Im glad I chose this company to move all of my furniture out of my home. I had these men Caleb and Gardison move and shift my furniture and clothes out Friday and luckily they did not break or make a mess within the process, (other moving companies have broken a few of my items in the past which is why I was looking to find a different moving company.) I will definitely go back to them if I move or need things moved again.
Just wanted to shout out Louis for getting us last minute help today with our move! He got guys out to us way quicker than we expected and the guys did a great job protecting all of our belongings. 10/10! Thanks All My Sons!
So I was skeptical based on some of the negative reviews but I found out they are under new management so I decided to give them a chance. They are super affordable and they helped me move in record time. The crew was friendly and respectful and took great care of all my belongings. I won't hesitate to hire them again in the future for any of my moving needs.
Myles Scotland, Jessie Freeman and Mike Bennard were a terrific team. We had a huge staircase on both sides of the move but these guys worked hard and managed to get a lot of heavy stuff to the new home safe and sound. These guys are not only true professionals but they made us laugh and helped us get through a pretty stressful event. I'd highly recommend this company and this team!

Most annoying company ever. Somehow got my phone number and has called me 4 times in less than an hour.
I can't say enough good things about the team from All My Sons! I used them for a long-distance move of a 1-bedroom apartment. Charlie was fantastic, punctual, and respectful when he came to write my estimate. Ron and his crew were FABULOUS movers as they loaded and unloaded on each end. All of the staff were great when we spoke on the phone, gave clear communication, were respectful and helpful in each step of the process. The move was a fantastic price and an even better value!
We scheduled to move on a Thursday at 1:00pm. They called at 1:15pm and said they cannot do it then but can the following Monday. I had to call another mover and got lucky as the sale of the house was happening the next day. They said it was not their problem. NICE COMPANY!!! NOT RELIABLE

Initially I was told there was a 2 hour minimum. Then the day of my move I was told there is a 3 hour minimum. That is a $104 dollar price difference.I will never use this company again.

Wow What a scam this national company has going.
From the original smooth talking salesman who was fabulous... ( waived this fee & that fee) Came down to under $300.
I was excited.....Prior to I had spoke to my colleagues in a neighboring county & they said " Should be under $400) So I felt I was getting a deal... (We moved a 1 bedroom duplex only 2 miles up the road)
Next was a very polite phone call to confirm the times...
So on the day of the move 3 guys showed up ( they were awesome) A supervisor showed up & we spoke, he was super (I thought he was the owner) I had everything packed & ready for this simple move.
Things seemed great.. As the guys started loading , I was asked to initial & sign multiple pages on a tablet ( my neglect)
- it was seriously over 20 pages - I just initialed & signature was a _____ just a straight line (hard to sign with no fingernail & fat finger)
I asked to pay then ( I was told he couldn't take payment yet in case something went wrong )
RED FLAG - not caught Next the guys got everything done quickly.
I gave each a $20 cash tip (Based on $300 thought was fair)...
They left in the truck. I stayed behind to lock up & double check things........
This is were all got ugly...... When I arrived to the new place they were eager for me to pay. Half the truck was unloaded & they had broke a glass table top.
My SHOCK came when i was charged almost $900....... Then they put (BOSS BILL) from another state on phone. They locked up there (BUDGET RENTAL TRUCK) with my belongings.
As I was trying to research all my emails & phone calls to find who I originally spoke with the guys sat & waited.
I had 3 calls with BOSS BILL ... I won't mention what a piece of ............. he was....
NO customer skills what so ever. A job a was gonna pay cash for I now had to use a debit card (had I had a AMEX i would have disputed) So funds went out immediately......
The invoice I got had fuel & drive charges ($144) 2 mile drive ???
What legitimate company uses Budget vehicles ?
All the workers I found out were 1099 temp help....
Needless to say I didn't get paid for the broken glass.
Was overcharged for Boxes & tape plus other charges.......

