I had spent two days car shopping.. going from lot to lot and test drove several vehicles before making my way over to All Star. At that point I was frustrated and ready to give up on the hunt for a better vehicle. That was until I crossed paths with Meagan. She was welcoming and helpful from the moment the process started. She went above and beyond to ensure I walked out with my vehicle!

I had such a good experience there with your service department. Mr. Street was so nice and informative. I got my vehicle back when I was told I would. And they even went as far as to wash my car! I will be back!!!

Tim Thompson.. Sales Agent was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us a great deal. All that we wanted and the financial department worked with us. All in all our experience with All Star Mitsubishi was a wonder one. Tim and Issac C We give you a 5 Star. The greatest bunch of people we have ever dealt with. I went in to get a used car and lord and behold I walked away with a 2019 Mitsubishi mirage G4. Manuel and Johnny were my angels sent from God. They took the time and heard me. Never pushy. Outstanding customer service. I will gladly refer anyone to get a car here

We went there for a vehicle for our business and got a great deal. Our salesman Jesse Marin, and the GM and the finance manager explained everything to us perfectly. We purchased the vehicle we walked in to buy for less than we thought, great payments and they took our trade in. Extremely nice guys and we got zero sales pressure. We will eventually need another work vehicle and we will only be doing business with them. 5 stars no doubt. Thanks again Jesse!

The sales people that were there to help during the sales period were very helpful. They were very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help get the sale done. It is a shame they had to leave. Thanks for all of your hard work.

Great service! Miguel Bustos was a lot of help and showed great persistence to get the deal done. Management took the time to get the best possible deal and I ended up getting a even lower payment than I what I was looking for. I would recommend people to pay these guys a visit.

Scam from the start. I received a "scratch off" in the mail and I decided to give it a chance. To my surprise, I won a TV! Awesome right? No. I went to collect my prize but after getting all of my information, they send me over to a "prize door" to match up my number. Apparently, even though my card was a "winner" and the fine print said NOTHING about this, I still didn't win because the winning number didn't match the door. Needs to say I was very upset and felt completely used and lied to, which I was. They gave me a $5 Walmart gift card and a scratch off for $25,000 (which of course wasn't a winner) and sent me on my way. If that's how desperate they are to get people in the door, they aren't worth going to.

Last Monday my brother purchased a used vehicle from this location with a 3,500 down payment. We were advised by the finacial advisor Isaac the vehicle would throughly inspected before we drive it off the lot. Come to find out the vehicle was missing lugnuts which is a major safety concern. Then other issuescame to light and when they were contacted they stated they would fix it but we have to pay for the repairs. After a review on Google they contacted us stating they would fix it. However, thier rep advised me that the employees joy drove the car. Today the manager Tony called us on a recorded line stating they were resending the contract. Not only was he rude but he also stated that the owner knows my supervisor and was going to call him about me. They threatened my employment and breeched the contract putting a burden on my brother. This company is unprofessional with no morals or ethics. When a customer is asking for them to do the right thing they refuse and attack by attempting to slander an individual by contacting their employer for a private business matter. I read several negative reviews on here and one advised filing a complaint with Texas Attorney General I high recommend this after going to the website. I just filled out my form and will be mailing it tomorrow.

Awesome experience! Much better than my experience...

Awesome experience! Much better than my experiences at other dealerships. This was my first new car purchase on my own and my salesperson, Jonathan, was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, and made my car buying experience very easy and fast! I love my new car and am so thankful for their great team that was able to put together a great deal for me! I highly recommend All Star Mitsubishi.

Describe my experience, Bad! I was assisting my daughter on purchasing a vehicle there. My first bad thing was that they would not give us a price on the vehicle. we had told them we had a trade and no money down. After numerous attempts to get a price, I went back to the dealership and asked to speak to the GM. Isaac was whom I was talking to. He finally gave me a price on the vehicle and that it could not be much lower because it was "bank owned". needless to say, the deal didn't go through. aside from the trade, they wanted 3K cash down. I told him no thanks. All the while, I had requested the price via email through car gurus. I did get replies back from I assume was their internet dept. I get a price that was 2K lower! I called Isaac to inform him of this and to let him know that this was why I did not want to deal with a dealership like this. Because they are out to "screw" you. After everything was said and done, I find out that Isaac wasn't even the GM! When I had specifically asked to speak with the GM, they give me the public relations guy! DO NOT BUY FROM ALL STAR RIPOFFS

We had a great experience with the staff at All Star Mitsubishi Corpus Christi. They were all very friendly and helpful.
It has been 18 years since we have purchased a vehicle, so of course I was nervous and cautious. But throughout the entire process they helped calm my nerves.
I think they went above and beyond in helping us purchase our mini van.
I would recommend this place to my friends, especially our salesman David Sanchez. Thank you David.

