Loved thw customer service!!! I was at Atlas storage before and always dealt with attitude so it was very refreshing to have someone treat me like they wanted my business. I was pleased with the unit too! It was just what I needed!

My name is Charmaine. Ive had my storage at All Size for about 3 months now. When i started looking for a storage i called either 2 or 3 before i called All Size. Prices at the first 1 or 2 were high compared to All Size, but the other one was 3.00 or 4.00 less than All Size. This cheaper storage didnt even compare to All Size, when the manager told me that All Size does price match, has a moving truck for new tenants, and a move in special of first month free or 3 months at a discount rate. I think that just hearing the moving truck won me over, cause it saved me 20.00-50.00 on renting a uhaul. Now top all this off with the wonderful customer service i have experienced from the manager and her assistant.

We are very pleased with All Size Self Storage in Moreno Valley. Starting with the office personnel that are very professional and nice. They are clean and very secure. I had a storage last year and am returning again to rent another unit. I have recommended All Size Self Storage to my friends and family and they have had the same outstanding treatment as I have. This place is the nicest, cleanest, easiest storage place to load into and out of that I have ever found. The people are great and will work with you on price and unit size.
Soooo clean - and the walls between units are metal and in good shape. I'd use them again in a minute. - And you should too!

There is no after 9PM person on duty. I banged on the door to have them open it at 8:45PM (the upper stairs unit)and I ended calling the cops to see if they could let us out. I waited about 30-45 minutes before I took the one bolt off the gate moved it aside, drove through then put it back together. Yes, this place can be assesses with two 3/4 open ended wrenches, lol. Bring a good lock because even a tire iron on the fence won't get anyone's attention here.

the maintenance on the property site is well over maintained. this is sure one place that i would come back to if i ever needed a storage unit again

Had a storage there for 10 years, yes the price went up like on all things, it started at 25.00 and ended at 50.00 for a 10x10 but when we were in a jam they helped as much as they could so we would not lose our property.

First of all the girls there are so polite, always have a smile, kind and once you walk in they let you know they have your attention and will assist you right away or once they complete with assiting current customer. Access is so easy, no problems what so ever. I was late on a payment and i thought i was gonna be fined, penalties, but it turns out I was over thinking it. They told me to not to worry and that they were gonna wave the fee for the first time. That right there made my day. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to families, friends.

We have been using All Size for only a few months, but so far it's been a great experience. The facility is very clean and well kept, and the staff is warm welcoming and always very helpful!! This was our first time using this storage, but it is the best I've ever used for sure! We were going through a tough time when we had to move into the unit, but the easy going friendly service certainly took away allot of the anxiety of having to store our belongings. I would recommend them to everyone I know for sure!!! Thank you All Size!

Staff were a huge help with my last minute storage needs, literally pulled up with a loaded van and less than 2 hours to be done. Nice facility, love the older style with only one level......hours are great! Nice move in special also, which helped.

Very helpful to me on 2 separate occasions. Plus let me use the truck each time as i very much needed it Also offered me discounts and applied them to my rent I highly recommend all size storage to anyone needing storage accommodations. Staff is is very pleasant and helpful as well. I give them 5 stars all the way around!

A nice and save place to have your personal belongings on a 24 hours watch to make sure all is save and taking care of all the time 24 a day 7 days a week 12 mouths out of the year 365 ;-)