We interviewed 3 moving companies for our local move. All Our Sons was the only company that sent out a person for a FREE estimate. The gentleman showed up on time for the estimate, spent a lot of time walking through the house before giving the estimate. The estimate was well detailed, in writing and given with a verbal explanation of how it was arrived at. The movers arrived at the time promised. They were both courteous and worked at a reasonable pace in spite of the extreme heat that day. They carefully wrapped our furniture and placed everything where we requested upon arrival at our new home. We would definitely use this company again.
We moved from Ft Meyers to Port Charlotte. They came on time but when they were packing the truck they didn t pack it right and then I had to unpack and then repack it again. They started unpacking our stuff and then we heard a crash and a little laughter I don t even know what that was judging from a few of my tjkngs they scratched a few pieces of furniture. They moved my weights into my weight room and dropped weight on the floor which made two chops spots on my brand new floor. The head of the crew said he would send his father to fix it and we never got a call back. We noticed our furniture has some chips in it that weren t there before. We called the company to tell them I checked the floor and about a few pieces of furniture The woman said can you please hold and sent me into a voicemail. We ve emailed and called a number of times and nothing back. I wouldn t recommend this company at all I ve had other moving companies and they were really good. I also want to add that we did buy the boys pizza and soda and they left cans and their garbage everywhere. This is the way they treat people and your property. My experience with All My Sons here in Fort Myers was nothing but smooth and professional. They packed up and moved my grandmother into her new assisted living facility. The protocols for the facility were strict with Covid, but the crew was happy to oblige.
5 gold stars ! I m looking forward to using this company again in the future.
Another side note... the crew leader was bilingual and really helped put my abuela at ease, as her English isn t too great.
Absolutely love these guys!! We had a recommendation by one of our friends to use all my sons for our move and it was completely the best experience ive had moving in 20+ years living here in florida. We walked kenny, walter, and christian through our home and told them exactly what we wanted moved and which pieces to be extra careful with. THE WORST moving experience! Concerned for our safety and theft!
1. Arrive with moving truck 2/3rd full of other people s things. Took 9 hours to load 4-bedroom house with already packed boxes because they couldn t get everything to fit in the truck.
2. Wanted to load mattress and electronic indoor spinning bike onto open air extension of the truck with ripped mattress bag for a move that required 5hours of driving, overnight stay and next day delivery in Florida.
3. Applied packing tape directly onto furniture when wrapping with furniture pads, ruining wooden furniture.
4. Ripped mattress bags, not replaced on request, dragged through dirty moving truck and floor, 1yr old, clean mattress delivered dirty.
5. Delivery day, no notification of arrival time, had to call multiple times to find out they are waiting on day-laborers to help them unload the truck. Arrived 2:30pm to unload truck.
6. Day laborers, local, inexperienced, dressed in visibly soiled, baggy clothing, with no socks and slippers. Concerned for our safety and theft.
7. Heavy boxes stacked on top of fragile labeled boxes. Custom bench fabric ripped from poor handling, dark wood dining room table multiple scratches from careless handling. Furniture dis-assembled forcefully damaging structure. Beds not put back together resulting in potential injury.
8. Rude, unprofessional, vulgar, employee asking for payment upfront before delivery and demanding to sign all paperwork prior to work being completed.
The men that came to help me move were on time worked hard and responded great to all things I asked. They made moving day very easy and stress free thank you again. Great crew!

The worst experience ever. They loaded our things on June 5th 2017. They have made 4 delivery's to our house, and we still don't have all our things. It's been 6 months. I guess the things they delivered that don't belong to us make up for the things we are missing. Anyone looking for 2 new bicycles. I have given up on trying to get our things. I can't say it enough, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
I would never use this company again. I had a desk broken in half, a hutch that was broken with the desk, a secretary desk's front panel was broken off which connects the leg to the secretary, 2 drawers for my platform bed were broken, an antique magazine rack's legs were broken off and the main area where the magazines are supposed to sit was broken, not to mention various items that were lost. I would expect a few nicks/scratches on items, but these items are completely un-usable. I did not buy the "extra" insurance but isn't it their commitment (according to their advertising) that they will take care of my belongings and handle with care?? I believe they did not live up to their end of the my contract. They only will reimburse me $220 for everything. They did not send anyone to my home to even LOOK at my items or even offer to fix my broken items. The only reason I gave them one star is because this system would not allow me to leave the star blank.
The absolute WORST moving service I have ever experienced. Totally incapable and incompetent. So much of my office furniture and equipment was damaged that I asked them to remove a number of the pieces as they were destroyed. Follow up from the administrative team was pathetic. I URGE you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will only have regrets.

