First of all the girls there are so polite, always have a smile, kind and once you walk in they let you know they have your attention and will assist you right away or once they complete with assiting current customer. Access is so easy, no problems what so ever. I was late on a payment and i thought i was gonna be fined, penalties, but it turns out I was over thinking it. They told me to not to worry and that they were gonna wave the fee for the first time. That right there made my day. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to families, friends.
