Just purchased 2016 Corolla feel like I got a very fair deal and excellent service highly recommend

When I pulled into the parking lot I did not have to wait, someone came straight to me. Mr Bustos asked me straight out what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I did not get what I wanted, but I got a brand new car with a small amount down and payments just the way I wanted. All Star Mitsubishi did great for me. The staff was very friendly. They have nice employees who are helpful. Glad I picked them for my vehicle needs. My salesman was especially helpful willing to do whatever I needed to help get what I wanted.

I wanted to leave a review for the first time not because All Star is good to me when it comes to buying vehicles but because this last year or so i have been treated exceptionally well in service by "Alvin Street", his level of customer service and experience makes me feel confident that our investment is in good hands.

My wife and I were on our way towards another car dealership and then she spotted the Mazda franchise and decided to stop by. We had purchased our last Mazda about 20 years ago and really loved that Protege.
Since then we have driven other vehicles.
We decided to test drive a Mazda6, Grand Touring Reserve and fell in love with it!! The technology and awesomeness!
This new car is amazing. The drive is so quiet and smooth.
Jonathan Lightfoot is a very helpful salesman that really took his time and patience with us. Mr.EZ is the manager, and made it "Super Easy"!! He helped us seal the deal.

My sales guy was super nice and helpful but after making me sit there over an hour waiting to get the "very best price" on my vehicle from the manager, what a joke when the give $500 off the sticker price. What the heck. It took over an hour to get this great deal!! What a joke. Never ever going to this place again. Its obvious its the typical old school way of selling cars.

Came to all star and was able to get into a truck the exact one that I had picked out on the lot. Big thanks to Maegen. I've been coming here for years and today I brought in my vehicle and I was amazed with the service guy Alvin. His customer service was outstanding.

We got lied to about our financing and sold a car that had alot of issues. Lucky for us we were able to get out of the sale. And got my down payment back wouldn't recommend this place at all

I have a few issues with this place. First, I know for a fact that my brakes need to be replaced and that I need a new belt. I took my car to this place and was told everything is okay. Really? They said the employee who looked at my vehicle could not hear the sound from the belt or the squeaky brakes. That's odd because I hear it everytime I turn on the car. But whatever.
Second, I received a text from one of the business associates trying to bribe me with entry into a $200 drawing if I gave them all 10s. That's wrong! Soliciting 10s where they aren't deserved says a whole lot about your busines . Even if they were deserved you should not beg your customers to give you all 10s . Let us decide what you deserve .
I'm very disappointed in this place. No worries though, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I called the Service Department and talked with Alvin, the Service Advisor. He helped me every step of the way! He did an amazing job with thoroughly explaining my estimate to me! Scott who was the service technician working on my vehicle, took a very informative video of the issues I needed addressed and presented it to me via text. I definitely recommend All Star Mitsubishi's Service Department! I always have exceptional service with them!

Took my car to get oil change and some other stuff done the guy named Alvin that works in the front office was very helpful with me and explained some other details with my car that was very helpful he had excellent customer services.