Three guys moved my two-bedroom, two-bathroom, third-floor apartment in 3 hours! The estimate was for four hours, which I paid in advance. Within 15 minutes of them leaving, the office called and said I was being refunded that last hour. All three guys were courteous, efficient, friendly and hard workers. Would definitely recommend All My Sons!
Jeremy and Devante were our movers, they were GREAT!. Jeremy is really experienced and knows the job well, he had lots of tricks that were impressive and helpful. Both Jeremy and Devante were very strong men. It was a 6-hour move they were constantly moving, they never stopped until the move was complete. They are very respectful and professional.
The only thing I would say is we paid $800 (local move) for 2 guys, if I wanted "Two Men and a Truck" I would of used that company.
We were fully packed up all that was needed was to load-up and unload. So, I feel the move took longer than necessary because we only had two guys and I felt it was bit to much for them two to do alone.
A third guy would have made things much easier and cheaper because time would have been cut back a bit, and at $114 an hour that's a good thing.
Plus, I became concerned about my items because I could see the guys were tired. They worked hard but I felt bad and ended up helping them to unload...for time, safety of my items and I could see they were pushing themselves into overdrive.

I have to brag on and thank the three guys who came today and picked up my entire house of furniture and boxes. They went to work immediately, stayed on task, were extremely cautious with my belongings and the house. These three young men were also very courteous at all times. Theft, child labor, non-disclosure, destruction of property, this place does it all! It all started with a quote "$114/hr for 2 man team plus $114 deposit for travel time and fuel/labor." Job took 3 hrs, ended up costing almost $700. Do the math, it doesn't add up. Furthermore, your "deposit" is not returned and is in addition to the cost of the move. Bait and switch. Point blank asked the rep I spoke to how pricing worked and if there were additional fees, I even asked for them to run the numbers on a 3hr move, we both came up with the same answer around $400 give or take....
Fast forward to moving day, the driver pulls up and out of the truck hop two kids who couldn't have been more than 16 yrs old. Able bodied at best but definitely still in high school. Then we get to my new place to unload and they haven't taped or strapped any drawers shut, no protection on any of my items in the vehicle either. Only protection they offered was mattress protectors.... At the top of my outdoor, concrete staircase, a drawer flies out of my $600 dresser as the two minors struggle to hold it steady and bounces off every step as it crashes its way down. suffered the loss of the corner and deep scratches. no apology from the staff, just a not-so-reassuring "don't worry about that, insurance will cover that completely" No, it's 60 cents/lb OR "full coverage" IF you pay for it. Really didn't think I would need it since I had hired "professionals" aka 2 16 year olds and adult supervision. As if that wasn't enough, the 2 minors were so amped about their recent destruction of property that they decided the best way to get a 28" wide desk through a 32" door frame is with a running start and plow right into the frame, completely destroying the leg and attachment assembly. Then, I asked them politely to take the desk to the dumpster after they finished and instead, they threw it under the staircase and left! It was literally the last thing they did before they left!
At this point, I just want these "professionals" out of my house so I can begin filing my insurance claims. (which so far has been a 45 day struggle and counting, took 30 days to get my first response!) Then within minutes of them leaving, I realize they still have my glass table tops on their truck! I call text and email the driver and All My Sons, no answer, no call back. I figured, it's the weekend, I'll address this Monday. Finally talk to someone in claims dept and dispatch about the missing glass..... shocker, it's GONE! These were custom glass tops, not sure why they would be stolen but I saw them go on and they never came off (we've searched EVERYWHERE!).
After telling this story to any and everyone who would listen at All My Sons, I have gotten nothing but an offer from a third party claims company for a whopping $72 to cover the $1200+ in damages. No one ever returns my calls (even in the beginning when I was REALLY NICE about everything!) No one at All My Sons seems to be interested in making this right. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company and avoid ending up in my position.
We moved last May, 2019 and All My Sons Moving and Storage moved us from Cape Coral, Fl to Winter Haven, Fl. They were absolutely horrible. Not prepared. Did not bring blankets. Handled our furniture very poorly. Two of our glass coffee tables were broken. All our furniture was packed in a warehouse we rented for storage for a few months until our home was finished construction. They told us they would place our furniture so we could walk in and obtain different items as needed and would place our furniture in a "U" shape manner. That was not the case. All the furniture was packed in like sardines and no way to even enter an reach anything you needed. The overall service of this company is very poor and I do not recommend this particular moving company from Ft. Myers, Fl.
Wynten And his team are extraordinary Professional took care of my property as if it were their own and got it done in a timely manner. I would recommend this team to anybody.

