We bought the car back when it was brand new we took it back because we're having trouble with it they found nothing here we are 50 thousand miles later and the transmission finally gave out my wife brought the car in to get it repaired. It took them nearly a month to get it fixed with no rental. I asked about a rental and the supervisor told me Mitsubishi only allows a 3 day rental and we should wait. So we did. Calling every 3 days just so they can tell us the same thing. "We're waiting on Mitsubishi to respond. Again waiting and no rental. Couple of days later we call just so they can tell us the same thing. But this time it was "waiting on a new transmission". Still no rental. 3 days later and we call again. But this time they got the part and they would call us for a rental. A week goes by and we finally get the call. The car is ready. We were without a vehicle for a month. My wife asked about the AC because it stopped working. They said it was because of the transmission and the A.C. is working just fine. Nope. AC is still not working. This is our 2nd car we buy from All Star Mitsubishi. And our last.
