B.S. and toss you a gift card worth MAYBE five dollars on some cheap website your computer is likely to get a virus from.

I would never buy a vehicle here, or trust a dealership that plays games like that. Granted, it cannot be called a "scam" since they give you something, but in reality the gas you use to get to the house to there and back is probably worth more than the prize or their honor in doing such business.

Horrible! From the moment I got there I advised Raul I was just starting off on working on my credit and told him my credit score. He immediately took my information (my fault for being so stupid and giving it) and now I am left with 8 hard inquiries! I was never asked if they could run my info that many times! I'm just starting out working on my credit and now feel like they set me down! Never ever will I go or recommend any family or friends to go. They don't care about the customers! They try to force you into what they want. Even the manager telling me lies!

Knowing that I had a low credit score, I expected to leave with a used vehicle and a high interest rate but I ended up leaving with a brand new car with a fair payment! I ve bought 2 vehicles in the last 3 yrs at this dealership and both times I ve gotten approvals for new vehicles! I love how much effort they put into trying to give their customers a good, yet realistic deal on vehicles. I really do recommend you guys to shop here!

The sales team were excellent. They went above and beyond to get me a good deal, even with below average credit. Even though it took a few hours to close the deal, my salesman, Anthony, stayed with me and helped to keep me from getting frustrated. I'll definitely go back when it's time for another car.