I noticed charges on my credit card for All My Sons while my furniture was in storage and no charges were anticipated. The charges were deleted once I called with no explanation. When they delivered the furniture they requested payment before they would bring furniture into the condo - when they were getting ready to leave they informed me that a nightstand had some minor damage that they were repairing and that piece would be delivered at a later time - but not to worry I wouldn't even notice anything was wrong. The piece was delivered in unusable condition - obviously dropped off the truck. The whole process just felt very dishonest to me.
The guys in charge of my move were extremely good from the beginning. The service provided by them and by the company exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anybody and I will certainly use them again if I need to move.

* Update - I filed a claim for stolen and damaged goods and was offered a settlement of $13.20! And if I wasn't ok with it I should seek arbitration....
Zero customer service. No effort to replace broken or stolen items. No effort to compensate for the gatorade spilled over the carpet and floors, no effort to compensate for the scratches on the walls, no effort to address the alcohol drank onsite before 10am by the loading team, no effort made to compensate for the hours and hours I have had to spend on the phone with 5 different people from All my Sons.

We have moved 7 times in the last 12 years and this was our 4th out of state move so we understand the pack and load service very well. We had an initial consultation with Charlie who was very helpful and respectful and agreed on a price from FL NC of $9400. I thought this was a little expensive given we have done further moves in the past for a similar price but we needed a premium service so I agreed to pay the premium price. Our pack and load team arrived on Day 1 and had most of the house was packed up the first day. (3600 sq ft, 4 BR, 7 people). That should have been my first red flag but we were so busy at the time I didn t pay enough attention. On the second day a crew of 8-10 guys arrived to help finish the packing and load up. It was chaos to say the least. There were helpers frantically getting things in to the truck. It was around 10am when I checked on them. I said there are some beers in the fridge you can have when you re done . When I opened the fridge to show them where they were, they had already drank them! One guy asked me if I wanted the fishing pole in the garage (so we re shopping for my stuff now?) I said of course not load it on to the truck. It never made it to NC. Stolen. When the contents were all done I signed the forms and got them out of there. I was closing on the house the next day and still had to clean! There was red Gatorade spilled on the tiles and then I discovered more on the carpet! There were deep scratches on the walls on the stairway that I had to fill and paint. But I got it all cleaned and the house sold and we came to NC. When the un-loaders arrived they were a local crew who All My Sons had sub-contracted. They, with the All My Sons driver, immediately commented on the condition of the boxes. They looked like someone had played football with them. This happened during the packing and loading phase. Boxes were dented and ripped, Tupperware bins were cracked and broken and I was worried about the contents. Very few of the boxes were labeled correctly. In fact the boxes had been used for previous moves and so there were labels on the boxes that didn t correspond with our contents or rooms. We had to open some boxes just to see what was in there. We found random items just shoved in a box. A TV stand with a child s bike. Picture frames and ceramic bowls all broken. Throughout the unload the crew were great, careful, respectful and professional. We got everything in to the home and my Wife and I began the task of opening boxes. We found the contents to be barely wrapped or not wrapped at all. Pictures with glass panes stacked in a box and not wrapped. Loose ceramic bowls. A Bluray player not wrapped and in a box that was thrown around. What did they think was going to happen? Just no pride or care taken with the pack and load. No regard for our property. A terrible service. Obviously I contacted All My Sons. In the last 10 days I have spoken to Jessica (who sent me a claim form to claim for damaged or lost items) then Joe and then John. All who said they would get this taken care of. It s been 5 days now and I ve made multiple reach outs and not heard back from anyone.
Filing a claim won t fix the fact that I paid for a premium service and did not get anything close to that. I would not recommend this company at all. Go somewhere else where customers are valued, where customer service exists and where problems are addressed and resolved professionally.