I am really please with the help I received from Isaac the sales manager, being that I didn t have much or even good credit he was able to get me a 2019 with $0 down! I am beyond excited. Our salesman was a little out there and unprofessional but I brought it up to Isaac in person and he took care of me. All together I received great service.

on march 1st 2014 I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi mirage from allstar Mitsubishi. my experience with them has been extrodanairy from the moment I walked in. my salesman mr. Kenneth criner couldn't have treated me better if I were family.he is indeed the top of the line one of a kind salesman. I tip my hat off to him. aside from him every salesperson in that dealership is very friendly. I recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to buy from allstar.my experience with them and Mitsubishi vehicles has been amazing. thank you all at allstar Mitsubishi.

My overall experience was great expecially Issac the sales manager he was a friendly guy that has a personality that's really out to help people with great advice but the only down side is they told me (Issac,Kevin) I had two months to make my first payment and come to find out its 45 days not 2 months (62 days) 17 day difference that they stated. That's a extra paycheck in my eyes which is unfortunate for me because my son's birthday is the day before my scheduled payment I was thinking I could pay it on my next check now I cant spend as much on my son's 6th birthday as I initially planned. I called and Issac said sorry and apologized about the confusion and offered me a free detailing and I live out of town, really convenient. only if I could give it to my son. None the less I liked the experience and will refer someone to them only because I felt like Issac really got me an awesome deal and treated me like family. Thanks

This business thrives on false advertising through...

This business thrives on false advertising through their website. Have cars listed on website marked down to incredible prices however the vehicle is not even available and they use this as a marketing ploy just to get you in the doors to try to sell you on another vehicle. Vehicle vin# ML32F3FJ5KHF08726. This is a very shady way to do business. Also having a automated "response from owner" is insulting. Clearly tells me you do not read reviews nor care for your clients. This is a great example of bad business practices.

Got an oil change , tire rotation on my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Alvin Street was very helpful. Extra time was spent on syncing my Bluetooth with my phone. An extra BONUS ...they vacuum & wash your car.

This was by far the WORSE experience of my life. I took my car to your dealership to get new keys made and was told it would take up to 2-3 days which it took well over a week and a half. When I FINALLY get my car back my whole front section was rearranged. Since I did not have a key I could not get my belongings out. Your dealership stole all my jewelry, CDs, aux cord, car charger and melted gel aleve. I m disgusted with your lack of help to resolve the issue. I STRONGLY do not recommend your dealership and if it was possible to give you negative stars I would. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

I was so pleased with the staff at AllStar Mitsubishi , not only were they professional but actual caring down to earth people who not just want to make the sale but gave us 101% of their time and attention to listen to what we wanted, they sat with us and went over every detail explaining everything involved! I am the proud owner of my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2020! I am truly blessed! Thank you All Star you ve been a gem!

Very poor experience today. Saw a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Stopped in and spoke to a sales rep. Explained what vehicle I wanted. Said he would send me the link to a credit app. Well he finally sent the link after I found it online. Filled it out and submitted it. Got a call from a very nice young lady who asked me to stop back in to see special deals going on. Went back in and spoke to the sales rep I originally spoke to. Told him again what car I wanted. I waited about 15 min for the approval. He came back and told me he could get me into a new vehicle or preowned suv or car. Now my credit is in poor shape. So I was a little surprised he got a "approval". Well he tells me the terms of the deal, but couldnt tell me what kind of vehicle I could get untill I commited to putting a certain amount of cash down. Ok no problem. My debit card was ready to go. I asked about a jeep. He was now able to tell me it was out of range after he just said the whole lot opens up after the down payment. So I ask about the original car I stopped to look at. A car advertised for 10k online. He tells me its not a option because its a high risk for me and maintenance. Which made no sense at all. Wont sell me a 21000 car because its out of my approval range, wont sell me 10k car because its a high risk vehicle, whatever that means.
At this point I had to leave because it was obvious this kid wanted me in a car that was new at a high interest rate and high payment. And after finding the car I wanted he decided its not an option because its high risk for me. Which Im not sure what made him think I went in for his opinion on what cars were best for me, went in knowing what I wanted. Was hoping to make a purchase today but the sales guy didnt seem to want to sell me what I wanted but seemed really set on pushing a vehicle that he couldnt tell me about and one that would give him more commission.

Not even 2 minutes on the lot and we were assisted by one of their representatives. The representative was not pushy gave us all the information we had asked for and even gave us suggestions for a price range. And I ended up leaving with a new car that suited my needs. Very friendly staff and a very clean bathroom.
