A very very professional dealership, no nonsense and not side tracked.

Frank worked all day to find me a vehicle and got me a lower down payment and monthly payment!

Got a whole lot better deal than I expected!! Would definitely recommend!

Great car shopping experience, seemed Iike we were in and out. Jonathan Lightfoot was our salesman and he helped make it a great effortless experience.

They seemed very helpful at first so things seemed promising. When the time came to make deals I was kept in the dark. The numbers were kept from view until I asked. They explained things in a general way expecting not to ask questions. When I did ask questions they scrambled for answers.
On top of that. If you expect to by a car from here than expect to take the entire day off. They take their time and give you, "Well that's all I can do. It'll be just a second." They give tones of excuses. Poor customer service all around.

No games straight up and to the point. I told them what I wanted and needed and they got me in a car that fit my needs and budget.

A+ service!!! My sale person Ralph was awesome. I love my car and I'm sending my friends to Mitsubishi from now on.

I felt comfortable with Mitsubishi dealer Manuel Ramos with great deals.

Was a pretty good experience overall. I felt sorry for them for having to deal with me and my wife. Kudos guys. I got a nice van at a good price with some pleasant surprises along the way like the bumper to bumper warranty. That is what sealed the deal for me. I m tired of working on my truck.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Josie took the time to give me all of my options . I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend All Star Mitsubishi. It was worth the half hour drive to get there.Josie went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. She gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on an Eclipse Cross the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. Very disappointed with this location. They took advantage of my senior citizen mother telling her things needed to get done for service on a brand new vehicle. All she was coming in for was an oil change. Hate when people want to take advantage of the elderly on fixed incomes. Don't worry, she will not be coming back here ever again.

Worst experience ever. Bad customer service and of course just like the rest of the reviews very insistent on going in for the high pressure sale. Personally i will never do business where a credit check is required for a test drive. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic and smooth transaction! This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from All Star & just like my 1st experience...everything was great! Jonathan my salesmen was attentive during the entire transaction. I didn't purchase my vehicle on my first visit as I wanted some time to think about the purchase. Issac also met with me on the first day to discuss the price & suggested I take the car home. When I refused the offer he wasn't pushy about the decision nor did I feel pressured to change my mind. On the second day Jonathan contacted me and took the time to answer all my questions about the vehicle, price, etc. When I finally met with Tony to sign the papers I still wasn't happy with the final price or the monthly payments. Both Tony and Issac worked with me to make sure I was happy with the final price AND my monthly payments.

Then after all the paperwork was signed Jonathan showed me the features in my new car and how to use them. He also took the time to program my phone to connect to the car as well.

I would definitely recommend All Star Mitsubishi if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

We bought the car back when it was brand new we took it back because we're having trouble with it they found nothing here we are 50 thousand miles later and the transmission finally gave out my wife brought the car in to get it repaired. It took them nearly a month to get it fixed with no rental. I asked about a rental and the supervisor told me Mitsubishi only allows a 3 day rental and we should wait. So we did. Calling every 3 days just so they can tell us the same thing. "We're waiting on Mitsubishi to respond. Again waiting and no rental. Couple of days later we call just so they can tell us the same thing. But this time it was "waiting on a new transmission". Still no rental. 3 days later and we call again. But this time they got the part and they would call us for a rental. A week goes by and we finally get the call. The car is ready. We were without a vehicle for a month. My wife asked about the AC because it stopped working. They said it was because of the transmission and the A.C. is working just fine. Nope. AC is still not working. This is our 2nd car we buy from All Star Mitsubishi. And our last.

Excellent customer service... I drove out with my new 2020 with a low down payment and decent monthly payment. Thank you Isaac,Tony and Nathaniel