Rob and Curtis moved my elderly parents last week and they were amazing! They were timely, professional, and made sure to follow all covid safety precautions. They eased my parent s stress of moving and hiring them was so worth it. This is a great company that I highly recommend to anyone looking to move!
They quoted me was all set for a simple 5x10 storage unit to be moved. No furniture just boxes and a electric pellet grill. 445.00 was ok till they called the day before after calling me and confirming the move then they said they misquoted the price. Well it would of been more. Sorry your company sucks. I will complain to the BBB and anyone I hear wants to move. I was willing to pay but again another scam.

Initially, my experience was good. It quickly went on a steady decline downward, however. First, the movers told us that they would be arriving during a certain time frame (10/11AM), then it was (3/4PM), but they didn't actually arrive until late nighttime (8/9PM). We reserved the entire day for not, essentially. They moved out everything in 2 hours (a very small, one bedroom apartment). Then we didn't actually receive our belongings at our new location for 3-4 weeks! We moved halfway across the US with two pets, so that was fun. Worst of all, we didn't even receive EVERYTHING! Our brand new totes were bashed and one was missing a lid with multiple belongings missing and items all disarranged. Our wooden side table was in perfection condition when they picked it up. When we got it, it had a big hole in the top of the table as well as it was unstable. 2 of our dinning room chairs' seats were not attached to the chairs any longer and our brand new couch isn't the same as when we bought it. On top of all that, they lost a luggage bag containing ALL of my nursing education textbooks. The movers almost delivered a bookcase, that was not ours, if we weren't honest people in telling them that. So where is my missing luggage? How did it leave my previous apartment, but not arrive with our other things to the new apartment? I called and complained of this and nothing was done. I was GUARANTEED their return, but have not seen or heard anything about them. Ray Wood told me that "no one would want those books." Really? I don't think he knows how much nursing books cost. The cost of the move ($1,000) is probably comparable to the cost of those missing books. I was then forwarded to a claims company in Austria with a phone and email address that were NOT even in service. Extremely unprofessional and would highly NOT recommend. Luckily we took our valuable electronics with us in our own vehicle or we'd probably be missing those, as well.

The movers were friendly, efficient, on-time, responsive, and kept all of my items safe. Storage unit which already had some things in it were rearranged by movers to accommodate easy access to needed items and will be beneficial when I take items out of storage.

Here is something Joe and I decided not to talk about until now because we do not like leaving negative reviews about companies. We always hope they do the right thing without us resorting to this but All MY SONS MOVERS decided not to show us that they are good company. Instead they showed us how terribly they treat their good customers and how little respect they have for anyone or their household items you have worked your whole life to collect.
If you cherish your items in your home then we would not recommend using All My Sons to move. We moved from Ohio to Florida in February of this year and it was the worst experience of our Iives.
Not only did they admit to us that their movers did destroy about 70 percent of our items, they have refused to work with us to come to a mutual agreement forcing us to now post a negative comment and file with the BBB.
Just one example in our moving experience with All My Sons is that they charged us an extra money on top of the regular moving expense to move our 70" 3 month old smart TV. They said they had to be the ones who wrap it and package it to have it arrive safely. Well it did not arrive safely. It was crushed in the top right corner destroying it permanently. You can see by the pictures I am attaching here that their movers don't care anything about your items. They just want your money. Their movers not only tried to cover up some of the damaged items but they also would not allow us to look on the truck for our many missing items. We had to assume that they were so badly broken that they had either already thrown them away to hide the evidence or they were just hiding in them in the truck until they could throw them away.
Most of our loved items were either broken, scratched, cracked or missing. Yes we estimate 70% of our items were damaged. We understand that people and companies make mistakes but its how they handle the mistake, take responsibility for their negligence and treat their customers makes for a good, trust worthy company and All My Sons did none of these. They had everyone opportunity to work with us on some kind of fair settlement but all they did was offer us $624.00 and wanted us to sign a paper for that amount taking away our right to post our story on any social media. YES You read that right. Just the TV itself cost us 1000.00 to replace ourselves because of their negligence plus remember they charged us extra to protect just that item and yet they refused to even cover the cost of just the TV. $624.00 to cover our totally destroyed 900.00 computer armoire and the countless other items that were so badly damaged we either had to throw away or fix them ourselves.
Even after this offer we tried to work with them on some type of agreement but again they would not work with us. Their motto is "LET OUR FAMILY MOVE YOUR FAMILY". I hope that they truly do not treat their family as terribly as they have treat us, otherwise family services needs to check on their families to make sure they are OK.
Please learn from our mistake. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS if you care at all about your family and home.

All My Sons did a fantastic job! The guys in charge of my move were extremely good from the beginning. The service provided by them and by the company exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time had a great work ethic and were very courteous. The company even called during the move to make sure everything was going well. It was nice surprise to find people who really cared about the job they did. I would recommend them to anybody and I will certainly use them again if I need to move.

Don t use this company if you want to be assured that you will have movers on the day that you plan to move. I paid the deposit for a local move, received a confirmation call 3 days before the move in which I confirmed the date and time of services, and I received a confirmation email a day before the scheduled move. Then on the day of the move I got a call telling me that they didn t have enough people to complete my move that day, and on top of that they weren t open the next day(Sunday) to do it that day instead. I already had everything packed up and had made all the plans to move. I ended up having to rent a U-Haul and moving everything with just myself and my wife. If you want a company that will certainly be there for your move, don t use this company.

Used this company for a LOCAL move (with a few months storage) in October 2018. Awful, just awful! Take my advice...if you value your belongings...STAY AWAY! They damaged expensive mid-century teak furniture handed down from my parents. We re talking about furniture that costs in the thousands. They had a repair guy try and fix some of the stuff, but he only halfway made a headboard useable again. He wouldn t even attempt to fix bookcases and other items because they were so badly damaged. I filed a claim with pictures and pricing of my products They offered me $120. Pathetic!
Their warehouse is totally disorganized. On delivery day, I was missing items, and had items delivered that did not even belong to me. On inquiring about a missing item, I was offered a similar product they just happened to have laying around the warehouse.

These are the movers from HELL. Contracted with them to pack and move our house. On 6/25 ,the were to pack the house and move us on 6/26. They showed up at 10 am , and said the were here to move us. They knew nothing s about packing the house. After several heated calls between the head mover and his boss, he said they had No boxes on the truck and had to go get them. Two hours later they returned. It is now past noon and they begin packing. At 3 pm they come to me and want $969.00 for packing. After they left we found one whole room and several other things through out the house that was not packed. The next day they pack the truck. There were two drop offs. they packed the first drop at the back of the truck,except for part of the drop off ,that the had packed in the middle of the truck and could not get to. We had to wait until we unpacked the truck at our house to get to it and then we had to bring it to the other customer.. This drop off was for furniture ,this person had purchased from us for $2000.00 . He gave me $1000.00 up front and I paid the head mover $969.00 in cash. The $1000.00 was strapped new bills from the bank. When we dropped the furniture off at the first drop, the person gave me another $1000.00, again new bills strapped, from the bank.I again paid the head mover $896.00 in cash , they require payment before they unload your possessions, they will only accept cash or certified checks, no other legal tender. I asked for receipts , and the first one sent to me has all zeros on it ,it did now show I had given them $969.00. I called the office and spoke to a, Eric ,whom said"OH" and then sent a legitimate receipt.The story does not end here a. A couple of days later ,I receive a call from Robert who identifies himself as the head dispatcher. he tells me one of the $100.00 bills I gave them in payment was counterfit.?? First of all, all of the bills given to me by the person who bought our furniture was bank strapped new $100.00 bills.Second how do I know this alleged bill came from the $869.00 , In cash I gave them? The next problem with them is ,one of the packers was sick and used one of our bathrooms several times and left it a mess. I recommend you DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR MOVE IF YOU WANT IT TO BE STRESS FREE.

I am writing here because as a neighbor of someone they moved I have an issue with them.
These movers moved our upstairs neighbor last week. The neighbor was kind enough to offer to replace a plant that was supposedly "broken" by these people. Our neighbor was told by the movers that the plant and pot had been broken and "thrown in the bushes". We checked. Nothing.
I seriously question the integrity and honestly of this company and it's employees. If they can't knock on the door, let the owners know of the "broken" item, and take responsibility for what they have done, (and we are talking about a bonsai tree) how can they be trusted to move your items safely and securely and with integrity.

It was a simple move of items in storage to our new home. Men were on time, courteous, and completed the work quickly. Would definitely use again!
